Current status and reflection on the development of high-speed maglev transportation

Purpose–High-speed maglev technology can address the issues of adhesion,friction,vibration and highspeed current collection in traditional wheel-rail systems,making it an important direction for the future development of high-speed rail technology.Design/methodology/approach–This paper elaborates on the demand and significance of developing high-speed maglev technology worldwide and examines the current status and technological maturity of several major high-speed maglev systems globally.Findings–This paper summarizes the challenges in the development of high-speed maglev railways in China.Based on this analysis,it puts forward considerations for future research on high-speed maglev railways.Originality/value–This paper describes the development status and technical maturity of several major high-speed maglev systems in the world for the first time,summarizes the existing problems in the development of China’s high-speed maglev railway and on this basis,puts forward the thinking of the next research of China’s high-speed maglev railway.

Comparison of the Development of CDMO at Home and Abroad and Its Enlightment to China

Objective To analyze the development status of contract development manufacturing organization(CDMO)at home and abroad,and to make some suggestions for the development of CDMO in China.Methods The relevant literature was searched and reviewed,and the development status of CDMOs in the United States,France,Japan and China was compared from the aspects of market scale,development process,development focus,advantages and disadvantages,and policy support.Then,some suggestions for the development of CDMO enterprises in China were summarized.Results and Conclusion Through the comparison of CDMO development at home and abroad,it can be seen that China started CDMO late,there were many technical barriers and its globalization layout were not sufficient.However,the development trend was good and it focused on the field of chemical drugs and biological drugs to constantly develop innovative drugs.China needs to continuously improve its own technical capabilities to carry out innovative research.Therefore,cost reduction and efficiency increase will be the key elements for the development of CDMOs,and they are expected to have a rapid and comprehensive development in the future.

Current Use and Coordinated Development of Traditional Residential Districts from the Perspective of Human Settlement—A Case Study of Nanyuan Dormitory Area of Anhui Agricultural University

In view of China's rapid urbanization,Nanyuan Dormitory Area of Anhui Agricultural University was studied as a representative of traditional living quarters with harmonious neighborhood relationship to discuss current use and coordinated development of traditional residential districts from the perspective of human settlement.Problems in the dormitory area were analyzed,neighboring environment,regional characteristics,cultures and all relevant elements were fully considered to build a favorable human settlement by following the coordinated development of human settlement and economy.Renovation strategies on the basis of maintaining original favorable human settlement were discussed from the perspectives of space ecology,dwelling environment,facilities and humanistic environment,so as to provide new concepts for the sustainable development of urban traditional residential districts and the construction of favorable human settlement.

Due to its unique economic value,Moringa oleifera Lam. has become a tree species with great development potential. This paper firstly introduced the value of development and utilization of M. oleifera in nutrition,medicinal,industrial,greening,etc. Then,focusing on the current development status of M. oleifera industry in Guangxi and combining Guangxi's resource conditions,it came up with recommendations for the comprehensive development and rational utilization of M. oleifera. Besides,it made a prediction of the prospect of Se-enriched M.oleifera industry in Guangxi.

Current Situation of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives in Hainan Province and Development Strategies

This paper introduces the distribution, membership structure and industrial structure of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hainan Province, and points out some problems in farmers' specialized cooperatives in Hainan Province, such as small scale, low ability to resist risks, lack of standardization in operation, and generally low quality of cooperative members. Current Situation and Development Recommendations for Betel Nut Processing in Hainan Province

There are some problems in betel nut industry such as unreasonable initial processing layout,processing capacity surplus,and deep processing industry lag. Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Industry Development in Bijie Experimental Area

The development of rural industries in Bijie City of Guizhou Province leads the comprehensive rural revitalization with industrial revitalization,takes high-quality development as the overall guide,focuses on industrial scale,standardization,branding,and marketization,and strives to extend the industrial chain and enhance the value chain to achieve the prosperity of rural industries.In this study,it investigated the current situation of rural industry development in Bijie City(improving the quality and efficiency of characteristic industries,expanding the quantity and efficiency of agricultural products processing industry,recruiting and cultivating large business entities,expanding and strengthening the brand of agricultural products,and upgrading the rural tourism).Through analysis,it found that there are problems such as small scale of production enterprises,insufficient cultivation of independent brands,short industrial chain,low added value,weak market expansion ability,imperfect interest connection mechanism,and insufficient participation of farmers.Finally,it came up with countermeasures for the development of rural industries in Bijie City,including improving supporting facilities and building an extension base;strengthening leading enterprises and focus on deep processing;highlighting regional characteristics and paying close attention to the docking of production and marketing;enhancing the characteristic brand and strengthening the support of science and technology;promoting collaboration and support,and making innovation in the connection of interests.

The rise of the edible fungus industry has not only greatly increased the income of Chinese farmers,but also promoted the economic,social and ecological development of rural areas.Through a survey of the edible fungus industry in Heilongjiang Province,it found problems such as insufficient standardized production bases,insufficient coverage of"Internet+edible fungi",weak industrial clusters,conservative management ideas,and lack of professional talents.The development potential of edible fungi was analyzed and reasonable recommendations were put forward to promote the healthy,efficient and sustainable development of the edible fungus industry in Heilongjiang Province.

In order to expand and strengthen the cucumber industry in Linyi City of Shandong City and make it more effective in revitalizing the rural economy,the authors surveyed the current situation of the cucumber planting area,production management,fresh-keeping processing and marketing in Linyi City.Based on the survey,it analyzed the current problems in the development of the cucumber industry in Linyi City,including low level of facilities and equipment,the post-picking processing technology,the imperfect quality control system,the low degree of information and the weak degree of organization.Finally,it came up with recommendations including developing increasing modern technological innovation of facility structure and equipment,accelerating research on post-picking commercial processing technology of cucumber,accelerating the construction of product quality traceability system,promoting in-depth integration of informationization and cucumber industry,and improving the degree of organization and industrialization,to improve the quality and benefits of cucumber industry,so as to provide guidance for improving the overall quality,benefit and market competitiveness of cucumber industry in Linyi City.

Current Situations and Recommendations for Development of Agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City

The agricultural science and technology park is a demonstration carrier for the assembly and integration of agricultural technology,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the modern agricultural production. It is an inevitable choice and important way to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. It found existing problems including insufficient industry-university-research integration,low level of agricultural intensification,weak functions of public service platforms and brand effect,and insufficient exploration of tourism resources. In view of these problems,it came up with recommendations for development of agricultural Sci-Tech Park District of Luzhou City,including gathering scientific and technological resources,enhancing scientific and technological support,strengthening the high-quality development of the park economy,and building a national 4 A-level excellent scenic spot.

Current Situation and Prospects for Shale Gas Exploration and Development in China

China has made great proy, ress during 7 years of shale gas exploration and development. The country managed to finish a preliminary assessment of its resources, start commercial development of two shale gas blocks, and carry out basic technological research for independent development of the gas. To encourage tire development of the sector, the country also issued a series of preferential policies. Two rounds of shale gas bidding were held successfuUy. However, shale gas development in China is still in an early stage. Challenges such as immature geoloy, ical theories, lack of key technologies and capital, and environmental issues are almost inevitable and need to be tackled before or duringthe exploration and development of shale gas in tlre country. Overall, shale gas has a bright future in China because of the country＇s urgent demand for cleaner energy and its current heavy reliance upon imported gas. The article suggests that China will be able to produce 40 bcm by 2020 and that a healthy development of shale gas will be good news for both chemical engineering and peak shaving reserves.

Silencing gamma-aminobutyric acid A receptor alpha 1 subunit expression and outward potassium current in developing cortical neurons

We used RNA interference （RNAi） to disrupt synthesis of the cortical neuronal y-aminobutyric acid A receptor （GABAAR） al in rats during development, and measured outward K＋ currents during neuronal electrical activity using whole-cell patch-clamp techniques. Three pairs of small interfering RNA （siRNA） for GABAAR al subunit were designed using OligoEngine RNAi software. This siRNA was found to effectively inhibited GABAAR al mRNA expression in cortical neuronal culture in vitro, but did not significantly affect neuronal survival. Outward K^currents were decreased, indicating that GABAAR al subunits in developing neurons participate in neuronal function by regulating outward K＋ current.
