Environmental risk assessment of tailings reservoir assessment system is complex and has many index factors.In order to accurately judge surrounding environmental risks of tailings reservoirs and determinate the corre...Environmental risk assessment of tailings reservoir assessment system is complex and has many index factors.In order to accurately judge surrounding environmental risks of tailings reservoirs and determinate the corresponding prevention and control work,multi-hierarchical fuzzy judgment and nested dominance relation of rough set theory are implemented to evaluate them and find out the rules of this evaluation system with 14 representative cases.The methods of multi-hierarchical fuzzy evaluation can overall consider each influence factor of risk assessment system and their mutual impact,and the index weight based on the analytic hierarchy process is relatively reasonable.Rough set theory based on dominance relation reduces each index attribute from the top down,largely simplifies the complexity of the original evaluation system,and considers the preferential information in each index.Furthermore,grey correlation theory is applied to analysis of importance of each reducted condition attribute.The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed safety evaluation system and the application potential.展开更多

This paper pr...Quantitative description of the high-capacity channels in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs, into which water was injected to improve oil recovery, is a hot topic in the field of reservoir development. This paper presents a novel approach to describing quantitatively the characteristics of connected macropores in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs using in situ production data. Based on physical simulation for formation mechanisms of high capacity channels and interwell tracer test data, a mathematical model was established to describe high-capacity channels by grey correlation theory, flow mechanism of fluid in porous media and reservoir engineering, and a program was developed to describe quantitatively the channel characteristics. The predicted results were consistent with field monitoring data (80%), so this model could be economically and effectively used to identify high-capacity channels.展开更多

In order to introduce quantitatively those heterogeneous multiple feature data which are possibly gained by a sensor into the discussion of tracking and association problem, we define a correlation measure which we explain as the generalization of conventional association decision. In conventional Nearest Neighbor method, the decision function can take only two values, 1 or 0, to represent the decision of association or not association. In our method, correlation measure can be take any real value from 0 to 1 to represent the extent of correlation. Considering the practical circumstances that some feature data might not be easily gained continuously, we introduce an effective factor to deal with these cases. In the paper we also discuss the comparative computer simulation tests and give the results.展开更多

In the nucleus, DNA is condensed into chromosomes. In polymer physics, DNA is treated as a semi-flexible molecule and a polyelectrolyte. Many agents, including multi-valent cations, surfactants, and neutral poor solvents, can cause DNA condensation, also referred to as coil–globule transition. Moreover, DNA condensation has been used for extraction and gene delivery in applied technology. Many physical theories have been presented to elucidate the mechanism underlying DNA condensation, including the counterion correlation theory, the electrostatic zipper theory, and the hydration force theory. Recently several single-molecule studies have focused on DNA condensation, shedding new light on old concepts. In this document, the multi-field concepts and theories related to DNA condensation are introduced and clarified as well as the advances and considerations of single-molecule DNA condensation experiments are introduced.展开更多

The noise sources are assumed to be statistically independent directional point sources distributed over the ocean surface, and the effects of ocean environment on ambient noise are studied. The normal-mode theory of surface-generated noise is developed, and the normal-mode formula of the directional density function suitable for small grazing angles is analytically continued for being suitable for great grazing angles and consistent with the ray formula. The unified formulae for calculating the intensities, spatial correlation and vertical directivity of ambient sea noise are presented.展开更多
Objective:Chinese medicine(CM)is widely applied in cosmetics and dermatology.The theory of CM believes that skin characterizations reflect the internal status of balanee which can be represented by body con stitution,...Objective:Chinese medicine(CM)is widely applied in cosmetics and dermatology.The theory of CM believes that skin characterizations reflect the internal status of balanee which can be represented by body con stitution,but relevant studies are few.This study aims to analyze the relation ship betwee n body constitution of CM and skin condition.Methods:Participants were recruited from a private health and beauty clinic in Tokyo,Japan from June 2013 to January 2015.Each participant was assessed using Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire(CCMQ)for body constitution and the Baumann Skin Type Questionnaire for skin type.Spearman's rank correlation and stepwise multiple linear regression were used to investigate the effect of body constitutions on skin types.Results:A total of 187 Japanese females were recruited in this study.Higher dampness-heat and phlegm-dampness scores were associated with oilier skin while higher qi-depression and blood-stasis were associated with drier skin.Higher score in Inherited Special and yin-deficiency constitutions tended to have more sensitive skin,and higher score in blood-stasis was associated with more pigmented skin and wrinkies.Conclusions:Our findings supported the"Constitution-Skin Correlated theory"in CM.Understanding of the association between skin conditions and the body constitutions might be helpful to explore more individualized treatment options for skin care and dermatological diseases through modifications of the unique body constitutions using CM modalities.展开更多

The results showed the quantitative transferability of pair correlation energies and gross orbital correlation energies within this series of molecules. Based on the gross orbital correlation energies of five sample alkanes (butane,isobutane,pentane,isopentane and neopentane),we have derived a simple linear relationship to estimate the CCD correlation energy for an arbitrary large alkane. The correlation energy predicted by this simple relationship remarkably recovers more than 98.9% of the exact CCD correlation energy for a number of alkanes containing six to eight carbon atoms. The relative stability of less branched isomers can be correctly predicted.展开更多

The ratio m of major-axis to minor-axis length for ellipse-cross-section, the torsion angle u, the round-ellipse cross-section transitional channel L1, the elliptical rotation cross-section transitional channel L2 and the ellipse-round cross-section transitional channel L3 are destined for the extrusion process parameters. The average effective strain eave on cross-section of blank, the deformation uniformity coefficient a and the value of maximum damage dmax are chosen to be the optimize indexes, and the virtual orthogonal experiment of L16 (45) is designed. The correlation degree of the process factors affecting eave, a and dmax is analyzed by the numerical simulation results using the weights and grey association model. The process parameters are optimized by introducing the grey situation decision theory and the ECSEE optimal combination of process parameters is obtained: u of 120 , m of 1.55, L1 of 7 mm, L2 of 10 mm, and L3 of 10 mm. Simulation and experimental results show that the material can be refined with the optimized structural parameters of die. Therefore, the optimization results are satisfactory.展开更多

Experimental results show that the LDV system has an ability to acquire the real-time speech signal 25 m away through glass.
