The Present Situation and Development Countermeasures for Meat Products Industry in Henan

This paper introduces the development and present situation of meat industry in Henan Province so as to get comprehensive understanding of this industry,including the advantages and insufficiencies of this industry,and then puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of the meat products of Henan Province,to realize the rapid,healthy and sustainable development of meat industry in Henan and create huge economic and social benefits in Henan.

Industry Development and Genetic Resources Protection of Animal Husbandry in the World Selenium Capital Enshi Prefecture

Agricultural genetic resource is an important component of agricultural intellectual property. The protection of livestock genetic resources is related to sustainable development of animal husbandry and biodiversity. Enshi Prefecture enjoys a reputation of ＂world selenium capital＂, and has the important animal genetic resources of Enshi yellow cattle, Enshi black pig, Enshi horse-head goat, Jingyang chicken, Enshi bee, silkworm, etc. The prefecture is the best place for natural selenium-euriched livestock products. This paper introduces genetic resources and industry of animal husbandry in the prefecture, analyses the countermeasures of genetic resources protection and industry development, and further puts forward some constructive suggestions.

Focus on the Chinese revolution of catalysis based on catalytic solutions for the vital demands of society and economy

Catalysis is one of the most cross-cutting technologies in the chemical industry, intensely influenc-ing our daily society. Its practical application is closely related to the engineering disciplines. At present, the academic and industrial research on catalysis in our country has made great break-throughs in fields like hydrocarbon production, oil-quality upgrading processes, green chemical engineering, and other energy and chemical users of catalysis. In this paper, we attempt to summa-rize the industrial catalysis achievements and present a discussion on the direction and the devel-opment strategy for catalysis, based on economic and social demands.

Lean Product Development Process with Design Verification Stages in the Value Stream of Automotive Industry

In the automotive industry, lean projects and innovation creation come to life by being updated under the control of systematic interdisciplinary process flows. The lean product development process that changes the shell, defined under the light of the variables created by the competitive conditions, is today measured by the value flow efficiency and the global market spread of the final product. Consequently, the lean product development approach, which aims to identify and purify all the wastes that do none value or create value to the system or cause burdens in the new product development process, is shaped by step-by-step approvals in the flow. In the main automotive industry company practices within the scope of the research (3 national, 3 international), the beginning of the concept of lean in design is to define and optimize the steps in the product development process under the value stream map. Therefore, the product function for which the customer has paid for, the function of the new product or the physical structure used to meet the needs in question, the comfort, life, experience, innovations of the scope that constitute the new product concept are planned and verified and implemented in the simplified automotive design stages at the beginning of the lean product development process. In this research, initial automotive design objectives and stages are at the focal point of the innovation and added value creation brought by the concept of “lean” approach. The research is modelled on the determination of steps that do not create added value together with the points where the flow circuits’ or stems, the process is devalued, the interdisciplinary holistic studies intensify, the information and delay begin and end in the sequential and simultaneous design validation step transition stages, which are examined under the lean approach. As a visual and virtual tool that enables the elaboration of nominal values such as the total duration of the design verification stages and the influence of interdisciplinary stakeholders or the test level of the product design with the new product added, it reveals the value flow or losses. Hence research;from innovation creation and new product design steps, which constitute the initial stages of the lean product development process, to design verification analysis, the efficiency of the automotive company processes within the scope of the research has been measured by comparing using lean automotive design techniques, methods and concepts.

Zhang Weishe n:A Pion eer in the Developme nt and In dustrial Production of Penicillin in New China

The research and development of penicillin started with dificulty before 1949 and achieved certain results.In 1951,after the founding of the People’ s Republic of China,Zhang Weishen,as the only Chinese scientist who had been trained and worked in a penicillin research and development center in the United States for many years,overcame many difficulties and returned to China.In 1953,with the efforts of Zhang Weishen and his colleagues,China realized the industrialized production of penicillin,alleviating the urgent needs of the masses.Antibiotics has also become the first discipline to achieve major scientific and technological achievements after the founding of the New China.In the mid-1950s,the technical breakthrough in the localization of lactose substitutes marked the localization of the raw materials of the penicillin-producing culture medium,which paved the way for the industrialized production of penicillin with Chinese characteristics.Antibiotics have become one of the most widely used and affordable drugs for hundreds of millions of patients in China,and China has since ended the humiliating history of the "Sick Man of East Asia".

The combination of user centered design and industrial design: Balance between subjective and objective design

Traditional Industrial Design has been an important aspect in the New Product Development process within the last dec- ades. User centered design is a growing research field for product innovation which needs support from both design knowledge and research methodologies. Both TID and UCD focus on user＇s perspective when doing multi-disciplinary work. They take care of style, usability, and balancing the users need and reality. The skills from TID help design expression and realization to communicate effi- ciently with other participants by informative images and real prototypes. The methods from UCD help the idea generation and op- portunity discoveries by facilitating workshops and conducting interview with participants. TID and UCD represent different per- spectives of the subjective and the objective respectively.

Development mode of the E-commerce of eco-agriculture products in China

With the extensive use of the Internet and mobile technology, E-commerce in China has shown tremendous growth advantages and market potential, especially in promoting the access of eco-agriculture products. The E-commerce of agriculture products has shown diversification on the mainstay. "Three products, one indication"(pollution-free, green product, organic product, geographical indication) has becomes the primary character. Although the market of fresh products occupies a limited and meager profit, the blue sea effect has caused capital to enter into a large-scale development. It is very clearly shown after the analysis that the market of eco-agricultural E-commerce is vast and the expansionist policy for E-commerce environment is favorable. Meanwhile the required hardware and software of network in E-commerce are basically equipped with rapid development of service technology and strong driving force for innovation and development as well as an endless stream of new models and platforms. The whole phrase of development can be divided into five major stages. Through the analysis of five perspectives, such as platform, driver, participant, food supplier and Taobao, 16 types of agro-products E-commerce models and their different types of e-payment support systems are summarized, revealing the two major bottlenecks of development, namely the markets with limited share and low profit-making and the impact of cold chain services on E-commerce development. The thesis finally fortells the ten trends for the future development.

Clean Production and Ecological Industry:A Key to Eco-city Development

Eco-city development is a healthy process towards sustainable development, within the carrying capacity of local ecosystem through changing production mode, consumption behavior and decision instrument based on ecological economics and system engineering. The key to its planning is an ecological integration to make trade-off between economic wealth and environmental health, between material and spiritual civilization, between natural and human eco-cybernetics. Integration, demonstration, citizens’ participation and scientists’ and technician’s catalyzing are the key instruments for the implementation of the ecocity plan. "Clean production" and "ecological industry" are key elements in comprehensive development towards an eco-city. Beyond the technical and management questions, how to interlink production, consumption and reduction at the local and regional level, the spatial and urban dimension should be considered in order to perform an integrative urban eco-space.

The Bioprocessing Quick Wins from Avocado Fruit in Uganda

Bioprocessing can help redeem the economic value for avocado (Persea americana) in Uganda. This study reviews the virgin potential of avocado bioprocessing in Uganda. Avocado consists of flesh, seed, and peel. The review indicates that the waste seed and peel are vital for development of high-value products. Both the edible part and waste (peel and seed) can be used for biogas production through a solid-state fermentation process. Biodiesel can be developed using avocado seed oil through a process called transesterification. Avocado oil is a better alternative for biodiesel production compared to waste cooking oil as it requires no further conversions processes for transforming fatty acids to esters. The starch-rich avocado seed is a suitable substrate for bioethanol, pigment and starch production. The high starch content places the avocado fruit as a potential: 1) raw material for the production of bioplastics;2) substrate for bacterial culture media production as opposed to potatoes, cereals, and cassava that double as a staple food. Avocado seeds can also be used for the production of antioxidants relevant for preventing enzymatic browning, thereby increasing product shelf life. Despite the quick wins, there is a need for increased research, financing, personnel training and development of appropriate policies to spur the benefits and untapped potential of avocado bioprocessing in Uganda. The circular economy of avocado waste alone into high-value products could increase gains in the environment and stimulate industrial development, especially the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries in Uganda.

Analysis on Development Characteristics of Agricultural Product Processing Industry under the New Normal

From the beginning of the 21^(st)century to 2013,the economic income of main business of agricultural products processing enterprises in China had maintained above double digits for a long time.The current traditional high-speed growth will be transformed to high-quality,mediumhigh-speed development,and the development trend is in line with economic laws and macro situation characteristics.With the acceleration of spa-tial distribution and cluster development of agricultural processing industry,the late-mover advantages in the central and western regions of China are gradually emerging.With the support of Internet+and e-commerce online shopping platforms,the integrative development with related industries has been deepened.Led by the new concept of green development,the demand of processing industry of green,healthy,specific functional food(such as diabetes,hypertension and other specific groups)is booming.In the aspect of development strategy,it is appropriate to build multivariate information service platform,improve the technical cooperation platform,and provide software and hardware facilities for further development of agricultural product processing industry.Combined with local economic development advantages,resource advantages and industrial advantages and other factors,the way of differentiation,regionalization and characterization should be taken according to local conditions and following the law,so as to energize the rural revitalization.

Creative Industrial Cluster： Three- Stage Development and the Case of Beijing＇s 798 Art District

This paper presents a three-stage hypothesis on the development of creative industrial clusters, which includes stages of agglomeration, interfacing, and network development. In the first stage, micro-entities concentrate geographically in a creative industrial cluster in search of resources. The second stage reflects the need for building identity. Finally, the third stage is the outcome of multi-dimensional expansion. As a creative industrial cluster develops, its focus moves from geographic concentration to division of labor and the creation of novel systems. Using this three-stage framework, this paper conducts an empirical study on Beijing＇s 798 District （＂798＂）. Our study finds that the ＂self-destruction ＂phenomenon （which appeared after 798 had reached the stage of network development in a low-level capacity） is essentially the product of a squeezing effect of commercial prosperity on art production. Our study further examines four models of art-commerce integration and explains the ways in which creative industrial clusters are different from conventional industrial clusters： a creative cluster is a platform of integration for culture, commerce, and technology. Its course of development is characterized by novelty, emergence of identity through interfacing, and network cooperation.

基于2011—2022年中国28个省级行政区的面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型,实证分析新质生产力对体育产业高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。发现:①新质生产力对体育产业高质量发展具有显著的正向促进作用,这一结论在考虑内生变量和稳健性检验后依然成立;②在作用机制方面,培育和发展新质生产力可以有效提升技术交易市场活跃度,有助于体育领域科技成果转化,从而促进体育产业全要素生产率提升;③针对异质性分析,新质生产力在产业结构升级程度较低、经营环境较好的区域对体育产业高质量发展的推动效应更加显著。探讨新质生产力与体育产业的关系对于塑造体育产业发展新动能,促进体育产业高质量发展具有重要价值。

我国大宗小麦面制品产业提质增效发展战略研究
