基于SDTM define. xml元数据自动化检查的SAS宏实现

目前,FDA明确规定申办者向其递交的临床试验电子评审材料需要基于CDISC ODM(Operational Data Model)模型的SDTM define.xml作为用于新药注册评审的必备文件之一。尽管近几年业内已有多家企业致力于开发自动化工具生成SDTM define.xml,但在核查策略和质量控制方面的系统性研究不多,工作人员仍需花费大量时间进行人工核查。本研究旨在对生成SDTM define.xml的元数据模块建立一套全面综合的核查策略和关键核查点,并通过编制SAS宏实现这些核查点的自动化核查和质量控制,使得递交给FDA的SDTM define.xml所包含信息准确无误,数据之间具有良好的追踪性,同时大大降低人力成本,提高效率。

Open-Source Software Defined Networking Controllers:State-of-the-Art,Challenges and Solutions for Future Network Providers

Software Defined Networking(SDN)is programmable by separation of forwarding control through the centralization of the controller.The controller plays the role of the‘brain’that dictates the intelligent part of SDN technology.Various versions of SDN controllers exist as a response to the diverse demands and functions expected of them.There are several SDN controllers available in the open market besides a large number of commercial controllers;some are developed tomeet carrier-grade service levels and one of the recent trends in open-source SDN controllers is the Open Network Operating System(ONOS).This paper presents a comparative study between open source SDN controllers,which are known as Network Controller Platform(NOX),Python-based Network Controller(POX),component-based SDN framework(Ryu),Java-based OpenFlow controller(Floodlight),OpenDayLight(ODL)and ONOS.The discussion is further extended into ONOS architecture,as well as,the evolution of ONOS controllers.This article will review use cases based on ONOS controllers in several application deployments.Moreover,the opportunities and challenges of open source SDN controllers will be discussed,exploring carriergrade ONOS for future real-world deployments,ONOS unique features and identifying the suitable choice of SDN controller for service providers.In addition,we attempt to provide answers to several critical questions relating to the implications of the open-source nature of SDN controllers regarding vendor lock-in,interoperability,and standards compliance,Similarly,real-world use cases of organizations using open-source SDN are highlighted and how the open-source community contributes to the development of SDN controllers.Furthermore,challenges faced by open-source projects,and considerations when choosing an open-source SDN controller are underscored.Then the role of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and Machine Learning(ML)in the evolution of open-source SDN controllers in light of recent research is indicated.In addition,the challenges and limitations associated with deploying open-source SDN controllers in production networks,how can they be mitigated,and finally how opensource SDN controllers handle network security and ensure that network configurations and policies are robust and resilient are presented.Potential opportunities and challenges for future Open SDN deployment are outlined to conclude the article.

Threshold-Based Software-Defined Networking(SDN)Solution for Healthcare Systems against Intrusion Attacks

The healthcare sector holds valuable and sensitive data.The amount of this data and the need to handle,exchange,and protect it,has been increasing at a fast pace.Due to their nature,software-defined networks(SDNs)are widely used in healthcare systems,as they ensure effective resource utilization,safety,great network management,and monitoring.In this sector,due to the value of thedata,SDNs faceamajor challengeposed byawide range of attacks,such as distributed denial of service(DDoS)and probe attacks.These attacks reduce network performance,causing the degradation of different key performance indicators(KPIs)or,in the worst cases,a network failure which can threaten human lives.This can be significant,especially with the current expansion of portable healthcare that supports mobile and wireless devices for what is called mobile health,or m-health.In this study,we examine the effectiveness of using SDNs for defense against DDoS,as well as their effects on different network KPIs under various scenarios.We propose a threshold-based DDoS classifier(TBDC)technique to classify DDoS attacks in healthcare SDNs,aiming to block traffic considered a hazard in the form of a DDoS attack.We then evaluate the accuracy and performance of the proposed TBDC approach.Our technique shows outstanding performance,increasing the mean throughput by 190.3%,reducing the mean delay by 95%,and reducing packet loss by 99.7%relative to normal,with DDoS attack traffic.

基于Office Open XML的Excel操作题自动阅卷系统的实现

Excel操作题自动阅卷系统的设计往往采用RTF、VBA方式,但效果并不理想,针对这种情况提出了一种基于Office Open XML格式和Python语言,使用开源库Openpyxl、Element Tree及自编类解析Excel文件的操作题自动阅卷评分系统的方法,总结了Office Open XML格式的Spread sheet ML标记语言的常用标记及作用,其次设计了自动阅卷流程,细化为格式解析、格式保存和格式对比量化评分三个阶段,并将格式解析分解为Openpyx l解析、Element Tree解析两个步骤,解决了解析中容错的自定义问题。经过测试,使用该方法能可靠地实现Excel 2010版本操作题的自动阅卷。

Performance Enhancement of XML Parsing Using Regression and Parallelism

The Extensible Markup Language(XML)files,widely used for storing and exchanging information on the web require efficient parsing mechanisms to improve the performance of the applications.With the existing Document Object Model(DOM)based parsing,the performance degrades due to sequential processing and large memory requirements,thereby requiring an efficient XML parser to mitigate these issues.In this paper,we propose a Parallel XML Tree Generator(PXTG)algorithm for accelerating the parsing of XML files and a Regression-based XML Parsing Framework(RXPF)that analyzes and predicts performance through profiling,regression,and code generation for efficient parsing.The PXTG algorithm is based on dividing the XML file into n parts and producing n trees in parallel.The profiling phase of the RXPF framework produces a dataset by measuring the performance of various parsing models including StAX,SAX,DOM,JDOM,and PXTG on different cores by using multiple file sizes.The regression phase produces the prediction model,based on which the final code for efficient parsing of XML files is produced through the code generation phase.The RXPF framework has shown a significant improvement in performance varying from 9.54%to 32.34%over other existing models used for parsing XML files.

Software defined satellite networks:A survey

In recent years,satellite networks have been proposed as an essential part of next-generation mobile communication systems.Software defined networking techniques are introduced in satellite networks to handle the growing challenges induced by time-varying topology,intermittent inter-satellite link and dramatically increased satellite constellation size.This survey covers the latest progress of software defined satellite networks,including key techniques,existing solutions,challenges,opportunities,and simulation tools.To the best of our knowledge,this paper is the most comprehensive survey that covers the latest progress of software defined satellite networks.An open GitHub repository is further created where the latest papers on this topic will be tracked and updated periodically.Compared with these existing surveys,this survey contributes from three aspects:(1)an up-to-date SDN-oriented review for the latest progress of key techniques and solutions in software defined satellite networks;(2)an inspiring summary of existing challenges,new research opportunities and publicly available simulation tools for follow-up studies;(3)an effort of building a public repository to track new results.

基于Open XML和有限自动机的试卷自动生成系统

考试出题讲究高保密性和高时效性,不允许将题目事先导入数据库再自动生成试卷,需要现场从大量的WORD文档中直接抽取题目并排版生成试卷,这是一项耗时耗力的工作。本研究利用Open XML文档的开源性,直接对DOCX和XLSX文档的内容进行分析读取,并利用有限状态自动机原理对文档的内容进行分类处理,自动生成试卷、答案卷和答题卡文档。实验表明这种方法能够正确按照要求生成试卷,既解决了考试中的保密性要求又提高了工作效率,节省了人力成本。

Deployment Strategy for Multiple Controllers Based on the Aviation On-Board Software-Defined Data Link Network

In light of the escalating demand and intricacy of services in contemporary terrestrial,maritime,and aerial combat operations,there is a compelling need for enhanced service quality and efficiency in airborne cluster communication networks.Software-Defined Networking(SDN)proffers a viable solution for the multifaceted task of cooperative communication transmission and management across different operational domains within complex combat contexts,due to its intrinsic ability to flexibly allocate and centrally administer network resources.This study pivots around the optimization of SDN controller deployment within airborne data link clusters.A collaborative multi-controller architecture predicated on airborne data link clusters is thus proposed.Within this architectural framework,the controller deployment issue is reframed as a two-fold problem:subdomain partition-ing and central interaction node selection.We advocate a subdomain segmentation approach grounded in node value ranking(NDVR)and a central interaction node selection methodology predicated on an enhanced Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm(AFSA).The advanced NDVR-AFSA(Node value ranking-Improved artificial fish swarm algorithm)algorithm makes use of a chaos algorithm for population initialization,boosting population diversity and circumventing premature algorithm convergence.By the integration of adaptive strategies and incorporation of the genetic algorithm’s crossover and mutation operations,the algorithm’s search range adaptability is enhanced,thereby increasing the possibility of obtaining globally optimal solutions,while concurrently augmenting cluster reliability.The simulation results verify the advantages of the NDVR-IAFSA algorithm,achieve a better load balancing effect,improve the reliability of aviation data link cluster,and significantly reduce the average propagation delay and disconnection rate,respectively,by 12.8%and 11.7%.This shows that the optimization scheme has important significance in practical application,and can meet the high requirements of modern sea,land,and air operations to aviation airborne communication networks.

将产品全寿命周期六西格玛解决方案(Production Life Cycle Six Sigma Solution,LCSS)的六西格玛设计(Design For Six Sigma,DFSS)理论用于机械产品设计研究,在简要介绍IDDOV(Identify,Define,Develop,Optimize,Verify)流程的基础上,分析了顾客需求转换的系统规范,建立了机械产品Define阶段设计的技术体系和数学模型,总结了Define方案实现步骤和评估算法,为机械产品多样化、低成本、高质量和高稳健性设计提供了一种新的解决途径。

基于Define-Use图的MPI通信求解算法

针对分布存储计算机系统并行编译过程中,为维持数据一致性而产生冗余通信的问题,提出一种优化的通信求解算法。该算法基于依赖关系分析和过程间数据流分析,通过遍历Define-Use图,获得更精确的通信数据,消除过程调用时产生的冗余通信。实验结果表明,将算法所得结果作为后端生成MPI通信代码的依据,可以有效减少通信量,加速比接近手工MPI并行程序。

基于CIM XML的CIM和SCL模型互操作研究

实现变电站系统与调度中心系统的信息交互,关键是实现系统模型的互操作。IEC61970、IEC61968的CIM模型和IEC61850的SCL模型在结构和内容上具有差异性,在详细讨论两种模型差异的基础上,基于XML,设计构造了文档转换器,实现XML文档和CIMXML文档之间的转换。基于CIM模型和SCL模型的对应关系,通过对两种模型的类、属性、关系的协调,整合变电站模型,实现变电站系统模型与其它电力系统模型的互操作,保证数据的一致性。通过软件设计,经实验室模拟仿真,结果表明能够实现CIM模型和SCL模型在数据交换方面的要求。

基于Open XML的应急预案数字化方法

针对目前静态文本应急预案的非结构化问题,引入组件化设计思想结构化预案内容,建立XML描述模型数字化预案业务数据,最后基于Open XML国际标准生成数字化应急预案,并以国民经济动员综合预案为例验证了该方法的可行性。实验结果表明,基于本方法生成的数字化应急预案有效地实现了预案模板和预案业务数据的分离,有利于预案模板的独立扩充和修改,有利于校验填写的预案业务数据,并使预案检索可深入预案业务数据。

简要介绍了模式、模式语言的相关概念,并从结构化程序设计和面向对象程序设计的视角介绍了六种典型的W3C XML Schema模式设计方法。根据具体的应用需求,并结合各种模式设计方法的优缺点,可选用最恰当的设计方法加以应用。

基于XML Schema XML文档验证算法

文中研究XML文档的验证机制,提出一种基于XML Schema验证XML文档的算法。该算法将数据语法规则、约束要求及类型要求等采用XML Schema进行描述,既能够基于XML Schema验证XML文档语法的正确性,又提供语法错误的处理机制并支持错误位置追踪。当XML文档存在语法错误时,该算法将错误信息按照错误发生顺序依次输出。通过对错误信息的处理,该算法可以通过鼠标点击错误信息追踪语法错误发生位置。因而数据编辑人员可以高效地对XML文档做出修改,提高了工作效率。为验证该算法的正确性,将该算法集成到某XML编辑器中,并通过实验验证。经过一系列的试验验证,该算法达到了设计要求。

Native XML数据库技术综述

XML成为数据统一描述和表示的标准。如何管理已经出现的大量的XML数据成为重要的问题。NativeXML数据库(NXD)是解决XML数据管理的重要手段。分析和综述了NXD研究现状,以及几个主要研究方向:数据模型、查询语言、存储技术等。分析了NXD的基本特性和具有代表性的NXD系统,最后指出了目前研究存在的不足以及该学科的发展趋势。

基于Web服务技术的OPC XML-DA服务器分析与实现

OPC DA服务器是以组件对象模型和分布式组件对象模型技术为基础实现的,因此其在互联网上进行数据交互存在一定技术缺陷,从而引出了基于Web服务技术的OPC XML-DA服务器的技术优势以及开发的必要性。使用gSOAP工具包开发出一个中间层服务器,给出了该服务器的系统框架图并介绍了相应模块。重点论述了OPC XML-DA服务器中有关订阅服务的关键技术,并给出了相应的实现方法。通过在2台跨网络的计算机上所进行的服务器与客户端之间数据传输的实验结果表明,该技术在跨网络的环境下通信时具有高效可行性。

一种基于二叉树的Native XML数据库文档编码机制

在对于现有编码机制进行综述的前提下,提出一种新的XML文档编码机制,该编码机制基于完全二叉树的结构顺序编码。在该XML文档编码机制下,判断节点之间祖先-后裔关系算法的时间复杂度仅为O(logn),完全支持更新,并且编码长度较短。
