波叶青牛胆中cycloeucalenol与cycleucalenone对心脏收缩的影响

作者从波叶青牛胆Tinospora crispaMiers茎中分离、鉴定了2个三萜cycloeu-calenol(1)与cycloeucalenone(2),研究了它们对大鼠离体心房收缩的影响。

舞花姜的化学成分

Six Chemical Constituents were isolated from the underground parts of Globba racemosa Smith (Zingiberaceas)and identitied as friedelin(1),cycloeucalenol(2) 3-hydroxy-stigmast -5-7-one(3), stigmast-5-en-7-one (5) and sitosterol(6) based on spectral data. 1-5 wereisolated form the Plants of Zingiberaceae family for the first time and triterpenoids were found in Zingiberaceae for the first time too.

空心莲子草的化学成分研究

目的：分离空心莲子草Alternanthera philoxeroides的化学成分。方法：以硅胶柱、凝胶柱色谱分离，制备HPLC纯化，采用MS，NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果：从石油醚及醋酸乙酯部位分离得到9个化合物：脱镁叶绿素a（phaeophytin a，1），脱镁叶绿素a;（pheophytin a’，2），齐墩果酸（oleanoie acid，3），β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol，4），3β-基-豆甾-5-烯-7-酮（3β-hydroxystigmast-5-en-7-one，5），α-菠甾醇（α-spinasterol，6），二十四亚甲基环阿尔廷醇（24methylenecycloartanol，7），环桉烯醇（cyckucaleml，8），叶绿醇（phytol，9）。结论：化合物1，2，5，7～9均首次从该植物中分得。
