Conservation and Renewal Strategies of Industrial Heritage Residential Areas from the Perspective of Heritage Protection : A Case Study of Residential Area of Wuchang Vehicle Factory

The residential area of Wuchang Vehicle Factory is taken as a case to explore the protection and renewal strategies of industrial heritage residential areas.By analyzing the current situation of the residential area,issues such as functional decline,memory loss,and weakened community vitality are revealed.Three design concepts are proposed:building renovation,historical space renovation,and the introduction of cultural and creative industries,aiming to improve the living environment,showcase historical value,cultivate cultural and creative industries,promote economic transformation,and community vitality.This paper could provide reference for the protection and renewal of similar industrial heritage residential areas,and new ideas for the research and utilization of industrial heritage.By comprehensively considering heritage protection,cultural inheritance,and community development,systematic suggestions are proposed.

An Industrial Intrusion Detection Method Based on Hybrid Convolutional Neural Networks with Improved TCN

Network intrusion detection systems(NIDS)based on deep learning have continued to make significant advances.However,the following challenges remain:on the one hand,simply applying only Temporal Convolutional Networks(TCNs)can lead to models that ignore the impact of network traffic features at different scales on the detection performance.On the other hand,some intrusion detection methods considermulti-scale information of traffic data,but considering only forward network traffic information can lead to deficiencies in capturing multi-scale temporal features.To address both of these issues,we propose a hybrid Convolutional Neural Network that supports a multi-output strategy(BONUS)for industrial internet intrusion detection.First,we create a multiscale Temporal Convolutional Network by stacking TCN of different scales to capture the multiscale information of network traffic.Meanwhile,we propose a bi-directional structure and dynamically set the weights to fuse the forward and backward contextual information of network traffic at each scale to enhance the model’s performance in capturing the multi-scale temporal features of network traffic.In addition,we introduce a gated network for each of the two branches in the proposed method to assist the model in learning the feature representation of each branch.Extensive experiments reveal the effectiveness of the proposed approach on two publicly available traffic intrusion detection datasets named UNSW-NB15 and NSL-KDD with F1 score of 85.03% and 99.31%,respectively,which also validates the effectiveness of enhancing the model’s ability to capture multi-scale temporal features of traffic data on detection performance.

Planning of R & D Industrial Parks Under the Civil-Military Integration Strategy

The construction of industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is based on the combination of military technology and civil technology. Such an industrial park is a new urban functional area produced in the context of civil-military integration. Compared with industrial parks in the usual sense, it pays more attenteon to scientific research, innovation, cooperation and communication. In this paper, through in-depth analyses of relevant literature and domestic actual situation, the industrial park's basic advantages and external environmental policies were interpreted, and the application prospect and practical significance of the current civil-military integration policy were analyzed based on the platform strategy of the civil-military integration industrial park. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.

Industrial Internet-enabled Resilient Manufacturing Strategy in the Wake of COVID-19 Pandemic: A Conceptual Framework and Implementations in China

COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the re-shaping of globalized manufacturing industry.Achieving a high level of resilience is thereby a recognized,essential ability of future manufacturing systems with the advances in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.In this work,a conceptual framework for resilient manufacturing strategy enabled by Industrial Internet is proposed.It is elaborated as a four-phase,closed-loop process that centered on proactive industry assessment.Key enabling technologies for the proposed framework are outlined in data acquisition and management,big data analysis,intelligent services,and others.Industrial Internet-enabled implementations in China in response to COVID-19 have then been reviewed and discussed from 3Rs’perspective,i.e.manufacturer capacity Recovery,supply chain Resilience and emergency Response.It is suggested that an industry-specific and comprehensive selection coordinated with the guiding policy and supporting regulations should be performed at the national,at least regional level.

The Strategy of Industrial Clusters to Deal with Disruptive Innovation

Disruptive innovation may be a fatal threat to industrial clusters, or it may be a major development opportunity. The key lies in how industrial clusters respond to disruptive innovation. The main obstacles to the development of disruptive innovation in industrial clusters are lock-in and cluster inertia, which originate from the negative effects of cluster system isomorphism. In order to break through the development barriers, industrial clusters need to adopt a targeted overall response strategy, including adopting bottom-up local subversive innovation policies, introducing external knowledge, encouraging spin-off entrepreneurial enterprises, and encouraging alliances and cooperation between incumbent enterprises and entrepreneurial enterprises, etc.

A Comprehensive Evaluation of User Satisfaction with Industrial Heritage Reuse and the Optimization Strategies:Taking Zhonglian U Valley 2.5 Creative Industrial Park as an Example

The industrial heritage creative industrial park in Qingdao,which has been renovated and put to use,was selected as the research subject.Based on the data collected via the questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate the weights of indicators at each level and construct a comprehensive satisfaction evaluation model,aiming to ensure a comprehensive satisfaction evaluation and analysis of the use effect of industrial heritage following renovation and utilization.Based on the evaluation results,the existing problems in the renovation and reuse of industrial heritage in Qingdao were analyzed,and subsequently corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.

A Study on the Reuse Modes and Renovation Strategies of Contemporary Chinese Urban Industrial Buildings

With the progress of urbanization in China,the pace of urban renewal is accelerating.Various factors have prompted the transformation of industrial buildings in the city.Following the transformation,old industrial buildings have shown a new look with diversification and modernization.This article briefly describes contemporary China.The background of industrial building renovation and the analysis of the redevelopment and utilization modes as well as renovation strategies in conjunction with case studies provide a summary and enlightenment for the renovation of industrial heritage buildings in the city.

Review on the challenges and strategies in oil and gas industry's transition towards carbon neutrality in China

In light of carbon-neutral pledge, the oil and gas industry has been facing several critical new challenges in China. The current status and new challenges in terms of market mechanism reform, supply-consumption balance and key technology innovation in China's oil and gas industry are reviewed in the present study, and new strategies and roadmaps are proposed to cope with the challenges. The study found that (i) the oil and gas market faces challenges such as incomplete pricing mechanisms, unclear subject rights, and the lack of recognition and trading of carbon assets. (ii) the trade-off between short-term supply security and long-term low-carbon supply is the most critical issue. (iii) in addition to typical challenges such as immature technology and lack of funding support, the unclear multiple technology coupling development mode also poses problems for the low-carbon transformation of the oil and gas industry. To address these new challenges, comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for China's oil and gas industry towards carbon neutrality are proposed and discussed in the aspects of participating in market transactions, restructuring production and consumption, deploying key technology innovations, and planning enterprise strategies. The present study is expected to provide a blueprint for the future development of China's oil and gas industry towards carbon neutrality.

Government Role in Fostering Emerging Technological Industries:A New Perspective for Industrial Policy Research

Mainstream industrial policy research cannot fully explain how government interventions have helped China’s mobile communications industry catch up with and overtake those of advanced nations.China’s mobile communications industry made breakthroughs in 3G,caught up with advanced nations in 4G,and gained a leadership position in 5G due to the implementation and improvement of a strategy of industrial competition that accommodates mainstream standards and prioritizes the mid-band spectrum based on the integrated“technology,standard and industry”deployment system and swift decision-making.The introduction of a perspective of a strategy of industrial competition may supplement industrial policy research in the following ways:First,when the concerted actions of numerous innovators are important for industrial competition performance,an effective strategy of industrial competition can be devised and overall coordinated by the government provided that is compatible with the catch-up development of emerging technological industries.Second,an industrial policy becomes effective when it is complementary with the strategic factors for long-term industrial performance such as the strategy of industrial competition and avoids serious disruptions to market-based mechanisms.

A New Model for Network Security Situation Assessment of the Industrial Internet

To address the problem of network security situation assessment in the Industrial Internet,this paper adopts the evidential reasoning(ER)algorithm and belief rule base(BRB)method to establish an assessment model.First,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the Industrial Internet and selects evaluation indicators that contain not only quantitative data but also qualitative knowledge.Second,the evaluation indicators are fused with expert knowledge and the ER algorithm.According to the fusion results,a network security situation assessment model of the Industrial Internet based on the ER and BRB method is established,and the projection covariance matrix adaptive evolution strategy(P-CMA-ES)is used to optimize the model parameters.This method can not only utilize semiquantitative information effectively but also use more uncertain information and prevent the problem of combinatorial explosion.Moreover,it solves the problem of the uncertainty of expert knowledge and overcomes the problem of low modeling accuracy caused by insufficient data.Finally,a network security situation assessment case of the Industrial Internet is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method.The research results showthat this method has strong applicability to the network security situation assessment of complex Industrial Internet systems.It can accurately reflect the actual network security situation of Industrial Internet systems and provide safe and reliable suggestions for network administrators to take timely countermeasures,thereby improving the risk monitoring and emergency response capabilities of the Industrial Internet.

On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of food grain and rice production in China, countering the beginning tendency to neglect rice production because of rice grain structural surplus and low market price after China’s agriculture entering the new development stage, this paper puts forward the concept of rice industrial economy, explains its attribute, connotation, key factors, etc., forms the basic idea of developing the rice industrial economy, and suggests some strategic measures such as regionalized layout of rice production,etc. to develop the rice industrial economy.

Strategies for Adoption of Circular Economy in the Nigeria Construction Industry

The concept of circular economy has gained recognition as a way to manage waste and conserve resources sustainably,and has the potential to transform the construction industry.This is particularly relevant in the construction industry due to the significant amounts of waste generated during the construction and demolition process.This study examines the perceived importance and effectiveness of strategies related to the circular economy in the construction industry.The data were collected through a survey administered to professionals in the construction sector,capturing their perceptions of various strategies.The results reveal that most strategies received high mean ratings,indicating their perceived significance.Strategies such as waste management and recycling facilities,design for disassembly,and prioritising the use of renewable and sustainable materials were highly valued by the respondents.Additionally,statistical analyses confirmed the significance of these strategies.However,some strategies received comparatively lower ratings,suggesting the need for further attention and improvement.The findings have important implications for policymakers,industry professionals,and stakeholders,guiding decision-making and resource allocation.By prioritising and implementing the identified strategies,stakeholders can drive the adoption of circular economy principles,enhance resource efficiency,and reduce waste in construction practices.Furthermore,this study lays the foundation for future research,highlighting the importance of exploring barriers to implementation,understanding synergies and trade-offs among strategies,conducting longitudinal studies to assess long-term impact,and broadening the participant pool for a more comprehensive understanding.Overall,this study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on the circular economy in the construction industry and provides valuable insights for promoting sustainability and circularity within the sector.

我国大豆种业科技创新发展现状及对策建议

我国是大豆消费和进口大国,推动大豆产业振兴、强化大豆种业科技创新对于保障我国粮饲安全意义重大。结合2016年以来我国大豆种植面积、产量、进口量等数据及相关研究进展,深入分析我国大豆产业所面临的刚性需求量大且长期依靠进口、平均单产水平低且种植面积受限、大豆进口面临潜在风险且不易疏解等形势挑战,简述了“十三五”期间我国大豆种业科技创新发展成效,系统分析了我国大豆种业科技创新面临的种质资源研究水平不高、原始科技创新能力不足、商业化育种体系不完善、知识产权保护体系滞后等问题,并据此提出我国大豆种业科技创新发展的对策建议,以期为推动我国大豆种业科技自立自强提供重要参考。
