The aim of the article is to determine the extent to which customer satisfaction's in the e-banking in Semnan area had organizational and customer readiness for developing their services. One of the most important sectors that plays key role for grasping developed condition is banking sector. Banks like other institutions also look for augmenting their profits and increasing their strength by expansion. The designing of bank must involve selection of those that have sufficient success potential. Hence, from several factors of success, the following three criteria factors have been: selected-customer satisfied, one dimensional, and product fully functional. These factors offers three question multi criteria group extracted from a 16 norms. Also, three criteria factors have been studied over a period of five years and important criteria for evaluating the norms. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been employed to calculate the success potential of each norm. The empirical data comprises the longitudinal survey of the agricultural banking of the Semnan province. The paper, also, finds that product fully functional is placed as the first priority. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to provide empirical evidence for the validity of the relationship between service-oriented manufacturing information system (SMIS) customization and performance from three aspects: data flexibility, process flexibility and system flexibility. We select some questionnaires from the third round of High-performance manufacturing (HPM) data to construct the construct, verify the reliability and validity of the construct, extract principal components, and analyze the mediating effect by using multiple chain linear regression and structural equation model. The results show that SMIS customization has a significant impact on its performance, and this effect works through its flexibility. More specifically, it is the multiple chain mediation effect composed of data flexibility, process flexibility and system flexibility. The importance of SMIS customization and flexibility to the organization is made clear, which helps practitioners understand the internal mechanism that affects SMIS performance, so as to use limited resources to improve system performance. 展开更多

Click-streams of online shopping are the tracks/trails of interactions between a customer and a vendor.We observe that it is of great importance both in theory and practice to explore a deep analysis method for analyzing click-stream information of an individual customer in a specific transaction for understanding the bidirectional value transfer within the machine-human interaction of an online store and for its personalization.We analyze the significance,the hierarchical structure and the characteristics of click-stream information and propose that Ricoeur's hermeneutic theory be the foundation of forming such a deep analysis method.Then we use the empirical context information of the click-stream to improve the naive interpretation put forward by Ricoeur.Moreover,we apply the Grounded Theory to extend the deep analysis of Ricoeur's theory of textual interpretation.The improved theory fits well with the needs of interpretation and the analysis of click-stream information.We exemplify and show the feasibility of this analysis method by using data collected(a single case)from a large study of human-computer interaction. 展开更多

To stay competitive, the mobile telecommunication companies spend millions of Ghana cedi each year on building long-term relationships with their customers. Marketing managers are constantly challenged with the problem of where to channel the limited resources in order to retain existing customers. This study approaches the customer retention problem in the mobile phone sector from a behavioural perspective, applying the Behavioural Perspective Model as the main analytical framework and further exploits some other factors that influence customer retention. The model includes a set of pre-behaviour and post-behaviour factors to study consumer choice, and explains its relevant drivers in a viable and comprehensive way, grounded in radical behaviourism. Data for the analysis were collected from tertiary students from Accra and Takoradi. Data collected were analysed using the multinomial regression technique. Analysis of the data revealed that the Behaviour setting factor is the only significant element in Behaviour Perspective Model. Further exploitation of behaviour situation revealed that the number of networks a customer uses, previous experience of a customer and customer’s intention are significant factors in determining customer retention in Ghana’s mobile telecommunication industry. 展开更多

The global economic crisis is affecting performances of not-for-profits. At the same time donors are targeted by a pressing good-cause related marketing, so that the competition for philanthropy is particularly keen. U.S. universities can be public, not-for-profit and for-profit. U.S. not-for-profit universities are confronted with different marketing, fundraising and revenue diversification. Above all, marketing concerns customers and their segmentation and their purchasing-power exploitation;fundraising aims to gain the trustworthiness of donors, instead. The aim of this paper is the analysis of the revenue diversification of a sample of 100 U.S. not-for-profit universities according to IRS (Internal Revenue Service) Forms. These 100 U.S. universities had the highest 2012’s revenues for the Guidestar ranking (www.guidestar.org). The cluster analysis gives evidence that the highest gain and the highest solvency are both connected with the implementation of revenue diversification for one profile. The most crowded cluster is the Marketing Expert with the second highest gain. 展开更多

This work can help to realize the optimum association between the aircraft options and modules. Some innovations in techniques are applied to restrain the short channel effect and improve the driving ability, such as 3nm nitrided oxide, dual poly Si gate electrode, novel super steep retrograde channel doping by heavy ion implantation, ultra shallow S/D extension formed by Ge PAI(Pre Amorphism Implantation) plus LEI(Low Energy Implantation), thin and low resistance Ti SALICIDE by Ge PAI and special cleaning, etc. The shortest channel length of the CMOS device is 70nm. The threshold voltages, G m and off current are 0 28V,490mS·mm -1 and 0 08nA/μm for NMOS and -0 3V,340mS·mm -1 and 0 2nA/μm for PMOS, respectively. Delays of 23 5ps/stage at 1 5V, 17 5ps/stage at 2 0V and 12 5ps/stage at 3V are achieved in the 57 stage unloaded 100nm CMOS ring oscillator circuits. 展开更多

We present the main concepts and steps of the method. Queueing modeling and steady-state operational analysis techniques are also used for analytic modeling. Both simulation and analysis studies on the HT-7 data processing system indicate that in comparison with conventional time-shared systems,a client/server system can significantly reduce the completion time of raw data display,real-time data processing and data transfer in the online system,raise the workload capacity and reduce the average waiting time of the off-line system. 展开更多

绿色是实现高质量发展最亮的底色。以“双碳”目标为背景,基于企业与客户的二元供应链关系,实证检验被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户对企业ESG表现的影响。研究表明:被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户能够显著提升企业ESG表现。对企业ESG表现... 绿色是实现高质量发展最亮的底色。以“双碳”目标为背景,基于企业与客户的二元供应链关系,实证检验被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户对企业ESG表现的影响。研究表明:被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户能够显著提升企业ESG表现。对企业ESG表现的分维度研究表明,被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户对企业E和S维度的表现具有显著的提升作用,而对企业G维度表现的提升作用不显著。被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户通过倒逼效应提升企业ESG表现。短期内,被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户倒逼企业“末端治理”;长期内,被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户倒逼企业“前端预防”。当企业位于低碳试点城市、处于高碳排放行业时,被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户对企业ESG表现的提升作用更显著。企业ESG表现提升并不能直接增加企业价值,但被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户能够倒逼企业提高环保投资水平和绿色技术创新水平,进而推动企业ESG表现显著增加企业价值,而且长期更有效。基于被纳入碳排放权交易试点的客户这一新研究视角,揭示了低碳减排与ESG实践的激励相容机制,不仅为深入理解我国碳试点的微观作用效果提供了新思路,而且对推进美丽中国建设、实现经济高质量发展具有重要的实践意义。 展开更多

高速S-CO_(2)向心透平几何参数优化及变工况特性分析

透平是热力循环中实现热功转换的核心设备,优化透平几何参数以改善气动性能,是提升系统热效率的关键。该文以面向某船舶主机烟气余热利用的超临界二氧化碳布雷顿循环透平设计参数为基础,给出向心透平主要几何参数,采用耦合CO_(2)真实物... 透平是热力循环中实现热功转换的核心设备,优化透平几何参数以改善气动性能,是提升系统热效率的关键。该文以面向某船舶主机烟气余热利用的超临界二氧化碳布雷顿循环透平设计参数为基础,给出向心透平主要几何参数,采用耦合CO_(2)真实物性参数的CFX仿真方法,分析几何参数动、静叶包角以及叶轮出口几何角对透平性能的影响规律并进行参数优化,进一步研究非设计工况下的透平运行特性。结果表明:增大静叶包角会使动叶前缘出现扰动涡流并减少余速损失,增大叶轮出口几何角,动叶包角对透平效率的影响规律不变,但效率峰值点会沿动叶包角减小的方向移动;动、静叶包角和叶轮出口几何角分别为49°、21.5°、25°时透平设计点总-静等熵效率高达87.99%,相比优化前,提高0.54个百分点;透平偏离设计点±20%工况下等熵效率大于80%。结果可为超临界二氧化碳高速向心透平设计提供一定参考。 展开更多

为准确预测桥梁性能退化,考虑到数据随机性和微小扰动发生状态跳跃,提出了一种D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论和Markov链组合的桥梁性能退化组合预测模型和性能退化率的概念.该模型基于指数平滑(exponential smoothing,ES)方法获得新的... 为准确预测桥梁性能退化,考虑到数据随机性和微小扰动发生状态跳跃,提出了一种D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论和Markov链组合的桥梁性能退化组合预测模型和性能退化率的概念.该模型基于指数平滑(exponential smoothing,ES)方法获得新的预测数据序列,并利用Markov链和D-S理论不断进行优化,从而实现桥梁性能退化的组合预测.实际工程的应用结果表明:性能退化率可以直观地表征在梁性能退化的速度.其次,该模型的平均相对误差为1.54%,较于回归、灰色和模糊加权Markov链模型,精度分别提高了1.11%,0.88%和2.8%,而后验差比值为0.242,小于0.35;模型的标准差为9.021,相比其他模型分别减小了3.978,3.405和7.500,而变异系数为0.109,均小于其他模型,验证了组合预测模型在精度和稳定性方面的优越性,可为在役桥梁结构性能退化预测与维护提供理论基础. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to assess the operational efficiency of a public bus transportation via a case study from a company in a large city of China by using data envelopment analysis(DEA)model and Shannon’s entropy.This company operates 37 main routes on the backbone roads.Thus,it plays a significant role in public transportation in the city.According to bus industry norms,an efficiency evaluation index system is constructed from the perspective of both company operations and passenger demands.For passenger satisfaction,passenger waiting time and passenger-crowding degree are considered,and they are undesirable indicators.To describe such indicators,a superefficient DEA model is constructed.With this model,by using actual data,efficiency is evaluated for each bus route.Results show that the DEA model with Shannon’s entropy being combined achieves more reasonable results.Also,sensitivity analysis is presented.Therefore,the results are meaningful for the company to improve its operations and management. 展开更多

The key idea is to establish an automatic design system which can transform the user’s language needs into the product features in real-time. A rifle was taken as a research instance and soldiers were chosen as evaluation customers. The theory of fuzzy set and semantic difference are adopted to evaluate the relationship between user’s needs and product features as well as their alternatives. FAHP (fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) is utilized to judge the user’s satisfactory forms. This method can also be applied to other product form designs. 展开更多

Deep brain stimulation is a therapy for Alzheimer's disease(AD) that has previously been used for mainly mild to moderate cases. This study provides the first evidence of early alterations in performance induced by stimulation targeted at the fornix in severe AD patients. The performance of the five cases enrolled in this study was scored with specialized assessments including the Mini-Mental State Examination and Clinical Dementia Rating, both before and at an early stage after deep brain stimulation. The burden of caregivers was also evaluated using the Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview. As a whole, the cognitive performance of patients remained stable or improved to varying degrees, and caregiver burden was decreased. Individually, an improved mental state or social performance was observed in three patients, and one of these three patients showed remarkable improvement in long-term memory. The conditions of another patient deteriorated because of inappropriate antipsychotic medications that were administered by his caregivers. Taken together, deep brain stimulation was capable of improving some cognitive aspects in patients with severe AD, and of ameliorating their emotional and social performance, at least at an early stage. However, long-term effects induced by deep brain stimulation in patients with severe AD need to be further validated. More research should focus on clarifying the mechanism of deep brain stimulation.
