It is a combined cosmetic and preventive medicine to intervene with and to correct the undesirable phenotypic expression of aging. The intrinsic properties of myoblasts and foreskin fibroblasts in development and regeneration are harnessed to formulate a genetic cell therapy program which is safe and efficacious as previously been tested in FDA Phase III clinical trials. Myoblasts are selected for strength development and foreskin fibroblasts for tenacity and smooth-to-the-touch. Both cell types are highly mitotic and non-carcinogenic. In additional to providing large quantities of nuclei as regenerative gene medicine, and of mitochondria as energy generators, myoblasts secret tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) for skin whitening and melanoma prevention. Myoblasts, because of their small size, spindle shape, and resilience, grow readily on collagen and laminin within wrinkles of skin surfaces, thus enhancing the color, luster, and texture of the skin “plated” with them. Alternatively, they can be injected subcutaneously as cell filler to reduce wrinkles. Intramuscular injection of myoblasts can augment the size, shape, consistency, tone, and strength of muscle groups, improving the lines, contours, and vitality to sculpt a youthful appearance. The demand for cosmetology services has been recently growing in Ukraine,but there is no proper legal regulation for their provision.The aim of the article is to analyze the current status and specific features of leg...The demand for cosmetology services has been recently growing in Ukraine,but there is no proper legal regulation for their provision.The aim of the article is to analyze the current status and specific features of legal regulation for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine,as well as to suggest the improvements to Ukrainian legislation in this area.The main objective is to distinguish the problems and to develop suggestions to improve regulatory legal acts regulating the provision of cosmetic services in Ukraine.Materials to identify the specific features of the current state of legal regulation in regard to the provision of cosmetology services in Ukraine were the legislation and case law of Ukraine,the works of Ukrainian scholars,analytical materials and Internet resources.The methodological basis of the research is general and special methods of scientific cognition,the use of which is due to specific features of the legal regulation of the market of cosmetology services.It has been stated that there is currently no normatively established procedure and specific features for the implementation of activities for the provision of cosmetology services in Ukrainian laws;there are also no standards for their provision,treatment of complications and training of qualified personnel.The author has formulated proposals to improve the legislation regulating the provision of cosmetology services and cosmetic care to the Ukrainian population.The Ministry of Health of Ukraine was offered to develop and approve a regulatory legal act governing the procedure for the provision of cosmetology services and the list of services that can be provided exclusively by health professionals.展开更多

In cutaneous cosmetology surgery,local injection or coated anesthetics are generally used to provide analgesia at the treatment site to achieve painless operation.Due to the barrier of corneum,topical cream may cause ...In cutaneous cosmetology surgery,local injection or coated anesthetics are generally used to provide analgesia at the treatment site to achieve painless operation.Due to the barrier of corneum,topical cream may cause uncertain dosage and delayed analgesia.Local injection has problems such as pain,infection,and misoperation.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a painless and rapid administration method for local anesthesia.Here,a lidocaine/hyaluronic acid bubble microneedle patch(Lido/HA bMNP)was prepared for rapid drug delivery and efficient analgesia.The bubble structure between microneedles(MNs)and the backing layer allowed the MNs to efficiently penetrate into the skin and remove from the backing layer under shear force to rapidly complete the administration.Drugs were quickly released with the dissolution of HA within 15 s,which immediately played an analgesic effect and lasted for 1 h.Lido/HA bMNP could deliver precise doses to the skin in an extremely short time,which had the advantages of convenient operation,high biosafety,rapid onset of analgesia,and reasonable pain relief time.This patch provided an alternative way for local anesthesia and it was a promising transdermal drug delivery method for the realization of high quality and efficiency“painless medical beauty”.展开更多
