The cyclic stress-strain responses (CSSR), Neuber's rule (NR) and cyclic strain-life relation (CSLR) are treated as probabilistic curves in local stress and strain method of low cycle fatigue analysis. The randomness of loading and the theory of fatigue damage accumulation (TOFDA) are considered. The probabilistic analysis of local stress, local strain and fatigue life are constructed based on the first-order Taylor's series expansions. A reasonable unsupported roof distance(URD) when advancing underground coal mine roadways can contribute greatly to safe and rapid roadway development.A mechanical model of the roof,using the relationship between the roof stress distribution and URD,obtained by the difference method,and roof stability according to the in-situ roof stress and rock mass strength was developed.We subsequently designed a proper range of URD,developed a testing method of URD with the function of mining protection,evaluated roof stability through analyzing the test data and then determined a reasonable URD.Considering the factors of the geological conditions,the immediate roof stability and the efficiency of the labor arrangement system,the URD of the advancing roadway of 9802 working face in Zhangshuanglou coal mine was determined to be 6 m using the proposed method.The results show that,when a 2 m length of roadway was reinforced by temporary support and high pre-stressed bolt support after the roadway advancement of 6 m per cycle,the speed and the security of the roadway development can be achieved and the advance rate can reach more than 400 m per month. 展开更多

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle method in the nursing management of head nurses.Methods:68 patients who were hospitalized in the general surgery department were used as research subjects.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 34 cases in each group,by drawing lots.The experimental group was managed with the PDCA method.The management satisfaction,nursing quality score,and nursing effect of both groups were compared with each other.Results:The patients in the experimental group were generally more satisfied with the nursing services compared to the reference group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the nursing quality scores such as ward safety management,nursing risk management,nursing document writing,rescue equipment management,and head nurse administrative management between the two groups.After the intervention,the experimental group had higher nursing quality scores.Furthermore,the nursing effects such as disease education,quality control,safety management,humanistic care,and service attitude in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PDCA method in nursing management can improve management satisfaction,nursing quality,and nursing effect. 展开更多

A modified shifting bottleneck algorithm was proposed to solve scheduling problems of a large-scale job shop.Firstly,a new structured algorithm was employed for sub-problems so as to reduce the computational burden and suit for large-scale instances more effectively.The modified cycle avoidance method,incorporating with the disjunctive graph model and topological sort algorithm,was applied to guaranteeing the feasibility of solutions with considering delayed precedence constraints.Finally,simulation experiments were carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the modified method.The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can solve the large-scale job shop scheduling problems(JSSPs) within a reasonable period of time and obtaining satisfactory solutions simultaneously. 展开更多
