It was jointly sponsored by the Human Rights and Humanitarian Law Institute of the China University of Political Science and Law, the Norwegian Center for Human Rights at the University of Oslo, Norway, the Danish Institute for Human Rights and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at Lund University, Sweden.
