Free space optical(FSO) communication system with differential signaling possesses the advantage of requiring no channel state information and avoiding computational load or link throughput reduction compared to the systems with conventional receivers. In this work, we investigate bit error rate(BER) performance of this system over partially and fully correlated atmospheric turbulence fading. In order to conduct the above analysis, we obtain a probability density functions(PDF) of the channel fading on the differential signals and derive our instantaneous BER using differential signaling scheme. Based on these results, we develop two closed-form mathematical expressions for the average BER under fully correlated and partially correlated fading in the convergent infinite series confirmed by Cauchy’s ratio test. The accuracy of the derived BER expressions is demonstrated by the Monte Carlo simulations, and the analyses for the effects of the system parameters on the BER performance are provided. 展开更多

The effect of final-state dynamic correlation is investigated for ionization of atomic hydrogen by 75-keV proton impact by analyzing double differential cross sections.The final state is represented by a continuum correlated wave(CCW-PT)function which accounts for the interaction between the projectile and the target nucleus(PT interaction).The correlated final state is nonseparable solutions of the wave equation combining the dynamics of the electron motion relative to the target and projectile,satisfying the Redmond’s asymptotic conditions corresponding to long range interactions.The transition matrix is evaluated using the CCW-PT function and the undistorted initial state.Both the correlation effects and the PT interaction are analyzed by the present calculations.The convergence of the continuous correlated final state is examined carefully.Our results are compared with the absolute experimental data measured by Laforge et al.[Phys.Rev.Lett.103,053201(2009)]and Schulz et al.[Phys.Rev.A 81,052705(2010)],as well as other theoretical models(especially the results of the latest non perturbation theory).We have shown that the dynamic correlation plays an important role in the ionization of atomic hydrogen by proton impact.While overall agreement between theory and the experimental data is encouraging,detailed agreement is still lacking.However,such an analysis is meaningful because it provides valuable information about the dynamical correlation and PT interaction in the CCW-PT theoretical model. 展开更多

However, the mechanism of 99mTc-MDP uptake in bone is not well elucidated. In this study, we utilized a mouse tibia injury model, single-photon emission computed tomography (gamma scintigraphy or SPECT), ex vivo micro-computed tomography, and histology to monitor 99mTc-MDP uptake in injury sites during skeletal healing. In an ex vivo culture system, calvarial cells were differentiated into osteoblasts with osteogenic medium, pulsed with 99mTc-MDP at different time points, and quantitated for 99mTc-MDP uptake with a gamma counter. We demonstrated that 99mTc-MDP uptake in the injury sites corresponded to osteoblast generation in those sites throughout the healing process. The 99mTc-MDP uptake within the injury sites peaked on day 7 post-injury, while the injury sites were occupied by mature osteoblasts also starting from day 7. ~mTc-MDP uptake started to decrease 14 days post-surgery, when we observed the highest level of bony tissue in the injury sites. We also found that 99mTc-MDP uptake was associated with osteoblast maturation and mineralization in vitro. This study provides direct and biological evidence for 99mTc-MDP uptake in osteoblasts during bone healing in vivo and in vitro. 展开更多

Tongue image feature correlation analysis in benign lung nodules and lung cancer

Objective To analyze the differences in the correlation of tongue image indicators among patients with benign lung nodules and lung cancer.Methods From July 1;2020 to March 31;2022;clinical information of lung cancer patients and benign lung nodules patients was collected at the Oncology Department of Longhua Hos-pital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Physical Ex-amination Center of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine;respectively.We obtained tongue images from patients with benign lung nod-ules and lung cancer using the TFDA-1 digital tongue diagnosis instrument;and analyzed these images with the TDAS V2.0 software.The extracted indicators included color space pa-rameters in the Lab system for both the tongue body(TB)and tongue coating(TC)(TB/TC-L;TB/TC-a;and TB/TC-b);textural parameters[TB/TC-contrast(CON);TB/TC-angular second moment(ASM);TB/TC-entropy(ENT);and TB/TC-MEAN];as well as TC parameters(perAll and perPart).The bivariate correlation of TB and TC features was analyzed using Pearson’s or Spearman’s correlation analysis;and the overall correlation was analyzed using canonical correlation analysis(CCA).Results Samples from 307 patients with benign lung nodules and 276 lung cancer patients were included after excluding outliers and extreme values.Simple correlation analysis indi-cated that the correlation of TB-L with TC-L;TB-b with TC-b;and TB-b with perAll in lung cancer group was higher than that in benign nodules group.Moreover;the correlation of TB-a with TC-a;TB-a with perAll;and the texture parameters of the TB(TB-CON;TB-ASM;TB-ENT;and TB-MEAN)with the texture parameters of the TC(TC-CON;TC-ASM;TC-ENT;and TC-MEAN)in benign nodules group was higher than lung cancer group.CCA further demon-strated a strong correlation between the TB and TC parameters in lung cancer group;with the first and second pairs of typical variables in benign nodules and lung cancer groups indicat-ing correlation coefficients of 0.918 and 0.817(P<0.05);and 0.940 and 0.822(P<0.05);re-spectively.Conclusion Benign lung nodules and lung cancer patients exhibited differences in correla-tion in the L;a;and b values of the TB and TC;as well as the perAll value of the TC;and the texture parameters(TB/TC-CON;TB/TC-ASM;TB/TC-ENT;and TB/TC-MEAN)between the TB and TC.Additionally;there were differences in the overall correlation of the TB and TC be-tween the two groups.Objective tongue diagnosis indicators can effectively assist in the diag-nosis of benign lung nodules and lung cancer;thereby providing a scientific basis for the ear-ly detection;diagnosis;and treatment of lung cancer. 展开更多

Time correlations always exist in modern geodetic data,and ignoring these time correlations will affect the precision and reliability of solutions.In this paper,several methods for processing kinematic time-correlated observations are studied.Firstly,the method for processing the time-correlated observations is expanded and unified.Based on the theory of maximum a posteriori estimation,the third idea is proposed after the decorrelation transformation and differential transformation.Two types of situations with and without common parameters are both investigated by using the decorrelation transformation,differential transformation and maximum a posteriori estimation solutions.Besides,the characteristics and equivalence of above three methods are studied.Secondly,in order to balance the computational efficiency in real applications and meantime effectively capture the time correlations,the corresponding reduced forms based on the autocorrelation function are deduced.Finally,with GPS real data,the correctness and practicability of derived formulae are evaluated. 展开更多

In this paper, a series of equations are obtained from the correlation of particle velocity and pressure of the incident wave field, the error of each equation with white noise is studied, and Differential Evolution is used in solving the equations to distinguish multi-sources. Objective To screen the differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)in human bronchial epithelial cells(HBE)treated with atmospheric fine particulate matter(PM2.5).Methods HBE cells were treated with PM2.5 samples from Shenzhen and Taiyuan for 24 h.To detect overall protein expression,the Q Exactive mass spectrometer was used.Gene ontology(GO),Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG),and Perseus software were used to screen DEPs.Results Overall,67 DEPs were screened in the Shenzhen sample-treated group,of which 46 were upregulated and 21 were downregulated.In total,252 DEPs were screened in the Taiyuan sampletreated group,of which 134 were upregulated and 118 were downregulated.KEGG analysis demonstrated that DEPs were mainly enriched in ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis and HIF-1 signal pathways in Shenzhen PM2.5 samples-treated group.The GO analysis demonstrated that Shenzhen sample-induced DEPs were mainly involved in the biological process for absorption of various metal ions and cell components.The Taiyuan PM2.5-induced DEPs were mainly involved in biological processes of protein aggregation regulation and molecular function of oxidase activity.Additionally,three important DEPs,including ANXA2,DIABLO,and AIMP1,were screened.Conclusion Our findings provide a valuable basis for further evaluation of PM2.5-associated carcinogenesis. 展开更多

【目的】探讨2型糖尿病视网膜病变(type 2 diabetic retinopathy,T2DR)的中医证型分布及其与血清炎症因子、脂联素(APN)水平的相关性,为T2DR的中医辨证分型提供客观依据。【方法】采用横断面病例对照研究方法,选择2022年9月至2023年3月... 【目的】探讨2型糖尿病视网膜病变(type 2 diabetic retinopathy,T2DR)的中医证型分布及其与血清炎症因子、脂联素(APN)水平的相关性,为T2DR的中医辨证分型提供客观依据。【方法】采用横断面病例对照研究方法,选择2022年9月至2023年3月在江西省赣州市人民医院眼科诊断为T2DR的患者共42例84眼,观察T2DR患者眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)分期与中医辨证分型的关系,分析不同中医证型与血清炎症因子及APN水平的关系以及不同FFA分期的血清炎症因子及APN水平差异,探讨T2DR患者各变量与不同中医证型之间的相关性。【结果】(1)42例T2DR患者中,男性27例,女性15例,平均年龄为(54.0±12.0)岁;其中,肝肾亏虚、目络失养证14例(33.3%),阴精不足、燥热内生证15例(35.7%),气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证9例(21.4%),阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证4例(9.5%),脾失健运、水湿阻滞证0例(0.0%)。(2)肝肾亏虚、目络失养证患者中双眼眼底FFA分期≥4期[增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)]者占78.6%(11/14),阴精不足、燥热内生证患者占73.3%(11/15),气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证患者和阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证患者均占100%(9/9;4/4),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.272)。(3)42例T2DR患者中,有35例(83.3%)患者的肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、28例(68.3%)患者的C反应蛋白(CRP)、38例(90.5%)患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均高于正常值;但不同FFA分期患者的血清炎症因子TNF-α、CRP、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及APN、HbA1c水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时,不同中医证型的血清APN、TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、VEGF水平比较,差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)相比肝肾亏虚、目络失养证患者,阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证患者的眼部病程较短,两者的相关性接近差异有统计学意义(r=-0.467,P=0.051);相比阴精不足、燥热内生证患者,阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证患者的CRP水平较高(r=0.592,P=0.010);相比气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证患者,阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证患者的CRP水平较高(r=0.668,P=0.013)和糖尿病病程更长(r=0.629,P=0.021)。【结论】血清TNF-α及CRP在T2DR中有更高的表达;肝肾亏虚、目络失养证和阴精不足、燥热内生证为T2DR的常见证型;阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证与CRP密切相关,同时阴阳两虚、血瘀痰凝证型患者有更长的糖尿病病程。 展开更多

如何设计求解混合变量优化问题(Mixed-variable Optimization Problems,MVOPs)的相关算法,是计算机算法设计与分析领域中的一个重要研究方向.该问题的求解难点在于需同时优化连续型和离散型决策变量,目前进化算法(Evolutionary Algorith... 如何设计求解混合变量优化问题(Mixed-variable Optimization Problems,MVOPs)的相关算法,是计算机算法设计与分析领域中的一个重要研究方向.该问题的求解难点在于需同时优化连续型和离散型决策变量,目前进化算法(Evolutionary Algorithms,EAs)是求解该问题的一种有效手段.然而,现有的相关EAs忽略了问题变量之间的相关性,导致算法性能还存在一定不足.为此,本文从变量相关性角度出发,提出了一种自适应双坐标系的差分进化算法来求解MVOPs.首先,利用种群的协方差矩阵信息来构建特征坐标系,实现在特征坐标系下执行算法的相关操作,以松弛连续变量与离散变量之间的相关性;其次,为避免种群多样性丢失,仍保留了原坐标系,并设计了一种自适应策略来应用特征坐标系和原坐标系,以发挥双坐标系的优势;最后,为提高离散变量的优化效果,专门设计了一种基于离散变量相关性的局部搜索策略,以增强算法的整体性能.为验证本文方法性能,在一套包含28个测试函数的通用测试集上进行了大量实验,与5种求解MVOPs的知名EAs进行了对比,结果表明本文方法有更好性能.此外,在一个实际MVOP上,即焊接梁设计问题,本文方法能取得目前已知最好解.本文方法为计算机算法设计和分析领域的相关工作提供了新的思路. 展开更多

190例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者微观辨证研究

目的 以中医辨证分型为基础,将胃镜下黏膜改变及病理组织学变化等微观指标应用于辨证分析,寻求微观指标与慢性萎缩性胃炎证型之间的关系。方法 选取2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日就诊于中国中医科学院广安门医院门诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患... 目的 以中医辨证分型为基础,将胃镜下黏膜改变及病理组织学变化等微观指标应用于辨证分析,寻求微观指标与慢性萎缩性胃炎证型之间的关系。方法 选取2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日就诊于中国中医科学院广安门医院门诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者190例。参考2010年《慢性萎缩性胃炎中医诊疗共识意见》进行辨证分型,对中医证型与胃镜下胃黏膜征象、中医证型与木村-竹本分类、中医证型与病理组织学变化进行相关分析。结果 对中医证型与胃镜下胃黏膜征象进行Logistic回归分析,提示胃络瘀阻证和胃黏膜白相与否呈正相关(P<0.05),肝胃不和证和胃黏膜变薄与否呈正相关(P<0.05),脾胃湿热证和胃黏膜水肿与否呈正相关(P<0.05),脾胃虚弱证和胃黏膜出血与否呈正相关(P<0.05)。对中医证型与胃镜下胃黏膜征象进行Logistic回归分析,表明胃络瘀阻证与木村-竹本分类具有相关关系(P<0.05),胃络瘀阻证患者相比非胃络瘀阻证患者木村-竹本分类为闭合型的概率更高。对中医证型与病理组织学变化进行相关性分析,提示肝胃不和证与OLGA、OLGIM具有相关性。结论 研究发现中医证型与慢性萎缩性胃炎的内镜下黏膜像变化、萎缩的范围及组织病理学变化存在一定的相关性。 展开更多

为探究萌芽期大蒜挥发性物质的差异,采用电子鼻、捕集阱顶空-气质联用仪(Trap head space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,HS-Trap-GC-MS)结合正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis... 为探究萌芽期大蒜挥发性物质的差异,采用电子鼻、捕集阱顶空-气质联用仪(Trap head space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,HS-Trap-GC-MS)结合正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis,OPLS-DA)、香气活度值、差异性热图、相关性分析分析大蒜萌芽在0、24、48、72、96 h挥发性物质的差异。电子鼻结合OPLS-DA建立预测模型其预测能力达96.00%。GC-MS分析表明:含硫化合物是不同萌芽期大蒜的主要共有挥发性物质,含硫化合物的相对含量随萌芽时间的延长而呈递减趋势,而种类呈现出递增趋势;二烯丙基二硫醚是样品在萌芽过程中含量降低最多的物质。二烯丙基四硫醚、烯丙硫醇是样品共有关键化合物。差异性热图分析显示:除共有物质含量差异外,硫化丙烯、己醛、叠氮二羧酸二叔丁酯、丙烯醇、6-甲基-2-庚炔、5-甲基噻二唑、2-亚乙基-1,3-二硫烷、2-丙-2-炔基磺酰基丙烷、2,5-二甲基噻吩、2,5-二甲基呋喃、1-戊烯-3-醇、1,3-二噻烷的缺失进一步加大了未萌芽和萌芽大蒜气味的差异。萌芽大蒜主要共有挥发性物质的种类随萌芽时间的延长呈现递增趋势。大蒜主要挥发性物质与电子鼻大多数传感器存在显著相关性。大蒜的气味强度会随萌芽时间的延长而逐步减弱。 展开更多

以浙江省杨梅主产区8个果园土壤和东魁、荸荠种两个主要品种为试验材料,进行不同品种杨梅园土壤肥力和对应品种果实品质指标间的相关性分析,筛选影响不同杨梅品种果实品质形成的主要土壤因子。测定东魁、荸荠种杨梅园土壤肥力因子各13个... 以浙江省杨梅主产区8个果园土壤和东魁、荸荠种两个主要品种为试验材料,进行不同品种杨梅园土壤肥力和对应品种果实品质指标间的相关性分析,筛选影响不同杨梅品种果实品质形成的主要土壤因子。测定东魁、荸荠种杨梅园土壤肥力因子各13个,果实品质指标18个,分别进行相关性分析发现,荸荠种土壤肥力因子与果实品质指标间有94组显著性相关,其中,土壤有机碳含量、有机质含量、全氮含量与果实硬度、葡萄糖含量、维生素C含量、总黄酮含量、总酚含量显著性正相关,适当增加上述指标可提高果实硬度、品质,增加耐贮性。东魁土壤肥力因子与果实品质指标间有33组显著性相关,其中,速效钾含量、全钾含量与葡萄糖含量、维生素C含量、总黄酮含量、总酚含量、总氨基酸含量显著正相关,适当增加上述指标可提高果实品质。东魁土壤肥力与果实品质间显著相关性少于荸荠种,结合多年生产经验推测,东魁果实品质形成对土壤肥力需求低于荸荠种,对水分、光、温、修剪等其他因子需求高于荸荠种。 展开更多

通过对2020年3月17日山东烟台、4月23日山东青岛发生的两次森林火灾的双偏振雷达探测资料进行分析,结果表明:(1)森林火灾燃烧产生的灰烬上升到空中,随环境风向下风方飘散,形成烟羽,烟羽的雷达反射率因子在20 dBZ左右,火灾点上空很小范... 通过对2020年3月17日山东烟台、4月23日山东青岛发生的两次森林火灾的双偏振雷达探测资料进行分析,结果表明:(1)森林火灾燃烧产生的灰烬上升到空中,随环境风向下风方飘散,形成烟羽,烟羽的雷达反射率因子在20 dBZ左右,火灾点上空很小范围最大值达36 dBZ。(2)两次山火的灰烬飘浮物随环境风向下游扩散的最远距离分别是65 km和94 km,最高上升高度分别达3.7 km和4.8 km。(3)追踪烟羽的前沿可以估算相应高度上环境风的速度;两次火灾都发生在晴天,环境风速不大,除了烟羽边缘位置速度谱宽值较大外,其余部分速度谱宽都很小,大部分为1~2 m·s^(-1)。(4)相关系数(C_(c))、差分反射率(Z_(DR))和差分相移(ΦDP)探测到的范围与雷达反射率因子的演变形态和面积接近,同样随烟羽的扩散而逐渐增大;C_(c)值非常小,大多数区域小于0.9,少数距离库库元的C_(c)值低于0.5;火灾点上空的Z_(DR)值有相对较小的区域,为2~3 dB,而火灾点下风方,大部分Z_(DR)值都很大,大多超过5 dB。(5)两次森林火灾的双偏振探测特征表明,产生回波的反射物主要是干草、松针等燃烧后的灰烬形成的水平尺度较大的非球形粒子反射物。 展开更多

目的分析重症腺病毒肺炎患儿血清白细胞介素-6受体(IL-6R)和髓样分化因子88(MYD88)水平与患儿预后的关系。方法将沧州市中心医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的腺病毒肺炎患儿146例纳入研究,根据患儿病情严重程度分为非重症组(50例)和重症... 目的分析重症腺病毒肺炎患儿血清白细胞介素-6受体(IL-6R)和髓样分化因子88(MYD88)水平与患儿预后的关系。方法将沧州市中心医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的腺病毒肺炎患儿146例纳入研究,根据患儿病情严重程度分为非重症组(50例)和重症组(96例);根据重症腺病毒肺炎患儿出院时病情将患儿分为预后良好组(63例)及预后不良组(33例)。血清IL-6R和MYD88水平检测采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。分析重症腺病毒肺炎患儿血清IL-6R、MYD88水平及二者与序贯器官功能衰竭(SOFA)评分、Murray肺损伤评分、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板计数(PLT)的相关性。采用Logistic回归分析重症腺病毒肺炎患儿预后的影响因素。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清IL-6R和MYD88水平对重症腺病毒肺炎患儿预后的预测价值。结果重症组血清IL-6R、MYD88水平及SOFA评分、Murray肺损伤评分均高于非重症组(P<0.05)。预后不良组WBC>10×10^(9)/L、CRP≥8 mg/L及PLT≥10×10^(9)/L患儿比例均高于预后良好组(P<0.05),IL-6R、MYD88水平及SOFA、Murray肺损伤评分均高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。血清IL-6R和MYD88呈正相关(P<0.05)。血清IL-6R、MYD88均与SOFA评分、Murray肺损伤评分、WBC、CRP以及PLT呈正相关(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析,IL-6R、MYD88升高是影响重症腺病毒肺炎患儿预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。经ROC曲线分析,血清IL-6R和MYD88联合预测重症腺病毒肺炎患儿预后的曲线下面积(AUC)优于各自单独预测(P<0.05)。结论重症腺病毒肺炎患儿血清IL-6R和MYD88水平显著升高,二者与患儿预后密切相关,二者联合较各自单独使用可更好地预测患儿预后。 展开更多
