It is found that the accretor is subjected to periodic pulsation due to accretions and rejections of mass and angular momentum. Tile gainer attempts to attain both hydrostatic and thermal balances. This physical process can cause tile thermal structure of the accreting star to fluctuate with a period of ~ 0.19 y. Stellar wind can be enhanced by a factor of ~1.25 ×10^4 when the accretor approaches break-down velocity. Surface entropy and density decrease with the increase of the stellar radius due to the fact that rapid rotation leads to a reduction in the number density and surface temperature. The rotational energy has the same trend as stellar radius due to stellar expansion. Surface opacity which is extremely sensitive to surface temperature has an opposite trend to stellar radius. Moreover, the rate of nuclear energy must be adjusted due to mass removal or accretion at the stellar surface.展开更多

The critical mass of star-forming magnetized cloud is influenced by the magnetic tension, magnetic pressure and other pressures. Applying the method of theoretical modelling by taking into account the basic equations and assumptions, we formulate the critical mass of magnetized MCc in different cases. Accordingly, the minimum critical masses we find in both cases are different. Energy due to magnetic tension significantly triggers the collapse at relatively larger radius of the core. The model shows that when the initial radius of the parent cloud (Ro) is larger than that of collapsing core radius (Rcore) the magnetic tension also has the larger radius of curvature, so it plays a significant role in supporting gravity to collapse the core. The results indicate gravity without magnetic tension may not overcome magnetic pressure, turbulence pressure and pressure due to rotation. This shows the critical mass of MCc for the collapse depends on the tension force that magnetic field lines apply on the envelope. We conclude that if there is magnetic pressure in star-forming MCc, there is also unavoidable magnetic tension, which triggers the collapse of the core. If there is no magnetic tension, the magnetized MCc needs relatively larger mass and higher density within the small size to collapse.展开更多

Star formation is the fundamental process to which our current understanding remains incomplete due to the complexity of the physics that drives their formation within molecular clouds. In this article theoretical modelling of the lowest possible mass of the cloud needed for collapse and the core accretion rate has been presented for the molecular cloud collapsing under its gravity. In many of previous studies the critical mass of star forming cloud under its gravity has been modelled using kinetic energy and gravitational potential energy. However, we test the effect of thermodynamic efficiency factor together with other physical processes in describing the critical mass, and controlling or triggering the rate of mass falling onto the central core. Assuming that, the ratio of radiation luminosity to gravitational energy released per unit time of the collapsing MC is less than unity. Following this conceptual framework we have formulated the critical mass and the core accretion rate of the self-gravitating molecular cloud.展开更多

Based on the feature of chiral susceptibility, we show that the system at ζ exhibits a second-order phase transition which accords with the nature of appearance of the high-To superconductivity, and the estimated critical exponents around ζ are illustrated.展开更多

Therefore, the density control of the seed roll is one of the important problems in the ginning process. The paper proposes a change in the rotation speed of the saw cylinder with a decrease in the diameter of its numerical linear speed and machine productivity. The article describes the problem of regulating the density of a seed roll in a saw gin of the DP series, provides an overview of work on regulating the operation of the machine, determines the dependence of the productivity of gins and linters on the state of the saw system in these machines, as well as changes in the linear speed of the saw by changing its diameter. Also, the critical speed of the gin and linter saw cylinder was determined to prevent resonance. In this case, the Simulation package of the SolidWorks computer program was used. The results of the study made it possible to adjust the speed of the cylinders when changing the diameter of the saws, which improved the productivity of the machine while maintaining the quality of the fiber and seed.展开更多

The importance of empirical methods is fundamental to confirm the relationship between rainfall intensity and accumulated rainfall with the mass movement events, in order to establish the critical threshold values. The present work performs an evaluation of the record data of mass movement events occurred in Sao Paulo State North coast region for a 4-year period (2014 to 2018) considering different mass movement characteristics (slope type, magnitude and impact level). Some rainfall values were obtained to show that within these parameters an event related to natural and anthropic features was triggered. A database was created, sorting source of information and municipalities monitored, to implement the correlation between the mass movement events and the rainfall values. To elaborate the event’s map, reliable record data of localization of the mass movement events was selected, as well as the nearest possible raingauges of CEMADEN (National Center for Monitoring and Early Warning of Natural Disasters);also the exact event triggering time, selection by the slope type, the magnitude and the impact level of the mass movement event. The rainfall values of these raingauges allowed the calculation of the accumulated rainfall index for 1, 3, 6, 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours, with the adoption of the 72 hours index for this work. The correlation graphics are divided by the slope type, the magnitude and the impact level of the mass movement event. Different critical thresholds appear, classifying such event by the influence level of triggering factors, natural and/or anthropic.展开更多

文摘In this paper, we present the critical mass of magnetized, turbulent and rotating star-forming molecular cloud core (MCc) in the presence of magnetic tension. If there is no magnetic tension, the magnetized MCc needs relatively larger mass and higher density within the small size to collapse.
文摘Understanding how stars form in molecular clouds is one of the ongoing research areas in astrophysics. Following this conceptual framework we have formulated the critical mass and the core accretion rate of the self-gravitating molecular cloud.
