The Path Finders. Cultural Institution’s Importance and Responsibilities in Facing the Climate Crisis

In formulating an approach to the climate crisis,the cultural institutions should redefine their neutral position,or rather define whether the term“neutral”juxtaposes the climate crisis with human freedom projects related to race or gender.Maintaining neutrality as an overall principle,I argue a cultural political approach as a part of the agenda set in cultural institutions,both political and ethical,by reading an attempt by Pierre Bourdieu to engage the cultural field in not letting economics undermine its independency,and later through Walter Benjamin’s view on the thorough reader.By connecting Benjamin to Julia Kristeva’s use of Freud’s theory on the unnameable as a phobia,having to be treated in other terms than the“greenwashing of language”undertaken by politicians and social engineers,the cultural institutions could get onto the peloton and act as a path finder.Although funded and supported,cultural institutions have the advantage of a non-profit service to communities who seek information,entertainment,and tools,not having to compete on an open marked.

Culture in Crisis: Illusions and Disillusions

Culture as a determiner of behavior,activities and sensibilities has produced innumerable landmark handiworks,most significant representative performances and profound artistic and sporting moments that signify our existence on the globe.The reflective moments of human civilization and culture are fixated in history and space time junctures.It must have been so enlightening and refreshing to every passing generation to see with wonderstruck eyes the evolution and the incredible journey of the human beings on earth.But at the same time it must have saddened so many hearts to see the incomprehensibility of the forces of destruction working implicitly in minds and activities and making the greater life tenuous and less sustainable.Especially now when Covid 19 pandemic has started frustrating life and beliefs of so many,a cultural crisis seems to have dawned and set the approaches of the community towards world view and perspectives of life.From the basic divisions of culture by Raymond Williams we have consciously traversed years of culture and living experiences,but the notion of culture as documentary and social has deflated to the extent of changing the essentials of behavior and feelings.Apart from diverse and innumerable responses towards this catastrophic topical situation of fear,anxiety and uncertainty;the social,cultural,economic and political scenes have depleted like never before.

The ＂Pictorial Turn＂ as Crisis and the Necessity of a Critique of Visual Culture

The ＂Pictorial＂ or ＂Iconic Turn＂ is a central issue in the contemporary theory of images and visual cultural studies. Should the theories concerning the ＂Iconic Turn＂ and formulated in the last 20 years by scholars such as Gottfried Boehm, William Mitchell, Hans Belting be taken as critical theories of crisis？ Is the currently experienced ＂turn towards images＂ （and their progressive rehabilitation after a long standing philosophical and theological rejection） a sign and symptom of some crisis of people＇s relation with images, language and, generally speaking, with the representation forms of reality？ The main hypothesis of this essay envisages two sets of problems： first, the analysis of the relation between the possible idea of turning point and the concept of crisis; secondly, the thorough investigation of the relation connecting the iconic turn to the project of ＂critical iconology＂ or ＂critique of visual culture,＂ as outlined by Hans Belting and William Mitchell. From the interpretation of the ＂Iconic Turn＂ as situation of crisis and aesthetic, anthropological, and epistemological transformation follows the need for the sciences of image to provide a ＂critical iconology＂ in order to be able to theoretically reformulate the ideological and political presuppositions of some dominant contemporary forms of visual representation.

Psychology or Culture:An Interpretation of Simon’s Identity Crisis in J.M. Coetzee’s The Childhood of Jesus

“Citizenship”as a concept was put forward by scholars,once city-states emerged in ancient Greece.Following Aristotle and Plato,many other scholars and thinkers made their contributions to this concept by expounding,analyzing and further developing it.However,it did not turn into a systematical discourse until Marshall.Marshall’s perception therefore,served as a starting point and a model for a number of scholars thereafter.According to Marshal,citizenship can be understood in three dimensions,covering political right,social right and civic right.Without any doubt,Marshall’s notion of citizenship focuses on rights,leaving a citizen’s obligation untouched,for which Marshall was criticized and attacked by scholars.However due to limitation of space,this issue is not to be further discussed.Besides,as a result of emigrants from one country to another,citizenship as a concept more concerned with national boundary gets more complex and vaguer.Under this backdrop,a number of scholars and researchers proposed the fourth dimension,it is suggested that besides the 3 above mentioned rights,a fourth right should be added,which is culture right.Based on the notion and theories of culture rights and theories regarding the difficulty and dilemma confronted by emigrants,whether they immigrate out of their own wish or being forced to,the author aims to analyze Simon-a character in Coetzee’s(himself an emigrant from South Africa to Australia)novel The Childhood of Jesus(2013)and his cultural identity dilemma.Following from this analysis,the conclusion on the unlikeliness or feasibility of culture citizenship then is to be made.

论资本主义危机的三个维度

对资本主义危机进行多维审视,是揭示资本主义症结并实现批判性超越的必由之路。在资本逻辑的驱使下,资本主义的内在矛盾以经济危机的形式集中爆发,引发了全球发展的失衡问题;治理危机与资本主义相伴而生,资本主义的蓬勃发展与其在世界历史中的霸权主义地位密切相关,而资产阶级及其政权在全球范围内的剥削与压迫必然导致世界秩序的失序问题;在由资本主义主导的世界体系中,“东方从属于西方”的“西方中心主义”衍生出将不同民族和国家之间的现实复杂关系转化为文化差异或文明冲突的危机形式,力图在世界范围内建立为自身利益服务的话语霸权。资本主义世界呈现出的经济危机、治理危机和文化危机呼唤人类命运共同体在全球范围的积极建构,以期对人类未来发展的命运予以创新性回应。

以新时代绿色文化夯实人类生态文明之基

生态危机是由资本主义以资本积累为基本逻辑的发展方式所致,这种发展方式必然以牺牲生态环境为代价。在生态危机引发的人类文明形态反思中,绿色资本主义虽然提出了在资本主义文明下控制环境污染和保护自然资源的方法,却忽视了资本主义制度与生态环境之间存在的根本性矛盾。人类文明新形态包含生态文明,其内涵的绿色文化是追求人与自然和谐共生的科学社会主义文化,必然会推动人类文明进步与发展。发展新时代绿色文化必将为全球生态文明建设和世界可持续发展提供中国智慧和中国方案。

后殖民视角下恩古吉对文化身份的探索

恩古吉·瓦·提安哥是非洲最重要的后殖民文学创作者之一,他的作品反映了肯尼亚茅茅运动武装斗争期间以及独立后的各种社会问题。作者恩古吉本身具备流散者的标记,他不仅遭受了肯尼亚政府的迫害,也被西方精英阶级所排斥,因此他的作品常常以不固定的视角阐述殖民时期及后殖民时代中的各种问题,具有较高的研究价值。拟以恩古吉作品的文化身份探索为主题,主要以《一粒麦种》《十字架上的魔鬼》两部作品为文本进行后殖民批评。研究以小说中的身份认同困境以及身体歧视问题为核心,针对这两个问题提出了文化身份和身体认知重建路径。

观光凝视下原住民的自我展演与文化认同研究——以中国台湾新北市乌来乡泰雅族为例

乌来乡泰雅族为改善经济处境而推动的文化观光化运动,将本民族的文化带入到观光凝视和自我展演的复杂情境与脉络中,从而为文化复兴带来新的变量。在观光展演的商业氛围中,原住民的自我认同潜藏着诸多不确定和新的同化危机。

“以威化危”:“批示型”行政及应急治理文化塑造

作为超大规模国家破解复杂治理负荷难题的重要决策方式,领导批示在中国政治发展和制度创设中形成了特有的“以威化危”模式。在对65起突发公共危机事件的领导批示内容分析后发现,“批示型”行政展现了应急响应效率指向和铸牢安全价值取向的重要功能,凸显了高效化解风险的溢出效应。面对不同危机治理场景的挑战,“批示型”行政呈现“回应助力”和“共识牵引”的内在运行逻辑链接,进而塑造了“价值凝聚”和“符号外输”两种应急治理文化,且彼此相互交织,充分彰显了中国特色政治决策的优势,但同时也面临着地方行政自主性有限、公众行动偏好情绪化等约束。应将批示置于具体行政场域中,基于中国式现代化道路实践与高质量文化发展价值视域,建构“集思广益”与“一锤定音”效能累积叠加的可持续机制,将中国特色社会主义制度优势与应急治理文化有机融合。

历史的忧郁与消失的未来——《英格兰,英格兰》中的现代自性危机

朱利安·巴恩斯是当代英国最著名的小说家之一,其长篇小说《英格兰,英格兰》通过虚构第三个千年英格兰的未来,书写了英国被后帝国殖民忧郁所笼罩的民族心态,并反映了在资本主义新阶段的文化帝国主义下,地方性在面对“美国化”的全球化的脆弱性与后现代主义社会下个人追寻主体的同一性的困难。巴恩斯的书写是一种反思型怀旧,指向一种更为真实的未来,并在其中将对真实未来的希望寄托于人与人、人与生活之间的文化亲密性上,体现了其之人文关怀。

新医疗体制下中医院医患关系优化路径研究

近年来,我国医闹事件频发,医患关系日趋紧张,严重影响了社会的和谐稳定。目前国内现有对医患关系的研究多是对综合性医院,或者是对国际上的医患关系进行研究,鲜有对我国中医院医患关系现状相关的研究。随着医患关系相关新政策的颁布以及医疗体制的持续改革推进,我国健康事业不断发展,人民群众对医疗服务的要求不断提高,经历了由“存在”到“高质量”的转变。文章聚焦于新医疗体制下我国中医院医患关系的现状,同时进行研究分析并构建优化路径,以求为中医院医患关系现状的改善和可持续发展提供参考。

The Crisis of Journalism Reconsidered： Cultural Power

Recent technological change and the economic upheaval it has produced are coded by social meanings. Cultural codes not only trigger technological and economic changes, but also provide pathways to control them, allowing the dem- ocratic practices of independent journalism to be sustained in new forms. Even as they successfully defend their professional ethics, however, journalists experience them as vulnerable to subversion in the face of technological and economic change. Indeed, independent journalists and the social groups who support them often feel as if they are losing the struggle for autonomy. Just as current anxieties have been triggered by computerization and digital news, so were earlier crises of journalism linked to technological shifts that demanded new forms of economic organization. Digital production has created extraordinary organizational upheaval and economic strain. At the same time, critical confrontations with digital production have trig- gered innovative organizational forms that allow new technologies to sustain, rather than undermine, the democratic culture and institution of news production. If news producers are making efforts to adapt professional journalism to the digital age while maintaining journalistic civil values, there are parallel adaptations from the digital side： digital journalism becoming more like professional journalism.

国内外信息资源管理学科对COVID-19的研究总结与思考——基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer知识图谱的可视化计量分析

文章运用文献计量法和科学知识图谱法,基于CNKI和Web of Science数据库,借助Citespace和VOSviewer软件对国内外信息资源管理学科关于新冠疫情研究文献进行聚类、共现等可视化分析,得出新冠疫情期间国内外信息资源管理学科研究热点主要聚焦在公共危机预警、应急舆情分析、信息综合治理、知识服务质量、信息系统便利度等方面。总结出未来信息资源管理助力公共文化事业发展将持续增强、应对重大危机处理能力将得到有效提升、以人为本的服务理念将不断深入等趋势。

基层治理的社会基础:对地域性社会团结的再认识——基于重大公共卫生事件应急治理的分析

基层治理是应对重大突发公共卫生事件的基础。在传统社会向现代社会的转型过程中,地域性社会团结既是基层治理的目标,也构成了基层治理的社会基础。地域性社会团结主要包括文化性团结、生产性团结和治理性团结这三种理想类型,其中,文化性团结保留了更多的传统色彩,也更适应基层的简约治理;生产性团结整合了利益相关群体的共识,是法团群体参与基层治理的基础;治理性团结则体现了政府与市场主导的社会团结,是基层精细化治理的前提。不同类型的地域性社会团结以及建立在此基础上的基层治理模式导致了基层在危机治理中的不同表现。充分认识治理模式与社会基础的适配性问题,对于应对常态化治理向危机治理转化时产生的“治理滞距”具有积极的意义。

低碳文化促进低碳生活方式形成的路径机制——基于大中城市低碳生活方式调查

由生态危机观、环境责任归因和低碳文化认同组成的低碳文化通过不同路径机制促进绿色低碳生活方式形成。对全国40个大中城市的4107个居民的调查结果表明:(1)受访城市居民日常购买、使用和处置物品上具有一定的低碳化趋势,还会积极向他人宣传低碳理念。但是,如果需要花费额外的时间和金钱,受访者的低碳化选择会减少,对生态优先的发展政策多持有中立态度。(2)低碳文化既可通过文化信念和文化认同直接影响低碳生活方式,又可通过认同的中介作用产生间接影响。(3)低碳文化中的生态危机观、生态个人责任归因和低碳文化认同会促进低碳生活方式形成,而生态他人责任归因则会阻碍低碳生活方式的形成。因此,我们应构建低碳文化以促进低碳生活方式的形成。

犹太文化困境及其空间隐喻——解读索尔·贝娄《只争朝夕》中的文化身份书写

索尔·贝娄作为在美国的第二代犹太移民的代表,其作品对犹太后裔在美国的生存空间以及犹太文化的传承尤为关注。本文结合文学空间理论和文化身份理论,对《只争朝夕》的社会空间和家庭空间进行分析,认为小说中二十世纪三十年代和五十年代的纽约城市空间并置以及纽约城市空间和罗伯斯伯里乡下寓所的平行并置,隐喻了犹太文化面对强势主流文化的侵袭面临传承危机,犹太移民面临文化身份迷失的困境。小说中异化的家庭空间隐喻了看似是文化卫道士的犹太移民实则早已抛弃本民族的文化信条。在异质文化背景下犹太移民的文化身份日益淡化,这种尴尬的文化身份处境也暗示着在当代美国社会中犹太文化逐渐式微的存续危机。

新生代乡村教师乡土文化自信的缺失危机与培育路径

新生代乡村教师乡土文化自信缺失带来乡土文化主体空心、教师自身发展困难、乡村教育发展滞后等多重现实危机。培育新生代乡村教师的乡土文化自信需厘清其乡土文化自信形成的条件,通过“创新乡土文化内涵,唤醒新生代乡村教师的乡土文化认同;重塑乡土文化空间,推进新生代乡村教师的乡土文化实践;提升乡土文化素养,激发新生代乡村教师的乡土文化自觉”三条路径,培育新生代乡村教师的乡土文化自信。

[目的/意义]总结近十年来国内外体育传播研究发展现状与前沿热点,以期为相关研究提供参考与借鉴。[方法/过程]通过文献计量与内容分析法,梳理2011—2021年间国内外体育传播领域研究热点。[结果/结论]欧美发达国家的研究成果处于领先地位且论文数量呈上升趋势,国内学者也持续关注该领域;国际研究偏向从微观角度探析体育粉丝、体育记者和体育组织在社交网络中的信息传播行为,国内学者多从宏观角度探讨新媒体环境中的体育传播困境、模式、特征和效果,尤其是中国体育形象和体育文化的国际传播。通过国内外研究现状对比与该领域发展历程探索,为国内体育传播后续发展提供多元化视角与研究方向。

公共危机事件后文旅消费券发放方式与作用机制研究

伴随着新冠疫情爆发与结束,我国文旅产业经历了高速增长、断崖式下跌、缓慢复苏的剧烈震荡,但也迎来新的转折点与发展机遇。以公共危机后文旅产业复苏为研究背景,研究文旅消费券对刺激消费和企业纾困的作用机制,回顾其发放历程及特征,发现其具有显著乘数效应、缓解消费降级、拉动实际消费三种效果,但在发放过程中也存在公平性缺失、规范性政策不统一、抢消机制有漏洞等问题。提出丰富市场相关主体、完善相关制度细则、健全全流程监管机制等建议。
