The Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Specialization and Professionalization of College Counselors since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

Since the 1970s,the Chinese government has promulgated relevant policies and launched a series of corresponding measures,mainly to strengthen the professional building of efficient counselors.With the education reform,the role and mission of college counselors are also changing,from dealing with solely political work at the beginning to being a political guide,conceptual mentor,administrative management leader and imparter of mental health knowledge for young college students and so on.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the professionalization and specialization development of the counselor team since the founding of the People's Republic of China,analyzes the current development difficulties,derives inspiration from the law of historical development,and eliminates the difficulties.

Research on the theories and methods of the specialization of the college counselor＇s work

The research proposition of this article is to do a brief analysis of the specialized theories and the systems of the methods of the college counselors＇ work under the perspective of the professional theories of the college counselors, and discuss the way of the realization of the specialization of the college counseling work, to achieve the professional orientation of the work of the college counselors. With the use of the specialized ways of work, we can make the college counselors develop themselves in the strict professional training and the continuous autonomous learning. They should use their own professional knowledge to equip themselves, to be the teachers and management personnel able to correctly guide the healthy growth of the university students.

Research on the path of Improving College Counselors’professional ability under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship

Innovation is the first driving force leading economic and social development,and innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important engine for promoting national economic growth.At present,our country is at the critical node of comprehensively deepening reform,decisively building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,and realizing the two centenary goals,and we must firmly grasp the initiative in economic development.College students have always been a barometer of the development of the times,and how innovative and entrepreneurial college students is related to the future and destiny of the country’s economic development.The key to the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability lies in education,and the key to the effect of education lies in teachers.As an important component and supplement to the faculty of colleges and universities,counselors play a key role in the growth of college students.It can be said that the professional ability construction of college counselors is very important to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and cannot be replaced.From the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this article discusses the development status of domestic and foreign college counselors’professional ability construction,discusses the problems and causes of college counselors’professional ability construction,and proposes a path to optimize the professional ability construction of counselors.

Oncofertility in adolescent and young adult hereditary cancer: Considerations for genetics professionals

Adolescents and young adults(AYA)with a cancer diagnosis or those at risk for cancer due to hereditary cancer syndromes may benefit from genetic counseling and testing not only to manage personal risk but also to address reproductive concerns,especially fertility.The opportunity for genetic counselors to provide important risk information is relevant to both the newly diagnosed as well as to unaffected carriers and survivors.However,genetic counselors may need additional training in reproductive options related to AYA cancer to provide this valuable counsel.This commentary uses hereditary breast and ovarian cancer syndrome as a model to highlight important considerations when discussing preimplanatation genetic diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis,particularly in the context of expanded testing for hereditary cancer risk including multigene panels or whole exome or whole genome sequencing.Other hereditary cancers are also addressed;however,less is known about the psychosocial and fertility concerns in these AYA populations.Additionally,we provide an overview of the concept of"oncofertility"-the linkage between cancer care and reproductive medicine that aims to expand the reproductive opportunities of cancer patients-and offer support for the expansion of guidelines to include genetic counselors in AYA cancer patients’treatment planning related to reproductive health and fertility.

The teaching of German as a Foreign Language(DaF)aims to prepare students who study German and take the DaF exam for their professional studies in German universities.Therefore,it is important to integrate the elements of specialised language knowledge and develop the students’professional communicative competence in the Test DaF curriculum.This paper identifies the specialized language knowledge and professional communicative competence that should be incorporated in German language teaching,based on the objectives of the DaF examination.

特级教师专业核心素养的现状、特点与启示——基于江西省特级教师的调查分析

专业核心素养是衡量特级教师综合素质的重要指标,并对其教育教学质量具有重要影响。通过对江西省218位特级教师的调查发现,特级教师专业核心素养总体处于优秀水平,不同性别、不同年龄、不同教龄、不同学历、任教不同课程与学段,以及是否担任班主任的特级教师在专业核心素养水平上存在差异。特级教师专业核心素养的特点主要体现在:追求平衡发展,专业素养全面;加强品格涵养,提升精神境界;重视文献阅读,知识广博深厚;持续改进教学,教学能力突出;积极投入科研,主动自我反思。特级教师专业核心素养的发展给我们以重要启示:一是内外结合,充分发挥特级教师的示范和引领作用;二是整体强化,全面提升教师的专业核心素养;三是上下联动,为教师的专业发展创设良好的条件。

高校辅导员专业发展的动力研究与探索——基于近五年广西高校辅导员素质能力大赛一等奖获得者的调查

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治工作的重要组成部分,其专业能力直接影响着我国高校思想政治教育的水平。激发辅导员的专业发展动力有助于提升其综合能力,推动高校辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化进程。通过对近五年广西高校辅导员素质能力大赛一等奖获得者的共性进行分析发现辅导员专业发展动力是一个复杂且动态的过程,同时受到辅导员自身因素和外部环境的共同影响。文章从辅导员个人角度和外在环境角度进行研究和探索,旨在在一定程度上解决职业倦怠、找到适应自身职业角色等关键问题,具有重要的研究目的和意义。

介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型的构建

目的 构建介入室专科护士岗位胜任力模型。方法2023年3月至2024年3月,组建课题小组,查阅国内外文献,运用德尔菲法对7名护理专家、9名医疗专家进行2轮问卷函询。结果 2轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%。经过16名专家2轮咨询,构建了4个一级指标及28个二级指标。结论 探索专科护士岗位胜任力模型构建,构建结果可信,具有一定的科学性和适用性,但指标体系仍需在实践中不断验证、修改、完善。

地方高校专业课教学中课程思政的融入研究——以材料成型及控制工程专业注塑工艺及模具设计课程为例

为切实落实立德树人根本任务,作为地方高校教师在授课过程中必须树立将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体、不可割裂的价值观。该文根据地方高校现状进行学情分析,从目前的专业课程教学中课程思政融入存在的问题分析入手,对材料成型及控制工程专业注塑工艺及模具设计课程教学中课程思政融入的思路、途径及内容进行系统的分析和阐述,为专业课程教学中进行课程思政的融入起到抛砖引玉的作用。

新时代高职辅导员职业能力提升路径探索

新时代背景下,高职院校辅导员职业能力主要涵盖教育管理能力、持续学习能力、沟通协调能力和工作创新能力,且高职辅导员职业能力提升应遵循坚持正确政治方向、促进能力要素整体发展、坚持以人为本原则。但就当前实际情况来看,此项工作面临职业定位不准,岗位职责不够明确,职业认同感低,职业规划不够清晰,部分辅导员职业基础能力有待提升、职业综合能力尚需提高等问题。对此,可采取加强顶层设计,对标制度体系提升核心能力,优化职业考核激励,持续激活职业发展动力等措施。与此同时,高职辅导员应自觉强化职业基础能力建设,不断提升职业综合能力与工作创新能力。

基于课程思政的高职辅导员与专业教师协同育人体系构建

高职院校辅导员与专业教师协同育人是扩大思政教育范围、拓展思政教育深度、提升思政教育实效的有力路径。苏州工艺美术职业技术学院在推动两者协同育人过程中,构建了“教书+育人”协同育人机制,完善了上层建筑;构建实践方案,打造“走动的思政课堂”;构建评价方案,形成“反思性”协同思路。在不断探索中形成了辅导员与专业教师协同育人新模式,打造联合育人新范式;形成数门全国性课程思政示范课程,大力提升思政教育实效;创新课程思政教学方案,为思政教学提供了可复制的成功经验。

高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的主力军,辅导员的工作关乎高校落实立德树人根本任务和党的事业后继有人的根本大计。新时代,高校辅导员队伍建设迎来了高质量、内涵式发展的新阶段,但各地高校辅导员队伍建设仍然不平衡、不充分,在回归主责主业、素质能力提升、专业化建设、队伍稳定性建设等方面仍存在问题,导致高校辅导员自身职业认同不高,影响了这支队伍的发展。针对上述现实问题,辅导员要提升“政治三力”、思想政治教育理论能力、思想政治教育工作创新能力、岗位胜任力和工作支持力,提高自身的职业认同,增强职业信念,促进高校辅导员队伍的稳定性和可持续发展。

论职业教育专业博士的独立设置——基于“双师型”职教师资博士“特需项目”十年实践与反思

职业教育专业博士是基于职业教育类型定位和面向新时代职业教育高质量发展对博士层次“双师型”职教师资要求而设置的专业学位,“双师型”职教师资博士“特需项目”十年实践为职业教育专业博士培养提供了“先行先试”范例。该项目致力于职业教育工科“双师型”专业带头人培养目标,实施“交叉课程—企业实践—教育实践—技术研修”课程教学,组建“教育学—工学—职业院校—企业”四师协同导师组,开展“高等院校—龙头企业—职业院校”校企校深度学术训练以及构建“校企校—校院—院院”多际协同组织保障体系,十年实践形成了“教育学+工学”“双师型”职教师资博士人才培养模式。目前因陷入项目终止与质量标准缺失的内外部困境,建议独立设置职业教育专业博士并构建分类评价体系,支持职业技术师范院校开辟博士层次职教师资培养新赛道。

我国检察侦查权的历史、现实与完善

检察机关侦查权自始至终与检察机关相伴而生、同向而行。我国检察机关与监委有不同的监督面向,体现着检察机关在《宪法》中的性质定位。新时代下检察机关侦查权调整和重构存在一定的制度空间,但检察机关侦查权的完善同样存在现实性、紧迫性。检察机关侦查权的完善,应当从属其法律监督的宪法定位,基于我国监察体制改革的制度现实和行使法律监督的实践需求展开。以检察侦查为载体,切实打通检察机关与证据的关联,有助于检察机关法律监督的全面践行,完成检察机关“未尽的改革”。检察机关侦查权的运行问题,不仅涉及内设机构的改革,更应成为检察视角下程序改革的又一重要契机,要借助这一变革端口,重新审视和解决检察职能运行中存在的法律和制度瓶颈,既站在法律框架之内求改革,又站在法律之外谋改革。

本文深入探讨了“档案”一词在翻译过程中“专译”与“普译”的平衡问题。首先,区分了“专译”与“普译”的概念,并将这两种翻译策略应用于“档案”的翻译实践中。其次,通过对“档案”的译路历程的回顾和分析,揭示了“Records”翻译差异的背景及原因,以及由译者理念差异导致的翻译结果差异。指出“档案”一词翻译之辨背后的实质是“专译”与“普译”的平衡。认为在“专译”与“普译”同时存在的情况下,从大众传播的角度,“专译”应向“普译”看齐,以避免曲高和寡、因坚守“专译”使自身陷于“孤岛”。最后,文章从理论和实践的角度,提出了如何在自主知识体系构建中进行专业融合翻译,并培养出既具备时代精神又能理论联系实际的融合型人才。

“理论+实践”型课程是教育部人才培养工作状态数据采集平台中的一类课程,它在高职专业课程体系中占比高;优化“理论+实践”型课程教学安排,确保学生足额、真实参加实践,从而提高教学效果,意义重大。文章提出通过对“理论+实践”型课程采用“场所分布、理实交替”的分布式教学,解决当前教学场所单一带来的教学资源条件利用率不高、课程理论与实践教学不易监控、教学效果不佳等问题;通过完善专业教学进程计划表、增加“执行单位”栏,推动课程建设与实施向院外分布,有助于在适应市场变化的情况下优化专业设置,解决跨院系开设新专业和组建专业群的难题;通过课程专用教室建设,确保课程分布式教学顺利实施。
