Study on the Integration of Tourism Industry and Intangible Cultural Heritage—A Case Study of the Core Blackland in the Cold Region,Suihua City of China

Integration,innovation and mutual promotion of intangible cultural heritage and tourism development were studied from the perspective of industrial integration.Suihua City,the core blackland in the cold region,was taken for an example to discuss feasibility and necessity of integrating intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry by analyzing its natural geographical characteristics and intangible cultural heritage.Patterns of such integration were analyzed from 4 aspects:tourism in location regions of intangible cultural heritage,development of tourist souvenirs,festival tourism,dynamic tourism of intangible cultural heritage.Suggestions were given for the integration of intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry in Suihua City,further exploration and innovation of intangible cultural heritage valued to create brand effects,guiding and protective role of government stressed.

Integration degree of tourism industry based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

By reviewing the traditional measure methods of the integration degree of the tourism industry, we concluded that measure methods of the integration degree of the tourism industry can only be limited to the levels of theoretical analysis due to the defect of the statistical data and the statistical structure. With the help of concept of fusion field and fusion entropy of the tourism industry, a physical model of integration of the tourism industry is established and index system based on AHP is proposed. Using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the integration degree of Jiangsu and the country's tourism industry are studied. The influencing factors are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.

The Impact of the Integration of Culture and Tourism Industry on the Upgrading of Tourism Industry Performance

Based on the provincial data of tourism and cultural industries from 2009 to 2019,this paper studies the impact of the integration of culture and tourism on the economic benefits of regional tourism in China.The results show that:①The integration level of the two industries is generally low in all provinces and regions,and the regional differences are obvious.The integration degree of the central and eastern regions is generally higher than that of the western regions.②The integration degree of culture and tourism has a significant positive impact on the economic benefits of regional tourism.The influence on the central and eastern regions is greater than that on the western regions.③The level of informatization has a positive moderating effect on the economic benefits of regional tourism caused by the integration of culture and tourism.④Government intervention has a negative moderating effect on the economic benefits of tourism.In addition,the level of regional economic development,accessibility and tourism resource endowment are also significant factors affecting the economic benefits of regional tourism.The results show that promoting the deep integration of culture and tourism,promoting the informatization of tourism and moderate government intervention in the industry are conducive to improving the economic benefits of regional tourism.

A Study on the Integration of Culture Industry and Tourism Industry--A Case Study of Yancheng City in Jiangsu Province

On the basis of the domestic and foreign research results,combined with the reality of Yancheng,this paper puts forward that spatial layout is the key,the development of tourist product is the crux,the brand image is the core,and regional cooperation is the main way of development.

Research on the Coupled and Coordinated Development of Tourism and Transport in Chengdu City

Based on a total of 16 indicators selected from the tourism and transport industries,an evaluation index system of the coupling and coordination development level of tourism and transport is constructed.The entropy value method and the coupling coordination degree model are used to conduct an empirical study on the development level and coupling coordination level of the transport and tourism industries in Chengdu City from 2011 to 2020.The results show that,on the whole,the coupling coordination degree of transport and tourism in Chengdu is poor and has been in a state of mild to moderate dysfunction.The development level of tourism lagged behind the development of transport from 2011 to 2012,and the two were in a state of mild dysfunction.However,from 2013 onwards,the development level of tourism was prioritized over the development level of transport.This shift caused the coupling coordination degree of the two industries to decline sharply to 0.23305 in 2013.The development level of the tourism industry increased again,reaching 0.34206 in 2019,which marked an improvement.Consequently,the coordination degree of the transport and tourism industries evolved from moderate dislocation to mild dislocation.Finally,the results of the empirical research are analyzed,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable growth of the transport and tourism industries in Chengdu City.These suggestions aim to improve the coupled and coordinated development level of the two industries.

Research on Mechanism and Promotion Path of Culture and Tourism Industry Integration in Tai'an City

Based on in-depth analysis of dynamic mechanism of industry integration under the background of industry integration,as well as current situation and existing problems of integrated development of culture and tourism industry in Tai’an City,the paper puts forward the selection path and policy guarantee for the integrated development of culture and tourism industry in Tai’an City following the theory of industry integration and dynamic mechanism,which is of important policy guiding significance for promoting the coordinated development of culture and tourism industry in Tai’an City.

Discussion on the Necessity and Realization of the Integrative Development of Tourism and Cultural Industry

With the development of socialist economy and the putting forward of“the Belt and Road”economic development strategy,all industries have developed vigorously,especially cultural industry and tourism.The integrative development of cultural industry and tourism can enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economies,provide impetus for regional development,optimize industrial structure,and provide new ideas for the development of economies so as to promote economic growth.The integration and development of the two industries can not only achieve a mutually beneficial and win-win result,but also provide an example of the multi-industry coordinated development mode for the development of regional economy.This article first discusses the significance of the development of tourism and cultural industry,analyzes its significance for realizing the strategic target of regional economy.Then taking Sichuan province as an example,it elaborates the problems of system and creativity existing in the deep integration of tourism and cultural industry,and finally studies the way to realize it for reference.

Driving factors and innovation paths of rural tourism transformation and upgrading under the background of industrial integration:From the perspective of ecological integration of culture and tourism

This paper analyzes the interactive process of the integration of ecological agriculture and cultural tourism industry from the aspects of rural tourism products,technology and market,and points out that the integration of tourism products constitutes the basis of industrial integration;The integration of technology plays a role in the whole process of industrial integration development;Market level integration is the core goal of industrial integration development.Then,it explains the driving factors of the integrated development of the two industries from two aspects:the relevance of the two industries,the diversification of demand and the diversity of investment constitute the internal driving force of the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization;Multiple factors,such as policy guidance,economic drive and technological innovation,together constitute the external driving force for the integration of cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture under the background of rural revitalization.On this basis,it puts forward the path of the integrated development of innovative cultural tourism industry and ecological agriculture from six aspects:first,the government actively guides and constructs a perfect policy support system;Second,the development of industrial projects create basic conditions for industrial integration;Third,to strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen industrial integration and form brand effect;Fourth,to encourage scientific and technological innovation and provide technical support for industrial integration;Fifth,to build industrial alliance and help industrial integration through multi-dimensional cooperation;Sixth,to promote the construction of legal system and build a perfect market access system.

Study on the Comprehensive Tourism Development Pattern in Periphery Minority Area:A Case Study of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province, China

The paper took the human-land relations as a basic point, and the theories of tourism industry system and sustainable development as the guidance, with Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture （Gannan） as the case study area. From microcosmic and macroscopic viewpoints, the author carded out function orientation and evaluation to the tourism industry development, and research on the comprehensive tourism industry development pattern of Gannan. Results show that the fragile ecological environment and the traditional economic growth pattern have restricted regional sustainable development, and made Gannan to become a representative of the periphery minority areas in Northwest China. Tourism development of Gannan is at the primary phase, with the characteristics of short industry chain and low economic efficiency. It is an inevitable choice to transform the way of regional economic growth and the development pattern of tourism industry from the traditional pattern to the pattern of sustainable development. Simultaneously, Gannan＇s natural, national and religious culture makes Gannan a broad prospect on the comprehensive tourism development. Gannan should choose the comprehensive tourism industry as its scientific pattern to realize sustainable development, promote harmonious social, economic and ecological development, alleviate the human-land contradictory, and realize dual goals in terms of ecology construction and economical development. For Gannan and the similar areas in China, studies on the sustainable development pattern of tourism have extremely important strategic sense with respect to tourism development and the sustainable development of regional economy.

A Correlation Analysis of Tourism Based on Gray Theory——A case of Xingwen County

Tourism industry has already become an important part of national economy,which not only played a positive role in the development of the economy,but promoted the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure.The paper analyzes the correlation between the tourism industry and the other industry through changes of the Xingwen County tourism industrial output value in the past seven years.With the Gray Model,the correlation degree among the tourism industry and agriculture,industry,transport,wholesale and retail trade,postal and telecommunications industries is measured.The analysis result indicates that the order of the corresponding correlation degree:catering accommodation is 0.691> wholesale and retail is 0.617 > agriculture is 0.616 > Postal and telecommunications industry is 0.610> Transport is 0.602> Industry is 0.537.In accordance with the actual conditions of the industry in Xingwen,the industrial development policies and measures are put forward,which help the tourism industry Xingwen their rapid,coordinated and highly efficient operation.

Mechanism and Countermeasures for Action of Scientific and Technological Innovation on Integration of Industrialization and Urbanization

In the current process of deepening reform in China,industrial structure upgrading,economic structural transformation and new urbanization are important tasks to promote social and economic development,and technological innovation has gradually become the primary driving force for industrial upgrading,economic transformation and the realization of new urbanization.The article analyzed the action mechanism of scientific and technological innovation on the integration of industrialization and urbanization through qualitative and quantitative methods,found out the prominent problems faced by Henan through the empirical analysis of relevant data of Henan Province,and then proposed the integrated development path driven by scientific and technological innovation.

中国文化和旅游融合发展效率时空动态演化及其驱动机制

提高文旅融合发展效率是关乎效率变革和质量变革背景下文化和旅游深度融合及高质量发展的重要科学问题,有效把握其动态演化特征及驱动机制对推动区域文化产业与旅游产业转型升级和提质增效及其深度融合高质量发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。文章构建文化和旅游融合发展效率分析框架,运用耦合协调模型、基于松弛变量的超效率测度模型、空间马尔科夫链和面板空间杜宾模型等方法,剖析中国2011—2019年文化和旅游融合发展效率的时空动态特征及其驱动机制。研究发现:1)中国文化和旅游融合发展效率在9年间仅提升3.4%,距离最佳生产前沿面还存在至少17.3%的潜力空间,4大区域呈东部>中部>西部>东北格局,并且仅天津、上海、广东与云南4个省份常年达到最佳生产前沿面,其他省份还存在至少6.7%~33.9%的潜力空间;2)中国文化和旅游融合发展效率大致呈现“东南沿海高值集聚,西北内陆低值集聚”空间格局,存在显著的路径依赖与马太效应现象,短期内难以实现跨越式增长,但当与高效率的省份为邻时,本地省份文化和旅游融合发展效率向上转移概率有所提升;3)产业结构与交通水平是提高本地省份文化和旅游融合发展效率的主要因素,但对邻近省份产生了负向溢出效应,科技创新、消费需求和政府调控促进了邻近省份文化与旅游融合发展效率,但对本地省份的推动作用尚不显著,服务队伍抑制了本地省份文化与旅游融合发展效率,但对邻近省份的溢出效应并不显著。

国家体育旅游示范基地建设的理论探索与实践进路

运用实地调查、访谈、案例分析和隐含狄利克雷分布(Latent Dirichlet Allocation,LDA)模型等研究方法,探索国家体育旅游示范基地建设的背景、内涵、类型等。基于对我国首批、第2批共61个国家体育旅游示范基地的实地考察,发现国家体育旅游示范基地面临空间布局不均衡性与类型不充分性并存、政策体系针对性与基层政府执行性较弱、体育业态模糊性与运动项目同质性突出、体育人才专业性与运营管理精细性缺失等现实挑战。提出实践进路:加强体育旅游战略性规划,优化空间布局和资源配置;增强政策的针对性和有效性,多措并举提升基层执行力;强化体育新业态融合创新,打造差异化旅游产品体系;培育专业化体育旅游人才,构建精细化运营管理模式。

产教融合视域下涉外旅游人才培养路径的创新与实践——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

旅游产业的国际化发展对涉外旅游人才培养提出新要求。在分析浙江国际海运职业技术学院涉外旅游人才培养现状的基础上,通过构建产教融合新生态、校企共促教育供给侧改革探索人才培养新路径,提出持续打造互利共赢的产教融合生态圈等深化涉外旅游人才培养的建议,为当地行业企业培养更适配的涉外旅游人才,推进旅游类专业的产教融合。

文化和旅游融合发展的多重驱动路径研究——基于“需求—供给—支持”框架的组态分析

文旅融合是实现我国旅游业高质量发展的必然要求,也是补齐旅游业发展短板、推进转型升级的内在需要。本文利用耦合协调模型对我国2010—2019年30个省区市的文旅融合发展水平展开评估,随后引入模糊集定性比较分析方法,基于需求、供给和支持3个方面的驱动条件探究我国文旅融合发展路径。研究发现:(1)研究期内我国文旅产业整体发展水平有所提高,但不同地区存在较大的区域异质性。(2)从我国整体文旅融合发展路径来看,需求与支持条件起重要作用,居民消费能力与区位交通条件的作用尤其突出。(3)东、中、西部地区发展路径存在明显差异,东部地区主要为需求—支持条件叠加型发展路径,中部则呈现出支持条件驱动型与需求条件驱动型两种发展路径,西部存在需求条件驱动型与需求—支持条件叠加型两种路径。因此,地方政府应重视供给、需求、支持多重条件的协同匹配,根据地方发展条件切实调整文旅开发策略,有针对性地提升核心驱动能力以突破发展瓶颈。

数字经济背景下山东省文化与旅游产业融合发展的测度与路径研究

文化产业与旅游产业之间存在着天然的融合诉求,而数字技术已成为文旅融合高质量发展的助推力。依据文化产业与旅游产业的产业特性及两者相互作用机制,本文从产业规模、产业接待、产业实力、产业效益4个维度构建文旅产业指标体系,引入耦合协调度模型对山东省2010~2020年的文旅产业发展水平及耦合协调程度进行测度,并分析时序变化。研究结果表明:山东省文化产业与旅游产业总体发展水平逐年提高,而文化产业发展普遍滞后于旅游产业发展;耦合协调度呈现出稳步上升态势,由0.390 8提高到0.900 6,协调等级由轻度失调提升到优质协调。基于此,从培育文旅产业增强文旅融合发展新动能,构建数字文旅平台健全价值共创机制,拓展技术与产品创新传导渠道,培养新型文旅数字化人才等方面,提出了促进数字经济赋能文旅融合高质量发展的路径。

专业学位研究生教育的数字化转型:动因、定位和变革路径

专业学位研究生教育以实践为导向,目标是培养某一职业领域中能创造性地从事实际工作的高层次复合型应用人才。数字技术的迅猛发展与创新给予了专业学位研究生教育新的动能,提供了新的机遇。数字技术的赋能、内生发展需求的赋能、国家政策的加持等推动专业学位研究生教育数字化转型。数字化转型中的专业学位研究教育目标要从对人才的认知、思维,人才的知识转化、实践能力,专业学位研究生教育生态等方面进行准确定位。实现专业学位研究生数字化转型,要推进教学方式变革,加强数字化课程建设,提升教师队伍数字化素养,创新产教融合机制。

乡村振兴背景下文旅产业融合发展

随着人民生活水平的提高和旅游需求的不断多样化,文旅产业融合的概念开始出现在大众的视野,当前我国正处于经济转型的关键时期,文化和旅游产业作为21世纪的朝阳产业,大力推进文旅产业融合发展,不仅对于乡村振兴具有重要意义,同时对于我国产业结构转型也有着重要意义。本文利用1042份调查问卷数据,采用线性回归模型分析政府措施在乡村产业振兴中对文旅产业融合发展的影响,搭建中介和调节效应模型,并进一步探讨农户参与度影响文旅产业融合发展的可能路径和变化规律。研究表明:政府措施有助于文旅产业融合发展;政府措施以农户参与度为中介有助于文旅产业融合发展。在乡村产业振兴背景下,政府通过实施相关措施,提升了农民积极性,增加了农户参与度,对政府措施产生调节效应,促进文旅产业融合发展。因此,为促进文旅产业融合发展与乡村振兴,引导性的政策措施亟须出台,并带动当地农民群众,提升农户的参与度,以此来提升文旅产业融合发展水平。

数字经济发展对文旅产业融合的影响研究——基于我国30个省份数据的实证分析

基于2010—2021年我国30个省份的数据,分别构建数字经济发展、文旅产业融合综合评价体系,利用主成分分析法对指标体系进行测算,采用个体、时间双向固定效应模型实证分析各省份数字经济发展对文旅产业融合的影响,并运用面板门槛模型分析数字经济发展与文旅产业融合之间的非线性关系。研究发现:数字经济发展对文旅产业融合具有显著的促进作用,且经过多种稳健性检验,实证结果依然稳健,同时利用工具变量法消除了内生性对实证分析产生的偏误;数字经济发展各一级指标对文旅产业融合的促进作用由大到小依次为:产业数字化、数字产业化、数字金融;从地区异质性来看,各地区数字经济发展均能显著促进文旅产业融合,但中西部地区的促进效果要优于东部地区的促进效果;从非线性分析来看,当数字技术的研发强度越过门槛值后,数字经济发展促进文旅产业融合的作用减弱,即呈现倒“U”型的作用趋势。基于此,提出应大力推进文旅产业数字化、培养数字化人才等政策建议。

机械工程专业学位研究生培养体系研究

在智能制造背景下,针对机械工程专业学位研究生培养过程中存在的实践创新能力不足等问题,分析了专业学位教育学术化、工程教育理科化、实践教学虚拟化的原因。提出基于产教融合的研究生实践创新能力提升方法。在机械专业学位研究生培养目标确立、课程体系设置、双导师队伍建设、实践能力评价等方面进行了探索。构建了产教深度融合的研究生培养体系,有效提升了机械专业学位研究生工程实践与创新能力,可为专业学位研究生培养体系的改革提供借鉴。
