Exploring the scientific rationality of“Different dosage forms of the same prescription”base on Q-markers of pulvis and pill of Chuanxiong Chatiao Prescription

Objective:To predict and analyze the potential Q-markers of Chuanxiong Chatiao Prescription,and the pharmacokinetic properties of pulvis and pills in vivo were studied,which provided a basis for the rational evaluation of the phenomenon of“Different Dosage Forms of the Same Prescription”.Methods and Material:Q-markers analysis of Chuanxiong Chatiao Prescription based on the“Five Principles”(traceability and transmissibility,specificity,effectiveness,prescription compatibility and testability).The content determination method of Q-markers in Chuanxiong Chatiao Prescription was established by UPLC,and the content difference of Q-markers in the two dosage forms ware determined and compared.The Q-markers in rabbit plasma was determined by LC-MS/MS method,and the pharmacokinetic parameters of Q-markers in pulvis and pills were analyzed.Results:A total of 16 potential Q-markers from the“Five Principles”were used,nine components of tetramethylprazine,ferulic acid,glycyrrhizin,glycyrrhizic acid,luteolin,cimicifugoside,senkyunolideⅠ,isoimperatorin,nodakenin were identified as Q-markers of Chuanxiong Chatiao Presciption.The content of tetramethylprazine and other components in the pulvis form was found to be significantly higher than that in the pills,while the content of senkyunolideⅠwas lower than that in the pills,which may be related to the preparation process of the dosage form and the physicochemical properties of the components.Compared with pulvis,the Tmax and t_(1/2)of ferulic acid and other components in pills were significantly prolonged.To a certain extent,it can explain the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine“Components in pulvis release quickly and take effect in fast-acting manner,while in pills release slowly and take effect in slow-acting”.Meanwhile,the Cmax and AUC0-t of tetramethylprazine and other components in pills were higher than those in pulvis,which showed unexpected pharmacokinetic characteristics,indicating the complexity of compounding and the importance of dosage form design.Conclusions:A method for the determination of Q-markers content was established by UPLC,which provide reference for the quality control of Chuanxiong Chatiao Prescription.In vivo studies have found the pharmacokinetic parameters indicate the absorption and distribution characteristics of pulvis and pills.However,it is also found that the release behavior of different components not only affected by the dosage form but also closely related to their own physical and chemical properties.

Target acquisition performance in the presence of JPEG image compression

This paper presents an investigation on the effect of JPEG compression on the similarity between the target image and the background,where the similarity is further used to determine the degree of clutter in the image.Four new clutter metrics based on image quality assessment are introduced,among which the Haar wavelet-based perceptual similarity index,known as HaarPSI,provides the best target acquisition prediction results.It is shown that the similarity between the target and the background at the boundary between visually lossless and visually lossy compression does not change significantly compared to the case when an uncompressed image is used.In future work,through subjective tests,it is necessary to check whether this presence of compression at the threshold of just noticeable differences will affect the human target acquisition performance.Similarity values are compared with the results of subjective tests of the well-known target Search_2 database,where the degree of agreement between objective and subjective scores,measured through linear correlation,reached a value of 90%.

An Empirical Study on the Impact of Different Structural Systems on Carbon Emissions of Prefabricated Buildings Based on SimaPro

In the context of global emission reduction, the low-carbon sustainable development of the construction industry has become an important research content. With the vigorous development of new industrial technologies, the application of prefabrication technology to buildings had become a mainstream. However, the research on the role of prefabricated technology in reducing building carbon emissions was not yet comprehensive, and the research on the relationship between prefabricated structure types and carbon emissions in the construction stage was not yet thorough. Guided by life cycle assessment (LCA), this paper used the scenario analysis method to set different working conditions for five different structural systems, and used SimaPro software to evaluate the carbon emissions of prefabricated buildings in order to clarify the carbon emissions of prefabricated buildings under different structural systems, and explore their impact mechanisms in depth. Finally, take the existing buildings in China as an empirical study, the results showed that: 1) The carbon emissions produced by the four common prefabricated structural systems were almost the same. Different structures had different requirements for the combination of components. The carbon emissions of individual buildings would be superimposed according to the carbon emission characteristics of various individual components to form the final total carbon emissions. 2) When the building structure system requires more combinations of components, the greater the amount of transportation invested in the transportation process, the more carbon emissions would be caused. In the calculation of all individual building construction stages, the carbon emissions generated by tower cranes almost exceed the sum of the carbon emissions of all mobile machinery. 3) Prefabricated shear wall structures and prefabricated frame-shear wall structures require a large amount of hoisting of prefabricated shear walls, so the carbon emissions of their mechanical equipment were also the highest.

A HIGH ACCURACY DIFFERENCE SCHEME FOR THE SINGULAR PERTURBATION PROBLEM OF THE SECOND-ORDER LINEAR ORDINARY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION IN CONSERVATION FORM

In this paper, combining the idea of difference method and finite element method, we construct a difference scheme for a self-adjoint problem in conservation form. Its solution uniformly converges to that of the original differential equation problem with order h3.

CFD-Based Method of Determining Form Factor k for Different Ship Types and Different Drafts

The value of form factor k at different drafts is important in predicting full-scale total resistance and speed for different types of ships. In the ITTC community, most organizations predict form factor k using a low-speed model test. However, this method is problematic for ships with bulbous bows and transom. In this article, a Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)-based method is introduced to obtain k for different type of ships at different drafts, and a comparison is made between the CFD method and the model test. The results show that the CFD method produces reasonable k values. A grid generating method and turbulence model are briefly discussed in the context of obtaining a consistent k using CFD.

Effects of Microalloying on Glass Forming Ability and Thermodynamic Fragility of Cu-Pr-Based Amorphous Alloys

The effects of microalloying of Ti and B on the glass formation of Cu60Pr30Ni10Al10-2xTixBx（x = 0, 0.05% （atom fraction）） amorphous alloys was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. XRD analysis showed that mieroalloying with 0.05% Ti and 0.05% B improved the glass forming ability （GFA）. The smaller difference in the Gibbs free energy between the liquid and crystalline states at the glass transition temperature （△G1-X（Tg）） and the smaller thermodynamic fragility index （△Sf/Tm, where ASf is the entropy of fusion, and Tm is the melting temperature） after mieroalloying correlated with the higher GFA.

Forms and functions of inorganic carbon in the Jiaozhou Bay sediments

Inorganic carbon forms and their influencing factors, mutual transformation and contribution to carbon cycling in the Jiaozhou Bay sediments were discussed. The results show that inorganic carbon in sediments could be divided into five forms： NaCl form, NH3-H20 form, NaOH form, NH20H-HCl form and HCI form. Thereinto, NH2OH.HCl form and HCl form account for more than 70% of total inorganic carbon. There was close relationship among every form of inorganic carbon and their correlativity was clearly different with different sedimentary environment except the similar strong positive correlation among NH-OH-HCl form, HCl form and total inorganic carbon in all regions of the Jiaozhou Bay. All forms of inorganic carbon were influenced by organic carbon, pH, Eh, Es, nitrogen and phosphorus in sediments, but their influence had different characteristics in different regions. Every form of inorganic carbon transformed into each other continuously during early diagenesis of sediments and the common phenomenon was that NaCl form, NH3-H2O form, NaOH form and NH2OH-HCl form might transform into steady HCl form. NaCl form, NH3-H2O form, NaOH form and NH2OH-HCl form could participate in carbon recycle and they are potential carbon source; HCl form may be buried for a long time in sediments, and it may be one of the final resting places of atmospheric C02. Inorganic carbon which entered into sediments was about 4.98× 1010 g in the Jiaozhou Bay every year, in which about 1.47×1010 g of inorganic carbon might be buried for a long time and about 3.51 × 1010 g of inorganic carbon might return into seawater and take part in carbon recycling.

The Meanings of Addresses and Their Proper Translations

This thesis aims at exploring meanings of different addresses and their correct and suitable translations in both Chinese and English. After the introduction to the definition and meaning of addresses, the whole thesis probes into this problem from two aspects: the reasons which lead to the differences in addresses among relatives in both Chinese and English, and the ways how to translate addresses properly according to the situations. With the exploration, the writer hopes to introduce the cultural differences from the perspective of translations of addresses.

In this article we study the two-dimensional completeλ-translators immersed in the Euclidean space R^3 and Minkovski space R1^ 3.We obtain two classification theorems:one for two-dimensional completeλ-translators x:M 2→R^3 and one for two-dimensional complete space-likeλ-translators x:M 2→R1^3,with a second fundamental form of constant length.

Comparison of the arch forms and dimensions in various malocclusions of the Turkish population

Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the distribution of morphological differences in the cli- nical mandibular arch forms seen in Angle Class I, II and III malocclusions in Turkish population and to examine the effect of gender on arch dimension pa- rameters. Material and methods: This study has been conducted on pretreatment mandibular study models of 600 individuals (362 girls, 238 boys) aged between 14 and 19. On the photocopies derived from these models, 4 linear and 2 proportional measurements have been made. The samples have been evaluated as square, ovoid and tapered (OrthoForm-3M Unitek) arch form templates. Results: The most frequent arch form encountered among all the groups was the ta- pered one (62.5%) followed by the ovoid (27.3%) and the square one (10.2%). Gender difference influences on morphological structure was apparent. Generally, compared with girls, arch width and depth were found to be more in boys. Conclusion: The most fre- quent arch form seen in Angle malocclusion groups was the tapered one, followed by the less frequent ovoid and square ones.

English idiom variant refers to the form of idiom created by means of altering some original components,structures,or meanings of the former idioms.The nonce variant of English idioms can be analyzed from the following three aspects:reasons for formation of nonce variant,types into which it could be divided,and rhetorical functions it is capable of producing.Through the analysis of these three aspects,it is almost likely for language-users to realize the importance and modes of idiom’s renovation,get a better understanding of English idioms,and thus utilize English idioms more skillfully.
