With the deepening of the“Belt and Road”initiative,Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for international cooperation.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation,existing problems,and coping strategies of enterprise international cooperation management in the context of the“Belt and Road”.This article expounds on the importance of the“Belt and Road”initiative for international cooperation of enterprises and analyzes the key links of international cooperation management of enterprises from the aspects of internationalization strategy,cross-cultural management,risk prevention and control,and resource integration.Finally,combined with the case,this paper puts forward the management strategies and suggestions that enterprises should adopt in international cooperation,to provide a useful reference for Chinese enterprises in international cooperation in the construction of the“Belt and Road.”

Overseas Cooperation of Chinese Oil Enterprises in 2017

This paper analyzes the status quo and progress of overseas oil and gas business cooperation built by Chinese oil enterprises in 2017. With the slow recovery of the oil and gas industries as a whole, the overseas oil and gas business of Chinese oil enterprises has continued to grow in size, and all-round cooperation progress was made along the Belt and Road. Breakthroughs were made in oil and gas cooperation between China and the United States. In the meantime, new features have emerged in the overseas cooperation of Chinese enterprises, and a pattern of diversified investors has basically taken shape.

Study on the Current Situation and Strategies of Yunnan Private Enterprises to Participate in the GMS Agricultural Cooperation

Along with the constant improvement of the greater Mekong sub-regional （GMS） cooperation mechanism, the prospect for Yunnan private enterprises to participate in the GMS agricultural cooperation becomes wider. In this background, the current situation of Yunnan private enterprises to carry out agricultural trade and investment in the GMS countries is analyzed by taking Yunnan private enterprises for example, and then the main problems are summarized, and finally rational suggestions are proposed for the government to effectively promote Yunnan private enterprises to participate in the GMS agricultural cooperation.

Profit Allocation Scheme among Partners in Virtual Enterprises Based on Fuzzy Shapley Values

Fuzzy Shapley values are developed based on classical Shapley values and used to allocate profit among partners in virtual enterprises （VE）. Axioms of the classical Shapley value are extended to Shapley values with fuzzy payoffs by using fuzzy sets theory. Fuzzy Shapley function is defined based on these extended axioms. From the viewpoint the allocation for each partner should be a crisp value rather a fuzzy membership function at the end of cooperation, a crisp allocation scheme based on fuzzy Shapley values is proposed.

Supply Chain Cooperation between Coal Enterprise and Electric Power Enterprise in China

Based on the two-stage Stackelberg game method, value creation of supply chain cooperation between coal enterprise and power utilities is studied by formulating profit functions of coal and power enterprises and calculating the maximum profit. According to the analysis, it is found that the profit from supply chain cooperation between coal and power enterprises is more than that of non- cooperation. The cooperation is validated to be beneficial for both units; however, the profit is mainly taken by the power enterprise. Thus, it is necessary to set up the incentive mechanism to distribute cooperation value between coal and power enterprises to promote their continual cooperation.

The“Belt and Road Initiative”(BRI)has been put forward for ten years,during which energy cooperation has always been a key focus.Driven by energy revolution and China’s economic mode transition,energy cooperation has new characteristics of the era,that is,its quality is getting higher.Based on the goal of“high-quality energy cooperation”,this paper discusses the achievements of energy cooperation among BRI countries over the past ten years,analyzes the existing issues,and focuses on the state,enterprises,financial institutions,and the society to achieve a comprehensive evolution of high-quality energy cooperation through multi-level collaboration.

Market based framework for multiple AUVs cooperation

A“Market” based framework for multiple AUVs team is introduced in this paper.It is a distributed meta-level task allocation framwork. The formulation and the basic concepts of the “Market” such as “goods” and “price” are discussed first, then the basic algorithm of the “auction”. The loosely coupled v-MDTSP tasks are considered as an example of the task allocation mission. A multiple AUV team controller and a detailed algorithm are developed for such applications. The simulation results show that the controller has the advantages such as robustness and low complexity and it can achieve better optimization results than the classical central controller (such as GA) in some tasks. And the comparison of two different local solvers also implies that we should get the reasonable task allocation even not using the high quality algorithm, which can considerably decrease the cooperation computation.

Equilibrium solution of two enterprises cooperative game

Based on the actual experience of cooperation in the supply chain, the Nash solution of two enterprises cooperative games is given. Not only is the solution unique, but it is also stable, and neither side has the capability to deviate the allocation of interests from the equilibrium point. If some firm tries to withdraw from cooperation or threaten to use other particular strategy, the negotiations are likely to achieve the distribution by the threat game; The calculating method of the choice of the optimal bargaining base point and the corresponding optimal pay-off vector are given.

An Empirical Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Cooperative Relationship between Broiler Processing Enterprises and Broiler Raisers

The stability in the cooperative relationship between broiler processing enterprises and broiler raisers is a key factor restricting the performance of " company + farmers" business model in the broiler industry. Based on the survey data on seven cities in Shandong Province,from the perspective of broiler processing enterprises,this paper uses Logit-ISM model to reveal the factors influencing the stable relationship between broiler processing enterprises and broiler raisers as well as the hierarchy of these factors. Studies have shown that enterprise characteristics( enterprise scale,enterprise level,attitudes and behaviors),cognitive characteristics( transaction cost cognition,cognition of contract's binding force,reputation mechanism cognition) and environmental characteristics( intermediary coordination) will affect the stability of cooperative relationship. And finally,some policy recommendations are set forth in order to promote the development of broiler industry.

School-Enterprise Cooperation in Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program at UESTC

School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(abbreviated hereafter as "SISE") joined Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program launched by Ministry of Education of China in 2011. This paper discussed nine models of school-enterprise cooperation practiced at SISE since 2011. The school-enterprise cooperation model effectively broadens the students' horizons and improves the students' practical ability and has been recognized by academic circles.

Hiatt-Neu-Cooper神经发育综合征(HINCONS)是一种与7p14上RALA的杂合突变密切相关、以智力发育障碍或全面性发育落后为突出表现的罕见神经发育遗传病,目前尚无有效治疗手段。本文报道1例HINCONS患儿,主要表现为全面性发育落后,特别是语言和运动发育落后、全身肌张力减低、身材矮小、特殊面容及先天性室间隔缺损,实验室生化检查未见明显异常,头颅MRI提示透明隔间隙、穹窿间隙增宽,家系全外显子组测序提示患儿携带RALA基因c.475(exon4)A>G(p.K159E)变异,为新发变异。现结合文献报道的12例HINCONS患者临床特征进行回顾分析,以期为HINCONS的临床诊断与遗传咨询提供参考依据。

The paper viewed the current problem that state-owned enterprises in northeast industry base hadn＇t technologies of their own intellectual property right, whose sources mainly depended on imitation and introduction from abroad. Operational evaluation method and index criteria system of enterprises technology innovation ability were put forward in this paper, different enterprises may revise the model according to their actual situations to evaluate the enterprise technological innovation ability scientifically and quickly. The findings will be helpful to correlative departments to formulate the related policies and also has important theoretical and practical value in technological innovation project of enterprise.

A Novel Lifecycle Model for Web-based Application Development in Small and Medium Enterprises

Software engineering＇s lifecycle models havc proven to be very important for traditional software development. However, can these models be applied to the development of Web-based applications as well？ In recent years, Web-based applications have become more and more complicated and a lot of efforts have been placed on introducing new technologies such as J2EE, PhP, and .NET, etc., which have been universally accepted as the development technologies for Web-based applications. However, there is no universally accepted process model for the development of Web-based applications. Moreover, shaping the process model for small medium-sized enterprises （SMEs）, which have limited resources, has been relatively neglected. Based on our previous work, this paper presents an expanded lifecycle process model for the development of Web-based applications in SMEs. It consists of three sets of processes, i.e., requirement processes, development processes, and evolution processes. Particularly, the post-delivery evolution processes are important to SMEs to develop and maintain quality web applications with limited resources and time.

Research of Entropy-Based Overall Performance Measurement Model of Enterprises Technology Alliance

The performance measurement of enterprise technology alliances is complex.In this article,evaluation mechanism of entropy has been applied to it.Above all,performance connotation of enterprise technology alliance is defined from the aspect of self-organizatlon theory.Then,on dynamic and systerna-tical view,an entropy-based overall performance measurement model for technology alliance is established,using its life-cycle as the principal line,which includes initial condition evaluation,process e- valuation as well as benefit evaluation.Finally,a case study is carried out to the demonstration of that model.The author believes that an improved performance measurement model based on alliance life-cycle would be practicability to alliance.

Research on Technology Opportunity Identification of Small and Medium-sized Vaccine Enterprises Based on Patent Analysis

Objective To propose a method for identifying cooperation partners and technology opportunities based on technological similarity and technological capability analysis at the critical moment for the survival of small and medium-sized vaccine companies.This method can provide a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack human and financial resources to make full use of its existing technologies.Methods Data analysis was carried out based on patent data.First,through cosine similarity and patent index evaluation,companies with high technological similarity and strong technological capabilities were selected as the target of cooperation.Then evaluation index system of technological development potential was built from three dimensions:technological competitiveness,technological creativity,and potential for industrialization.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the comprehensive development potential of each technology.Finally,technology opportunities based on K-means and text mining were identified.Results and Conclusion This method can help small and medium vaccine companies in China to identify technological opportunities and provide directions for product development.

Green transformation path of resources-based enterprises in the western region:A case study of Panjiang Group Co.,Ltd.

With the exploitation of non-renewable natural resources in the traditional resource-based enterprises,the resources-waste,environmental pollution and ecological destruction are becoming more and more serious.Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the green transformation of resource-based enterprises in the western region is extremely urgent.Through the review of related literatures,based on sustainable development theory and dynamic capability theory,the paper study the basic characteristics and difficulties of western resource-based enterprises,and analyze the ecological network and basic path of enterprise.Combined with the actual case,this study analyzes the motivation,conditions,restrictive factors and transition path of resource-based enterprises green transformation in the western regions and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the realization of resource-based enterprises green transformation.
