In this paper,we introduce the design principle of the oscillating excited spray cooling experimental device.We then designed an oscillating excited spray cooling experimental device.By using the device,the swaying motion can be realized through the control system,and the motion of the droplet under different vibration frequencies can be observed.By measuring the liquid flow rate and pressure,the changes in liquid flow rate,pressure,and temperature with time under different vibration frequencies were studied.The trajectory of the droplet and the temperature distribution of the droplet under different vibration frequencies could be observed.The device has a simple structure,is easy to control,and can achieve continuous observation of the spray cooling process. 展开更多

Ultrashort pulses complicate the frequency conversion in a nonlinear crystal, where group velocity mismatch becomes the main obstacle due to dispersion. We present a design for group velocity compensated second harmonic generation in a modulated nonlinear structure, embedded in a liquid crystal box. In this structure, nonlinear crystals act as sources of signal and liquid crystals compensate for group velocity mismatch originating from nonlinear crystals. There are the advantages of the flexible, controllable birefringence of liquid crystals. Meanwhile, a method calculating the parameters of this type of structure is presented. To make it clear, an example is provided. Furthermore, the structure can also be shaped as a waveguide to support integration into other optical devices, applicable to all-optical processing systems. 展开更多

A device is designed to assess the ammonia removal effect of passive air purification products which derived the QB/T 2761-2006 Methods for determination of purificatory effect of indoor environment decontamination product.The device is composed of three parts:ammonia generator,ammonia removal device and ammonia collection device,which is made up of common laboratory equipment.The reagents used are common acid and alkali reagents in the laboratory.During the experiment,5.0mL of 25%concentrated ammonia water is added to the ammonia generator as the ammonia source,and filter paper is used as the sample carrier.Take 3.0g sample and add it to the filter paper,after the ammonia is absorbed by the filter paper with the sample,the residual ammonia is collected and measured by acid-base titration.The ammonia removal efficacy of the sample is calculated by the ammonia absorption amount of the blank sample and the sample to be tested.This method has the characteristics of simple equipment,small area,toxic or harmful substance free,and fabulous accuracy.Four different samples were tested,and the results matched the standard method. 展开更多

The super junction(SJ) has been recognized as the "milestone" of the power MOSFET, which is the most important innovation concept of the voltage-sustaining layer(VSL). The basic structure of the SJ is a typical junction-type VSL(J-VSL) with the periodic N and P regions. However, the conventional VSL is a typical resistance-type VSL(R-VSL) with only an N or P region. It is a qualitative change of the VSL from the R-VSL to the JVSL, introducing the bulk depletion to increase the doping concentration and optimize the bulk electric field of the SJ. This paper firstly summarizes the development of the SJ, and then the optimization theory of the SJ is discussed for both the vertical and the lateral devices, including the non-full depletion mode, the minimum specific on-resistance optimization method and the equivalent substrate model. The SJ concept breaks the conventional"silicon limit" relationship of R_(on)∝V_B^(2.5), showing a quasi-linear relationship of R_(on)∝V_B^(1.03). 展开更多

White organic light-emitting diodes(WOLEDs)have several desirable features,but their commercialization is hindered by the poor stability of blue light emitters and high production costs due to complicated device structures.Herein,we investigate a standard blue emitting hole transporting material(HTM)N,N'-bis(naphthalen-1-yl)-N,N'-bis(phenyl)benzidine(NPB)and its exciplex emission upon combining with a suitable electron transporting material(ETM),3-(biphenyl-4-yl)-5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole(TAZ).Blue and yellow OLEDs with simple device structures are developed by using a blend layer,NPB:TAZ,as a blue emitter as well as a host for yellow phosphorescent dopant iridium(III)bis(4-phenylthieno[3,2-c]pyridinato-N,C2')acetylacetonate(PO-01).Strategic device design then exploits the ambipolar charge transport properties of tetracene as a spacer layer to connect these blue and yellow emitting units.The tetracene-linked device demonstrates more promising results compared to those using a conventional charge generation layer(CGL).Judicious choice of the spacer prevents exciton difusion from the blue emitter unit,yet facilitates charge carrier transport to the yellow emitter unit to enable additional exciplex formation.This complementary behavior of the spacer improves the blue emission properties concomitantly yielding reasonable yellow emission.The overall white light emission properties are enhanced,achieving CIE coordinates(0.36,0.39)and color temperature(4643 K)similar to daylight.Employing intermolecular exciplex emission in OLEDs simplifes the device architecture via its dual functionality as a host and as an emitter. 展开更多

This paper studies the effect of the head swing motion on the fishlike robot swimming performance numerically. Two critical parameters are employed in describing the kinematics of the head swing: the leading edge amplitude of the head and the trailing edge amplitude of the head. Three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations are used to compute the viscous flow over the robot. The user-defined functions and the dynamic mesh technology are used to simulate the fishlike swimming with the head swing motion The results reveal that it is of great benefit for the fish to improve the thrust and also the propulsive efficiency by increasing the two amplitudes properly. Superior hydrodynamic performance can be achieved at the leading edge amplitudes of 0.05L ( L is the fish length) and the trailing edge amplitudes of 0.08L. The unsteady flow fields clearly indicate the evolution process of the flow structures along the swimming fish. Thrust-indicative flow structures with two pairs of pressure cores in a uniform mode are generated in the superior performance case with an appropriate head swing, rather than with one pair of pressure cores in the case of no head swing. The findings suggest that the swimming biological device design may improve its hydrodynamic performance through the head swing motion. 展开更多
