In an era of scene-based consumption,the essence of operating a bookstore lies in accepting and enabling the bookstore to play its role as a cultural medium for browsing and appreciating books,which in turn fosters the development of a distinctive bookstore culture.This new type of consumption context has led to an evolution in the book-reading culture in physical bookstores that is characterized by a shift from a paradigm of passive reading to one where the emphasis is on interactive viewing.This transition has laid the foundation for the creation of cultural atmospheres in bookstores,and it highlights the visual interactions that now exist between readers and books as well as with other related cultural industries.The dominant and fundamental logic behind this process is symbiosis,experience,aesthetics,immersion,and creativity.However,when a form of culture that focuses on consumption-oriented browsing begins to overshadow knowledge acquisition during the process of book reading,the cultural essence of bookstores is likely to be diminished.Therefore,the cultural essence within the scene-based consumption context should be enhanced by creating innovative viewing activities that showcase the cultural and emotional implications inherent in the scene itself,and thus help to align the identity of the bookstore with its in-situ cultural space. 展开更多

Piano originated in Western countries,so a large number of Western cultural elements are used in piano art creation,mainly to present Western humanistic thoughts and spiritual cultural cores to the audience.In recent years,with the modernization of piano art and culture in China,many Chinese listeners have begun to demand more ethnic and folk piano pieces with Chinese characteristics.In order to meet the audience’s pursuit of modern Chinese piano art,more and more creators are integrating ethnic music elements into modern piano art creation.This article explores the integration significance of ethnic music elements in modern piano art creation and the current situation of Chinese modern piano art creation,and finds that ethnic music elements have positive help in enhancing the novelty,ethnic characteristics,and timeliness of piano art creation.Based on this,this article proposes several strategies for integrating traditional ethnic music elements into modern piano art creation,including adapting traditional ethnic music elements,creating pentatonic tunes,and modifying work titles.The aim is to provide references and inspiration for the development of Chinese piano art creation and culture. 展开更多

Rice is an important food crop in China, and the development of hybrid rice is a crucial way to increase grain yield. The creation of dual-purpose nuclear-sterile lines for two-line hybrid breeding has become vital for commercial rice breeding. We constructed the pC1300-2 x35 S::Cas9-sgRNA^(PTGMS2-1) expression vector for editing the male fertility gene PTGMS2-1 in two widely compatible rice varieties, 93-11 and Huazhan, by using the CRISPR/Cas9 system. We obtained the marker-free photoperiod-/thermo-sensitive genic male-sterile(P/TGMS) lines in T_1 generation. According to the experiments in phytotron with four temperature and photoperiod treatments, we found the temperature is the main factor for restoring the pollen fertility of ptgms2-1 mutants in 93-11 and Huazhan, and the photoperiod also has some effects on pollen fertility in two different rice backgrounds. The application of cultivating new male-sterile lines by genome editing system will significantly accelerate the rice breeding process. 展开更多

We investigate the electron-positron creation process from multiple equally spaced distributed oscillating electric fields.The computational quantum field theory(CQFT)is applied to analyze the effect of the number of local fields,the distance between them,and their potential height on the created particle number.It is found that whether adjacent electric fields overlap plays an important role.The creation rate exhibits a direct linear relationship with the number of fields when they do not overlap,but exceeds the sum of the rate when the fields alone.They exhibit a distinctly nonlinear relationship when they overlap,and in particular exhibit a quadratic relationship when the fields completely overlap.These phenomena corroborate that the particle pair creation in the interaction region is non-uniform and influenced by the strength of the central strongest electric field. 展开更多

The author’s earlier papers proposed a model of the electron’s internal structure comprised of both positive and negative masses and charges. Their relation to the fine structure constant a was calculated in the author’s previous paper. In this paper, more details of the model of the electron’s internal structure, in particular the thicknesses of its outer shell mass and charge, are calculated. Magnetostriction of the electron’s surface is generated by the electron’s spinning surface charge. It is calculated that this magnetostriction holds the electron together, counterbalancing the outward electrical and centrifugal forces. The results of these calculations enable the prediction that a sufficiently strong external magnetic field can split the electron into three equal pieces. The field strength would have to be on the order of at least 8% of the strength at the center of the electron. A model for the origin and creation of an electron from a gamma ray wave is proposed. Evidence is presented that, for certain transitions, mass might be quantized and that the quantum of mass would be 1/2a times the electron mass. 展开更多

Here we report a new method used to generate a needle of transversely polarized light beam with sub diffraction beam size of 0.366A that propagates without divergence over a long distance of about 22A in free space. It is observed that a properly designed multi belt complex phase filter can generate subwavelength novel focal patterns including splitting of focal spots and generation of multiple focal spot segments such as eight, six and four focal spots along the optical axis are obtained. Land creation projects have been implemented in China to expand urban space in mountainous areas.In addition to the predictable settlement brought about by filling construction,varying degrees of land subsidence and engineering failures have a demonstrated relationship to groundwater level fluctuation induced by land creation engineering.In this work,we adopted a typical large-scale land creation project,Yan’an New City in Shaanxi province,West China,as our study area.Prior to conducting the main experiment,preliminary field investigation and groundwater level monitoring were conducted to determine the groundwater fluctuation trend induced by land creation engineering.Although a blind drainage system was implemented,the depth aspect of groundwater level changes after large-scale land creation still needed to be addressed.To study the degree of impact and the settlement mechanism induced by the rising groundwater level,we conducted a Water Immersion Test(WIT)in a typical land creation site for 107 days.The rising groundwater level was simulated by injecting water from the bottom of the filling foundation.During the WIT,the soil water content,surface subsidence,and internal settlement of soil at different depths were obtained.Surface subsidence development could be categorized into four stages during the water level increase.The second stage,which is defined as the point when the groundwater level rises to 10 m,marked the critical point in the process.Furthermore,it was ascertained that the local settlement in regions that were originally composed of steep slopes is larger than that in originally flat areas.In addition,ground cracks and sinkholes in the study area were inspected;and it was determined that they would become new channels that would accelerate water infiltration and exacerbate the settlement.Based on the results from our field investigation and testing,several suggestions are proposed for land creation projects to mitigate issues associated with construction-induced groundwater level rising. 展开更多
