The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, molecular formula ZnC12H16N2O8, Mr=381.64, space group P with a = 6.338(1), b =6.919(1), c=9.277(1), α=96.28(1), β=104.91(1), γ=112.85(1)°, V=352.12(9)?3, Z=1, Dc=1.80g?cm-3 and F(000)=196, μ =1.791mm-1. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods for final R=0.0204 and Rw=0.0542 for 1258 observed reflections with [Fo>4σ(Fo)]. The crystal structure reveals that zinc ion is trans-octahedral with two pyridyl nitrogens and two aque oxygens at the equational positions and two aqua oxygens at the axial positions. The complex forms a three-dimensional network through intermolecular hydrogen bonds.展开更多

A complex [NIL2] was synthesized, in which L, or to be exact, a Schiff base ligand (HL), was derived from the condensation of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-phenylacetyl-5-pyrazolone (PMPAP) with L-phenylalanine methyl ester...A complex [NIL2] was synthesized, in which L, or to be exact, a Schiff base ligand (HL), was derived from the condensation of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-phenylacetyl-5-pyrazolone (PMPAP) with L-phenylalanine methyl ester. They were characterized by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Green block crystals of both ligand and its complex were grown at room temperature. The ligand, which consists of two individual fragments, crystalizes in the P1 space group (a = 5.6268(5), b = 10.6892(11) and c = 19.4869(18) A). The complex crystalizes in the P21 space group (a -- 21.4076(18), b = 9.4792(8) and c = 25.287(2) A), which consists of a nickel six-coordinated compound. Every fragment is a distorted octahedron with four oxygen and two nitrogen atoms. The Schiff base ligand (HL) and its complex have been tested in vitro to evaluate their antibacterial activity against bacteria Escherichia Coli and Bacillus subtilis. It is found that the complex has higher activity than the corresponding free Schiff base ligand (HL) against the same bacterial.展开更多

In the title compound, the asymmetric unit consists of a [Mn(pmta_)3]ˉ anion, half [Mn(H_2O)_6]^(2+) counter cation and two lattice H_2O molecules, and the intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the complex into a supramolecular structure. The liquid-state fluorescence spectra of complex 1 have been determined. Hirshfeld surface analysis was also studied. The main intermolecular interactions in the complex are O···H and H···H contacts.展开更多

Structure analysis shows that the nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two bipys as well as two oxygen atoms from m-chlorobenzoic acid and water, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies revealed that compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P1(No. 2) with a = 11.2694(2), b = 12.3699(3), c = 15.0387(3) ?, α = 102.840(2), β = 105.215(2), γ = 96.388(2)°, V = 1940.04(7) ^3, Z = 1, Dc = 2.438 g·cm^-3, F(000) = 1324, R = 0.0256 and w R = 0.0555(I 〉 2σ(I)). Compound 1 features a discrete anionic moiety of [Cu6I10]^4- charge-balanced by two metal complexes of [Ni(phen)3]2+. The optical absorption edge of compound 1 was estimated to be 2.24 eV. Interestingly, nearly 95% of contaminant(crystal violet aqueous solution(CV), 50 m L, 1.0 × 10^-5 M) could be decolorized after exposure to visible light within 30 min, illustrating an impressive photocatalytic activity of compound 1. The structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, which is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.3887(2), b = 7.10710(10), c = 14.7212(2) , β = 120.6940(10)°, V = 934.65(3) 3, Dc = 2.278 g·cm-3, Z = 4, F(000) = 624, S = 1.022, the final R = 0.0187 and wR = 0.0487 for 2000 observer reflections (Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). The center metal ion Cd(Ⅱ) in the complex is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, and is connected with L ligands to form a 3D fishing net structure, which is a novel (3,6) network topology. The luminescence of the complex has been investigated, and the result reveals that it displays luminescent property in the voilet region.展开更多

The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.展开更多

These mono-β-diiminato copper complexes can effectively catalyze methacrylate(MA) polymerization when activated by MMAO. The introduction of fluoro groups into the N-aryl ring of β-diiminato ligands can greatly increase the catalytic activity of copper complexes as well as the molecular weight of PMA.展开更多

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P , with a = 0.74975(3), b = 1.20309(4), c = 1.30593(4) nm, α = 109.861(2), β = 98.519(2), γ = 90.575(2)o, V = 1.09337(7) nm3, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 524, the final GOOF = 1.064, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1171. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from one bicycle[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid molecule and three water molecules and two nitrogen atoms from the 2,2′-bipyridine molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. 文摘The complex [In(bpbp)Cl3]·H2O, where bpbp is 2,6-bis(1-phenylbenzimidazol- 2-yl)-pyridine (bpbp), was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. For the complex: C31H21Cl3InN5·H2O, Mr = 702.71, monoclinic, space group, P21/n, a = 9.3918(10), b = 21.024(2), c = 14.5323(15), β = 96.938(2)°, V = 2848.4(5)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073, μ(MoKα) = 1.147 mm-1, F(000) = 1408, S = 1.00, R = 0.0430 and wR = 0.1438 for 4620 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ). It is a neutral complex. The In(Ⅲ) ion adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry coordinated by three nitrogen atoms of the ligand and three chlorine atoms. The complex emits blue luminescence with emission peaks at 430 nm in the solid state.
文摘A complex [NIL2] was synthesized, in which L, or to be exact, a Schiff base ligand (HL), was derived from the condensation of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-phenylacetyl-5-pyrazolone (PMPAP) with L-phenylalanine methyl ester. They were characterized by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Green block crystals of both ligand and its complex were grown at room temperature. The ligand, which consists of two individual fragments, crystalizes in the P1 space group (a = 5.6268(5), b = 10.6892(11) and c = 19.4869(18) A). The complex crystalizes in the P21 space group (a -- 21.4076(18), b = 9.4792(8) and c = 25.287(2) A), which consists of a nickel six-coordinated compound. Every fragment is a distorted octahedron with four oxygen and two nitrogen atoms. The Schiff base ligand (HL) and its complex have been tested in vitro to evaluate their antibacterial activity against bacteria Escherichia Coli and Bacillus subtilis. It is found that the complex has higher activity than the corresponding free Schiff base ligand (HL) against the same bacterial.

文摘The crystal structure of one novel Mn(II) complex, [Mn(pmta)_3]_2[Mn(H_2O)_6]·4H_2O(1), is reported(Hpmta = 5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid). In the title compound, the asymmetric unit consists of a [Mn(pmta_)3]ˉ anion, half [Mn(H_2O)_6]^(2+) counter cation and two lattice H_2O molecules, and the intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the complex into a supramolecular structure. The liquid-state fluorescence spectra of complex 1 have been determined. Hirshfeld surface analysis was also studied. The main intermolecular interactions in the complex are O···H and H···H contacts.

For the complex: C24H25Cl2CdN5O2, Mr = 598.77, crystal system, triclinic, space group P1, a = 9.9878(12), b = 10.0008(12), c = 13.2217(15) , α = 80.674(2), β = 72.158(2), γ = 86.776(2)°, V = 1240.5(3) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.598 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073, μ(MoKα) = 1.127 mm–1, F(000) = 600, S = 1.04, R = 0.0905 and wR = 0.3088 for 4805 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). It is a neutral complex. The distorted tetrahedral geometry of cadmium ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of ligand and two chloride ions. The complex emits blue green luminescence with emission peaks at 480 nm in DMF solution.

Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. This complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P121/n1, with a = 7.1553(17), b = 17.543(2), c = 17.306(2) A, β = 91.671(4)°, C22H20N206PbS, Mr = 647.65, Z = 4, V= 2171.5(6) A3, Dc= 1.981 g/cm^3, μ= 7.908 mm^-1, F(000) = 1248, -9≤h≤6, -23≤k≤19, -22≤1≤22, R= 0.0221 and wR= 0.0488. Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb( Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.

文摘A new nickel(Ⅱ) coordination complex [Ni(2,2'-bipy)2(ClC6H4COO)(H2O)](ClO4) was synthesized by self-assembly reaction of m-chlorobenzoic acid, 2,2'-bipy and Ni(ClQ4h·6H2O. The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2(1/n) with a = 0.77764(14), b = 2.6572(5), c = 1.3637(2) nm, β = 96.456(3)°, V= 2.8000(9) nm^3, D,, = 1.528 g/cm^3, Z = 4, Mr = 644.10, μ(MoKα) = 0.937 mm^-1, F(000) =1320, R = 0.0549 and wR = 0.1164. Structure analysis shows that the nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two bipys as well as two oxygen atoms from m-chlorobenzoic acid and water, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex is also presented.

文摘The two complexes [HgI_2L](DMF)(1) and [AgL_2](ClO_4)(CH_3CN)(2) were synthesized from the reaction of Schiff base ligand(2-acetylpyridine-p-aminobenzoylhydrazone)(L) with HgI_2 or AgClO_4 respectively. The compounds are characterized by ^1H NMR,FTIR and elemental analysis. The structures of the ligand and two complexes are measured via single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In these two complexes,the structures are both distorted triangular bipyramids with five-coordinated centers.

Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8286(10), b = 16.3573(13), c = 19.0206(14) A, β = 108.2920(10)°, V = 3789.6(5)A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 833.17, Dc = 1.460 g/cm^3,/t = 0.843 mm^-1, F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0537 and wR = 0.0640 for 3836 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the molecular structure of 1, the Ni^Ⅱ atoms are six-coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands (LI) and two N atoms from two pyridine solvent molecules to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The cytotoxic activities of complex 1 have been experimentally studied against a human HeLa cell in vitro.

文摘A novel imidazole derivative with functional group and π-conjugated system, 1- [trans-4-(4-diethylaminostyryl)phenyl]imidazole (abbreviated as L), and its Con complex (COCl2L4)2 (Co2C168H184N24Cl4, Mr = 2799.05 ) have been synthesized and the crystal structure of the latter was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group PI with a = 8.823(3), b = 18.799(7), c =23.065(9) A, α = 77.349(6), β = 83.128(7), ), γ= 80.942(3)°, V = 3671.5(12) A^3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.266 g/cm^3,/z = 0.361 mm^-1 F(000) = 1482, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1284 for 6562 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the molecular structure of (COCl2L4)2, there are two crystallographically unique units. The Co^Ⅱ atoms are six-coordinated by four N atoms from four imidazole ligands (L) and two Cl atoms to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The optical properties of complex (COCl2L4)2 have been experimentally studied.

文摘With transition metal complex, a discrete cuprous iodide compound, namely, [Ni(phen)3]2Cu6I10(1, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies revealed that compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P1(No. 2) with a = 11.2694(2), b = 12.3699(3), c = 15.0387(3) ?, α = 102.840(2), β = 105.215(2), γ = 96.388(2)°, V = 1940.04(7) ^3, Z = 1, Dc = 2.438 g·cm^-3, F(000) = 1324, R = 0.0256 and w R = 0.0555(I 〉 2σ(I)). Compound 1 features a discrete anionic moiety of [Cu6I10]^4- charge-balanced by two metal complexes of [Ni(phen)3]2+. The optical absorption edge of compound 1 was estimated to be 2.24 eV. Interestingly, nearly 95% of contaminant(crystal violet aqueous solution(CV), 50 m L, 1.0 × 10^-5 M) could be decolorized after exposure to visible light within 30 min, illustrating an impressive photocatalytic activity of compound 1. The thermal stability of 1 has also been studied.

文摘A new structure with the molecular formula [CdL]n was formed by CdSO4 with 4-carboxymethoxy phenylacetic acid (H2L) through the hydrothermal method. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, which is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.3887(2), b = 7.10710(10), c = 14.7212(2) , β = 120.6940(10)°, V = 934.65(3) 3, Dc = 2.278 g·cm-3, Z = 4, F(000) = 624, S = 1.022, the final R = 0.0187 and wR = 0.0487 for 2000 observer reflections (Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). The center metal ion Cd(Ⅱ) in the complex is six-coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, and is connected with L ligands to form a 3D fishing net structure, which is a novel (3,6) network topology. The luminescence of the complex has been investigated, and the result reveals that it displays luminescent property in the voilet region.

The single crystal of the title compound, Ni(C15H12N2O3)(C5H5N)3, is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.900(1), b = 9.6855(7), c = 23.658(2) , b = 92.357(2)? V = 2724.5(4) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1176, Dc = 1.376 g/cm3, ?= 0.753 mm-1, R = 0.0332 and wR = 0.0820. The coordination polyhedron around the nickel atom is an elongated octahedron. The basal plane consists of one phenol oxygen, one amine carbonyl oxygen and one hydrazine nitrogen atoms from the ligand L2- and one nitrogen atom from one coordinated pyridine ligand, while the axial sites are occupied by two nitrogen atoms of two coordinated pyridine ligands.

文摘A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5)A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm^3,μ = 0.658 mml, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.

文摘Two novel copper complexes with methyl or trifluoro-substituted mono-β-diiminato ligands and one acetoxyl anion were synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis for the first time. The structure of complex 2 bearing trifluoro substituents was further confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.377(4), b = 11.727(6), c = 12.913(7) ?, α = 116.569(6), β = 98.829(7), γ = 96.520(6)°, V = 966.2(8) ?3, Z = 2, Mr = 479.86, Dc = 1.649 g/cm3, F(000) = 482, μ = 1.205 mm-1, the final R = 0.0370 and w R = 0.0903 for 3430 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). These mono-β-diiminato copper complexes can effectively catalyze methacrylate(MA) polymerization when activated by MMAO. The introduction of fluoro groups into the N-aryl ring of β-diiminato ligands can greatly increase the catalytic activity of copper complexes as well as the molecular weight of PMA.

文摘A novel zinc complex [Zn(BIB)(bdc)]n(1, BIB = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1-yl)benzene, bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate) has been synthesized in solvothermal conditions. The title complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermal analysis, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction. The result proved that the alliance of BIB and aromatic carboxylic acids is good for the diversity of getatable structure. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system of P2/c space group with a = 11.5591(10), b = 9.6239(8), c = 33.727(3)A, β = 103.816(3)°, V = 3643.4(5) A^3, Z = 8, μ = 1.385 mm^-1, F(000) = 1792, Dc = 1.603 g/cm^3 and Mr = 439.72 g/mol. Additionally, luminescent properties of complex 1 are also investigated and it shows good fluorescence.

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P , with a = 0.74975(3), b = 1.20309(4), c = 1.30593(4) nm, α = 109.861(2), β = 98.519(2), γ = 90.575(2)o, V = 1.09337(7) nm3, Dc = 1.552 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 524, the final GOOF = 1.064, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1171. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from one bicycle[2.2.1]-2-hepten-5,6-dicarboxylic acid molecule and three water molecules and two nitrogen atoms from the 2,2′-bipyridine molecule, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 200.0 ℃.

It exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure by mixed ligands of 2-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and 4,4′-pyridine.

Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Cmcm with a = 10.4210(6), b =23.3526(14), c = 6.9214(4)A, V = 1684.37(17)A^3, Z = 4, C9H4N5O(10)Zn2, Mr = 472.91, Dc = 1.865g/cm^3, F(000) = 932, λ(MoK α) = 2.909 mm^-1, R = 0.0423 and wR = 0.1287. The complex has good thermal stability and excellent photoluminescent property.
