They include the plasma facing components, passive plates, cryo-pumps, in-vessel coils, etc. The structural design, analysis and related R&D have been completed. The divertor is designed in an up-down symmetric configuration to accommodate both double null and single null plasma operation. Passive plates are used for plasma movement control. In-vessel coils are used for the active control of plasma vertical movements. Each cryo-pump can provide an approximately 45 m^3/s pumping rate at a pressure of 10^-1 Pa for particle exhaust. Analysis shows that, when a plasma current of 1 MA disrupts in 3 ms, the EM loads caused by the eddy current and the halo current in a vertical displacement event (VDE) will not generate an unacceptable stress on the divertor structure. The bolted divertor thermal structure with an active cooling system can sustain a load of 2 MW/m^2 up to a 60 s operation if the plasma facing surface temperature is limited to 1500 ℃. Thermal testing and structural optimization testing were conducted to demonstrate the analysis results.展开更多

Based on the general model of the cost-reducing R&D, the strategic interactions of output and R&D investment between labor-managed firms in a duopoly are analyzed. Moreover, the impact of absorptive capacity effects on optimal output in the production stage is discussed. In the R&D stage, the impacts of absorptive capacity effects on the equilibrium R&D investment in cooperative and non-cooperative R&D are analyzed. Finally, the R&D strategy of labor-managed firms is compared with the behavior of profit-maximizing firms. The results show that equilibrium R&D investment is always higher than that in the exogenous spillover rate, which is similar to the behavior of the profit-maximizing firms. However, unlike the profit-maximizing firms, the impact of the absorptive capacity that affects the relationship between the optimal output and its own(rival' s)R&D is shown to be dependent upon a return-to-scale of the production.展开更多

Because behavior recognition is based on video frame sequences,this paper proposes a behavior recognition algorithm that combines 3D residual convolutional neural network(R3D)and long short-term memory(LSTM).First,the...Because behavior recognition is based on video frame sequences,this paper proposes a behavior recognition algorithm that combines 3D residual convolutional neural network(R3D)and long short-term memory(LSTM).First,the residual module is extended to three dimensions,which can extract features in the time and space domain at the same time.Second,by changing the size of the pooling layer window the integrity of the time domain features is preserved,at the same time,in order to overcome the difficulty of network training and over-fitting problems,the batch normalization(BN)layer and the dropout layer are added.After that,because the global average pooling layer(GAP)is affected by the size of the feature map,the network cannot be further deepened,so the convolution layer and maxpool layer are added to the R3D network.Finally,because LSTM has the ability to memorize information and can extract more abstract timing features,the LSTM network is introduced into the R3D network.Experimental results show that the R3D+LSTM network achieves 91%recognition rate on the UCF-101 dataset.展开更多

In this paper,using ...Based on the background of China's emerging and transitional market,government subsidies to enterprises are regarded as a " helping hand" of promoting economic structural adjustment. In this paper,using China's A-share agricultural listed companies from 2010 to 2015 as research samples,we discuss the influence of government subsidies on research and development( hereinafter referred to as R & D) investment,and the difference in the relationships between the two from the perspective of different nature of property rights. The results show that,on the whole,the increase in government subsidies does not promote the intensity of R & D investment of agricultural listed companies. And after distinguishing the nature of property rights,the results show that state-owned enterprises can get more government subsidies than private enterprises,and the increase in government subsidies boosts the increase in R & D investment in private enterprises,but there is a negative correlation between government subsidies and R & D investment of state-owned enterprises. This conclusion can broaden the research perspective of the influence factors of corporate R & D investment,and it is of practical significance to further clarify the role of government subsidies in R & D investment decisions of enterprises with different nature of property rights.展开更多
