Spatial and Temporal Pattern of Urban Smart Development in China and Its Driving Mechanism 被引量:3

Smart urban development is an inevitable choice, and is essential to overall strength improvement. It is important to explore an urban smart development path which unites smart growth with driving shrinkage perfectly in forming scientific and sustainable development concept and responding to new normal strategic opportunities. Based on statistic data of 294 prefecture-level cities and above in China from 2000 to 2015, we analyzed spatial and temporal evolution of urban smart development in China by constructing a dynamic fitting model of urban land expansion, population growth, and economic development as well as the coefficient of variation of urban smart development(CVSD). Further efforts were then made to consider differential distribution regularity of urban smart development so as to understand the driving mechanisms of heterogeneous classification of urban smart development in China from different scales and scale variation. Our results indicate that: 1) the disordered growth tendency of urban cities in China is overall well controlled in the middle, and late research and it mainly presented a doublet coexistence of shrinkage disordered cities and smart developing cities. It is particularly obvious that Northeast China and East China have regarded shrinkage disordered cities and smart developing cities as main development tendency separately. 2) Areas with basic stability and relative variation were relatively dispersed across the time period, but the proportion was far beyond areas with significant variation. It demonstrates a relative equilibrium spatial and temporal differential evolution pattern of prefecture-level cities and above in China, except for Tongling, Lanzhou and Chaoyang. 3) prefecture-level cities and above in China are mostly characterized by shrinkage disordered and smart development classification under the background of different scale and scale variation from 2000–2015; however, the spatial resonance relation is not obvious. 4) There are many interaction factors forming an important driving mechanism in developing the spatial and temporal pattern of urban smart development in China, including natural geographical factors, industrial structure adjustment, human capital radiation, regional traffic accessibility, and government decision-making intervention. 展开更多

With the advent of the era of big data and artificial intelligence, new infrastructure construction(NIC) has attracted the attention of many countries. The development of NIC provides an opportunity to bridge the digital divide and narrow the regional gap,providing continuous impetus to further promote economic development. Here, we considered 31 provincial-level administrative units in China(not including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan of China due to data unavailable) and established comprehensive evaluation indicators for the development potential of NIC. Afterward, we used the entropy-weight TOPSIS model to determine the development potential of NIC and analyze its spatio-temporal evolution characteristics. Furthermore, the GeoDetector model was applied to explore the driving mechanism of the NIC development potential. The conclusions were as follows: (1) The Chinese NIC development potential is generally low. The eastern China was the region with the highest development potential year by year, while the development potential in the central China was found to be in an accelerating phase. (2) The evolution of the Chinese NIC development potential’s spatial pattern has been characterized by an inland extension and coastal agglomeration. Moreover, we identified a superior development zone, a rising development zone, an inferior development zone, and a declining development zone. (3) The scope of Chinese NIC development potential agglomeration areas has gradually expanded and its degree has gradually deepened. The range of high-value agglomeration in eastern area gradually expanded and its degree gradually deepened. (4) Investment in innovative talents appears as the core factor affecting the Chinese NIC development potential. Whether acting alone or synergistically with other factors, its promoting effect on Chinese NIC development potential is the strongest. 展开更多

This paper analyzes a problem processing mechanism in a new collaboration system between the main manufacturer and the supplier in the"main manufacturer-supplier"mode,which has been widely applied in the collaborative development management of the complex product.This paper adopts the collaboration theory,the evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation to analyze the decision-making mechanism where one upstream supplier and one downstream manufacturer must process an unpredicted problem without any advance contract in common.Results show that both players'decision-makings are in some correlation with the initial state,income impact coefficients,and dealing cost.It is worth noting that only the initial state influences the final decision,while income impact coefficients and dealing cost just influence the decision process.This paper shows reasonable and practical suggestions for the manufacturer and supplier in a new collaboration system for the first time and is dedicated to the managerial implications on reducing risks of processing problems. 展开更多

An extra-large landslide occurred on June 19,2021,on the footwall slope of the Nanfen Open-pit Iron Mine in Liaoning Province,China,with a volume of approximately 1.2×107 m3.To elucidate the causative factors,development process,and destructive mechanisms of this catastrophic landslide,comprehensive field tests,investigations,and laboratory experiments were conducted.Initially,the heavily weathered rock mass of the slope was intersected by faults and joint fissures,facilitating rainwater infiltration.Moreover,the landslide contained a substantial clay mineral with highly developed micro-cracks and micro-pores,exhibiting strong water-absorption properties.As moisture content increased,the rock mass underwent softening,resulting in reduced strength.Ultimately,continuous heavy rainfall infiltration amplified the slope's weight,diminishing the weak structural plane's strength,leading to fracture propagation,slip plane penetration,and extensive tensile-shear and uplift failure of the slope.The study highlights poor geological conditions as the decisive factor for this landslide,with continuous heavy rainfall as the triggering factor.Presently,adverse environmental factors persistently affect the landslide,and deformation and failure continue to escalate.Hence,it is imperative to urgently implement integrated measures encompassing slope reinforcement,monitoring,and early-warning to real-time monitor the landslide's deformation and deep mechanical evolution trends. 展开更多

The studies of driving forces of regional land use change (LUC) are to reveal the real motivation behind the LUC and its interacting mechanism, so as to simulate and predict the process of LUC. Presently, studies rooting from different natural and socio-economic backgrounds and from different scales have deepened the people’s understanding and cognition to driving forces of regional LUC. Biophysical driving forces are relatively stable, and have the cumulating effects. Human driving forces are relatively active, and are main driving forces of short-term regional LUC. Existing regional LUC models can answer the three main problems: which contribution (why), which location (where) and what rate (when). But, regional land use system is defined as the self-organized system, usually affected by the cri- tical value area and sudden change, and controlled by different stages. To reduce the impact of critical threshold and break on land use system, the studies of LUC driving forces will aim at following priority areas: data linkage between remote sensing and no-remote sensing data; underlying driving force identification; driving factor quantification; driving factor scale dependence; and driving process integration simulation. 展开更多

According to the statistics of cultivated land in Yantai area during the Reform and Opening-up over the past 20 years and with the detailed survey and changing data of land use during the recent live years, this paper reveals the basic characteristics of the resource utilization, the basic process of the changes, regional differences, and current direction of cultivated land In addition, this paper makes a preliminary research on the major driving factors and the influence mechanism for the changes in the cultivated land area. and reaches the following conclasions: (1) There was a trend of obvious fluctuant decrease in cultivated laud area during the past 20 years. The changes of cultivated land have undergone the process - slow decrease,steep decrease, slow decrease. And there were three peak periods of cultivated land loss around 1985. 1987-1996 and 1991-1993 respectively (2) The decreased cultivated land was mainly converted into land for industry and mining, residential area. and all kinds of traffic and orchards. The increase of cultivated land mainly came from exploitation and land and arrangement and reclamation of industry and mining land (3) The economic development. population growth and policy are the dominant macro-driving factors for the decrease of cultivated land area in Yantai. The obvious sudden changes during the change process of cultivated land acreage are relevant to the national macro.policies background The rapid decrease of cnltivated land area is synchronous with the overheated economic growth resulting from the direct investment in fixed assets. Spatial distribution of the decrease in cultivated land is congruous with the differences in speed and the scale of economic growth between the different regions of Yantai area. 带油环凝析气藏衰竭式开发中——后期提高采收率

针对塔里木盆地Y5凝析气藏衰竭式开发过程中地层压力和气井产能快速降低、生产气油比逐渐下降、凝析油密度和黏度逐渐升高、开发效果迅速变差等问题,将生产动态特征与地层流体组分评价相结合,重新认识该气藏为带油环层状边水凝析气藏,... 针对塔里木盆地Y5凝析气藏衰竭式开发过程中地层压力和气井产能快速降低、生产气油比逐渐下降、凝析油密度和黏度逐渐升高、开发效果迅速变差等问题,将生产动态特征与地层流体组分评价相结合,重新认识该气藏为带油环层状边水凝析气藏,并采用数值模拟方法确定其油环厚度。为改善开发效果,提高凝析油气采收率,系统开展带油环凝析气藏衰竭式开发中—后期提高采收率机理研究可知:完善井网、实施循环注气开发能大幅提高油气采收率,注入介质以二氧化碳最佳,气藏自产气次之;注气方式以重力辅助气驱模式最佳。基于气藏类型和提高采收率机理研究,编制了该气藏循环注气提高采收率方案,预测原油采收率较衰竭式开发提高29.96%。该气藏循环注气开发后累计注气0.19×10^(8) m^(3),地层压力恢复4.31 MPa,气井产能恢复到方案实施前的3.09倍,可为其他同类型气藏开发中—后期提高采收率提供借鉴。 展开更多

平台化转型情境下企业社会责任的有效履行,不仅有利于企业应对因不当监管、隐私泄露等问题而招致的质疑,而且有利于促进我国经济的可持续与高质量发展。从企业内部来看,履责主体包括企业全体成员,基于“社会责任意识塑造—社会责任实践... 平台化转型情境下企业社会责任的有效履行,不仅有利于企业应对因不当监管、隐私泄露等问题而招致的质疑,而且有利于促进我国经济的可持续与高质量发展。从企业内部来看,履责主体包括企业全体成员,基于“社会责任意识塑造—社会责任实践—社会责任意识再造”的逻辑,形成上下联动、持续迭代、螺旋上升的发展路径。其中,在自上而下的社会责任意识塑造阶段,意识的传递会经历从高管到团队再到员工的过程;在自下而上的社会责任实践阶段,需要员工将社会责任意识转化为具体的社会责任实践,再进一步形成集体社会责任行为;在社会责任意识再造阶段,将会形成新的社会责任惯例,也将会开启下一个社会责任履行周期,在新的周期内,重新涌现出的社会责任实践不断推动社会责任惯例更新,构成社会责任履行的内部驱动机制。为了提升履责绩效,企业要积极挖掘平台化转型下企业社会责任的关键因素并为其实施提供制度保障;平台生态系统的领导者要完善履责的治理机制;监管机构与行业协会可根据上述发展阶段来制定相关政策和措施。 展开更多

推进农业绿色发展是实现农业现代化和建设生态文明的重要标志。本文基于我国农业绿色发展的现状和问题,从要素配置效应、产业协同效应、信息共享效应和信息反馈效应4个维度剖析了数字技术赋能农业绿色发展的内在机制。结合当前农业企业... 推进农业绿色发展是实现农业现代化和建设生态文明的重要标志。本文基于我国农业绿色发展的现状和问题,从要素配置效应、产业协同效应、信息共享效应和信息反馈效应4个维度剖析了数字技术赋能农业绿色发展的内在机制。结合当前农业企业数字技术的应用实践,阐述了数字技术赋能农业绿色发展的内在逻辑,针对性提出了数字技术赋能农业绿色发展的二元驱动,即自下而上的市场调节和自上而下的政府调控。在市场调节方面,从生产端主动减污降碳、消费者对绿色农产品的需求不断攀升等方面分析了数字技术驱动下农业绿色化发展;在政府调控方面,建议采取政策制定与经济激励、数据共享与金融支持、科技创新与网络宣传等措施,激励和引导农业可持续发展,实现农业生产、生态、生活全过程、全方位的绿色化,助力农业高质量发展。 展开更多
