针对传统Crazy Climber算法提取多条小波脊线耗时长、效率低等问题,提出一种模拟正火冷却的改进Crazy Climber脊线提取算法.通过对结构振动的响应进行连续小波变换,在小波系数幅值构成的时频平面中,基于模拟正火冷却算法跟踪提取时频平... 针对传统Crazy Climber算法提取多条小波脊线耗时长、效率低等问题,提出一种模拟正火冷却的改进Crazy Climber脊线提取算法.通过对结构振动的响应进行连续小波变换,在小波系数幅值构成的时频平面中,基于模拟正火冷却算法跟踪提取时频平面中的小波脊点,促使每一个随机点高速地聚集在脊线上,消减运算时间.通过单自由度和多自由度系统数值模拟,与传统Crazy Climber算法在计算效率和识别精度两者进行对比分析,验证改进算法的的优越性. 展开更多

An efficient method is proposed for the design of finite impulse response(FIR) filter with arbitrary pass band edge,stop band edge frequencies and transition width.The proposed FIR band stop filter is designed using craziness based particle swarm optimization(CRPSO) approach.Given the filter specifications to be realized,the CRPSO algorithm generates a set of optimal filter coefficients and tries to meet the ideal frequency response characteristics.In this paper,for the given problem,the realizations of the optimal FIR band pass filters of different orders have been performed.The simulation results have been compared with those obtained by the well accepted evolutionary algorithms,such as Parks and McClellan algorithm(PMA),genetic algorithm(GA) and classical particle swarm optimization(PSO).Several numerical design examples justify that the proposed optimal filter design approach using CRPSO outperforms PMA and PSO,not only in the accuracy of the designed filter but also in the convergence speed and solution quality. 展开更多

As "the greatest poet in the 20th century", Yeats is always a hot topic among academic community. The question whether Yeats is the "last romantic" or the first Modernist remains controversial for a long time in academic field. Whether critics term Yeats a modernist or not, they generally agree that the poems produced in his late creative period are definitively modernist works. This paper targets Yeats's realization of poetic modernization through his mask theory applied in "Crazy Jane" poems. It discusses the poetic movement in the beginning of the 20th century, the poetic theory Yeats proposed and instances Yeats's mask theory as the manifestation of his poetic modernization. The author argues that with his innovation in verse writing particularly demonstrated by application of mask theory in "Crazy Jane" poems, Yeats unquestionably played a very important role in Anglo-American modernist poetry. 展开更多

Is the healthy business environment a fiction or a real opportunity? How far-reaching are the roots of the future natural processes of changes? How to work with the current global economic models? Can the current European integration process be considered as natural? Is a weak state a new opportunity for a future strong economy? What is the historical essence of the liberal thought? Why the current economic models are not permanent, why are they not sustainable, and why are they not developing for the basic quantum, which is the man as an individual? Can also the basic quantum be integration units as family, society, company, municipality, region, country, or EU, etc.? Qualified answers to the questions can be seen in a theoretical context of the General Theory of the Sustainable Development (GTSD), too. Theoretical trinity of GTSD is based on three theoretical pillars: GPT (Gravitation Polarity Theory), QET (Quantum Economy Theory), and BIT (Big Integration Theory). They can be considered as relevant theoretical basics for historical, current, and future sustainable development process. The healthy business environment is based on the healing of man. In GTSD, businessman and man gain a new source of knowledge, a new natural relationship, and a new content. This is a responsibility towards the customer and towards the pa^ner in business. Businessman's profit speaks about a new business in natural partnerships. Sustainable development without the Groove Management (second generation management) and without the fourth Reformation (with second generation of innovation) is a process that only reflects the regressive trend that takes place for more than 6000 years. Without the new content of the Fifth Theoretical Dimension (Consciousness) the historical mainstream of sustainable development process cannot be grasped. The biggest risk for the expected Healthy business society is a contemporary slave communism and contemporary crazy capitalism. Feasibility of business models of healthy business doing societies stands not only on adequate theoretical basis, but also on predicted cannibalism between slave communism and crazy capitalism. The biggest current risk of healthy business environment is a political arbitrariness, the desire for power, and the desire for money----corruption. 展开更多

A project of elimination of potentially dangerous asteroid Apophis which April 13, 2029 year approaches to Earth at a distance of 36,000 km is considered. The elimination is carried out by means of asteroid disintegration into small fragments as a result of nuclear explosion, which is produced 133 days before the moment of maximal convergence of the asteroid Apophis with Earth. In the project, a method of phased timely delivery of nuclear charge on the surface of the asteroid is proposed. In the first stage, the nuclear charge using carrier rocket “Delta” is delivered into Earth orbit. In the second stage, the charge using electric rocket is transferred from Earth orbit into the orbit of asteroid Apophis and is descended onto its surface. For implementation of the project, the design of electric rocket ER-7, which uses electric rocket engines type MARS and solar panels based on gallium arsenide is developed. Design of landing capsule, which has a chemical rocket engine and the container in which located the nuclear charge of 6 megaton is developed. 展开更多
