Double Position Servo Synchronous Drive System Based on Cross-Coupling Integrated Feedforward Control for Broacher

Synchronization errors directly deteriorate the machining accuracy of metal parts and the existed method cannot keep high synchronization precision because of external disturbances. A new double position servo synchronous driving scheme based on semi-closed-loop cross- coupling integrated feedforward control is proposed. The scheme comprises a position error cross-coupling feedfor-ward control and a load torque identification with feed- forward control. A digital integrated simulation system for the dual servo synchronous drive system is established. Using a 20 t servo broacher, performance analysis of the scheme is conducted based on this simulation system and the simulation results show that systems with traditional parallel or single control have problems when the work- table works with an unbalanced load. However, the system with proposed scheme shows good synchronous perfor- mance and positional accuracy. Broaching tests are performed and the experimental results show that the maximum dual axis synchronization error of the system is only 8μm during acceleration and deceleration processes and the error between the actual running position and the given position is almost zero. A double position servo synchronous driving scheme is presented based on crosscoupled integrated feedforward compensation control, which can improve the synchronization precision.

Multi-component Dirac equation hierarchy and its multi-component integrable couplings system

A general scheme for generating a multi-component integrable equation hierarchy is proposed. A simple 3M- dimensional loop algebra ~X is produced. By taking advantage of ~X a new isospectral problem is established and then by making use of the Tu scheme the multi-component Dirac equation hierarchy is obtained. Finally, an expanding loop algebra ~FM of the loop algebra ~X is presented. Based on the ~FM, the multi-component integrable coupling system of the multi-component Dirac equation hierarchy is investigated. The method in this paper can be applied to other nonlinear evolution equation hierarchies.

Two new integrable couplings of the soliton hierarchies with self-consistent sources

A kind of integrable coupling of soliton equations hierarchy with self-consistent sources associated with s/（4） has been presented （Yu F J and Li L 2009 Appl. Math. Comput. 207 171; Yu F J 2008 Phys. Lett. A 372 6613）. Based on this method, we construct two integrable couplings of the soliton hierarchy with self-consistent sources by using the loop algebra sl（4）. In this paper, we also point out that there are some errors in these references and we have corrected these errors and set up new formula. The method can be generalized to other soliton hierarchy with self-consistent sources.

GENERALIZED FRACTIONAL TRACE VARIATIONAL IDENTITY AND A NEW FRACTIONAL INTEGRABLE COUPLINGS OF SOLITON HIERARCHY

Based on fractional isospectral problems and general bilinear forms, the gener-alized fractional trace identity is presented. Then, a new explicit Lie algebra is introduced for which the new fractional integrable couplings of a fractional soliton hierarchy are derived from a fractional zero-curvature equation. Finally, we obtain the fractional Hamiltonian structures of the fractional integrable couplings of the soliton hierarchy.

A New Nonlinear Integrable Couplings of Yang Equations Hierarchy and Its Hamiltonian Structure

Based on a kind of non-semisimple Lie algebras, we establish a way to construct nonlinear continuous integrable couplings. Variational identities over the associated loop algebras are used to furnish Hamiltonian structures of the resulting continuous couplings.As an illustrative example of the scheme is given nonlinear continuous integrable couplings of the Yang hierarchy.

Discrete integrable system and its integrable coupling

This paper derives new discrete integrable system based on discrete isospectral problem. It shows that the hierarchy is completely integrable in the Liouville sense and possesses bi-Hamiltonian structure. Finally, integrable couplings of the obtained system is given by means of semi-direct sums of Lie algebras.

Nonlinear integrable couplings of a nonlinear Schrdinger-modified Korteweg de Vries hierarchy with self-consistent sources

By means of the Lie algebra B 2,a new extended Lie algebra F is constructed.Based on the Lie algebras B 2 and F,the nonlinear Schro¨dinger-modified Korteweg de Vries（NLS-mKdV） hierarchy with self-consistent sources as well as its nonlinear integrable couplings are derived.With the help of the variational identity,their Hamiltonian structures are generated.

Prolongation structure for nonlinear integrable couplings of a KdV soliton hierarchy

In this paper, a new nonlinear integrable coupling system of the soliton hierarchy is presented. Prom the Lax pairs, the coupled KdV equations are constructed successfully. Based on the prolongation method of Wahlquist and Estabrook, we study the prolongation structure of the nonlinear integrable couplings of the KdV equation.

The Liouville integrable coupling system of the m-AKNS hierarchy and its Hamiltonian structure

In this paper a type of 9-dimensional vector loop algebra F is constructed, which is devoted to establish an isospectral problem. It follows that a Liouville integrable coupling system of the m-AKNS hierarchy is obtained by employing the Tu scheme, whose Hamiltonian structure is worked out by making use of constructed quadratic identity. The method given in the paper can be used to obtain many other integrable couplings and their Hamiltonian structures.

The Double Integrable Couplings of Tu Hierarchy

Two types of Lie algebras are presented,from which two integrable couplings associated with the Tuisospectral problem are obtained,respectively.One of them possesses the Hamiltonian structure generated by a linearisomorphism and the quadratic-form identity.An approach for working out the double integrable couplings of the sameintegrable system is presented in the paper.

Non-isospectral integrable couplings of Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur (AKNS) hierarchy with self-consistent sources

A hierarchy of non-isospectral Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur （AKNS） equations with self-consistent sources is derived. As a general reduction case, a hierarchy of non-isospectral nonlinear SchrSdinger equations （NLSE） with selfconsistent sources is obtained. Moreover, a new non-isospectral integrable coupling of the AKNS soliton hierarchy with self-consistent sources is constructed by using the Kronecker product.

A new multi-component integrable coupling system for AKNS equation hierarchy with sixteen-potential functions

It is shown in this paper that the upper triangular strip matrix of Lie algebra can be used to construct a new integrable coupling system of soliton equation hierarchy. A direct application to the Ablowitz-Kaup Newell- Segur（AKNS） spectral problem leads to a novel multi-component soliton equation hierarchy of an integrable coupling system with sixteen-potential functions. It is indicated that the study of integrable couplings when using the upper triangular strip matrix of Lie algebra is an efficient and straightforward method.

A Higher Dimensional Loop Algebra and Integrable Couplings System of Evolution Equations Hierarchy

An extension of the Lie algebra A_~n-1 has been proposed [Phys. Lett. A, 2003, [STHZ]310:19-24]. In this paper, the new Lie algebra was used to construct a new higher dimensional loop algebra [AKG～]. Based on the loop algebra [AKG～], the integrable couplings system of the NLS-MKdV equations hierarchy was obtained. As its reduction case, generalized nonlinear NLS-MKdV equations were obtained. The method proposed in this letter can be applied to other hierarchies of evolution equations.

A nonlinear discrete integrable coupling system and its infinite conservation laws

We construct a nonlinear integrable coupling of discrete soliton hierarchy, and establish the infinite conservation laws （CLs） for the nonlinear integrable coupling of the lattice hierarchy. As an explicit application of the method proposed in the paper, the infinite conservation laws of the nonlinear integrable coupling of the Volterra lattice hierarchy are presented.

Techno-economic assessment of a chemical looping splitting system for H2 and CO Co-generation

The natural gas(NG)reforming is currently one of the low-cost methods for hydrogen production.However,the mixture of H2 and CO_(2) in the produced gas inevitably includes CO_(2) and necessitates the costly CO_(2) separation.In this work,a novel double chemical looping involving both combustion(CLC)and sorption-enhanced reforming(SE-CLR)was proposed towards the co-production of H2 and CO(CLC-SECLRHC)in two separated streams.CLC provides reactant CO_(2) and energy to feed SECLRHC,which generates hydrogen in a higher purity,as well as the calcium cycle to generate CO in a higher purity.Techno-economic assessment of the proposed system was conducted to evaluate its efficiency and economic competitiveness.Studies revealed that the optimal molar ratios of oxygen carrier(OC)/NG and steam/NG for reforming were recommended to be 1.7 and 1.0,respectively.The heat integration within CLC and SECLRHC units can be achieved by circulating hot OCs.The desired temperatures of fuel reactor(FR)and reforming reactor(RR)should be 850
C and 600
C,respectively.The heat coupling between CLC and SECLRHC units can be realized via a jacket-type reactor,and the NG split ratio for reforming and combustion was 0.53:0.47.Under the optimal conditions,the H2 purity,the H2 yield and the CH4 conversion efficiency were 98.76%,2.31 mol mol-1 and 97.96%,respectively.The carbon and hydrogen utilization efficiency respectively were 58.60% and 72.45%in terms of the total hydrogen in both steam and NG.The exergy efficiency of the overall process reached 70.28%.In terms of the conventional plant capacity(75 × 103 t y^(-1))and current raw materials price(2500$t^(-1)),the payback period can be 6.2 years and the IRR would be 11.5,demonstrating an economically feasible and risk resistant capability.

AN INTEGRATED COUPLING ELEMENT FOR VEHICLE-RAIL-BRIDGE INTERACTION SYSTEM WITH A NON-UNIFORM CONTINUOUS BRIDGE

An integrated coupling element considering wheel-rail interface for analyzing the dynamic responses of vehicle-rail-bridge interaction system with a non-uniform continuous bridge is presented. The governing equations of the interaction system are established first, and the solution procedure and assembly method of the coupling element are demonstrated. Finally, the accuracy, efficiency and function of the integrated coupling element are tested using two numerical examples. The influences of different combinations of rail and bridge element length in the coupling element on the solution are investigated, and the effects of different rail irregularities on the dynamic responses are discussed.

Noise analysis and measurement of time delay and integration charge coupled device

Time delay and integration （TDI） charge coupled device （CCD） noise sets a fundamental limit on image sensor performance, especially under low illumination in remote sensing applications. After introducing the complete sources of CCD noise, we study the effects of TDI operation mode on noise, and the relationship between different types of noise and number of the TDI stage. Then we propose a new technique to identify and measure sources of TDI CCD noise employing mathematical statistics theory, where theoretical analysis shows that noise estimated formulation converges well. Finally, we establish a testing platform to carry out experiments, and a standard TDI CCD is calibrated by using the proposed method. The experimental results show that the noise analysis and measurement methods presented in this paper are useful for modeling TDI CCDs.

The periodic solutions for coupled integrable dispersionless equations

By using the Jacobi elliptic-function method, this paper obtains the periodic solutions for coupled integrable dispersionless equations. The periodic solutions include some kink and anti-kink solitons.
