Space Color Design of Medical and Nursing Institutions Based on Adaptive Aging Characteristics

With the acceleration of China’s aging process and the rapid development of social economy,the government’s strong support for the integration of medical and nursing has made the construction of medical and nursing buildings more efficient.At the same time,the need for old-age care is more diversified and hierarchical,and the life cycle is more obvious.Designing an aging color environment for the elderly with different visual abilities in medical care buildings has become a problem for investors,operators and designers.This paper takes the indoor color of medical and nursing buildings as the research object,and combines the characteristics of the elderly’s visual acuity and the ratio and efficacy of indoor colors to investigate two high-end medical and nursing institutions in Beijing and Nanjing.Based on the physical,psychological and behavioral needs,this paper explores the appropriate aging color design method for the living space of the elderly in the medical institutions,aiming to make a meagre effort for the in-depth research and practice of indoor environment design of medical institutions in the future.

Correlated Color Temperature Tunable Multi-chip Light Emitting Diodes Light Source Design

One of the methods to derive white light from light emitting diodes(LEDs)is the multi-chip white LED technology,which mixes the light from red,green and blue LEDs.Introduced is an optimal algorithm for the spectrum design of the multi-chip white LEDs in this paper.It optimizes the selection of single color LEDs and drive current controlling,so that the multi-chip white LED achieves the target correlated color temperature(CCT),as well as high luminous efficacy and good color rendering.A CCT tunable LED light source with four high-power LEDs is realized based on the above optimal design.Test results show that it maintains satisfactory color rendering and stable luminous efficacy across the whole CCT tuning range.Finally,discussed are the design improvement and the prospect of the future applications of the CCT tunable LED light source.

Design of axial flaps with color Doppler flow imaging technique for repairing deep wounds of heels

To report the methods and effect of axial pattern flap on lower limb in repairing deep wounds of heels by using color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) technique so as to solve the ever before problems that the vessel can not be displayed in designing axial flap.Methods Suitable axial flaps on lower limbs were selected according to the character of the wounds.There were 25 flaps including 10 cases of the distal-based sural neurovascular flap,nine medial sole flap and six medial leg flap.All the axial pattern flaps were designed on the basis of traditional design ways before operation;then,CDFI appliance with high resolution was used to examine the starting spot,exterior diameter,trail and length of the flap’s major artery.The flaps were redesigned according to the results of CDFI and transferred to cover the wounds.In the meantime,both the results of operation and examination were compared.Results The major artery’s starting spot,exterior diameter,trail and anatomic layers were displayed clearly,in consistency with the results of operation.The flaps survived completely and recovered well,with perfect appearance,color and arthral function.Conclusion CDFI is a simple,macroscopic and atraumatic method for designing the axial pattern flap on lower limb,can provide more scientific and accurate evidence for preoperative determination of flap transplantation and is worthy of clinical application.10 refs,4 figs,2 tabs.

为了提升有轨电车涂装传达城市地域文化的效果。引用色彩地理学理论及方法,通过辨识、提取、测色记录、转译、编谱的步骤分析具有城市特征的色彩,并应用到有轨电车设计流程中。以成都市有轨电车为设计实践案例,得到三套色彩涂装方案,并且在10名乘客对方案的语义评价中获得认可。表明色彩地理学理论及方法可以为城市有轨电车涂装设计提供指导作用,提高城市有轨电车涂装设计的综合质量。
