The game relation between government and developers and between government and urban village residents in the demolition and reconstruction of renewal by government guidance are analyzed, and these tow game models are built. And then the problem in urban renewal of Shenzhen is pointed out, and the reasonable way of optimize urban renewal for the problem is discussed in this paper.展开更多
