Janus films with asymmetric physical/chemical properties have attracted con siderable attention due to their promising applications in personal thermal management, electronic skin s,sensors, actuators, etc. However, traditional methods for fabricating Janus films conventionally need the assistance of an interface or auxiliary equipment, which are usually complex and time-consuming.Herein,flexible poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/graphene oxide(GO)/h-BN(recorded as PVA/GO/h-BN)Janus films with thermally, optically, and electrically anisotropic properties are fabricated by a simple density deposition self-assem bly method, which just utilizes the density difference between GO and h-BN during water evaporation.Experimental results show that the two sides of the acquired Janus films have obvious asymmetric characteristics. In the original state of the PVA/GO/h-BN Janus films, the thermal conductivity of the GO side(10.06 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1))is generally lower than that of the h-BN side(10.48W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)).But after GO is reduced, the thermal conductivity of the rGO side reaches 12.17 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1),surpassing that of the h-BN side.In addition, the relative reflectance of the h-BN side of Janus film is also significantly higher than that of the rGO side, and the su rface resistance difference between the two sides is about 4 orders of magnitude. The prepared PVA/GO/h-BN Janus films show great application potential in human thermal management, light conversion switches, and electronic skins. This study provides a simple and versatile strategy for fabricating Janus films with multifunctional(such as thermal, optical, and electrical)anisotropies. 展开更多

In this work, was obtained metallic decorated, single wall Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNTs) using High Density Chemical Vapor Deposition (HDPCVD) system on chromium thin films on a silicon wafers substrate. The characteristics of this deposition method are capacity of the segregation of metallic nanoparticlesas seed for the SWCNT growing. Use of magnetic particle decorated carbon nanotubes increases the applications in magnetic devices, magnetic memory, and magnetic oriented drug delivery. The CNTs’ spectra show a unique emission band, but due to the presence of the chromium, the spectra obtained in this work showed many bands that are related to the CNTs with different diameters. The CNTs obtained by the HDPCVD system are highly aligned and showed metallic features. Results of this work proved the possibility of obtaining the controlled deposition of aligned single-walled CNTs forest films decorated with chromium and suggested future studies in magnetic devices applications. 展开更多

To investigate the fouling characteristics of the composite insulator surface under the salt fog environment, the FXBW-110/120-2 composite insulator was taken as the research object.Based on the field-induced charge mechanism, the multi-physical field coupling software COMSOL was used to numerically simulate the fouling characteristics, explored the calculation method of ESDD,and demonstrated its rationality.Based on this method, the pollution characteristics of the composite insulator under the pollution fog environment were studied, and the influence of wind speed, droplet size, and voltage type on the pollution characteristics of the composite insulator was analyzed. The results showed that:with the increase in wind speed, the amount of accumulated pollution of insulator increases in the range of droplet size, and the relationship between wind speed and accumulated pollution is approximately linear;at the same wind speed, the amount of accumulated pollution increases with the increase of droplet size under the action of DC voltage;when there is no voltage, the amount of dirt on the upper surface of the insulator is more than that on the lower surface, while it is the opposite under DC voltage. 展开更多

LS-SVM (least squares support vector machines) are a class of kemel machines emphasizing on primal-dual aspects in a constrained optimization framework. LS-SVMs aim at extending methodologies typical of classical support vector machines for problems beyond classification and regression. This paper describes a methodology that was developed for the prediction of the critical flashover voltage of polluted insulators by using a LS-SVM. The methodology uses as input variables characteristics of the insulator such as diameter, height, creepage distance, form factor and equivalent salt deposit density. The estimation offlashover performance of polluted insulators is based on field experience and laboratory tests are invaluable as they significantly reduce the time and labour involved in insulators design and selection. The majority of the variables to be predicted are dependent upon several independent variables. The results from this work are useful to predict the contamination severity, critical flashover voltage as a function of contamination severity, arc length, and especially to predict the flashover voltage. The validity of the approach was examined by testing several insulators with different geometries. Moreover, the performance of the proposed approach with other intelligence method based on ANN (artificial neural networks) is compared. It can be concluded that the LS-SVM approach has better generalization ability that assist the measurement and monitoring of contamination severity, flashover voltage and leakage current. 展开更多

This report consists of two main research activities : The first one is the study of MHD ballooning stability of tokamak plasmas, the second is about some fundamental aspect in the ECR wave propagation and power deposition. Main results are summarized here in three parts briefly. In the first part, the instabilities of tokamak plasma in the negative shear regime is studied and characteristics of the unstable mode is described, the scaling law of the growth rate over plasma parameters is given. In the second part, by using the restrict Solov'ev configuration, the correctness of the usual s,α model in ballooning mode theory is analyzed. In the third part, the deposition of the power density of the ECR ordinary wave in the HL-2A plasma is calculated. 展开更多
