With the development of shale oil reservoirs, the permeability of multi-scale media undergoes changes due to stress sensitivity, which plays a crucial role in controlling pressure propagation and oil flow. This paper proposes a multi-scale coupled flow mathematical model of matrix nanopores, induced fractures, and hydraulic fractures. In this model, the micro-scale effects of shale oil flow in fractal nanopores, fractal induced fracture network, and stress sensitivity of multi-scale media are considered. We solved the model iteratively using Pedrosa transform, semi-analytic Segmented Bessel function, Laplace transform. The results of this model exhibit good agreement with the numerical solution and field production data, confirming the high accuracy of the model. As well, the influence of stress sensitivity on permeability, pressure and production is analyzed. It is shown that the permeability and production decrease significantly when induced fractures are weakly supported. Closed induced fractures can inhibit interporosity flow in the stimulated reservoir volume (SRV). It has been shown in sensitivity analysis that hydraulic fractures are beneficial to early production, and induced fractures in SRV are beneficial to middle production. The model can characterize multi-scale flow characteristics of shale oil, providing theoretical guidance for rapid productivity evaluation.展开更多

This study takes a high-speed train with a 4-car formation and a pantograph as the research object and compares the aerodynamic acoustic performance of two scale models, 1/8 and 1/1, using large eddy simulation and Ffowcs Williams–Hawkings integral equation. It is found that there is no direct scale similarity between their aeroacoustic performance. The 1/1 model airflow is separated at the leading edge of the panhead and reattached to the panhead, and its vortex shedding Strouhal number(St) is 0.17. However, the 1/8 model airflow is separated directly at the leading edge of the panhead, and its St is 0.13. The cavity's vortex shedding frequency is in agreement with that calculated by the Rooster empirical formula. The two scale models exhibit some similar characteristics in distribution of sound source energy, but the energy distribution of the 1/8 model is more concentrated in the middle and lower regions. The contribution rates of their middle and lower regions to the radiated noise in the two models are 27.3% and 87.2%, respectively. The peak frequencies of the radiated noise from the 1/1 model are 307 and 571 Hz. The 307 Hz is consistent with the frequency of panhead vortex shedding, and the 571 Hz is more likely to be the result of the superposition of various components. In contrast, the peak frequencies of the radiated noise from the 1/8 scale model are 280 and 1970 Hz. The 280 Hz comes from the shear layer oscillation between the cavity and the bottom frame, and the 1970 Hz is close to the frequency at which the panhead vortex sheds. This shows that the scaled model results need to be corrected before applying to the full-scale model.展开更多

The results show that these parameters are not constants and their values depend on local concentration and temperature. Quantitative simulation of solidification in multicomponent alloys is almost impossible without such parameters available. In this model, the interfacial region is assumed to be a mixture of solid and liquid with the same chemical potentials, but with different composition. The anti-trapping current is also considered in the model. And this model was successfully applied to industrial A1-Cu-Mg alloy for the free equiaxed dendrite solidification process.展开更多

It is clear from this re-search that the South Asian monsoon (SAM) defined by Webster and Yang (1992) is geographically and dynamically different from the East Asian monsoon (EAM). The region of the monsoon defined by Webster and Yang (1992) is located in the tropical region of Asia (40–110°E, 10–20°N), including the Indian monsoon and the Southeast Asian monsoon, while the EAM de-fined in this paper is located in the subtropical region of East Asia (110–125°E, 20–40°N). The components and the seasonal variations of the SAM and EAM are different and they characterize the tropical and subtropical Asian monsoon systems respectively. A suitable index (EAMI) for East Asian monsoon was then defined to describe the strength of EAM in this paper. In the second part of the paper, the interannual variability of EAM and its relationship with sea surface temperature (SST) in the 200 year simulation were studied by using the composite method, wavelet transformation, and the moving correlation coefficient method. The summer EAMI is negatively correlated with ENSO (El Nino and Southern Oscillation) cycle represented by the NINO3 sea surface temperature anomaly (SSTA) in the preceding April and January, while the winter EAM is closely correlated with the succeeding spring SST over the Pacific in the coupled model. The general differences of EAM between El Nino and La Nina cases were studied in the model through composite analysis. It was also revealed that the dominating time scales of EAM variability may change in the long-term variation and the strength may also change. The anoma-lous winter EAM may have some correlation with the succeeding summer EAM, but this relation-ship may disappear sometimes in the long-term climate variation. Such time-dependence was found in the relationship between EAM and SST in the long-term climate simulation as well. To this end, we first construct its local solutions by the standard iteration technique, then we deduce the basic energy estimate by constructing a convex entropy-entropy flux pair to this system. Moreover, the L∞-estimates and H^2-estimates of solutions are obtained through some delicate estimates. In our results, we do not ask the far fields of the initial data to be equal and the initial data can be arbitrarily large which generalize the result obtained in [7].展开更多

文摘A novel approach for analyzing coupled vibrations between vehicles and bridges is presented, taking into account spatiotemporal effects and mechanical phenomena resulting fromvehicle braking.Efficient modeling and solution of bridge vibrations induced by vehicle deceleration are realized using this method. The method’s validity and reliability are substantiated through numerical examples.A simply supported beam bridge with a corrugated steel web is taken as an example and the effects of parameters such as the initial vehicle speed, braking acceleration, braking location, and road surface roughness on the mid-span displacement and impact factor of the bridge are analyzed. The results show that vehicle braking significantly amplifies mid-span displacement and impact factor responses in comparison to uniform vehicular motion across the bridge.Notably, the influence of wheelto-bridge friction forces is of particular significance and cannot be overlooked. When the vehicle initiates braking near the middle of the span, both the mid-span displacement and impact factor of the bridge exhibit substantial increases, further escalating with higher braking acceleration.Under favorable road surface conditions, the midspan displacement and the impact factor during vehicle braking may exceed the design values stipulated by codes. It is important to note that road surface roughness exerts a more pronounced effect on the impact factor of the bridge in comparison to the effects of vehicle braking.

文摘Extensive high-speed railway(HSR)network resembled the intricate vascular system of the human body, crisscrossing mainlands.Seismic events, known for their unpredictability, pose a significant threat to both trains and bridges, given the HSR’s extended operational duration. Therefore, ensuring the running safety of train-bridge coupled(TBC)system, primarily composed of simply supported beam bridges,is paramount.Traditional methods like the Monte Carlo method fall short in analyzing this intricate system efficiently.Instead, efficient algorithm like the new point estimate method combined with moment expansion approximation(NPEM-MEA)is applied to study random responses of numerical simulation TBC systems.Validation of the NPEM-MEA’s feasibility is conducted using the Monte Carlo method.Comparative analysis confirms the accuracy and efficiency of the method, with a recommended truncation order of four to six for the NPEM-MEA.Additionally,the influences of seismic magnitude and epicentral distance are discussed based on the random dynamic responses in the TBC system. This methodology not only facilitates seismic safety assessments for TBC systems but also contributes to standard-setting for these systems under earthquake conditions.

文摘The emerging virtual coupling technology aims to operate multiple train units in a Virtually Coupled Train Set(VCTS)at a minimal but safe distance. To guarantee collision avoidance, the safety distance should be calculated using the state-of-the-art space-time separation principle that separates the Emergency Braking(EB)trajectories of two successive units during the whole EB process. In this case, the minimal safety distance is usually numerically calculated without an analytic formulation. Thus, the constrained VCTS control problem is hard to address with space-time separation, which is still a gap in the existing literature. To solve this problem,we propose a Distributed Economic Model Predictive Control(DEMPC)approach with computation efficiency and theoretical guarantee.Specifically,to alleviate the computation burden,we transform implicit safety constraints into explicitly linear ones, such that the optimal control problem in DEMPC is a quadratic programming problem that can be solved efficiently. For theoretical analysis, sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the recursive feasibility and stability of DEMPC,employing compatibility constraints, tube techniques and terminal ingredient tuning. Moreover,we extend our approach with globally optimal and distributed online EB configuration methods to shorten the minimal distance among VCTS.Finally, experimental results demonstrate the performance and advantages of the proposed approaches.

文摘Defects-rich heterointerfaces integrated with adjustable crystalline phases and atom vacancies,as well as veiled dielectric-responsive character, are instrumental in electromagnetic dissipation.Conventional methods, however, constrain their delicate constructions.Herein,an innovative alternative is proposed:carrageenan-assistant cations-regulated(CACR)strategy,which induces a series of sulfides nanoparticles rooted in situ on the surface of carbon matrix. This unique configuration originates from strategic vacancy formation energy of sulfides and strong sulfides-carbon support interaction, benefiting the delicate construction of defects-rich heterostructures in M_(x)S_(y)/carbon composites(M-CAs).Impressively,these generated sulfur vacancies are firstly found to strengthen electron accumulation/consumption ability at heterointerfaces and, simultaneously, induct local asymmetry of electronic structure to evoke large dipole moment, ultimately leading to polarization coupling,i.e.,defect-type interfacial polarization.Such“Janus effect”(Janus effect means versatility,as in the Greek two-headed Janus)of interfacial sulfur vacancies is intuitively confirmed by both theoretical and experimental investigations for the first time.Consequently, the sulfur vacancies-rich heterostructured Co/Ni-CAs displays broad absorption bandwidth of 6.76 GHz at only 1.8 mm,compared to sulfur vacancies-free CAs without any dielectric response.Harnessing defects-rich heterostructures, this one-pot CACR strategy may steer the design and development of advanced nanomaterials, boosting functionality across diverse application domains beyond electromagnetic response.

文摘Gradient magnetic heterointerfaces have injected infinite vitality in optimizing impedance matching, adjusting dielectric/magnetic resonance and promoting electromagnetic(EM)wave absorption, but still exist a significant challenging in regulating local phase evolution.Herein,accordion-shaped Co/Co_(3)O_(4)@N-doped carbon nanosheets(Co/Co_(3)O_(4)@NC)with gradient magnetic heterointerfaces have been fabricated via the cooperative high-temperature carbonization and lowtemperature oxidation process. The results indicate that the surface epitaxial growth of crystal Co_(3)O_(4) domains on local Co nanoparticles realizes the adjustment of magnetic-heteroatomic components, which are beneficial for optimizing impedance matching and interfacial polarization. Moreover, gradient magnetic heterointerfaces simultaneously realize magnetic coupling, and long-range magnetic diffraction.Specifically, the synthesized Co/Co_(3)O_(4)@NC absorbents display the strong electromagnetic wave attenuation capability of−53.5 dB at a thickness of 3.0 mm with an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.36 GHz,both are superior to those of single magnetic domains embedded in carbon matrix. This design concept provides us an inspiration in optimizing interfacial polarization, regulating magnetic coupling and promoting electromagnetic wave absorption.

文摘In order to quantitively model the real solidification process of industrial multicomponent alloys, a non-isothermal phase field model was studied for multicomponent alloy fully coupled with thermodynamic and diffusion mobility database, which can accurately predict the phase equilibrium, solute diffusion coefficients, specific heat capacity and latent heat release in the whole system. And this model was successfully applied to industrial A1-Cu-Mg alloy for the free equiaxed dendrite solidification process.

文摘A numerical method for coupled deformation between sheet metal and flexible-die was proposed. Based on the updated Lagrangian (UL) formulation, the elastoplastic deformation of sheet metal was analyzed with finite element method (FEM) and the bulk deformation of flexible-die was analyzed with element-free Galerkin method (EFGM). The frictional contact between sheet metal and flexible-die was treated by the penalty function method. The sheet elastic flexible-die bulging process was analyzed with the FEM-EFGM program for coupled deformation between sheet metal and bulk flexible-die, called CDSB-FEM-EFGM for short. Compared with finite element code DEFORM-2D and experiment results, the CDSB-FEM-EFGM program is feasible. This method provides a suitable numerical method to analyze sheet flexible-die forming.

文摘In order to investigate the influence of hybrid coupling on the synchronization of delayed neural networks, by choosing an improved delay-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, one less conservative asymptotical criterion based on linear matrix inequality (LMI) is established. The Kronecker product and convex combination techniques are employed. Also the bounds of time-varying delays and delay derivatives are fully considered. By adjusting the inner coupling matrix parameters and using the Matlab LMI toolbox, the design and applications of addressed coupled networks can be realized. Finally, the efficiency and applicability of the proposed results are illustrated by a numerical example with simulations.
文摘Based on a 200 year simulation and reanalysis data (1980–1996), the general characteristics of East Asian monsoon (EAM) were analyzed in the first part of the paper. 文摘This paper is concerned with the existence of global solutions to the Cauchy problem of a hyperbolic-parabolic coupled system with large initial data. To this end, we first construct its local solutions by the standard iteration technique, then we deduce the basic energy estimate by constructing a convex entropy-entropy flux pair to this system. Moreover, the L∞-estimates and H^2-estimates of solutions are obtained through some delicate estimates. In our results, we do not ask the far fields of the initial data to be equal and the initial data can be arbitrarily large which generalize the result obtained in [7].
