Correlation Analysis of Processing Technology,Physical Parameters and Chemical Components during Plain Stir-baking of Trichosanthis Radix

[Objectives]To explore the correlation of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components during plain stir-baking of Trichosanthis Radix.[Methods]Based on mixture uniform experiment design,the Trichosanthis Radix was prepared by plain stir-bake method.Delphi method was used to evaluate and select the highest-scoring processed product for measuring physical parameters.UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of starch and polysaccharide.The correlation and linear regression model of processing technology,physical parameters and chemical components were established with the aid of SPSS 26.0[Results]After processing by plain stir-bake method,the relative density and chromaticity showed a decreasing trend in the processed products of Trichosanthis Radix,the oxidation value,hydroscopic rate and swelling decreased firstly and then increased,and pH increased firstly and then decreased.The content of total starch decreased,the content of polysaccharide increased,and there was a negative correlation between them.There was a significant positive correlation between temperature and oxidation value,swelling and hydroscopic rate,hydroscopic rate and polysaccharide,and there was a significant negative correlation between relative density and hydroscopic rate or polysaccharide,total starch and hydroscopic rate or swelling.The linear relation model between processing technology and physical parameters and chemical components was r2>0.9.[Conclusions]After processing by plain stir-bake method,the physical parameters of Trichosanthis Radix changed,and there may be mutual conversion between total starch and polysaccharides.To a certain extent,physical parameters can be used to evaluate the quality of processed products of Trichosanthis Radix.This study is expected to provide a reference for research on quality evaluation of processed products of traditional Chinese medicine.

Signal Processing Circuit Design of Infrared Detection System with SO2 Concentration Based on Correlation Filter Technology

Signals from infrared detector are very weak in SO2 concentration measuring system.In order to improve the sensitivity of detection,combining with filter correlation technology and infrared absorption principle,the weak signal processing circuit is designed according to correlation detection technology.Under laboratory conditions,system performance of SO2 concentration is tested,and the experimental data are analyzed and processed.Then relationship of SO2 concentration and the measuring voltage is provided to prove that the design improves measuring sensitivity of the system.

Detrended cross-correlation analysis of electroencephalogram

In the paper we use detrended cross-correlation analysis （DCCA） to study the electroencephalograms of healthy young subjects and healthy old subjects. It is found that the cross-correlation between different leads of a healthy young subject is larger than that of a healthy old subject. It was shown that the cross-correlation relationship decreases with the aging process and the phenomenon can help to diagnose whether the subject＇s brain function is healthy or not.

RESEARCH ON THE ALGORITHM OF BINARY IMAGE CROSS-CORRELATION FOR UNSTEADY FLOW FIELD MEASUREMENT

The algorithm of Binary Image Cross-Correlation (BICC) was developed to measure the unsteady flow field. A vortex flow field was used to test the algorithm by numerical simulation. The results show that BICC is an effective algorithm for particle identification from consecutive images, the accurate velocity vector field can be obtained. The real velocity field in a valve chamber was measured by BICC in this study. From the full-field velocity information, the pressure and vorticity fields were also extracted by post-processing. Correlation Analysis of Control Parameters of Flotation Process

The dosage of gold-antimony flotation process of 5 main drugs,including Copper Sulfate,Lead Nitrate,Yellow Medicine,No.2 Oil,Black Medicine,with corresponding visual features of foam images,including Stability,Gray Scale,Mean R,Mean G,Mean B,Mean Average,Dimension and Degree Variance,were recorded.Parameter correlation analysis showed that the correlation among Copper Sulfate,Yellow Medicine,Black Medicine,as well as the correlation among Gray Scale,Mean R,Mean G,Mean B,is strong,and the correlation among Dimension,Gray Scale,Mean R,Mean G,Mean B,as well as the correlation between Stability and each dosing parameter,is week.It also indicated a feasible way to decrease the complexity of flotation control system by reducing some parameters.

Digital Cross-Correlation Detection of Multi-Laser Beams Measuring System for Wind Field Detection

A cross-correlation detection method to process backscatter signals of multi-laser beams measuring （MLBM） is presented, which can be firstly filtered by the digital filter composed of average median filter and finite impulse response （FIR） digital filter. The processing of backscatter signals using single-pulse and three-pulse cross-correlation detection methods is depicted in detail. From calculation results, the multi-pulse cross-correlation detection could effectively improve signal-to-noise ratio （SNR）. Finally, both wind velocity and direction are determined by the peak-delay method based on the correlation function which shows high measuring precision and high SNR of the MLBM system with the assistance of the digital cross- correlation detection.

New fast algorithm for hypercomplex decomposition and hypercomplex cross-correlation

In order to calculate the cross-correlation of two color images treated as vector in a holistic manner,a rapid vertical/parallel decomposition algorithm for quaternion is presented.The calculation for decomposition is reduced from 21 times to 4 times real number multiplications with the same results.An algorithm for cross-correlation of color images based on decomposition in time domain is put forward,in which some properties pointed out in this paper can be utilized to reduce the computational complexity.Simulation results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

ON THE RUIN FUNCTIONS FOR A CORRELATED AGGREGATE CLAIMS MODEL WITH POISSON AND ERLANG RISK PROCESSES

This article considers a risk model as in Yuen et al. （2002）. Under this model the two claim number processes are correlated. Claim occurrence of both classes relate to Poisson and Erlang processes. The formulae is derived for the distribution of the surplus immediately before ruin, for the distribution of the surplus immediately after ruin and the joint distribution of the surplus immediately before and after ruin. The asymptotic property of these ruin functions is also investigated.

Ruin probability for correlated negative risk sums model with Erlang processes

This paper studies a Sparre Andersen negative risk sums model in which the distribution of ＂interclaim＂ time is that of a sum of n independent exponential random variables. Thus, the Erlang（n） model is a special case. On this basis the correlated negative risk sums process with the common Erlang process is considered. Integro-differential equations with boundary conditions for ψ（u） are given. For some special cases a closed-form expression for ψ（u） is derived.

Extraction of Buried Signals in Noise: Correlated Processes

In this paper, we propose extraction of signals correlated with noise in which they are buried. Proposed extraction method uses no a-priori information on the buried signal and works independently of the nature of noise, correlated or not with the signal, colored or white, Gaussian or not, and locations of its spectral extent. Extraction of buried correlated signals is achieved without averaging in the time or frequency domain.

TIME DOMAIN PROCESSING MODE SPREAD SPECTRUM SYSTEM

The construction and specifications of a surface acoustic wave storage correlator are described. A time domain processing mode spread spectrum system is presented. An analysis of the interference rejection for this system is provided. The formula for calculating the probability of error of the system is given. The experimental results agree with the theoretical analysis.

On the Small SNR Processing Ability of IR Point Target Detection

Three-dimensional (3-D) matched filtering has been suggested as a powerful processing technique for detecting weak, moving IR point target immersed in a noisy field. Based on the theory of the 3-D matched filtering and the optimal linear processing, the optimal point target detector is being analyzed in this paper. The performance of the detector is introduced in detail. The results provide a standard reference to evaluate the performance of any other point target detection algorithms.

Experimental Study of Acoustic Noise Correlation Technique for Passive Monitoring of Rails

The work presented in this paper aims at investigating the ability of acoustic noise correlation technique for railway infrastructure health monitoring. The principle of this technique is based on impulse responses reconstruction by correlation of random noise propagated in the medium. Since wheel-rail interaction constitutes a source of such noise, correlation technique could be convenient for detection of rail defects using only passive sensors. Experiments have been carried out on a 2 m-long rail sample. Acoustic noise is generated in the sample at several positions. Direct comparison between an active emission-reception response and the estimated noise correlation function has confirmed the validity of the equivalence relation between them. The quality of the reconstruction is shown to be strongly related to the spatial distribution of the noise sources. High sensitivity of the noise-correlation functions to a local defect on the rail is also demonstrated. However, interpretation of the defect signature is more ambiguous than when using classical active responses. Application of a spatiotemporal Fourier transform on data recorded with variable sensor-defect distances has allowed overcoming this ambiguity.

MIP Technology for Pruduction of Euro Ⅳ Clean Gasoline Ⅱ. Correlation Model of Sulfur Content of MIP Naphtha and Its Application

ON USING NON-LINEAR CANONICAL CORRELATION ANALYSIS FOR VOICE CONVERSION BASED ON GAUSSIAN MIXTURE MODEL

Voice conversion algorithm aims to provide high level of similarity to the target voice with an acceptable level of quality.The main object of this paper was to build a nonlinear relationship between the parameters for the acoustical features of source and target speaker using Non-Linear Canonical Correlation Analysis(NLCCA) based on jointed Gaussian mixture model.Speaker indi-viduality transformation was achieved mainly by altering vocal tract characteristics represented by Line Spectral Frequencies(LSF).To obtain the transformed speech which sounded more like the target voices,prosody modification is involved through residual prediction.Both objective and subjective evaluations were conducted.The experimental results demonstrated that our proposed algorithm was effective and outperformed the conventional conversion method utilized by the Minimum Mean Square Error(MMSE) estimation.

Quality of correlation in quantum information

A strong and stable correlation in quantum information is of high quality for quantum information processing.We define two quantities,selective average correlation and ripple coefficient,to evaluate the quality of correlation in quantum information in a time interval.As a new communication channel,Heisenberg spin chains are widely investigated.We select a two-qubit Heisenberg XXZs pin chain with Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction in an inhomogeneous magnetic field as an example,and use the two quantities to evaluate the qualities of the correlation in quantum information with different measures.The result shows that,if the time evolutions are similar,there needs only evaluating one of them to know when the correlation has high quality for quantum information processing.

Upside and downside correlated jump risk premia of currency options and expected returns

This research explores upside and downside jumps in the dynamic processes of three rates:domestic interest rates,foreign interest rates,and exchange rates.To fill the gap between the asymmetric jump in the currency market and the current models,a correlated asymmetric jump model is proposed to capture the co-movement of the correlated jump risks for the three rates and identify the correlated jump risk premia.The likelihood ratio test results show that the new model performs best in 1-,3-,6-,and 12-month maturities.The in-and out-of-sample test results indicate that the new model can capture more risk factors with relatively small pricing errors.Finally,the risk factors captured by the new model can explain the exchange rate fluctuations for various economic events.

A NOVEL ALGORITHM FOR VOICE CONVERSION USING CANONICAL CORRELATION ANALYSIS

A novel algorithm for voice conversion is proposed in this paper. The mapping function of spectral vectors of the source and target speakers is calculated by the Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA) estimation based on Gaussian mixture models. Since the spectral envelope feature remains a majority of second order statistical information contained in speech after Linear Prediction Coding (LPC) analysis, the CCA method is more suitable for spectral conversion than Minimum Mean Square Error (MMSE) because CCA explicitly considers the variance of each component of the spectral vectors during conversion procedure. Both objective evaluations and subjective listening tests are conducted. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can achieve better per- formance than the previous method which uses MMSE estimation criterion.
