The Hosseini trilogy encompasses Khaled Hosseini’s three distinguished novels:The Kite Runner,A Thousand Splendid Suns,and And the Mountains Echoed.As an Afghan-American novelist,Hosseini’s works exemplify a significant achievement within the sphere of ethnic literature.However,there is a significant deficiency in comprehensive examinations concerning his artistic traits throughout these three works.Therefore,focusing on Hosseini’s cultural identity as an ethnic writer,this paper purports to investigate the creative methodologies that emerge within his trilogy.The author posits that Hosseini employs at least three prominent creative strategies:An English writing framework with bilingual cultural elements,vivid depictions of wars through minor incidents,and soul-saving emotional narratives,all of which contribute substantially to the success of his trilogy while also providing meaningful insights for the development and advancement of ethnic writers.

创造力与大学生生命意义感:积极情绪和创造性自我效能感的作用

为考察创造力与大学生生命意义感之间的关系,以及积极情绪和创造性自我效能感在其中的作用,本研究采用Runco创新观念行为量表、积极情绪量表、创造性自我效能感问卷和生命意义问卷对665名大学生进行了测查。结果显示:(1)创造力、积极情绪、创造性自我效能感和生命意义感之间存在两两正相关关系;(2)积极情绪在创造力与生命意义感之间起部分中介作用;(3)创造性自我效能感调节了创造力影响生命意义感的直接路径,随着创造性自我效能感的提升,创造力对生命意义感的预测作用减弱。本研究在理论上揭示了创造力对生命意义感的作用及其机制,对大学生生命意义教育具有一定实践参考价值。

创意越轨:双元领导影响员工创意实施的“非法”路径研究

基于紧张理论和资源保存理论,提出双元领导在同事职场友谊边界下通过创意越轨作用于创意实施的“非法”路径,并对5家国有企业管理者和员工进行问卷调查,采用多项式回归和块变量分析法进行假设验证。结果发现:双元领导的不一致性会带来更多结构紧张,员工创意越轨行为随之增加,而双元领导一致性有利于员工开展更多创意实施;创意越轨在双元领导与创意实施间发挥部分中介作用;同事职场友谊存在调节效应,高同事职场友谊条件下创意越轨的中介效应显著,反之,低同事职场友谊下创意越轨不存在显著中介效应。

Literary translation should not solely focus on“what to translate”,but also on“how to translate”,extending the perspective to the target audience and environment.It is crucial to recognize that translation involves more than rendering words;it entails navigating cultural differences and facilitating literary communication during the process of language conversion.By comparing and contrasting Mo Yan’s work of“蛙”with Howard Goldblatt’s English translation Frog from both the two aspects of language and culture and the four perspectives of alienation and naturalization,deletion and addition,processing of address and dialogues,symbols of animal cultural,this study explores the phenomenon of creative treason in literary translation,and provides a specific and in-depth analysis to offer valuable insights for the translation of Chinese literature.
