Teaching Research and Practice of Logistics Management Major Based on OBE-CDIO-A Case Study of Logistics System Planning and Design Course

The economic and social progress under the new era has put forward new requirements for logistics talents.Based on the teaching concept of OBE-CDIO as well as the training program and objectives of logistics management major in Guangzhou Maritime University,this study analyzes and discusses how the Logistics System Planning and Design course,which is targeted at students majoring in logistics management,enables the students to meet the graduation requirements by virtue of realizing the course objectives.

A MySQL-Based Software System of Urban Land Planning Database of Shanghai in China

With the development of the digital city,data and data analysis have become more and more important.The database is the foundation of data analysis.In this paper,the software system of the urban land planning database of Shanghai in China is developed based on MySQL.The conceptual model of the urban land planning database is proposed,and the entities,attributes and connections of this model are discussed.Then the E-R conceptual model is transformed into a logical structure,which is supported by the relational databasemanagement system(DBMS).Based on the conceptual and logical structures,by using Spring Boot as the back-end framework and using MySQL and Java API as the development tools,a platformwith datamanagement,information sharing,map assistance and other functions is established.The functionalmodules in this platformare designed.The results of J Meter test show that the DBMS can add,store and retrieve information data stably,and it has the advantages of fast response and low error rate.The software system of the urban land planning database developed in this paper can improve the efficiency of storing and managing land data,eliminating redundant data and sharing data.

Study on the System Design of Multiple Expert Systems Integrated Decision Support System

There has been an increasing interest in integrating decision support systems (DSS) and expert systems (ES) to provide decision makers a more accessible, productive and domain-independent information and computing environment. This paper is aimed at designing a multiple expert systems integrated decision support system (MESIDSS) to enhance decision makers' ability in more complex cases. The basic framework, management system of multiple ESs, and functions of MESIDSS are presented. The applications of MESIDSS in large-scale decision making processes are discussed from the following aspects of problem decomposing, dynamic combination of multiple ESs, link of multiple bases and decision coordinating. Finally, a summary and some ideas for the future are presented.

A Proposal for a Geospatial Database to Support Emergency Management

The basic procedure of the Italian Civil Protection Department aims at reducing disaster losses by giving prominence to a proactive strategy, focusing on prevision and prevention of hazard events rather than postdisater activities. Italian law commits municipalities to produce Emergency Plans that include risk scenarios as well as all data required for emergency management, such as structures, infrastructures and human resources. However the law in the matter of Civil Protection does not supply information about how to produce and archive necessary data for emergency planning and management. For this reason, we propose a standard methodology to create a geodatabase using GIS software, to collect all data that could be used by municipalities to create Emergency Plans. The resulting geodatabase provides a tool for hazard mitigation planning, allowing not only the identification of areas at risk, but also the structures, infrastructures and resources needed to overcome a crisis, thus improving all strategies of risk reduction and the resilience of the system [1].

System for the Management of the Continuity of Use of Medical Devices in Hospitals

The Technical Services and the Medical Administration of the Hospitals of Trieste have been working for years to ensure the optimal functioning of the Surgery, Intensive Care, Diagnostics and Research Services offered to the Patients and to the University in an 800-bed hospital complex, transforming and innovating the buildings and support installations. We have dedicated special attention to the technologies necessary to guarantee the continuity of the power supply to the electromedical devices, increasingly numerous in highly specialized hospitals. We report the power of the generator sets and the UPS and our opinion that their power must be related to the overall consumption of the hospital, with a reserve margin.

基于Android校园移动应用的后台数据库的管理与设计

随着智能手机的普及,手机上的应用程序也越来越多样化,有关用户的数据量也很多,这其中有涉及到用户的个人信息安全,也有许多跟用户相关的信息需要数据库服务器的管理维护。不同移动应用需要不同级别的数据库来管理,根据成本及应用范围,选择一种合适的数据库管理方案。在此以一个移动校园生活应用为例来说明,在用户方便查阅信息的背后,一个好的数据库的设计管理功不可没。

Developing and Applying a Ship Operation Energy Efficiency Evaluation Index Using SEEMP: a Case Study of South Korea

The CO2 emission reduction policy of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)recommends that the operation of ships,managed by maritime transport companies,should be energy-efficient.An evaluation method that can determine how successfully a ship implements the energy efficiency plan is proposed in this study.To develop this method,the measures required for energy-efficient ship operations according to the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan(SEEMP)operational guidelines were selected.The weights of the selected measures,which indicate how they contribute to the energy-efficient operation of a ship,were derived using a survey based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method.Consequently,using these measures and their weights,a new evaluation method was proposed.This evaluation method was applied to shipping companies in South Korea,and their ship operation energy efficiency indices were derived and compared.This evaluation method will be useful to the government and shipping companies in assessing the energy efficiency of ship operations.

A product module mining method for PLM database

Modular technology can effectively support the rapid design of products, and it is one of the key technologies to realize mass customization design. With the application of product lifecycle management(PLM) system in enterprises, the product lifecycle data have been effectively managed. However, these data have not been fully utilized in module division, especially for complex machinery products. To solve this problem, a product module mining method for the PLM database is proposed to improve the effect of module division. Firstly, product data are extracted from the PLM database by data extraction algorithm. Then, data normalization and structure logical inspection are used to preprocess the extracted defective data. The preprocessed product data are analyzed and expressed in a matrix for module mining. Finally, the fuzzy c-means clustering(FCM) algorithm is used to generate product modules, which are stored in product module library after module marking and post-processing. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by a case study of high pressure valve.

On the Practices of Regulatory Urban Design

On the basis of reviewing urban design and management practices of Honggutan New District in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, regulatory urban design was proposed and its major feature was summarized as "the local government or urban management agency responsible for the organization and compiling". After defining regulatory urban design, its compiling and technical means were studied.

A Water Line Network Failure Application of Network Design Problems

This study investigated a water supply recovery problem involving municipal water service piping. The problem consisted in recovering full service after network failure, in order to rapidly satisfy all urgent citywide demands. The optimal recovery solution was achieved through the application of so-called network design problems （NDPs）, which are a form of combinatorial optimization problem. However, a conventional NDP is not suitable for addressing urgent situations because （1） it does not utilize the non-failure arcs in the network, and （2） it is solely concerned with stable costs such as flow costs. Therefore, to adapt the technique to such urgent situations, the conventional NDP is here modified to deal with the specified water supply problem. In addition, a numerical illustration using the Sendai water network is presented.

山西预警台站信息管理系统的设计与开发

基于当前预警台站信息数据量大、复杂性高等情况,设计与开发基于Web的山西预警台站信息管理系统。结合实际业务对预警台站信息管理系统进行需求分析,明确要实现的功能及技术路线;使用Mysql数据库进行表结构的构建和关联,实现预警台站信息和备机备件的管理;爬取专业仪器中的参数,并与服务器中的参数进行一致性对比,使用JavaScript和Java构建前端页面和后端框架;最后进行系统部署,实现大量信息的智能化管理,提高运维人员的日常工作效率。

面向历史风貌的中心城区精细化城市管控策略研究——以墨尔本中心城区为例

在历史城区风貌保护中,我国存在城区特色风貌指引不明、管控要素划分不够细致、元素之间缺乏整体统筹等问题,需要构建精细化城市管控体系来维护历史风貌、增强城市吸引力。文章从墨尔本维护历史城区特色风貌的精细化城市管控策略入手,深入分析其在历史城区风貌保持、建设开发强度管控、特色空间人性化提升和户外广告风格约束等4个层面的策略。在此基础上,结合我国历史城区保护现状,从层级体系建设、特色风貌指引、要素控制协调、管理语言传导、多方团队协作等方面归纳墨尔本精细化城市管控的思路和经验,并对我国精细化城市管控转型提出建议。
