This article explores the development path and mechanism of“double-qualified”teachers in private universities under digital transformation.Through literature review,theoretical analysis,and other research methods,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact of digital technology on the development of“double-qualified”teachers in private colleges and universities and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.Research shows that digital transformation provides new opportunities and challenges for developing“double-qualified”teachers in private colleges and universities.To adapt to this trend,teachers must continuously improve their digital skills,and schools should establish a complete incentive mechanism and evaluation system,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education to promote the comprehensive development of“double-qualified”teachers,and provide a useful guideline for private universities to promote the development of“double-qualified”teachers in digital transformation.

Research on the Constitutional,Historical and Practical Logic of the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development——From the Perspective of the Inclusion of Human Rights Clause in the Constitution

The inclusion of the human rights clause in the Chi-nese Constitution is a concern and expression of the spirit of the Con-stitution,which has laid the institutional regulations of the fundamen-tal law for the development of human rights in China,provided the principles and value norms of the highest level of effectiveness for the legal protection of human rights,and built a profound constitutional basis for the formation and improvement of the Chinese path of human rights development.The human rights clause is not only a summariza-tion and affirmation of the historical practice of Chinese human rights development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,but also a new starting point for the development of human rights in China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It marks that the development of human rights in China has entered a new era.The Party and the state have finally embarked on a path of human rights development with Chinese characteristics by formulating and implementing the Human Rights Action Plan of China,eliminating ab-solute poverty through the national poverty alleviation campaign,and promoting human rights protection through the rule of law.

Human Rights and Development:China's Contributions Based on a Larger Concept of Human Rights

The Western liberal view of global governance can no longer effectively address the challenges facing the world today or respond to the demands of developing countries in the fields of human rights and development.Meanwhile,the United Nations human rights and development agenda also has its limitations.Against such a backdrop,China's path of human rights development has avoided the trap of human rights confrontation and the clash of civilizations.It has set an example of complementarity and positive interaction between human rights and development by unifying collective human rights with individual human rights and integrating the universality and particularity of human rights.Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,delivered a speech at the 37th group study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on China's Path of Human Rights Development.This elevated China's human rights development to a new historical height.Practice has proved that China's concept and path of human rights in the new era have not only effectively promoted the development of its human rights cause,but also contributed Chinese wisdom to the global cause of human rights and development with a larger concept of human rights.Under the framework of the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind,the Belt and Road Initiative,and the Global Development Initiative,China has contributed to enhancing the discourse power of developing countries in human rights and building a fairer,more just,more reasonable and more inclusive system for global human rights governance.

Development Paths of the Sixth Industry in Jingzhou of Hubei Province

As a new light spot and form of current agricultural development,the sixth industry is a new way to solve the problems of rural development.This paper first introduced current situations of the development of the sixth industry in Jingzhou of Hubei Province,analyzed the related problems,and then came up with some feasible development paths.First of all,the local government should formulate the financial support policies for the sixth industry.Second,local government should focus on strengthening the cultivation of new type of agricultural business entities and carrying out agricultural brand strategy.Finally,local government should develop leisure agriculture,ecological agriculture and promote the integration of rural tourism in the whole region.

基于患者视角的公立医院互联网医院发展路径

目的从患者视角出发,以上海市儿童医院互联网医院为例,通过调查患者对互联网医院的知晓、使用和满意情况,了解公立医院互联网医院的运行现状和存在的问题,有针对性地提出优化方案和发展路径,从而推动公立医院互联网医院持续健康发展。方法在文献研究和专家访谈的基础上,设计调查问卷并对上海市儿童医院线下门诊患儿家长进行调查。调查内容包括个人基本信息,对互联网医院的知晓度、利用度和满意度等情况,共有560人参与并完成了调查。应用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果53.21%的受调查者知晓上海市儿童医院开通了互联网医院;知晓并已使用该院互联网医院的受调查者对预约挂号(96.64%)、在线缴费(56.04%)和报告查询(44.97%)等服务功能的利用度较高,而对在线咨询、在线复诊、配药到家等医患互动服务的利用率较低。98.21%的患者对互联网医院总体表示满意,并希望增加高级专家问诊、诊前导诊、商业保险在线理赔等线上服务。结论目前公立医院互联网医院在运行过程中主要存在着宣传力度不足、高级专家少、问诊响应时间长等问题,患者的线上就医过程仍不便利,需要通过加强宣传推广、优化服务方式、丰富服务功能、打通线上线下医疗服务流程等举措,推动公立医院互联网医院高质量发展,不断提升患者就医体验。

Analysis of the Digital Transformation Development Path for Travel Enterprises

The travel industry is witnessing rapid changes due to the advent of digital technologies. Traditional travel enterprises face challenges from online travel agencies, sharing economy platforms, and new customer expectations. As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. This study has important guidance for promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of tourism.

Since 2018, left-wing political parties have come to power in almost all major Latin American countries. This unusual political phenomenon is deemed the continuation and return of the first “pink tide”—the shift to the left that emerged in the region at the beginning of the twenty-first century—and thus has been called a second “pink tide.” It is not only the result of the evolution of multiple interwoven economic and social crises in Latin American countries but also a manifestation of the resurgence of a left-wing ideological trend worldwide. The current pink tide governments in Latin America generally hold high the banner of reform;promote social justice;prioritize economic growth and political reform;emphasize the role of the state in socio-economic development;strive to improve government governance capacity;and endeavor to explore new paths that differ from the neo-liberal development model. Nonetheless, how long this new pink tide will last depends on whether the left-wing governments in power can overcome four major challenges.

Research on the Framework and Path of Low Carbon Coordinated Development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

With the low-carbon coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as the starting point, the necessity and realistic difficulties in achieving the lowcarbon coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region was analyzed, based on which we constructed the systematic analytical framework for low-carbon coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and proposed the development path of regional lowcarbon coordinated development from the three levels of government, industry and consumer with the aim to provide specific references for the low-carbon coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.

Methods and Countermeasures for Urban Agricultural Supply-Side Structural Reform in the New Era

Based on the theoretical basis of structural reform of agricultural supply side, the status quo and existing problems of urban agricultural supply side in Tian- jin under the new normal were analyzed. On this basis, the paper analyzed the paths of urban agricultural supply-side structural reform separately from the perspec- tives of factors, investment structure and system innovation, and proposed specific policies and opinions on the structural reform of urban agricultural supply side, pro- viding the theoretical basis and realistic basis for the sustainable development of ur- ban agriculture.

Tourism resource assessment and spatial analysis of wine tourism development： a case study of the eastern foothills of China＇s Helan Mountains

The reasonable development and utilization of mountainous regions closely relates to local economic development and ecological security. The wine production region in the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in Ningxia, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with its excellent terroir, is emerging as one of China's three major geographical attractions. Based on surveys of tourism resources and spatial analysis for this wine producing region, we propose a highly representative and practicable path for wine tourism development. Based on China's national standard in Classification, Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources(GB/T 18972-2003), which recommended the types and grades of tourism resources in one area, we conduct an analysis of resource characteristics and the current state of development. Using Arc GIS software, spatialautocorrelation analysis, average nearest neighbor analysis, as well as clustering and outlier analysis, we are able to derive the spatial distribution characteristics of tourism resources. Our survey showed that tourism resources in this area are relatively abundant and have good quality and clear combination advantages. Nonetheless, there are resources shortage for wine tourism and poor integration of wine production with the tourism industry. Regarding the spatial distribution of resources, we revealed the current states of and issues surrounding regions with concentrated resources, as well as characteristics of this clustering. Finally, we proposed a development path for wine tourism in this region based on the five dimensions of management mode, industrial path, product development, spatial optimization, and market development.

Development path of Chinese low-carbon cities based on index evaluation

This work takes the 36 cities from China＇s low-carbon pilot project as the research object and uses the carbon emission per capita and GDP per capita to categorize the 36 cities into four types to reveal their low-carbon development status; these four types are leading cities, developing cities, latecomer cities, and exploring cities. On the basis of an index system that quantitatively describes low-carbon development, this research analyzes the characteristics, development trends, and low-carbon development pathways of the four types of cities. According to the present situation and objectives of national emissions and considering the differences in development stages, challenges, and opportunities for each type of the city, this research presents recommendations for the low-carbon roadmap and the medium- and long-term （by 2030） emission trend routes of different types of regions in China.

Supportive Technologies and Roadmap for China’s Carbon Neutrality

The vision of carbon neutrality is a climate ambition of milestone significance for China and a key step for China’s transition from industrial civilization to ecological civilization.The realization of carbon neutrality requires profound changes in China’s technological and socioeconomic systems involving zero-carbon electric power,lowcarbon and zero-carbon end-use energy consumption,and negative emission technologies.Achievement of carbon neutrality is subject to the choice of pathways for various sectors,especially the electric power,industrial,transportation and construction sectors with significant carbon emissions and decarbonization difficulties.The goal of carbon neutrality will influence China’s economic and industry systems,resource and industrial layout,technological innovation and ecological environment in profound ways.Hence,China’s future policymaking on carbon neutrality needs to consider environmental,technological,economic and social impacts,establish a correlation between carbon peak and carbon neutrality,identify climate-friendly clean technology innovations in real earnest,and put carbon neutrality into the overall plan for ecological civilization.

Research on the Development of Rural Tourism in the Context of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization:A Social-System-Based Approach

China has fulfilled the First Centenary Goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Under such circumstances,thriving businesses play a fundamental and crucial role in comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.As a major sector of modern service industries,tourism actualizes people’s aspirations for a better life.With regard to industrial structure,tourism constitutes a sure path for the revitalization of rural industry and the construction of ecological civilization,and organically integrates the development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries in rural areas.As an important Marxist research method,the social-system-based approach establishes a series of materialistic and dialectical methodological principles for the constituent element,functional optimization and formal evolution of the system,and clarifies the direction for the research on the basic laws of social development.For this paper,we have carefully reorganized the existing research findings on rural tourism in China and the world.We then proceed to contextualize rural tourism with a social-system-based approach,theorize the necessity and path of the development of rural tourism in a systematic way,circumstantiate the reality and realization of the current rural-tourism development,and propose policy-related suggestions on the prominent problems in relation to rural tourism in line with four principles,i.e.,integrity,structuralism,hierarchy,and openness.

70 Years of China’s Finance:History,Contributions and Prospects

Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,great changes have been seen in the financial industry in terms of its nature,function,scale,structure and other features.It has experienced six stages of development,namely,inception and consolidation,arduous growth,exploration and restructuring,segmentation,fictitious economy orientation,and real economy promotion and risk prevention.The tremendous success and useful experience made during this period have largely bolstered the prosperity and stability of the Chinese economy,improved Chinese people’s living standards,and exerted a profound impact on China’s economy and society.Based on its development pattern,the Chinese financial sector will expect further openingup at home and abroad and a growing capacity in serving the real economy,while new business forms and models will emerge rapidly and stronger preventive measures against financial risks will be needed.In response to the financial development in the new era,proactive and pragmatic measures need to be in place to safeguard the stable and sound development of the financial industry.
