Analysis on Critical Success Factors for Agile Manufacturing Evaluation in Original Equipment Manufacturing Industry-An AHP Approach

Manufacturing industries are facing challenges in the implementation of agile manufacturing in their products and processes. Agility is widely accepted as a new competitive concept in the manufacturing sector in fulfilling varying customer demand. Thus, evaluation of agile manufacturing in industries has become a necessity. The success of an organisation depends on its ability to manage finding the critical success factors and give them special and continued attention in order to bring about high performance. This paper proposes a set of critical success factors （CSFs） for evaluating agile manufacturing considered appropriate for the manufacturing sector. The analytical hierarchy process （AHP） method is applied for prioritizing the success factors, by summarizing the opinions of experts. It is believed that the proposed CSFs enable and assist manufacturing industries to achieve a higher performance in agile manufacturing so as to increase competitiveness.

Case Study on Critical Success Factors of Running Scrum

Agile development 12 principles, and adaptive project management life cycle model are applied to case study of J group, the critical success factors of running Scrum are identified as follows: 1) explicit the process of project management and a self-managing group with Scrum;2) professional agile development and release capability;3) building learning organization. J group as a pioneer Scrum agile software development practices, realizes the productivity of significant promotion and cost reduction, accelerates the product to the market, improves customer satisfaction and achieves a more transparent development process and higher predictive capability. The study aims to improve the success rate of the running Scrum.

基于全对抗解释结构建模方法的房建施工安全管理CSFs研究

为了研究房建施工安全管理的关键成功因素(Critical Success Factors,CSFs),提升房建工程施工安全管理水平,以房建工程施工项目为基础,综合运用决策试验与实验室评估法(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)和全模糊可达对抗解释结构模型(Total Fuzzy Reachable Adversarial Interpretive Structural Model,T FR AISM)方法识别房建施工安全管理体的CSFs,并进一步解析这些CSFs的结构层次,以挖掘影响因素的驱动结构和作用机制。结果表明,安全管理体系完备性、安全资金投入、主体结构标准层安全管理、二次结构安全管理、经济环境、业主的支付能力和合作企业的资源条件是房建工程施工安全管理的关键影响因素。我国房建施工安全管理工作可以通过分析CSFs的特征进一步构建更科学的安全管理体系,以应对以后房建施工工程出现的更复杂的安全问题。

Empirical Research on Critical Success Factors of Agile Software Process Improvement

In this paper, we discuss agile software process improvement in P company with their description of process management in current level and analysis of problems, design the P Company success factors model in organizational culture, systems, products, customers, markets, leadership, technology and other key dimensions, which is verified through questionnaire in P company. In the end, we apply knowledge creation theory to analyze the open source software community with successful application of the typical agile software method, propose ten principles of knowledge creation in open source software community: Self-organizing, Code sharing, Adaptation, Usability, Sustention, Talent, Interaction, Collaboration, Happiness, and Democracy.

A Brief Review for E- Commerce and the Critical Success Factors

Along with the rapid development of information technologies, traditional trade has moved to electronic area. Today, many business activities are performed in electronic environment. Since electronic commerce is rapid and easily reachable, it has begun to attract much more attention by consumers and businesses over time. In this study, a brief review about e-commerce is provided. The main aim is to examine the hot topic of e-commerce with different aspects. The increasing importance of e-commerce is presented by providing statistical support which shows a dramatic increase in total e-commerce sales worldwide. Tools, types, payment methods, and critical success factors of e-commerce are investigated. Eight different tools which can be used in e-commerce are explained. Seven types of e-commerce are classified. In addition, nine payment methods of e-commerce are elaborated. Moreover, three main critical success factors including eight sub-factors are structured in a hierarchical form to aid the companies in e-commerce. Depending on these critical success factors, this study aims to set a well-organized base in order to decide the best e-commerce company in further studies.

TS-OO-CSF科研管理方法在复杂科研项目管理中的应用研究

分析了复杂科学技术研究及其管理的特点 ,总结出一种基于层次、阶段、流程和两线的树形 (TS)科研管理方法。引进了计算机软件开发中的面向对象 (OO)的概念及其基本思想 ,构造了横向的科研管理方法。介绍了关键成功因子 (CSF)的概念及其应用方法 ,构造了基于矛盾论的科研管理方法。结合大型航天飞行器研制的背景 ,给出了一个基于树形的、关键成功因子和关键成功过程 (CSPr)的 ,运用面向对象方法的科研管理方法 (TS -OO -CSF管理方法 )

基于项目团队的企业新产品研发项目CSFs研究

在分析文献的基础上,站在项目组织与团队的角度提炼了20个企业新产品研发(NPD)项目关键成功因素(CSFs),对国内97家企业进行了问卷调查,应用SPSS软件进行因子分析,找到了4个公因子,建立了基于项目团队的NPD项目CSFs概念模型。

CSF 方法及其在 EIS 设计中的应用研究

研究了关键成功因子法（ＣＳＦ）及其在ＥＩＳ设计中的应用，提出可把关键成功因子作为联系组织的行为目标（决策任务）、高层管理者（决策人）和ＥＩＳ（决策支持工具）的纽带，根据组织的目标确定关键成功因子，使用ＥＩＳ来跟踪关键成功因子，而管理者则通过对关键成功因子的监控驾驭组织的运行，达到既定的组织目标．

Partnering模式正被广泛应用在各种不同领域中,评定Partnering模式应用的CSFs及其障碍越来越被组织或学者重视,逐步成为了项目管理中的一项议程。总结了前人的研究成果,提出了普遍认为的CSFs,具体分析了Partnering模式应用的障碍,为Partnering模式的推广提供了借鉴作用。

基于ISO/IEC标准的信息安全管理关键成功要素组态分析

基于ISO/IEC系列标准文件,运用模糊集定性比较分析法,探讨包含信息安全制度、高管支持、一致性、信息安全风险评估、信息安全意识、信息安全文化在内的多重因素集合影响组织信息安全管理绩效的协同机制。研究结果表明,能够确保组织高信息安全管理绩效的两种组态分别是高信息安全意识、高水平信息安全文化氛围和高质量信息安全制度、完善的信息安全风险评估,存在一条组织非高信息安全管理绩效的驱动路径。组织可根据组态结果整合内部资源,开展高效信息安全管理。

Review of constraints and critical success factors of developing urban underground space

The development of urban underground space(UUS)is of great significance for sustainable urban development because it has potential to solve many urban problems.However,the development of UUS is limited because there are still a lot of constraints and challenges.To better understand the constraining factors of developing UUS and improve the development and utilization of UUS,this study conducts a comprehensive survey of existing literature retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.Five main constraining factors,including the limited geological conditions,high cost,lack of natural light and ventilation,high incidence,and difficulty in collecting data and information on UUS,have been discussed to better understand how they affect the development of UUS.Based on the survey,the critical success factors of developing UUS,such as the effective governance structure,planning system for integrating UUS into urban development,coordination of the design of ground and underground,delineation of land property rights of UUS,and application of information techniques in the use of UUS,have been identified and discussed.In addition,knowledge gaps in the studies on development of UUS have been identified.Finally,the research trends and future directions have been proposed for better understanding and practice of UUS development.

A Model for Measuring Geographic Information Systems Success

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become a fact of our life as they are being used by more people and organizations for more complex decision problems than ever before. The use of GIS can achieve valuable benefits for individuals, organizations and society;however, the achievement of these benefits depends on the success of GIS. While information systems (IS) success models have received much attention among researchers, there is a general scarcity of research conducted to measure the GIS success. This paper proposes a success model for measuring GIS success by extending and modifying previous IS success models. The developed success model consists of two main levels: GIS project diffusion success, and GIS post-implementation success. The first level identifies the critical success factors (CSFs) that influence the success of GIS adoption at each stage of the diffusion process. The second level of the proposed model identifies and organizes the success dimensions (outcome measures) of GIS in temporal and causal relationships. In order to assess the relationships among the success dimensions, 11 hypotheses were tested. Data were collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to 252 GIS users/managers in Egypt and abroad. The empirical results support 6 hypotheses and reject 5 hypotheses.

Logistics Factors Affecting Cross-border Ecommerce Implementation

The purpose of this paper is to provide a structured literature review of cross-border e-logistics research,uncover existing gaps and opportunities,try to find practical strategies to balance logistics costs and service levels,and improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction for future cross-border e-logistics research.Meanwhile this paper also uses the real data to test the tradeoff between transportation and warehousing cost.In addition,regression empirical analysis is used to make up for the lack of empirical drawbacks of many articles in the field and the result can be instructive and referential for cross-border e-commerce enterprises to make decisions on weighing logistics cost and service level to improve logistics efficiency.

民航安全复杂系统的关键成功因素识别--基于中国民航近10年安全管理工作的研究

为了探寻民航安全长周期运行的经验,即确定对实现安全运行起着决定性作用的关键因素,首先,收集了中国民航行业发布的航空安全工作报告、政策新闻、具有10 a以上工作经验的专家访谈等资料,运用扎根理论对其进行处理以识别民航安全复杂系统的影响因素。其次,利用提出的二维不确定语言变量(2-Dimension Uncertain Linguistic Variables,2DULVs)分层决策试验与评估实验室(DecisionMaking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)混合模型计算影响因素的中心度和原因度,以此识别民航安全复杂系统的关键成功因素。最后,将计算结果与传统DEMATEL方法的结果进行对比分析。结果表明,安全投入力度加大、安全意识的转变、安全监管与督导力度的加强、法律法规与管理机制的持续健全完善、科技创新引领智慧安全、安全风险分级管控和隐患排查的双重预防为实现民航安全复杂系统的关键成功因素。与传统DEMATEL方法相比,提出的混合模型有效减少了549次专家决策,识别结果更符合民航实际情况。

建筑企业战略实施与绩效考核体系的匹配性探索

针对建筑行业战略实施与绩效考核脱节问题,通过分析战略,得出关键成功因素,导出战略地图,从而建立以企业战略实施为基的绩效考核体系,解决脱节问题,增强建筑企业战略实施与绩效考核体系匹配性,并以W建筑企业为例,进行案例分析,以期为相关企业提供借鉴与参考。

Critical Success Factors for Electronic Commerce in Chinese Electronic Information Industry

Critical success factors (CSF) for electronic commerce (EC) are important for enterprises.This research discusses both assessment indicators and impact factors for EC success to help Chinese enterprises to achieve successful EC implementations. On the basis of literature review and experts survey, the research suggests some assessment indicators and impact factors for EC success. A hypothesis is proposed that leadership, strategy, management, organization, technology, customers,and suppliers factors would affect EC success. Furthermore, the research conducts an empirical study on the Chinese Electronic Information Industry to verify the hypothesis. Using factor analysis and regression analysis, the research finds out several critical factors--leadership, strategy, and organization--and critical sub-factors, such as leadership belief and organization management. These findings indicate the usefulness of this research model, especially for Chinese enterprises.

养老地产PPP项目关键成功因素及作用机理研究

为提高养老地产PPP项目的成功率,对其关键成功因素展开研究。首先,利用文献分析、案例研究以及专家访谈方法初步识别归纳总结了养老地产PPP项目的32个成功因素;然后发放调查问卷,利用因子分析法对因素进行筛选,获得24个关键成功因素并对其进行归类;接着利用ISM-MICMAC模型对因素间的关系进行梳理,并对其作用机理进行研究。最后基于研究结果从深层次因素即健全完善的法律政策、政策支持力度、政府信用、社会资本运营管理能力、社会资本经验、政府监管力度入手,从国家政策、地方政府、社会资本三个方面提出有针对性的建议。
