The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3)A,α= 100.93(3),α= 90.81(3), γ= 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4)A^3, Z = 1,μ= 2.125 mm^-1, Dc=1.994 g/cm^3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La^3+ ion is nine-coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C-H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.展开更多

Compound 2 (C9H9NO2S) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 10.552(3), b = 7.849(2), c = 10.765(4) A, β = 103.128(4)°, V= 868.3(5) A3, Mr = 195.24, Dc = 1.493 Mg.m-3, μ = 0.33 mm-1, F(000) = 408, Z = 4, R= 0.0314 and wR= 0.0628. Both complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Each HBA molecule is deprotonated and one triazine nitrogen atom of MA is protonated. The adjacent HMA+ cations are related via an inverse center to form ribbons with a pair of N--H…N hydrogen bonds. COO- groups of BA- anions are hydrogen bonded to alternate sides of the (HMA+)∞ ribbons to generate indention ID tapes, which are extended into a 3D structure via N--H…O- and N--H…OW hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Predominant patterns of the hydrogen bond present in the complex are anion/water and amino/water tape structures. The hydrogen-bonding patterns consist of alternate 6, 10-membered rings sharing two edges. Infrared(IR) spectroscopy conforms that proton transfer has taken place in the complex.展开更多

文摘A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2(2H2O (H2L = 3-nitrophthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3)A,α= 100.93(3),α= 90.81(3), γ= 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4)A^3, Z = 1,μ= 2.125 mm^-1, Dc=1.994 g/cm^3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La^3+ ion is nine-coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C-H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.

The dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 52.9 and that between the NO2 group and its attached ring is 3.0. In the crystal, molecules are stacked along [100] through p…p interactions. The CH…O hydrogen bond (3.403 ? 120.4? laterally connects the stacks along [010] to form networks (001) which are further anti- parallelly connected by CH…O (3.382 ? 142.9) and p…p interactions extending along [001]. Also presented here is a brief study on the CH…O hydrogen bonds in nitro-substituted benzyl-ideneanilines which can be classified into five types, namely, )5(12R, )4(21R, )8(22R, )6(12R and )7(22R, with the first three occurring more often.

Yellow crystals crystallize in monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.5519(6), b = 14.8764(10), c = 16.4108(11) A, β = 103.4520(10)o, V = 2030.5(2)A^3, C(20)H(18)N6O5Zn, Mr = 487.77, Dc = 1.596 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1000, Z = 4, μ(MoK α) = 1.257 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0260 and w R = 0.0706 for 3445 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). The structure of 1 exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure. In addition, natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis was performed by the PBE0/LANL2DZ method in Gaussian 03 Program. The calculation results show obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Zn(Ⅱ) ion.

The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by an elongated square pyramid geometry. The deprotonated isonicotinic acid N-oxides form a double-bridge between each pair of Cu(Ⅱ) ions in trans form through two oxygen atoms from the carboxyl groups and two other oxygen atoms from the -NO groups, respectively, which leads to an infinite one dimensional chain. The two adjacent elongated Cu(Ⅱ) square pyramidal geometries are arranged in trans form in the same chain. The OH…O hydrogen bonds extend the chain structure into two-dimensional layers.

In the crystal the Mnn atom is six-coordinated by four carbonyl oxygen atoms and two pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate pydc ligands to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry. The complex shows the A…D…D'…A' H-bonded tetramer. The molecules are packed in a three-dimensional framework structure by the combination of O-H…O, N-H…O and N-H…N hydrogen bonds between (tataH)^+, [Mn(pydc)2]^2- and crystal water.

The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two terminal water molecules, one chelating 1,10-phen molecule and one monodentate 4-cba ligand to form a slightly distorted square pyramid. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2D layered network. The thermogravimetric analysis of the title complex has also been discussed.

文摘Fifteen novel 2-(3-oxobenzo[d]isothiazol-2(3H)-yl)ethyl benzoates were synthesi- zed by the condensation of 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one with substituted benzoic acids in dichloromethane. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ESI-MS and 1H NMR. The crystal structures for 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-one (2) and 2-(3-oxobenzo[d]isothiazol-2(3H)-yl)ethyl 2-methoxybenzoate (30) have been determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. Compound 2 (C9H9NO2S) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 10.552(3), b = 7.849(2), c = 10.765(4) A, β = 103.128(4)°, V= 868.3(5) A3, Mr = 195.24, Dc = 1.493 Mg.m-3, μ = 0.33 mm-1, F(000) = 408, Z = 4, R= 0.0314 and wR= 0.0628. Compound 30 (C17H15NO4S) crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.028(2), b = 9.300(2), c = 10.430(3)A, V= 752.1(3)A3, Mr = 329.36, D,= 1.454 Mg.m-3, p = 0.24 mm-1, F(000) = 344, Z = 2, R = 0.0377 and wR = 0.0904. The preliminary biological test indicated that the title compounds show better growth inhibitory activity against the gram-positive bacteria than the gram-negative bacteria.

In the solid state, bridged by included methanol molecules, the molecules of compound 1 form interpenetrated grid structure through N–H···O and O–H···O hydrogen bonds.

Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 11.3630(16), b = 7.0346(10), c = 12.1365(18) A, β = 112.545(3)°, V = 896.0(2) A^3, Z = 2, D, = 1.997 g/cm^3,μ = 0.785 mm^-1, F(000) = 438, R = 0.0787 and wR = 0.1550. The molecules are connected via intermolecular O-H…O hydrogen bonds into a 2D network structure. Moreover, theoretical investigations of the title compound with HF/6-31G(d) method were performed, and its stability, frontier molecular orbital composition and Mulliken charge distribution were also discussed. The compound is a bis-molecule. The two molecules stay together and could not be separated. Two crystallographically independent molecules exist in an asymmetric unit. The bond lengths and bond angles of the two molecules are slightly different with each other.

Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P2/c and adopts a slightly distorted octahedral configuration. In compound 1, the 2D bilayered structures are linked by O-H...O and O-H...N hydrogen bonds to form a 3D framework. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P2/n, and the central nickel atoms are octa-coordinated with five O atoms from coordinated water molecules and one N atom from one H2L ligand. The abundant O-H…O hydrogen bonds and π…π interactions link the molecules into a 3D framework. In addition, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit strong ultraviolet absorption in the solid state at room temperature.

文摘The reactions of Co(C1O4)2·6H2O and Co(NO3)2.6H2O with the di-Schiff base ligand N,N'-bis-(1-benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine (LA) in ethanol have been investigated. The reactions of LA with excess amount of cobalt salts yield the six-coordinate complexes [CoL2](ClO4)E·H2O 1 and [CoL2](NO3)E·H2O 2 as isolatable products (L= N-(1- benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine), where L is a tri-dentate mono-Schiff base ligand, resulting from the hydrolysis of the precursor di-Schiff base LA. Both complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for complex 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.9214(10), b = 23.5828(17), c = 14.0387(12)A, β = 135.219(4)°, C22H30Cl2CoN8O9, Mr = 680.37, V = 2780.1(4) A^3 ,Z = 4, Dc = 1.625 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.876 mm^-1, F(000) = 1404, the final R = 0.0725 and wR = 0.1530 for 5726 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Crystal data for complex 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.2162(16), b = 10.0610(6), c = 18.593(2)A, β = 130.099(3)°, C22H30CoN10O7, Mr = 605.49, V = 2606.5(4) A3 Z = 4, Dc = 1.543 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.722 mm^-1, F(000) = 1260, the final R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1429 for 5194 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each cobalt atom in the two complexes is chelated by six nitrogen atoms from two tridentate iigands L, exhibiting a slightly distorted octahedral coordination sphere. In both complexes, the strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between the lattice waters and N-H groups of the ligands result in 1D chains which are further connected by ClO4^- (or NO3^-) groups to form a 3D framework. In complex 2, the strong π-π interactions increase the stability of the structure.

文摘A new complex of melamine(MA) with benzoic acid(HBA) was prepared, affording [(HMA+)(BA-)]-2H2O. Each HBA molecule is deprotonated and one triazine nitrogen atom of MA is protonated. The adjacent HMA+ cations are related via an inverse center to form ribbons with a pair of N--H…N hydrogen bonds. COO- groups of BA- anions are hydrogen bonded to alternate sides of the (HMA+)∞ ribbons to generate indention ID tapes, which are extended into a 3D structure via N--H…O- and N--H…OW hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Predominant patterns of the hydrogen bond present in the complex are anion/water and amino/water tape structures. The hydrogen-bonding patterns consist of alternate 6, 10-membered rings sharing two edges. Infrared(IR) spectroscopy conforms that proton transfer has taken place in the complex.
文摘The title adduct (C18H24N4O12, Mr = 488.41) crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 4.0514(19), b = 25.193(11), c = 10.751(5) ?, β = 95.070(8)o, V = 1093.0(9) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.484 g/cm3, F(000) = 512, μ(MoKα) = 1.26 cm-1, T = 293 K, the final R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.0862 for 956 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound is a 1:1 adduct of ethanolamine and 5-nitrosalicylic acid. The nitrogen atom of ethanolamine is protonated. In this crystal there exist a number of hydrogen bonds which link the ethanolamine and 5-nitrosalicylic acid molecules to form a three-dimensional infinite network structure.

文摘The title compound, {[Cu(2,2?-bipy)(C7H4O5S)(H2O)2]?H2O}n (2,2?-bipy = 2,2?- bipyridine), was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(NO3)2?3H2O, 2,2?-bipyridine and 2-sulphobenzoic acid, and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 9.21(3), b = 10.17(3), c = 10.77(3) ?, α = 77.017(16), β = 89.80(8), γ = 68.46(7)°, V = 911(5) ?3, Z = 2, (D/s)max= 0.001, Mr = 473.94, Dc = 1.728 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.365 mm-1, F(000) = 486, the final R = 0.0246 and wR = 0.0628 for 3809 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The mononuclear crystal structure extends into a two-dimensional net- work via hydrogen-bonding interactions and a three-dimensional framework is further formed by means of π-π stacking interactions.

文摘The title adduct (C9H11N3O6, Mr= 257.21) was synthesized and it crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 5.8835(19), b =9.517(3), c = 20.399(6) A, V= 1142.2(6) ,A^3 Z = 4, Dc= 1.496 g/cm^3, F(000) = 536,μ(MoKα) = 0.128 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0396 and wR = 0.0800 for 1047 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The compound is a 1:1 adduct of dimethylamine and 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid which are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional network. The dimethylamine is protonated at the nitrogen atom with the proton from the carboxyl of 3,5- dinitrobenzoic acid.
