BACKGROUND Despite significant advancements in the medical treatment of primary hepato-cellular carcinoma(PHC)in recent years,enhancing therapeutic effects and im-proving prognosis remain substantial challenges worldwide.AIM To investigate the expression levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and interleukin(IL)-17 in patients with PHC and evaluate their diagnostic value while exploring their relationship with patients’clinical characteristics.METHODS The study included 50 patients with confirmed PHC who visited Wuhan Han-yang Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and 50 healthy individuals from the same period served as the control group.Serum VEGF and IL-17 levels in both groups were measured by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay,and their diagnostic value was assessed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between serum VEGF and IL-17 levels.Pathological data of the PHC patients were analyzed to determine the relationship between serum VEGF and IL-17 levels and pathological characteristics.RESULTS Serum VEGF and IL-17 levels were significantly higher in the study group com-pared to the control group(P<0.05).No significant association was observed between serum VEGF and IL-17 levels and gender,age,combined cirrhosis,tumor diameter,or degree of differentiation(P>0.05).However,there was a significant relationship between clinical TNM stage,tumor metastasis,and serum VEGF and IL-17 levels(P<0.05).Correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation between serum VEGF and IL-17(P<0.05).ROC analysis demonstrated that both serum VEGF and IL-17 had good diagnostic efficacy for PHC.CONCLUSION Serum VEGF and IL-17 levels were significantly higher in PHC patients compared to healthy individuals.Their levels were closely related to pathological features such as tumor metastasis and clinical TNM stage,and there was a significant positive correlation between VEGF and IL-17.These biomarkers may serve as valuable reference in-dicators for the early diagnosis and treatment guidance of PHC. 展开更多

In this paper,we have modeled a linear precoder for indoor multiuser multiple input multiple output(MU-MIMO)system with imperfect channel state information(CSI)at transmitter.The Rician channel is presumed to be mutually coupled and spatially,temporarily correlated.The imperfection with CSI is primarily due to the channel estimation error at receiver and feedback delay amidst the receiver and transmitter in CSI transmission.Along with,the insufficient spacing between the antenna at transmitter and receiver persuades mutual coupling(MC)among the array elements.In addition,the MIMO channel is presumed to be jointly correlated(Weichselberger correlation model).When we look back on the existing precoder design,it considered spatial correlation alone disregarding joint correlation of antenna array elements.With all above assumption,we have designed a linear precoder which minimizes mean squared error(MSE)subjected to total transmit power constraint for MUMIMO system.The simulation results proven that proposed precoder shows substantial enhancement in bit error rate(BER)performance in comparison with the existing technique.The mathematical analysis corroborates the simulation results. 展开更多

In the scene of wideband radar,due to the spread of target scattering points,the attitude and angle of view of the target constantly change in the process of moving.It is difficult to predict,and the actual echo of multiple scattered points is not fully matched with the transmitted signal.Therefore,it is challenging for the traditional matching filter method to achieve a complete matching effect in wideband echo detection.In addition,the energy dispersion of complex target echoes is still a problem in radar target detection under broadband conditions.Therefore,this paper proposes a wideband target detection method based on dualchannel correlation processing of range-extended targets.This method fully uses the spatial distribution characteristics of target scattering points of echo signal and the matching characteristics of the dual-channel point extension function itself.The radial accumulation of wideband target echo signal in the complex domain is realized through the adaptive correlation processing of a dual-channel echo signal.The accu-mulation effect of high matching degree is achieved to improve the detection probability and the performance of wideband detection.Finally,electromagnetic simulation experiments and measured data verify that the proposed method has the advan-tages of high signal to noise ratio(SNR)gain and high detection probability under low SNR conditions. 展开更多

Scalar properties and vector correlations of the reactions of O+H2 →OH+H, O+HD→OH+D, O+DH→OD+H, and O+D2 -+OD+D at collision energies of 25 and 34.6 kcal/mole have been studied via the quasi-classical-trajectory (QCT) method based on a BMS1 potential energy surface (PES). The generalized polarization-dependent differential cross section and the distributions of the dihedral angle at the collision energy of 34.6 kacl/mole are presented. The calculated results indicate that both the reagent rotational angular momentum and the mass factor have a significant influence on the scalar properties and vector correlations of the title reactions. 展开更多

In this article, we first introduce the operating principle, the development history, and the current status of the CAC apparatus, and subsequently describe the design plan and technical targets for the CAC in SECUF. We will demonstrate the unique advantages of CAC, i.e., excellent pressure homogeneity and large hydrostatic pressure capacity, by summarizing our recent research progresses using CAC. Under different temperatures and concentrations, the diffusion of Vitamin C (VC) in water solution was exam- ined by molecular dynamics simulation. The diffusion coefficients were calculated based on the Einstein equation. The influences of temperature, concentration, and simulation time on the diffusion coefficient were discussed. The results showed that at higher temperature and lower concentration the normal diffusions appear relatively late, but the linear range of mean square displacement curves continues longer than that at lower temperature and higher concentration. At the same temperature, the normal diffusion time increases and the diffusion coefficient decreases as the simulation concentration increases. These simulation results are in good agreement with experiments. Analyses of the pair correlation functions of the simulation systems showed that hydrogen bonds are mainly formed be- tween the hydrogen atoms of VC molecules and oxygen atoms of H20 molecules, rather than between the O atoms of VC molecules and H atoms of H20 molecules. The diffusion coefficient is higher as the interaction between water molecules and VC molecules is stronger when VC concentration is lower. The water in the model systems affects the diffusion of VC molecules by the short-range repulsion of O(H20)-O(H20) pairs and the non-bond interaction of H(H20)-H(H20) pairs. The short-range repulsion of O(H20)-O(H20) pairs is greater when VC concentration is higher, the diffusion of VC is weaker. The greater the non-bond interaction of H(H20)-H(H20) pairs is, the higher the VC diffusion is. It is expected that this study can provide a theoretical direction for the experiments on the mass transfer of VC in water solution. 展开更多

Then we prove that the complementarity principle yields tight quantum bounds of violations of N-qubit Svetlichny's inequalities. This result not only demonstrates that exclusivity principle can give tight quantum bound for certain type of genuine multipartite correlations, but also illustrates the subtle relationship between quantum complementarity and quantum genuine multipartite correlations. 展开更多
