Current Situation and Management Recommendations about Betel Nut Planting in Hainan

The betel nut planting area and yield in Hainan have reached 94000 ha and 231000 t,respectively.There are some problems in betel nut planting such as dispersed cultivation,irrational planting layout,excessively dense planting and serious betel nut yellow leaf disease.For the sustainable development of Hainan betel nut,it is necessary to focus on building the disease-resistant betel nut plantation,so as to prevent and control the occurrence and spread of betel nut yellow leaf disease;transform the low-yield betel nut plantation,and strengthen betel nut production management,in order to improve betel nut yield and promote sustainable development of betel nut industry.

Rethinking of Teaching Reform of Land Resource Management Discipline in Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

The Agriculture and Forestry discipline in local normal colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating talents and higher education to serve the local"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The Land Resource Management discipline is a science that studies the use,allocation,and management of land resources and assets,and has comprehensive and practical features.In the context of the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State Council,the importance of cultivating land resource management talents who understands both land planning and urban planning is self-evident,and the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline is receiving much attention.Taking the Land Resource Management discipline of Jiangxi Normal University,a key normal university in Jiangxi Province as an example,combining the characteristics of the discipline setting and the development process,we analyzed the existing problems in its development,so as to provide recommendations for the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline in local normal colleges and universities.

全国417家医院肠造口护理管理现况调查

目的:调查我国医院开展肠造口护理管理的现状,为提升肠造口患者护理管理质量提供参考依据。方法:2024年3月,采用目的抽样方法选取全国31个省份的医院为研究对象,使用自行设计的“肠造口患者护理管理现况调查问卷”进行调查并分析调查结果。结果:共有31个省(自治区、直辖市)的417家医院参与调查,其中366家(87.8%)医院制定了肠造口护理管理制度及工作流程,但不能涵盖肠造口护理管理各个环节;参与肠造口患者管理的人员较多,400家(95.9%)医院有伤口造口失禁专科护士参与;315家(75.5%)医院实施术前造口定位,225家(54.0%)医院开展临时性肠造口患者盆底康复训练,380家(91.1%)医院开展延续性护理服务;健康教育内容包括可用医疗资源及性生活指导的医院分别为223家(53.5%)和199家(47.7%)。结论:肠造口护理管理制度及工作流程制定情况尚可,延续期护理服务形式多样化,多学科团队管理模式推广情况欠佳,肠造口患者护理服务落实率有待提高,需要进一步完善管理制度及流程、加强多学科合作、落实护理服务,以提升患者生活质量。

新能源科学与工程专业现状分析及改革探索

新能源科学与工程专业在为国家培养研究型、应用型人才方面起到至关重要的作用。然而,该专业现有的人才培养教学课程仍存在结构不合理、培养方向单一等问题。通过对目前新能源科学与工程专业教学课程及人才培养的问题进行分析,提出创新性教学实践,构建多学科交叉教学平台与教师队伍等改革策略,以达到培养创新型、领军型新能源科学与工程专业人才的目的。

天津市临床医务人员对感染管理部门职能认知与满意度调查

目的:为摸清现阶段医疗机构感染管理部门存在的工作短板,提高医院感染管理部门服务质量。方法:从临床医务人员对感染管理部门职能及工作认知度、满意度以及下一步工作提升改进方面三个维度拟定调查问卷,经专家审核定稿后利用网络调查问卷形式向二三级公立医疗机构内临床医务人员下发并指导调查问卷填写。结果:累计回收有效问卷7651份,调查率为18.01%。临床医务人员对感染管理部门中位认知平均分为9.00分(满分10分),中位满意平均分为9.07分(满分10分)。以医院级别及诊疗范围进行分类,三级综合医院临床医务人员对感染管理部门职能工作认知和满意度较低(P<0.05)。以医务人员职称进行分类,初级及未评聘职称临床医务人员认为自己较为了解和满意感染管理部门的职能及工作(P<0.05)。在提升和改进感控工作方面,选择“与临床沟通协作方面”占比最高(68.25%)。结论:临床医务人员总体较为熟悉和满意感染管理部门的职能以及工作,但还需加强与临床科室的沟通与协作,提高管理能力。

浅析高等院校书法通识教育的现状及改革思路

要:高等院校书法通识教育面向不以书法为专业的在校生,属于普及性人文素质教育和美育的范畴,对提高学生审美水平和文化修养,促进学生全面发展,传承书法艺术、弘扬中华优秀传统文化具有重要作用。为了促进高等院校书法通识教育发展,了解高等院校书法通识教育的现状,为教改提供依据,对闽南地区的多个层次、多所院校、多个专业的部分学生进行问卷和抽样调查,结果显示,喜欢书法的学生人数比例高,而书写水平不理想。为此提出高等院校书法通识教育改革思路:一是要扩大书法通识教育规模,提高学生参与度,并分清书法通识教育与书法专业教育的区别,对学生要求要适当,努力增强学生学习兴趣;二是合理安排教学内容,把统编通识教材与乡土教材相结合;三是与时俱进,发挥当前技术优势,科学施教;四是采用与通识教育相适应的形式评价教育质量。

随着剖宫产率在全球范围内的不断上升,国内外学者对目前全球剖宫产率的流行趋势和地区差异开展了许多研究.本文通过综述剖析全球剖宫产率的流行现状、差异及管理现状,分析国内外在剖宫产的实施、管理及控制无指征剖宫产的措施上的差异,总结国内外为降低剖宫产率所采取的措施和效果,探讨降低剖宫产率的管理方法.虽然目前仍无有效的管理方法可以有效降低部分中高收入国家及发展中国家居高不下的剖宫产率,但也应该严格遵循剖宫产指征及相关政策,以控制剖宫产率、增加剖宫产后阴道分娩的试产率、以及对意愿剖宫产的无指征产妇进行一定的干预,鼓励自然分娩,从而保障公共卫生安全.

北京市属医院科技人才科研现状与激励政策调查研究

目的了解北京市属医院科技人才科研活动中存在的困境和需求,提出解决措施,以进一步激发科研人员的积极性。方法以问卷形式调查北京市属医院的科技人才,采用描述性统计、卡方检验和秩和检验等方法对调查对象进行分析。结果调查对象普遍认为缺乏研究辅助人员、研究平台不完善和研究生数量少是制约科研活动的主要影响因素,但不同人才梯队对上述因素的影响程度存在差异;65.2%的调查对象在科研工作中最需要的支持是科研团队支持;调查对象比较认同医院现行科研激励政策;薪酬收入制度改革是科技人才最迫切希望改革的激励政策。结论科研团队建设是医院科技人才开展科研活动迫切的需求,医院应建立梯队合理的科研团队,搭建科研平台,完善科技评价和激励政策,营造有活力的科技创新环境。

四川省健康体检(管理)机构2019年发展现况调查

目的了解我国四川省健康体检(管理)机构2019年发展现况。方法2020年8月至9月,通过国家健康体检与管理专业医疗质量控制中心网络平台发放调查问卷,调查四川省健康体检(管理)机构2019年度的基本情况、人力资源情况、健康管理服务开展情况以及运营情况等信息。结果共纳入244家健康体检(管理)机构,其中,三级医院123家,二级医院97家,未定级24家;81.97%为公立医疗机构;16.80%的机构成立年数超过15年;40.98%的机构体检业务场所面积为1000~4999 m^(2);有6家机构基础诊疗科目设置数量不足8个;39.34%的机构体检设备数量在16~30台之间。不同级别的机构在初级和中级医师、初级技师、初级和中级护理人员中位人数上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展体检报告解读服务的机构最多(188家,77.05%),开展心理健康管理服务的机构最少(34家,13.93%);不同级别的机构在开展健康风险评估调查问卷服务、健康风险评估服务、健康管理干预方案服务、中医治未病管理服务、健康教育服务方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同级别的机构在服务量、体检量、团检比例、总收入、健康体检人均费用中位数等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2019年四川省健康体检(管理)机构间在基本情况、人力资源、健康管理服务开展、运营等方面均存在较大差异,应统筹资源配置,促进健康体检(管理)机构全面可持续发展。
