With the development of the digital city,data and data analysis have become more and more important.The database is the foundation of data analysis.In this paper,the software system of the urban land planning database...With the development of the digital city,data and data analysis have become more and more important.The database is the foundation of data analysis.In this paper,the software system of the urban land planning database of Shanghai in China is developed based on MySQL.The conceptual model of the urban land planning database is proposed,and the entities,attributes and connections of this model are discussed.Then the E-R conceptual model is transformed into a logical structure,which is supported by the relational databasemanagement system(DBMS).Based on the conceptual and logical structures,by using Spring Boot as the back-end framework and using MySQL and Java API as the development tools,a platformwith datamanagement,information sharing,map assistance and other functions is established.The functionalmodules in this platformare designed.The results of J Meter test show that the DBMS can add,store and retrieve information data stably,and it has the advantages of fast response and low error rate.The software system of the urban land planning database developed in this paper can improve the efficiency of storing and managing land data,eliminating redundant data and sharing data.展开更多

This paper is aimed at designing a multiple expert systems integrated decision support system (MESIDSS) to enhance decision makers' ability in more complex cases. The basic framework, management system of multiple ESs, and functions of MESIDSS are presented. The applications of MESIDSS in large-scale decision making processes are discussed from the following aspects of problem decomposing, dynamic combination of multiple ESs, link of multiple bases and decision coordinating. Italian law commits municipalities to produce Emergency Plans that include risk scenarios as well as all data required for emergency management, such as structures, infrastructures and human resources. However the law in the matter of Civil Protection does not supply information about how to produce and archive necessary data for emergency planning and management. For this reason, we propose a standard methodology to create a geodatabase using GIS software, to collect all data that could be used by municipalities to create Emergency Plans. The resulting geodatabase provides a tool for hazard mitigation planning, allowing not only the identification of areas at risk, but also the structures, infrastructures and resources needed to overcome a crisis, thus improving all strategies of risk reduction and the resilience of the system [1].展开更多

We have dedicated special attention to the technologies necessary to guarantee the continuity of the power supply to the electromedical devices, increasingly numerous in highly specialized hospitals. The CO2 emission reduction policy of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)recommends that the operation of ships,managed by maritime transport companies,should be energy-efficient.An evaluation method that can ...The CO2 emission reduction policy of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)recommends that the operation of ships,managed by maritime transport companies,should be energy-efficient.An evaluation method that can determine how successfully a ship implements the energy efficiency plan is proposed in this study.To develop this method,the measures required for energy-efficient ship operations according to the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan(SEEMP)operational guidelines were selected.The weights of the selected measures,which indicate how they contribute to the energy-efficient operation of a ship,were derived using a survey based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method.Consequently,using these measures and their weights,a new evaluation method was proposed.This evaluation method was applied to shipping companies in South Korea,and their ship operation energy efficiency indices were derived and compared.This evaluation method will be useful to the government and shipping companies in assessing the energy efficiency of ship operations.展开更多

With the application of product lifecycle management(PLM) system in ...Modular technology can effectively support the rapid design of products, and it is one of the key technologies to realize mass customization design. With the application of product lifecycle management(PLM) system in enterprises, the product lifecycle data have been effectively managed. However, these data have not been fully utilized in module division, especially for complex machinery products. To solve this problem, a product module mining method for the PLM database is proposed to improve the effect of module division. Firstly, product data are extracted from the PLM database by data extraction algorithm. Then, data normalization and structure logical inspection are used to preprocess the extracted defective data. The preprocessed product data are analyzed and expressed in a matrix for module mining. Finally, the fuzzy c-means clustering(FCM) algorithm is used to generate product modules, which are stored in product module library after module marking and post-processing. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by a case study of high pressure valve.展开更多

The problem consisted in recovering full service after network failure, in order to rapidly satisfy all urgent citywide demands. The optimal recovery solution was achieved through the application of so-called network design problems (NDPs), which are a form of combinatorial optimization problem. However, a conventional NDP is not suitable for addressing urgent situations because (1) it does not utilize the non-failure arcs in the network, and (2) it is solely concerned with stable costs such as flow costs. Therefore, to adapt the technique to such urgent situations, the conventional NDP is here modified to deal with the specified water supply problem. In addition, a numerical illustration using the Sendai water network is presented.展开更多
