To improve the precision of calculations, the spin-orbit coupling effect, the scalar relativistic effect, and the Davidson correction(q-Q) are also considered. The spectroscopic parameters of bound states are derived by the electronic structures of PF and PF+, which are in good accordance with the measurements. The transition dipole moments of spin-allowed transitions are evaluated, and the radiative lifetimes of several A S states of PF and PF+ are obtained.展开更多
Aiming at the intervention decision-making problem in manned/unmanned aerial vehicle(MAV/UAV) cooperative engagement, this paper carries out a research on allocation strategy of emergency discretion based on human f...Aiming at the intervention decision-making problem in manned/unmanned aerial vehicle(MAV/UAV) cooperative engagement, this paper carries out a research on allocation strategy of emergency discretion based on human factors engineering(HFE).Firstly, based on the brief review of research status of HFE, it gives structural description to emergency in the process of cooperative engagement and analyzes intervention of commanders. After that,constraint conditions of intervention decision-making of commanders based on HFE(IDMCBHFE) are given, and the mathematical model, which takes the overall efficiency value of handling emergencies as the objective function, is established. Then, through combining K-best and variable neighborhood search(VNS) algorithm, a K-best optimization variable neighborhood search mixed algorithm(KBOVNSMA) is designed to solve the model. Finally,through three groups of simulation experiments, effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm are verified.展开更多

It is shown that the biradical structure is in the primary position in descrbing the molecular structure of ozone. Thus three instead of two resonance structures are needed to describe the ground state of ozone. The case of sulphur dioxide is similar to that of ozone. The increasing need of video based applications issues the importance of parsing and organizing the content in videos. However, the accurate understanding and manag- ing video contents at the semantic level is still i...The increasing need of video based applications issues the importance of parsing and organizing the content in videos. However, the accurate understanding and manag- ing video contents at the semantic level is still insufficient. The semantic gap between low level features and high level semantics cannot be bridged by manual or semi-automatic methods. In this paper, a semantic based model named video structural description (VSD) for representing and organizing the content in videos is proposed. Video structural descrip- tion aims at parsing video content into the text information, which uses spatiotemporal segmentation, feature selection, object recognition, and semantic web technology. The pro- posed model uses the predefined ontologies including con- cepts and their semantic relations to represent the contents in videos. The defined ontologies can be used to retrieve and organize videos unambiguously. In addition, besides the de- fined ontologies, the semantic relations between the videos are mined. The video resources are linked and organized by their related semantic relations.展开更多
