An Empirical Analysis of the Factors Influencing the Cooperative Relationship between Broiler Processing Enterprises and Broiler Raisers

The stability in the cooperative relationship between broiler processing enterprises and broiler raisers is a key factor restricting the performance of " company + farmers" business model in the broiler industry. Based on the survey data on seven cities in Shandong Province,from the perspective of broiler processing enterprises,this paper uses Logit-ISM model to reveal the factors influencing the stable relationship between broiler processing enterprises and broiler raisers as well as the hierarchy of these factors. Studies have shown that enterprise characteristics( enterprise scale,enterprise level,attitudes and behaviors),cognitive characteristics( transaction cost cognition,cognition of contract's binding force,reputation mechanism cognition) and environmental characteristics( intermediary coordination) will affect the stability of cooperative relationship. And finally,some policy recommendations are set forth in order to promote the development of broiler industry.

A Personalized Cloud Services Recommendation Based on Cooperative Relationship between Services

A personalized recommendation for cloud services, which is based on usage history and the cooperative relationship of cloud services, is presented. According to service groups, a service group could be defined as several services that were used together by one user at a time, and cooperative relationship between each two services can be calculated. In the process of recommendation, the services which are highly related to the service that the user has selected would be obtained firstly, the result should then take the QoS (Quality of Service) similarity between service’s QoS and user’s preference into account, so the final result combining the cooperative relationship and similarity will meet the functional needs of users and also meet the user’s personalized non-functional requirements. The simulation proves that the algorithm works effectively.

Dynamic aggregation evolution of competitive societies of cooperative and noncooperative agents

We propose an evolution model of cooperative agent and noncooperative agent aggregates to investigate the dynamic evolution behaviors of the system and the effects of the competing microscopic reactions on the dynamic evolution. In this model, each cooperative agent and noncooperative agent are endowed with integer values of cooperative spirits and nonco- operative spirits, respectively. The cooperative spirits of a cooperative agent aggregate and the noncooperative spirits of a noncooperative agent aggregate change via four competing microscopic reaction schemes： the win-win reaction between two cooperative agents, the lose-lose reaction between two noncooperative agents, the win-lose reaction between a coop- erative agent and a noncooperative agent （equivalent to the migration of spirits from cooperative agents to noncooperative agents）, and the cooperative agent catalyzed decline of noncooperative spirits. Based on the generalized Smoluchowski＇s rate equation approach, we investigate the dynamic evolution behaviors such as the total cooperative spirits of all coop- erative agents and the total noncooperative spirits of all noncooperative agents. The effects of the three main groups of competition on the dynamic evolution are revealed. These include： （i） the competition between the lose-lose reaction and the win-lose reaction, which gives rise to respectively the decrease and increase in the noncooperative agent spirits; （ii） the competition between the win-win reaction and the win-lose reaction, which gives rise to respectively the increase and decrease in the cooperative agent spirits; （iii） the competition between the win-lose reaction and the catalyzed-decline reaction, which gives rise to respectively the increase and decrease in the noncooperative agent spirits.

A Comparative Study of Humanistic Exchange and Cooperation between China and Southeast Asian in the Perspective of "the Belt and Road" Initiative

In the exchanges between different countries,apart from enhancing political mutual trust and strengthening pragmatic cooperation,it is of great importance to forging humanistic exchange.With a long history of exchanges between China and all the countries in South-east Asia,the humanistic exchange between China and South-east Asia has been continuing since the founding of the People's Republic of China.After the establishment of China-ASEAN dialogue relations,the strategic position of humanistic exchange has been rapidly improved.By means of the case study of Confucius Institute,sister cities,and tourism cooperation,the author has found that humanistic exchange between China and South-east Asia has enjoyed a long history and embodied profound and extensive meaning.It is the ancient Maritime Silk Road that helped to form the exchanges between China and South-east Asia.In the meantime,it is the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road that has deepened this friendship.The successful experience of humanistic exchange and cooperation between China and South-east Asia has not only consolidated the China-ASEAN strategic partnership but also provided a conducive reference for people-to-people ties in the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.In addition,it has added dynamics and confidence to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind which is propelled by China's humanistic diplomacy.

协作互嵌:基层治理改革中的条块关系重塑——以深圳市宝安区“治理重心下移”改革为例

治理重心下移、做实做强基层是基层治理改革的重要内容。其中,重塑条块关系,提升基层治理效能是关键。当下,条块权责结构失衡,治理资源配置失衡,以及条块协同不够与张力不足等问题,已经成为影响基层治理效能提升的阻滞性因素。为此,基层治理改革亟需从处理好重心下移与条块分工、资源配置与权责分配、职责分工与整体协同三大关系入手,通过条块结构互嵌、资源互嵌与过程互嵌改革,依托于条管块统、条抓块管等治理形式实现基层治理中的条块协作,提升基层治理的整体质效。深圳市宝安区在充分考虑基层治理环境与制度环境的基础上,对基层治理中的条块关系进行差异化、系统性调整,实现基层治理中的条块协作互嵌,其改革经验和未尽事宜为我国基层治理改革的深入推进提供了宝贵的实践分析样本。

竞争还是合作:纵向财政关系改革下的政府行为抉择

纵向财政关系的规范与协调是建立现代财政制度的必要条件。本文从省直管县财政体制改革入手,探究了纵向财政关系改革下纵向层级政府在财政竞争与合作行为之间如何抉择的问题。本文基于1997—2009年全国县级面板数据,利用计量模型开展实证分析后发现,当地级市的财政利益因省直管县财政体制改革受损时,总体来看其下辖的非改革县的财政支出和转移支付将会增加,这表明地级市为弥补自身利益会对余下非改革县进行帮扶以求合作共赢。此外,异质性分析结果表明:“强市弱县”情况下的地级市和组织政府性基金收入能力强的地级市对余下非改革县的帮扶力度较大;地级市主要借助于专项转移支付工具对余下非改革县进行帮扶而非一般性转移支付。

中国加入CPTPP的农产品贸易效应研究--基于WITS-SMART模型

粮食安全是国家安全的基石,面对国际市场不稳定性,加入CPTPP有望为中国夯实农产品贸易韧性提供新契机。在考察中国与CPTPP国家农产品贸易竞合关系的基础上,运用WITS-SMART模型建立局部均衡分析框架,研究中国加入CPTPP的农产品贸易效应,结果发现:第一,中国农产品竞争力整体不强,但与CPTPP国家依存关系较高,双边贸易潜力在关税完全削减时充分释放。第二,零关税情境下,贸易创造效应普遍大于转移效应,中国对CPTPP多数国家农产品贸易规模大幅扩张,进口增长主要源自种植业、畜牧业部门以及加拿大、澳大利亚、英国、日本等国家,出口增长主要集中于种植业部门以及日本、英国、马来西亚、墨西哥等国家。第三,加入CPTPP显著改善了双边经济福利,不过关税损失较为严重。因此,中国应破除部门利益障碍,加强与墨西哥、日本、英国等国经贸联系以充分挖掘CPTPP国家市场潜力,释放贸易自由化福利,持续提高农产品出口质量和国际竞争力以应对加入CPTPP带来的挑战。

基于合作关系的多智能体数据库参数调优模型

高维数据库参数空间中的参数调优是提高数据库性能的难点,现有方法更多关注于如何识别重要参数,在如何有效提高可调参数数量的问题上仍存在不足。针对上述问题,基于低维度映射技术和多智能体(Multi-Agent)强化学习技术,提出基于合作关系的Multi-Agent数据库参数调优(Cooperative Multi-Agent Database Parameter Tuning,CMADPT)模型,CMADPT将数据库参数进行分类调优,极大增加了可调参数的数量;提出基于低维度映射的降维模型(Low Dimensional Mapping Model,LDMM),通过低维的合成参数调优高维的数据库参数。实验结果表明,CMADPT模型有效地扩大了可调参数的数量,比主流方法平均提升1.117%的数据库性能。此外,CMADPT每300次迭代训练平均节省1.32 h,极大地提升了算法的时间性能。
