On suburban leisure and tourism development: a case study of Wangcong Shrine in Chengdu

Suburban leisure and tourism are important supplements to the suburban economic development and urban tourism and of great significance under the background of urban-rural integration. Tourism development of Wangcong Shrine in Chengdu is still in the initial stage. Regarding the development of tourism, Wangcong Shrine owns the advantage of environment, transportation, economy and history, but the disadvantage of landscape, architecture, content, identity, and publicity as well. Development of suburban leisure travel is one direction of tourism development of Wangcong Shrine. The people of Chengdu are main target tourists of a one-day trip. And various parks, Farmer's House Tour, leisure villa and other suburban attractions are its competitors. To developing Wangcong Shrine tourism, increase of historical contents is its focus. The positioning of the civilization of ancient Shu should be shifted to Shu civilization; and renewal of the Huangcheng (Imperial City) is necessary to attract more Chengdu people for short tour and leisure.

Salt Culture and Sports Leisure Tourism Landscape Design

The modern value of salt culture was analyzed firstly, and then the relationship between salt culture and sports leisure tourism landscape design was discussed. Afterwards, the cultural elements of sports leisure tourism landscape in salt culture were analyzed, and the examples of applying salt culture to sports leisure tourism landscape design were enumerated to explain how to spread salt culture through sports leisure tourism landscape.

A Study on Development of Leisure Tourism in Yichang City of Hubei Province

In recent years,leisure tourism in Yichang City of Hubei Province has been developed rapidly and has made great contribution to the economic development of Yichang City. Leisure tourism in Yichang City has entered a golden period of great development,great transformation,great improvement and great leap forward. However,while pursuing the development of tourism industry,it is required to pay attention to the problem of improving its industrial development. This article mainly studied the current situation and existing problems of tourism in Yichang. Finally,it came up with some solutions and suggestions about how to promote the development of leisure tourism in Yichang City.

Development strategies of leisure agriculture and rural tourism of Henan province based on industry convergence

The industrial convergence has developed rapidly,which benefit promoting the innovation of traditional industry and optimizing the industrial structure.The integration of agriculture and tourism can promote the development of agricultural economy and tourism economy.Based on the industrial convergence theory,this paper explains the necessity of convergence of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and studies on the status quo of the development of tourism resources in Henan.Finally,it put forward the development strategies:(1)more support from the government is in need on policy,finance and using rural area;(2)the rural planning needs to be strengthened;(3)the agricultural resources needs to be integrated;(4)the incentive system needs to be built to attract talent.

Development Situation and Countermeasures of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism in Huizhou

In this paper,the development status,advantages (such as superior natural conditions,rich subtropical agricultural resources,and excellent location conditions) and existing problems (such as insufficient safeguard,homogeneous competition and lack of features) of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Huizhou City were analyzed,and then some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Huizhou were put forward.

Classification and Application of Landscape Agriculture in Rural Leisure Tourism

The core content of beautiful countryside construction is to construct and implement modern landscape agriculture planning. The basic work of landscape agriculture planning and management is to classify landscape agriculture. In view of the requirements of new rural construction and the characteristics of agricultural land consolidation in China, this paper is based on the functions of landscape agriculture, location and farmers' economic behavior modification methods and topographic position index. A rural scale functional classification method for landscape agriculture was proposed, which is a secondary classification system using landscape and landscape subcategories. The method takes into account the dominant functions and spatial morphological characteristics of landscape agriculture, and can meet the needs of landscape agriculture planning in beautiful rural construction.

Study on Rural Leisure Tourism Planning from the Perspective of Beautiful Rural Construction

Rural leisure tourism has many characteristics, such as vernacularity, market dependence, tourability, culture and so on. It can effectively promote the comprehensive development of urban and rural areas and promote the stable growth of regional economy. In recent years, rural tourism projects with distinctive characteristics have been launched according to different regions. Agriculture with regional characteristics has promoted the development of agricultural tourism projects in the whole city, the whole province and even the whole country, and provided a strong impetus for the construction of beautiful countryside. In order to promote the development of rural tourism, measures should be taken to actively participate in regional tourism cooperation, scientifically and rationally formulate tourism planning, intensify tourism publicity and marketing, and create leisure tourism products. This paper expounds the status and role of tourism culture in the economic development of villages, tries to find countermeasures and measures to improve rural tourism culture and realize the rapid development of rural economy. With the goal of sustainable development of rural leisure tourism, the feasibility development path is carried out Preliminary Study.

Reuse of Industrial Heritage Based on “Leisure-Holiday Tourism Complex”

Tourism development, as a novel approach in the reuse of industrial heritage, is conducive to the settlement of issues of urban industrial heritage conservation. However, in practical terms, the development of industrial heritage as tourist resources, has encountered problems including monotonous development projects, the lack of tourism facilities, low economic efficiency, poor sustainability of project operation, etc.. This paper, based on the transformation plan of Salt Manufacturing Plant in Qingjiang County of Zhangshu, Jiangxi, proposes that a leisure-holiday tourism complex can be used as the development model of the reuse of industrial heritage at a time when the reuse of industrial heritage is advised to shift from a single mode to a compound mode. Specifically, it is suggested that industrial raw materials are developed into tourism resources to fully excavate relevant history and culture, for the purpose of achieving the coordinated economic and social growth of the reuse of industrial heritage.

Carrying Capacity of Water Leisure Environment in Eco-cities-A Case Study of Ancient Canal Scenic Area in Yangzhou City

Water leisure tourism is an emerging theme in urban planning, and its planning mode and operation level directly influence the eco-cycle degree of urban development. Tourism activities inevitably impact environmental quality of urban water spaces, and the research on the environmental carrying capacity of such spaces has also become an important prerequisite of tourism planning. Taking the Yangzhou Ancient Canal Scenic Area for an example, the paper constructed the estimated indicators of water leisure tourism environmental carrying capacity on the basis of analyzing scenic geographical resources and tourism economic conditions, and calculated the scenic area's water leisure tourism environmental integrated carrying capacity by the method of barrel extrapolation, providing a reasonable foundation for evaluating the planning conditions in the eco-cycle urban water leisure tourism planning.

The Path of Fine Leisure Agriculture in Southern Shaanxi from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

Under the strategy of rural revitalization in China, the existing leisure agriculture needs to constantly think about how to make better use of the geographical resources of each region in the process of development, and to improve the quality of local leisure agriculture projects. Taking the leisure agriculture in the southern part of Shaanxi Province of China for example, this paper summarized the existing problems in the development, and proposed the path of fine leisure agriculture based on these problems, so as to provide direction to specify the planning orientation of fine leisure agriculture in Southern Shaanxi and improve the brand value of leisure agriculture and provide a reference for the fine development of leisure agriculture in other parts of China.

The Development of Leisure Agriculture Based on Characteristics of Land Resource Utilization

Based on analysis of geographical and location advantages of Qiaocheng District,we discussed characteristics of land utilization and local industry. In accordance with these characteristics,it is proposed to explore potential of farming land,speed up transfer of farming land in Qiaocheng District,and develop the leisure agriculture.

Framework Construction for Planning and Design of Tropical Leisure Agricultural Park

Leisure agriculture in Hainan Province has remained in the development stage,so it is necessary to construct the framework for the planning and design of tropical leisure agricultural park.On the basis of analyzing planning conditions for the tropical leisure agricultural parks in Hainan,planning principles,overall concept,land use and functional layouts,spatial organization and landscape features,road system,comprehensive pipeline design and vertical planning,the framework for the planning and design of tropical leisure agricultural parks in Hainan is constructed.

Brazilian Accommodations:The Search for Leisure Amid the Pandemic of COVID-19

This paper proposes an approach based on the observation of the Brazilian way of conducting the pandemic of COVID-19 in relation to the commercial openings proposed by the state governments and the way how accommodations dealt with the pandemic in the year of 2020.The pandemic generated by the new coronavirus has put the world in front of a reality that reveals the true face of countries’adaptation to the difficulties and the capacity of each place to solve conflicts.Economy was weakened and people’s mobility became limited.In this context,the tourist activity was one of the first to present instabilities,because,as it is an economic activity where one of the characteristics is the displacement of people,the activity was affected in all sectors that are linked to tourism.The hospitality“industry”needed to reinvent itself to think how to restart or continue activities safely,in a scenario of economic uncertainty,even without an expectation of vaccination of the population against the coronavirus until the time of conclusion of this paper,in January/2020―month that the first vaccine arrived in Brazil.However,even under a scenario of instability and health risk,people sought hospitality and leisure services in order to obtain for themselves a mental relaxation that made them escape a desolate reality and have a moment of liberation and relaxation.Although hospitality is important from an economic point of view and beneficial to the individual,the discussion becomes controversial because it analyzes the moment when people seek these services.This study will raise the question about the role of hospitality in this moment of uncertainty worldwide and will discuss some conclusions as the result of this observation.

Practice of Developing Low-carbon Leisure Agriculture in Agricultural Sci-tech Experiment and Demonstration Park: A Case Study of Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park

The Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park,as a unique tourist scenic spot,is a new model for the development of low-carbon leisure agriculture.In this paper,with Xinglong Tropical Botanical Park as a study case,the practice of developing a model of low-carbon agricultural science and technology tourism in the park is explored.Main measures for developing low-carbon leisure agriculture in Agricultural Science and Technology Experiment and Demonstration Park are summarized,including development of low carbon attractors,construction of low carbon facilities,strengthening low-carbon management,building low-carbon environment and so on,according to analysis on the models for development of low-carbon agricultural science tourism in this park.

休闲时代视角下民族体育旅游的发展

随着中国成为全球第二大经济体,全民小康战略纵深目标达成,全民生活水平不断提升,人们的追求从物质过渡到精神,多种休闲项目带动了国有经济的发展。休闲时代的到来,极大程度上促进了中国旅游事业的发展,民族体育旅游作为新兴旅游项目之一,是以民族特性为核心的旅游项目。然而,受限于民族体育旅游的受众人群和开发力度,休闲时代下的民族体育旅游事业发展还有很大的上升空间。基于此,本文结合民族体育旅游发展空间分析论述休闲时代视角下发展民族体育旅游的策略。

河北省休闲农业与旅游业耦合协调关系研究

休闲农业是一项旅游性较强的新兴产业,深入探索休闲农业与旅游业的耦合协调关系是促进两者可持续发展的重要基础。基于此,本研究以河北省为例,构建休闲农业与旅游业评价指标体系,采用熵权法确定指标权重,利用线性加权法测算两系统的综合发展指数,最后利用耦合协调度模型测算2013—2022年河北省休闲农业与旅游业的耦合协调度。实证结果表明:河北省休闲农业与旅游业综合发展指数变动趋势大体保持一致,整体呈现先升后降的趋势,呈现倒“V”型态势,2013—2019年指数上升,2019年后受疫情影响逐渐下降;两系统耦合度较低,目前处于拮抗阶段,耦合协调度发展经历了中度失调、轻度失调、濒临失调、勉强协调、初级协调、勉强协调、濒临失调7个阶段,后期疫情对于两系统的发展影响较大;在划分类型上,以休闲农业主导性为主,两大系统相互支撑、相互促进作用显著。基于此,促进河北省休闲农业与旅游业耦合协调关系进一步健康发展,应建立耦合协调发展管理机制、加强政府扶持及完善基础设施等。

乡村休闲旅游政策的量化评价与发展展望

乡村休闲旅游政策是提振乡村发展活力、推动乡村富民产业发展的战略性调整手段之一。文章选取2012年11月-2022年12月中央层面发布的137份乡村休闲旅游政策文件作为研究对象,通过构建政策结构、政策工具、政策效力的三维分析框架,运用社会网络分析法、政策工具法以及政策一致性指数模型,以定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方式对乡村休闲旅游政策的优势和不足进行分析。研究发现:从政策结构来看,政策数量总体呈波动式上升,政策主体存在部分集聚现象;从政策工具来看,呈现出重供给型和环境型、轻需求型特征;从政策效力来看,整体处于良好及以上水平,部分政策在政策作用方式、政策措施等方面存在提升空间。为此,该研究从以下3个方面提出我国乡村休闲旅游政策后续发展的政策优化展望:一是政策主体,实现多部门、多层级的深化合作与协同联动,以政策合力提升政策供给效率和供给质量;二是政策工具,打造供给型、需求型、环境型相互配合的政策工具体系,优化政策工具类型与内部结构;三是政策内容,从政策监管纠偏、绩效量化、双向反馈等层面提升政策精准性和有效性,确保政策精准落地。

民族地区乡村休闲旅游人才培养路径

乡村振兴背景下,民族地区叠加资源、市场、政策等多重效应,发展乡村休闲旅游占尽天时、地利条件,同时面临人和困境,人才成为制约民族地区乡村休闲旅游发展的最大短板。通过分析民族地区发展乡村休闲旅游的新机遇、新内涵,指出民族地区发展乡村休闲旅游,需要管理、规划开发、文化创意、生态环保、市场营销5类人才。基于民族地区乡村休闲旅游高质量发展,提出健全教育培训的机制、构建教育培训的体系、创新教育培训的方式、激活教育培训的动力等建议,以建立适应民族地区乡村休闲旅游发展的人才队伍。

城市休闲产业聚类模式APM算法模型开发与校验

城市休闲相关产业的高质量发展对当前我国城市消费升级以及人居环境质量提升具有重要现实意义。但是,现有研究未能精准地捕捉海量广域分布的城市休闲产业的基本空间分布规律与结构,而已有的空间聚类算法较多适用于城市用地分析,未能很好地适用于离散分布的城市休闲产业研究。为此,文章基于空间兴趣点数据,开发距离通达值及空间集群中心点等算法,构建城市休闲旅游产业聚类模式空间算法模型(APM)。在以广州为例的研究中,APM模型捕捉出3170个以500 m步行生活圈为范围的城市休闲产业集群,校验了APM模型的科学性与应用价值。整体上,APM算法可以较好地捕捉城市休闲业态集群的空间结构,清晰识别城市休闲产业空间冷、热点分布的基本结构,由其捕捉行程的聚类边界与实际道路和建筑走向、水系边界、区域范围等重合度高,聚类集群符合实际情况,具备可信度与有效性。该研究是休闲产业集聚机制研究的一次方法创新,在算法精度、实际应用、可视化效率上均做出了创新性推进。与Fishnet方法相比,可以更科学精准地识别城市内部多个休闲消费商圈的边界,实现了高效率的城市休闲产业集群捕捉;与同位模型相比,可以呈现多类别的城市休闲业态结构,突破了现有研究只能捕捉两类业态组团的局限。
