As a basic technology at physical layer of mobile communications,non-orthogonal multiple access has been attracting wide attention across the academia and the industry.During the standardization of the fifth-generation(5G)of mobile communications,3GPP conducted preliminary study on non-orthogonal multiple access without reaching the consensus to standardize the technology.

Ubiquitous Access Technology for Wireless Digital Home Networks

As an important branch of telecommunication technology, digital home networks have quickly developed in recent years. Although architecture of the digital home network based on telecommunication networks has been standardized in China, only wireless access is defined to be allowable. Therefore, it becomes the focus of further research how to establish a wireless digital home network. This article proposes the concept and shows the architecture of ubiquitous access for wireless digital home networks. Moreover, key technologies for ubiquitous access are discussed here, including cognitive radio, the concept of wireless Mesh, generic link transfer mechanism, Quality of Service (QoS) guarantee mechanism, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and coexistence of heterogeneous systems.

3D Printing Technology for Buildings＇ Accessibility： The Tactile Map for MTE Museum in Pavia

3D printing technology is an innovative manufacturing technology used in several disciplines, whose number and diversity are growing day by day. The development of devices to improve the accessibility of buildings and urban spaces for people with disabilities through 3D priming technology is still not broadly explored. The present study is focused on filling this gap, with the realization of a tactile map of the MTE （Museum of Electrical Technology） of the University of Pavia （Italy） for blind and visually impaired people. The tactile map represents the building plan with all the information to guide the visit. The device is the result of a research process which is made by several steps and experimental tests, aimed at setting the best 3D priming profiles to meet all the requirements of the end-users. This paper describes methods and strategies applied to reach these goals： it underlines the social and technical approaches, the experimental phases and its possible future developments.

Network Garment Style Design System with Remote Information Access and Auto-Connecting Technology

A Network Garment Style Design System (NGSDS) is proposed to enable the remote style structure drawing design of garment. After the development of the system structure based on network that consists of client end and server end at two remote places, a multi-layer part database based on Oracle platform is presented to store information of different parts of garment style. With the acquirement of remote design data at server end using Http technology, the style design is ultimately implemented at the client end using Auto-connecting algorithms. One empirical example is given to show the implementation of the NGSDS.

Urban Space with Instant and Ubiquitous Access Technologies

According to the United Nations, the world will need to build new cities and/or expand existing cities to accommodate about 1.6 billion additional urban residents by 2030. This rapid trend is the result of many complex socio-economic and political factors, and poses unprecedented challenges to the functioning of cities and the quality of life for urban dwellers. The resources needed for accommodating new urban dwellers will be enormous. Can emerging information, communication and ubiquitous access technologies help us to achieve a sustainable global urban system in a ubiquitous technology space, mitigating the consumption of scarce resources?

Broadband over Power Line (BPL): An Emerging Technology for Bangladesh

Broadband over Power Line (BPL) is an alternative means of providing high-speed Internet access, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and other broadband services to homes and businesses by using the existing medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) power lines. This paper provides a comprehensive understanding about BPL with its implementation prospects. In this context, the existing power grid infrastructures are discussed elaborately. BPL system functionality with its components and its benefits over other access technologies is also pointed out. Implementation scenarios for various deployment options are illustrated here. The different implementation challenges for BPL system, such as the characteristics of power lines, attenuation problem, noise, potential interference with the other radio frequencies are also presented with their remedies. Comparative analysis between several broadband access technologies shows the feasibility of BPL deployments all over the world.

TD-SCDMA HSUPA Technology

The High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA) technology for Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) is used to improve the overall uplink performance: to increase the peak data rate and throughput and to reduce the transmission delay of uplink. The considered enhancements include Adaptive Modulation and Coding (AMC), Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ), Node B fast scheduling and sharing of uplink channel resources between User Equipments (UE). New Media Access Control protocol entities (MAC-e and MAC-es) are adopted to enhance and optimize protocols. Simulation results of these technologies show that the system performance (including the peak rate, throughput, and delay) can be improved significantly.

HSDPA Technology and Its Potential Applications

HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access) technology is a type of enhanced WCDMA technology based on R5 and employed with a 5 MHz spectrum. It can provide a maximum bit rate of 13.9 Mb/s thereby dramatically extending the transmission rate and spectrum efficiency of R99 version. Currently, it is the first choice of mobile operators for high bit rate mobile multimedia services. All the mobile technologies and their characteristics, which are employed by HSDPA system in WCDMA, are analyzed in the following. The possible applications of HSDPA are also discussed in this article.

Thinking About Developing 3G and Broadband Wireless Access Technologies

It is wise for fixed operators to make use of broadband wireless access technologies,such as IEEE802.16d,to develop mobile access based on their existing fixed broadband IP networks.Mobile operators have to evolve their networks from 2G to 3G for making full use of their current resources. However,the AII-IP core network will be a general trend since broadband wireless access adopts the connectionless statistical packet multiplexing technology.Based on the introduction of IEEE802.16d,High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and CDMA2000 1x EV-DV technologies,this paper discusses the development trend of broadband wireless access technologies, and concludes that 3G's packet access technologies are the same as IEEE802.16d/e,and AII-IP is the goal.It emphasizes that Chinese TD-SCDMA should develop toward connectionless statistical packet multiplexing as early as possible.

Multiple Antenna Technology and Its Application in WiMAX System

Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) technology has rapidly developed in recent years. It is becoming one of the hotspots among broadband wireless access technologies. A WiMAX system can provide bandwidth efficiency higher than 2 bps/Hz. In order to improve coverage and reliability of the WiMAX system,the IEEE 802.16 standard supports multiple antenna techniques such as Alamouti Space-Time Coding (STC),Adaptive Antenna System (AAS) and Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO). The applications of the multiple antenna techniques improve system capacity and bandwidth efficiency significantly,and enhance the competence of the WiMAX technology greatly.

Progress of 3G Evolution Technology Standardization

The challenges brought by broadband wireless access technologies to cellular mobile communication technologies speed up the study and standardization of 3G evolution technologies that support higher data rates. Both the 3GPP and the 3GPP2 have launched research programs on the study and standardization of the emerging 3G evolution technologies. The Long Term Evolution (LTE) program of 3GPP has made progress in key technical indexes of air interface, wireless network architecture and high-level protocols. At the same time, the Air Interface Evolution (AIE) program of 3GPP2 has made study achievements in the formulation of air interface standards for Layer 2 and upper layers, as well as for the physical layer.

VB中基于自动化功能的Access数据库应用

基于VB.NET与Access的卫生人才管理系统软件的设计与开发

目的:开发设计卫生人才管理系统软件,以加强卫生人才的信息化管理,规范卫生人才的推举和培养流程,降低医学会工作人员的劳动量。方法:使用VB.NET作为前端开发工具,以Access作为后台数据库,开发设计卫生人才管理软件。结果:开发设计的卫生人才管理软件具有信息的录入、修改、删除、查询以及统计筛选等功能,软件系统界面友好,操作灵活,存储安全,使得原本繁琐的卫生人才信息管理工作变的方便快捷,在南京医学会应用期间,运行状态稳定,反映良好。结论:卫生人才管理系统软件不但实现了卫生人才基本的信息管理功能,而且使得医学会中各专科委员会的组织建设,青年委员的推举培养等工作实现数字化。

基于Access数据库护士培训管理系统的设计与应用

目的:用Access数据库开发设计护士培训管理系统,以规范护士培训管理,实现培训管理信息化。方法:将护理人员岗位管理标准、规范化培训手册、层级核心能力培训内容、专科护士培训等内容通过Access数据库进行编程、整合,形成系统性、整体化的信息管理平台,利用区域网云盘等技术支持,进行院内护士培训管理。结果:开发的护士培训管理系统具有信息录入、修改、删除、查询以及统计筛选功能,软件系统界面清晰、美观,操作简单,使用方便,存储安全,试用8个月,运行状态稳定。平台使用后比使用前人员信息正确率、培训质量督查及时率更高,培训督查缺陷率更低,管理所需时间更短,护士及护理管理人员对系统使用满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论:护士培训管理系统实现了信息化管理,三级培训管理指标监控及时,系统数据分析支持护理培训决策,有效提高管理效能。

ASP+ACCESS安全隐患及对策

ASP技术对Access数据库的访问,主要隐患来自Access数据库的安全性,其次在于ASP网页设计过程中的安全漏洞。笔者通过对Access存储隐患,Access解密隐患,源代码安全隐患,程序设计安全隐患的分析及非常规命名法,ODBS数据源法,对ASP页面加密法,加密机制的讨论,给出了解决安全隐患的对策,使ASP技术对数据库访问的安全性得到有效保证。

[目的]探讨基于Access数据库的护理部办公系统的设计及应用情况,以提升护理管理效能。[方法]将护理管理人员标准、护理部年度SWOT分析、目标管理及计划、个人ABC时间管理、工作实施与监控等内容通过Access数据库进行编程、整合,形成系统化、整体化的信息管理平台,利用区域共享等技术支持,进行护理部办公信息化管理。[结果]开发的护理部办公系统具有信息录入、分类、修改、删除、查询以及统计筛选功能,软件系统界面清晰、美观,操作简单,存储安全,试用5个月,运行状态稳定。系统使用前后护理管理人员工作任务按时完成率、护理部工作满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]基于Access数据库的护理部办公系统实现了信息化管理,目标管理指标监控及时,系统数据分析支持护理决策,有效提高了管理效能。

Asp+access网站的安全问题及其防范

Asp作为一种广泛使用的动态网页制作技术,结合微软office中的access数据库,目前被大量运用于中小型网站的制作中。asp＋access网站相对脆弱的安全性使其成为黑客攻击的目标。从asp的常见安全问题出发,以Web服务器端、asp程序设计、数据库安全三个方面对asp的安全技术进行分析,并指出ASP环境下的安全问题应从系统的全局进行分析和考虑,asp的安全应以预防为主。
