黑岱沟矿区矸石的高岭土质量分数高达70%。从煤系资源综合利用的角度出发,利用离心选矿法脱除以铁钛类为主的高密度致色杂质,提高煤系高岭土的煅烧白度。采用Design Expert进行四因素三水平的Box-Behnken正交试验设计;探究离心转速、入... 黑岱沟矿区矸石的高岭土质量分数高达70%。从煤系资源综合利用的角度出发,利用离心选矿法脱除以铁钛类为主的高密度致色杂质,提高煤系高岭土的煅烧白度。采用Design Expert进行四因素三水平的Box-Behnken正交试验设计;探究离心转速、入料速度、入料浓度和入料时间对煅烧白度及精矿产率的影响,拟合二次方程关系模型;给出煅烧白度及精矿产率与显著因素之间的响应曲面图,发现煅烧白度主要受离心转速影响,随离心转速的增加,煅烧白度先升高后降低,而精矿产率主要受入料时间影响,随入料时间的延长,精矿产率线性增加;最终结合Design Expert模拟结果,探究最佳离心增白试验条件,即离心转速为800 r/min,入料速度为8.4 L/min,入料浓度20%,入料时间100 s时,得到最佳高岭土煅烧白度(78.80%)和精矿产率(86.31%)。 展开更多

The system consists of seven main functional parts: a general inference engine, a set of knowledge bases, a material properties algorithm base, an explanation engine, various data bases, several function models and the user interface. The ESFRP can simulate human experts to make design scheme for fibre-reinforced plastics design, FRP layered plates design and FRP typical engineering components design. It can also predict the material properties and make strength analysis according to the micro and macro mechanics of composite materials. Expert systems aimed at the general design of projectiles can implement a series of intelligent designs, such as the design of HE shell, the scheme expounded and proved, the emulation analysis and calculation, etc. Aiming at the product design feature, the expert system adopts the object-oriented knowledge representation and all kinds of inference control engines to describe and reason the relevant knowledge regarding the product through the microcomputer. It embodies the foundation of emulation analysis and simulated manufacturing of the shell. It makes use of the method that knowledge expression is combined with condition of inference to carry out the overall design and emulation and reference. The paper gives the ways through which the functions can be achieved, gives the modularization of reference and the design methods of systematization, puts forward the method of knowledge expression and working interface, and supplies a platform for similar products of the shell category that can be quickly designed. 展开更多

This paper demonstrates the general character of some technology designing processes through their analysisand introduces a developing tool for the expert system in technology design.With this tool a particular domain ex-pert can directly establish a knowledge base so as to form a practical expert system,and thus enhanca correctness ofknowledge experssion and the developing efficiency of the expert system.It also discusses in detail the mech-anism of reasoning,interpreting and knowledge obtaining.The knowledge base consists of three parts:classifyingrules,essential data,and regulating rules.It can be formed by means of the expert dialouge and edition.In its ap-plication,the knowledge base can constantly accumulate successful experience to achieve itsself-study function.The paper shows the way to describe the knowledge in a particular domain and the process of applying this tool ina particular domain. 主要针对小通道热沉散热效率与尺寸大小的关系,以壁面最高温度和进出口压差为衡量标准进行了研究。设计变量为肋板宽(a)和下槽宽(b),进行了2因素5水平全因子设计,得到25组数据,并通过软件Design Expert进行了响应面模型的建立,将得到的... 主要针对小通道热沉散热效率与尺寸大小的关系,以壁面最高温度和进出口压差为衡量标准进行了研究。设计变量为肋板宽(a)和下槽宽(b),进行了2因素5水平全因子设计,得到25组数据,并通过软件Design Expert进行了响应面模型的建立,将得到的结果进行了显著性分析。结果表明,对最高温度而言,两变量交互项不明显,其F值较小,而对于压降,个别一次项对其没有较大影响,最终确定了热沉模型的最佳尺寸为肋板宽0.5mm,下槽宽0.4375mm,此时壁面最高温度为312.725K,最小压降为220.673Pa。同时得到了对于小通道热沉的最佳通道横截面类型为梯形,这对于研究小通道热沉结构优化是一个普适性规律。 展开更多

A real time concurrent product and process design system for mechanical parts is described in this paper. It consists of integrated product model, the expert system of product manufacturability evaluation and the controller of concurrent design. With the help of the controller of concurrent design, each feature of a part can be designed and evaluated based on manufacturing knowledge and resources, and can be modified according to the results of evaluation. The machining method of design feature can be selected based on manufacturing knowledge. So real time concurrent product and process design can be implemented based on integrated product model that is established based on generalized feature. Products and its design process can be optimized with the help of this system. The information and function integration of product design process can be realized. At present, the main work of electron optical system CAD is solving equations and calculating mumerical values. However, the design perhaps needs more inference and expertise than numerical calculations because the structure of electron lens system is complicated. In this paper, a primary expert system is applied to design the electron lens system intelligently. This expert system is combined with SEU-3D program which is used to simulate the electron optical system to optimize the electron lens systems. In spite of this, the expert system which is established in this paper can also be used to diagnose the electron lens system. Although the knowledge base is small and rules are not abundant, this paper has used this system to obtain some very useful results. The initial success with this system suggests that further work need to be done whether more rules and knowledge will be added to extend the ability of expert system. 展开更多
