In order to reflect dynamic changes and interactions of all behavior subjects induding of residents, real estate developers and the government, a decision-making model of public service facility configuration according to the multi-agent theory was made to improve the efficiency of the public service facility configuration in community and the living quality of residents. Taking a community to the cast of Jinhui Port in Fengxian District in Shanghai for example, the model analyzed the decision-makers' adaptive behaviors and simulated the decision.making criteria. The results indicate that the decision-making model and criteria can be well of satisfying the purpose of improving validity and rationality of public service facility configuration in large community.展开更多

An eigenvector method integrated the subjective fuzzy preference matrix and objective information is proposed. Two linear programming models based on subjective and objective information are introduced to assess the relative importance weights of attributes in an MADM problem. The simple additive weighting method is utilized to aggregate the decision information, and then all the alternatives are ranked. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method. The result shows that it is easier than other methods of integrating subjective and objective information.展开更多

For this purpose, we propose the communication-censored distributed learning algorithm for SCN, namely ADMMM-SCN-ET, by introducing the event-triggered communication mechanism to the alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM). To avoid unnecessary information transmissions, each learning agent is equipped with a trigger function. Only if the event-trigger error exceeds a specified threshold and meets the trigger condition, the agent will transmit the variable information to its neighbors and update its state in time. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the communication cost for training decentralized SCNs and save communication resources.展开更多
Omicron,the new mutant coronavirus,has spread rapidly globally,attracting close attention from different stakeholders worldwide.The complex and constantly changing epidemic situation has had a new impact on the world....Omicron,the new mutant coronavirus,has spread rapidly globally,attracting close attention from different stakeholders worldwide.The complex and constantly changing epidemic situation has had a new impact on the world.Therefore,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 variant strain.Generally,epidemic prevention experts conduct preliminary screening as part of the existing epidemic plan database according to the current local situation,after which they sort the alternatives deemed more suitable for the situation.Then the decision-makers identify the most divergent expert group,plan for consultation and adjustments,and finally obtain the plan with the smallest divergence.This article aims to integrate the experts'opinions with the method of minimizing the differences,which can maximize the expert consensus and help organize the schemes that best meet the epidemic situation.The experts'negotiation and iteration of the differences in the initial plan align with the current complex and dynamic epidemic situation and are of great significance to the rapid formulation of plans to achieve effective prevention and control.展开更多

Electrocoagulation(EC)has been widely used to treat the heavymetal wastewater in industry.A novel process of sinusoidal alternating current electrocoagulation(SACC)is adopted to remove Ni2+in wastewater in this study....Electrocoagulation(EC)has been widely used to treat the heavymetal wastewater in industry.A novel process of sinusoidal alternating current electrocoagulation(SACC)is adopted to remove Ni2+in wastewater in this study.The morphology of precipitates and the distribution of the main functional iron configurations were investigated.Ferron timed complex spectroscopy can identify the monomeric iron configurations[Fe(a)],oligomeric iron configurations[Fe(b)]and polymeric iron configurations[Fe(c)].The optimal operating conditions of SACC process were determined through single-factor experiments.The maximum Ni2+removal efficiency[Re(Ni^(2+))]was achieved under the conditions of pH0=7,current density(j)=7 A/m^(2),electrolysis time(t)=25 min,c0(Ni^(2+))=100 mg/L.At pH=7,the proportion of Fe(b)and Fe(c)in the system was 50.4 at.% and 23.1 at.%,respectively.In the SACC process,Fe(b)and Fe(c)are themain iron configurations in solution,while Fe(c)are the vastmajority of the iron configurations in the direct current electrocoagulation(DCC)process.Re(Ni2+)is 99.56% for SACC and 98.75% for DCC under the same optimum conditions,respectively.The precipitates produced by SACC have a high proportion of Fe(b)configurations with sphericalα-FeOOH andγ-FeOOH structures which contain abundant hydroxyl groups.Moreover,it is demonstrated that Fe(b)has better adsorption capacity than Fe(c)through adsorption experiments of methyl orange(MO)dye.Fe(a)configurations in the homogeneous solution had no effect on the removal of nickel.展开更多
