Seizing the opportunity of modem agriculture comprehensive reform in two plains (Songnen Plain and Sanjiang Plain) of Heilongjiang Province and supporting to build a new type of production and management based on the big grain production householding, which plays demonstration and leading roles, have an important strategic position in improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity and ensuring national food security. At times, conflicts of interests might occur among these contractual subjects requesting civil and commercial claims of the same subject matter based on agreements or legal rights. As for the causes of these conflicts and their solutions, a majority of existing researches still stay at the superficial causes from the perspective of civil and commercial law, and the solution of determining the order of priority of compensation of related rights. Due to the lack of research into deep-seated reasons and solutions from the perspective of economic law, the current legislative and judicial approaches to this kind of problems tend to give more protection to the rights of one subject while lack sufficient attention to other subjects. This paper attempts to carry out analyses and research on the causes and solutions to this kind of conflicts from the perspective of economic law, to achieve integrated protection of diverse interests in real estate development and operation so as to better safeguard the order in real estate development and operation and facilitate the healthy and ordered development of the real estate industry.展开更多

A parallel and time-base...A real-time operating system (RTOS), also named OS, is designed based on the hardware platform of MC68376, and is implemented in the electronic control system for unit pump in diesel engine. A parallel and time-based task division method is introduced and the multi-task software architecture is built in the software system for electronic unit pump (EUP) system. The V-model software development process is used to control algorithm of each task. The simulation results of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (HILSS) and the engine experimental results show that the OS is an efficient real-time kernel, and can meet the real-time demands of EUP system; The built multi-task software system is real-time, determinate and reliable. V-model development is a good development process of control algorithms for EUP system, the control precision of control system can be ensured, and the development cycle and cost are also decreased.展开更多

The current state of BF ironmaking in Europe, America, Japan, and China were briefly overviewed. Moreover, some innovative BF ironmaking technologies aiming at environmental harmony and operation intellectualization in the world, such as waste gas recycling sintering, BF op eration with coke oven gas injection, ferro coke, lime coating coke, BF visualization and intellectuali zation, were roundly summarized. Finally, some discussion on the technologies was carried out and the development trends of BF ironmaking were pointed out.
