Methods Ninety-five patients who had received liver transplantation from April 1993 to M...Objective To summarize our clinical experience in liver transplantation while considering the background in this filed in China. Methods Ninety-five patients who had received liver transplantation from April 1993 to March 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. Three periods were defined objectively as period Ⅰ(1993-1997),Ⅱ(1999) and Ⅲ(2000 -2002). Operative techniques, recipients, original diseases, complications and survival rates were compared among the three periods. Results Malignant liver lesions were the main cause for liver transplantation in period Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The ratio of number of malignant disease to total recipients decreased gradually from period Ⅰ to Ⅱ (100%, 53% and 35%, respectively). The 1-year survival rate in patients with benign liver disease was 85 % and the total operative mortality was 5% in period Ⅲ. The incidence of hepatitis B virus reactivation or reinfection was 24% twelve months after liver transplantation. Vascular complication decreased but biliary complications did展开更多

Aims: This study aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of sex hormone levels during different physiological periods in the diagnosis of infertility patients. Methods: From December 2019 to May 2021, a total of 93 infertility patients were admitted and selected as the observation group. Among them, 31 cases were in the follicular stage, 31 cases in the ovulation stage, and 31 cases in the luteal stage. Ninety-three healthy women for fertility evaluation due to male infertility were selected as the control group. The control group included 31 women in the follicular phase, 31 women in the ovulatory phase, and 31 women in the luteal phase. The levels of sex hormones (prolactin (PRL), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), and progesterone (P)) during different physiological phases were compared between the observation and control groups. Results: The follicular phase showed no significant difference in LH levels between the observation group and the control group. The observation group showed higher levels of PRL and P compared to the control group, while the levels of FSH, E2, and T were lower in the observation group compared to the control group. The ovulation phase showed no significant difference in PRL levels between the two groups. The observation group showed lower levels of LH, FSH, E2, T, and P compared to the control group. The luteal phase showed no statistical difference in E2 levels between the two groups. [Method] In regions where high residual pesticides had been applied for...[Objective] To effectively suppress weeds and degrade pesticide residues in soil, pollution-free agricultural production is a very important way. [Method] In regions where high residual pesticides had been applied for a long term, 2-3 consecutive years of shallow ploughing after the autumn harvest, early shallow ploughing and sowing later in the next spring, and late ploughing and sowing were conducted,and the effects of the three measures on weed suppression and reduction of pesticide residue in soil were analyzed by measuring the length and fresh weight of crop radicles. [Result] Trifluralin applied in the A. membranaceus field for a long term limited the growth of the alfalfa seedlings. That is, the radicle length of each plant was 2.1-2.9 cm shorter than that of the control, and the fresh weight of each plant reduced by 0.19-0.20 g. Metsulfuron methyl applied in the alfalfa field for a long term also limited the growth of the alfalfa seedlings, that is, the radicle length of each plant was 1.9-2.0 cm shorter than that of the control, and the fresh weight of each plant reduced by 0.13-0.15 g. Shallow ploughing was conducted within two days after the autumn harvest, and all weed seeds on the ground were plowed into the plough layer 0-10 cm instead of deep soil. Early shallow ploughing in the next spring could make most seeds of weeds in surface soil sprout early, and sowing was conducted after 10 d, so that about 40% of weeds sprouting early were killed off. However, after shallow ploughing and sowing were conducted 10 d later than the normal sowing period, and around 30% of weeds were killed off. In addition,the weeds left in soil should be removed manually at the seedling stage or in late period. These measures had no adverse impact on the growth and development of crop radicles and yield. [Conclusion] In regions where pesticides with long-term residue had been applied for a long term, 2-3 consecutive years of shallow ploughing after the autumn harvest, different farming and sowing measures and artificia weeding could suppress weeds in the crop fields effectively, did not pollute soil environment, and promoted the degradation of pesticides left in soil.展开更多
In this paper,optical properties of two-dimensional periodic annular slot cavity arrays in hexagonal close-packing on a silica substrate are theoretically characterized by finite difference time domain(FDTD) simulat...In this paper,optical properties of two-dimensional periodic annular slot cavity arrays in hexagonal close-packing on a silica substrate are theoretically characterized by finite difference time domain(FDTD) simulation method.By simulating reflectance spectra,electric field distribution,and charge distribution,we confirm that multiple cylindrical surface plasmon resonances can be excited in annular inclined slot cavities by linearly polarized light,in which the four reflectance dips are attributed to Fabry–Perot cavity resonances in the coaxial cavity.A coaxial waveguide mode TE11 will exist in these annular cavities,and the wavelengths of these reflectance dips are effectively tailored by changing the geometrical pattern of slot cavity and the dielectric materials filled in the cavities.These resonant wavelengths are localized in annular cavities with large electric field enhancement and dissipate gradually due to metal loss.The formation of an absorption peak can be explained from the aspect of phase matching conditions.We observed that the proposed structure can be tuned over the broad spectral range of 600–4000 nm by changing the outer and inner radii of the annular gaps,gap surface topography.Meanwhile,different lengths of the cavity may cause the shift of resonance dips.Also,we study the field enhancement at different vertical locations of the slit.In addition,dielectric materials filling in the annular gaps will result in a shift of the resonance wavelengths,which make the annular cavities good candidates for refractive index sensors.The refractive index sensitivity of annular cavities can also be tuned by the geometry size and the media around the cavity.Annular cavities with novel applications can be implied as surface enhanced Raman spectra substrates,refractive index sensors,nano-lasers,and optical trappers.展开更多
Objective This study aimed to determine whether the prevalence of thyroid nodules(TNs)increased due to modern lifestyles or other factors,despite the advances in screening and diagnostic tools.Methods This study inclu...Objective This study aimed to determine whether the prevalence of thyroid nodules(TNs)increased due to modern lifestyles or other factors,despite the advances in screening and diagnostic tools.Methods This study included 3474 pairs of participants,who were matched by gender and age(±3 years)from two cross-sectional sampling surveys:(1)the program on the iodine nutritional status and related health status of residents in Shanghai in 2009;(2)the thyroid disease screening program for adults in Shanghai between 2017 and 2018.The prevalence of TNs and thyroid diseases in 2009 and 2017–2018 were compared,and the potential risk factors of TNs were detected.Results The prevalence of TNs in 2009 was 28.9%:22.5%in males and 34.5%in females.In 2017,this increased to 43.8%:37.9%in males and 49.1%in females.The prevalence of TNs significantly increased from 2009 to 2017(odds ratio,1.486;95%confidence interval,1.238–1.786).In addition,female gender,thyroid disease history,and age were the main risk factors for TNs after adjusting for confounders in the logistic regression across the time period.Conclusion The prevalence of TNs significantly increased across nearly 10 years in Shanghai.展开更多

[Results]With the increasing growth time,Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei accumulated in the secondary metabolism substances gradually increased,the characteristic absorption peak appeared in the position such as 3 366,2 927,1 634,1 416,1 516,1 080,1 020,and 928 cm^(-1),the main chemicals as polysaccharide,coumarin,saponins and steroids. The difference of chemical position between root tuber and cauline leaf is obvious. [Conclusions]Infrared spectroscopy was applied in studying different growing periods and different parts of Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei,of obvious characteristics,identification and quality evaluation method,is simple and suitable for Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei.展开更多

Methods:49 Wistar rats were randomly divided into ① control group, ② ST 36 Xu group, ③ BL 21 Xu group, ④ ST 36 Chen group, ⑤ BL 21 Chen group, ⑥ ST 36 IT group, and ⑦ BL 21 IT group, with 7 rats in each group. Rat gastric ulcer model was established using intra gastric administration of glacial acetic acid. Gastric mucosal thickness,mucosal muscular defect width,superficial mucosal mucus index (MI),intramucosal MI ,Total MI,plasma 6 keto PGF1α ,serum NO and gastric tissue CGRP concentrations were used as the indexes. The EA treatment was conducted once daily at Xu period (7-9 o’clock in the evening), Chen period (8-10 o’clock in the morning) and irregular time (IT) with 6 days being a therapeutic course, two courses altogether. Results:After EA treatment,①the regenerated mucosal thickness values of the aforementioned 6 EA groups, particularly ST 36 Xu group and BL 21 Xu group, were all apparently higher than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01), while the mucosal muscle layer defect width values of different EA groups, particularly ST 36 Xu group and BL 21 Xu group, were strikingly lower than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ②the 3 MI of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu group were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ③plasma 6 keto PGF1α contents of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu and BL 21 Xu groups, were all significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ④serum NO and gastric tissue CGRP concentrations of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu and BL 21 Xu groups and CGRP concentration of ST 36 Chen group, were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05-0.01);and ⑤there were positive correlation between superficial MI or total MI and NO level (r=0.858, 0.987, P<0.05,and 0.01),and between the superficial mucus index and CGRP concentration (r=0.9051, t=4.68, P<0.01), suggesting that the increase of the secretion function of the regenerated mucosal mucus is related to acupuncture induced increase of release of both NO and CGRP.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of EA of ST 36 and BL 21 in Xu period is better in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and that of EA of ST 36 is the best.展开更多

Compression coated tablets for oral colon specific delivery systems were developed with a mixture polysaccharide of konjac glucomannan(KGM)and xanthan gum(XG)as the compression coat.Diffusion of cimetidine from compre...Compression coated tablets for oral colon specific delivery systems were developed with a mixture polysaccharide of konjac glucomannan(KGM)and xanthan gum(XG)as the compression coat.Diffusion of cimetidine from compression coated tablets was investigated by release experiment in Vitro.0.22U/mLβ-mannanase was applied in the mimic colon solution.The structure of the mixture polysaccharide was studied by an atomic force microscope(AFM).The experimental results indicate that a KGM70 tablet with a 0.4 g coat is of good design,due to a less than 5%drug loss in the mimic upper gastrointestinal solution by the synergistic interaction between XG and KGM,and due to about 50%cumulative release in the mimic colon solution by degradation after 24 hours.The release mechanism and model are discussed based on different periods of drug release including the delay of the drug,the constant release without an enzyme and the delay of degradation.Under hydrolysis byβ-mannanase,drug release from the tablet with KGM coat shows an exponential increase,while that from the dosage with the mixture polysaccharide coat is an approximately zero-order process in which the constant release rate relates to the release velocity of a non-degraded system,the content of KGM within the coat and the average molecular weight ratio of KGM to XG.It was found that XG was the framework of the polysaccharide mixtures by AFM,which is similar to the analysis results from experiments on drug release.展开更多

文摘Objective This study aimed to determine whether the prevalence of thyroid nodules(TNs)increased due to modern lifestyles or other factors,despite the advances in screening and diagnostic tools.Methods This study included 3474 pairs of participants,who were matched by gender and age(±3 years)from two cross-sectional sampling surveys:(1)the program on the iodine nutritional status and related health status of residents in Shanghai in 2009;(2)the thyroid disease screening program for adults in Shanghai between 2017 and 2018.The prevalence of TNs and thyroid diseases in 2009 and 2017–2018 were compared,and the potential risk factors of TNs were detected.Results The prevalence of TNs in 2009 was 28.9%:22.5%in males and 34.5%in females.In 2017,this increased to 43.8%:37.9%in males and 49.1%in females.The prevalence of TNs significantly increased from 2009 to 2017(odds ratio,1.486;95%confidence interval,1.238–1.786).In addition,female gender,thyroid disease history,and age were the main risk factors for TNs after adjusting for confounders in the logistic regression across the time period.Conclusion The prevalence of TNs significantly increased across nearly 10 years in Shanghai.

文摘[Objectives] To carry out infrared spectroscopic study of different growth years and different parts of the traditional Chinese medicine Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei. [Methods]Using potassium bromide squash method and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy on the different growth years and different parts of Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei for infrared spectrum and second derivative spectrum. [Results]With the increasing growth time,Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei accumulated in the secondary metabolism substances gradually increased,the characteristic absorption peak appeared in the position such as 3 366,2 927,1 634,1 416,1 516,1 080,1 020,and 928 cm^(-1),the main chemicals as polysaccharide,coumarin,saponins and steroids. The difference of chemical position between root tuber and cauline leaf is obvious. [Conclusions]Infrared spectroscopy was applied in studying different growing periods and different parts of Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei,of obvious characteristics,identification and quality evaluation method,is simple and suitable for Radix Chuanmingshinis Violacei.
文摘Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture (EA) of "Zusanli"(ST 36) and "Weishu"(BL 21)on the experimental gastric ulcer in Xu period of a day for analyzing the best opportunity of acupuncture treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods:49 Wistar rats were randomly divided into ① control group, ② ST 36 Xu group, ③ BL 21 Xu group, ④ ST 36 Chen group, ⑤ BL 21 Chen group, ⑥ ST 36 IT group, and ⑦ BL 21 IT group, with 7 rats in each group. Rat gastric ulcer model was established using intra gastric administration of glacial acetic acid. Gastric mucosal thickness,mucosal muscular defect width,superficial mucosal mucus index (MI),intramucosal MI ,Total MI,plasma 6 keto PGF1α ,serum NO and gastric tissue CGRP concentrations were used as the indexes. The EA treatment was conducted once daily at Xu period (7-9 o’clock in the evening), Chen period (8-10 o’clock in the morning) and irregular time (IT) with 6 days being a therapeutic course, two courses altogether. Results:After EA treatment,①the regenerated mucosal thickness values of the aforementioned 6 EA groups, particularly ST 36 Xu group and BL 21 Xu group, were all apparently higher than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01), while the mucosal muscle layer defect width values of different EA groups, particularly ST 36 Xu group and BL 21 Xu group, were strikingly lower than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ②the 3 MI of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu group were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ③plasma 6 keto PGF1α contents of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu and BL 21 Xu groups, were all significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05-0.01); ④serum NO and gastric tissue CGRP concentrations of the 6 EA groups, particularly those of ST 36 Xu and BL 21 Xu groups and CGRP concentration of ST 36 Chen group, were all significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05-0.01);and ⑤there were positive correlation between superficial MI or total MI and NO level (r=0.858, 0.987, P<0.05,and 0.01),and between the superficial mucus index and CGRP concentration (r=0.9051, t=4.68, P<0.01), suggesting that the increase of the secretion function of the regenerated mucosal mucus is related to acupuncture induced increase of release of both NO and CGRP.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of EA of ST 36 and BL 21 in Xu period is better in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and that of EA of ST 36 is the best.
文摘Differences of the time periods in two independent quantum systems are examined on a semiclassical level. The systems are the electron in the hydrogen atom and a free-electron particle moving in a one-dimensional potential box, respectively. It is demonstrated that in both systems the relativistic correction to the time interval can be expressed as a multiple of the same quantum of time. The size of the quantum is proportional to the ratio of the Planck’s constant and the rest energy of the electron particle.

文摘Accurate control of slab temperature and heating rate is an important significance to improve product performance and reduce carbon emissions for steel rolling reheating furnace(SRRF).Firstly,a spatial temporal distributed-nonlinear autoregressive with exogenous inputs correlation model(STD-NARXCM)to spatial temporal distributed-autoregressive with exogenous inputs correlation model(STD-ARXCM)in working point is established.Secondly,a new coordinated time-sharing control architecture in different time periods is proposed,which is along the length of the SRRF to improve the control performance.Thirdly,a hybrid control algorithm of expert-fuzzy is proposed to improve the dynamic of the temperature and the heating rate during time period 0 to t_(1).A hybrid control algorithm of expert-fuzzy-PID is proposed to enhance the control accuracy and the heating rate during time period t_(1) to t_(2).A hybrid control algorithm of expert-active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)is proposed to boost the anti-interference and the heating rate during time period t_(2) to t_(3).Finally,the experimental results show that the coordinated time-sharing algorithm can meet the process requirements,the maximum deviation of temperature value is 8-13.5℃.
文摘In the work concerning ethnic groups in the People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the state adopted the policy of promoting national common language in line with the needs of ethnic development,while safeguarding the rights of various ethnic groups in using their languages.This paper reviews the role of the policy of national common language in facilitating the development of ethnic areas in different historical periods of China.It is believed that this practical and gradual policy of language conforms to the needs of social,economic and cultural development in different periods in China,which greatly improves the comprehensive abilities of the people of all ethnic groups and turns the Chinese nation into a community of shared future with higher acceptance and stronger cohesion.

文摘In this paper, a periodic difference equation with saturable nonlinearity is considered. Using the linking theorem in combination with periodic approximations, we establish sufficient conditions on the nonexistence and on the existence of homoclinic solutions. Our results not only solve an open problem proposed by Pankov, but also greatly improve some existing ones even for some special cases.

The classical Ambrosetti–Rabinowitz superlinear condition is improved by a general superlinear one. The proof is based on the critical point theory in combination with periodic approximations of solutions.
文摘In this work, we first define the notions of almost periodic sequences, asymptotically almost periodic sequences, as well as uniformly almost periodic sequences,and reveal their basic properties. Then for the almost periodic difference systems of general form we establish the criteria of existence for almost periodic solutions.Especially, several existence theorems are proved in terms of discrete Liapunov functions.

文摘Compression coated tablets for oral colon specific delivery systems were developed with a mixture polysaccharide of konjac glucomannan(KGM)and xanthan gum(XG)as the compression coat.Diffusion of cimetidine from compression coated tablets was investigated by release experiment in Vitro.0.22U/mLβ-mannanase was applied in the mimic colon solution.The structure of the mixture polysaccharide was studied by an atomic force microscope(AFM).The experimental results indicate that a KGM70 tablet with a 0.4 g coat is of good design,due to a less than 5%drug loss in the mimic upper gastrointestinal solution by the synergistic interaction between XG and KGM,and due to about 50%cumulative release in the mimic colon solution by degradation after 24 hours.The release mechanism and model are discussed based on different periods of drug release including the delay of the drug,the constant release without an enzyme and the delay of degradation.Under hydrolysis byβ-mannanase,drug release from the tablet with KGM coat shows an exponential increase,while that from the dosage with the mixture polysaccharide coat is an approximately zero-order process in which the constant release rate relates to the release velocity of a non-degraded system,the content of KGM within the coat and the average molecular weight ratio of KGM to XG.It was found that XG was the framework of the polysaccharide mixtures by AFM,which is similar to the analysis results from experiments on drug release.
