To improve the human-physical-virtual coordination and integration of the digital twin workshop,3D visual monitoring and human-computer interaction of the digital twin workshop was studied.First,a novel 6D model of th...To improve the human-physical-virtual coordination and integration of the digital twin workshop,3D visual monitoring and human-computer interaction of the digital twin workshop was studied.First,a novel 6D model of the 3D visualization interactive system for digital twin workshops is proposed.As the traditional 5D digital twin model ignores the importance of human-computer interaction,a new dimension of the user terminal was added.A hierarchical real-time data-driven mapping model for the workshop production process is then proposed.Moreover,a real-time data acquisition method for the industrial Internet of things is proposed based on OPC UA(object linking and embedding for process control unified architecture).Based on the 6D model of the system,the process of creating a 3D visualization virtual environment based on virtual reality is introduced,in addition to a data-driven process based on the data management cloud platform.Finally,the 6D model of the system was confirmed using the blade rotor test workshop as the object,and a 3D visualization interactive system is developed.The results show that the system is more transparent,real-time,data-driven and more efficient,as well as promotes the coordination and integration of human-physical-virtual,which has practical significance for developing digital twin workshops.展开更多

By modifying the Mach-Zehnder interferometer, the interference of the ...We present an optical encryption method of multiple three-dimensional objects based on multiple interferences and single-pixel digital holography. By modifying the Mach-Zehnder interferometer, the interference of the multiple objects beams and the one reference beam is used to simultaneously encrypt multiple objects into a ciphertext. During decryption, each three-dimensional object can be decrypted independently without having to decrypt other objects. Since the single- pixel digital holography based on compressive sensing theory is introduced, the encrypted data of this method is effectively reduced. In addition, recording fewer encrypted data can greatly reduce the bandwidth of network transmission. Moreover, the compressive sensing essentially serves as a secret key that makes an intruder attack invalid, which means that the system is more secure than the conventional encryption method. Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method and show that the system has good security performance.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the preoperative digita1 design combined with three dimensional(3D)printing models to assist percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)treatment for thoracolumbar compression frac tur...Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the preoperative digita1 design combined with three dimensional(3D)printing models to assist percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)treatment for thoracolumbar compression frac tures.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2020,we obtained data of 99 patients diagnosed thoracolumbar compression fractures.These patients were divided into control group(n=50)underwent traditional PKP surgery,and observation group(n=49)underwent preoperative digital design combined with 3D printing model assisted PKP treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated with five parameters,including operation time,number of intraoperative radiographs,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Cobb Angle change,and high compression rate of injured vertebrae.Results:There were statistically significant differences of operation time and number of intraoperative radio graphs between the two groups(P<0.05).For VAS score,Cobb Angle change and vertebral height compression rate,all of these three parameters were significantly improved when the patients accepted surgery teatment in two groups(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences between control group and observation group for these three parameters either before or after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusions:Through the design of preoperative surgical guide plate and the application of 3D printing model to guide the operation,the precise design of preoperative surgical puncture site and puncture Angle of the injured vertebra was realized,the number of intraoperative radiographs was reduced,the operation time was shortened and the operation efficiency was improved.展开更多

In engineering education, laboratory work is a very important component for a holistic learning experience. However, even though today there is an increasing availability of programmable DSP hardware that students can largely benefit from, many poorly endowed universities cannot afford a costly full-fledged DSP laboratory. To help remedy this problem, the authors have developed C#.NET toolkits, which can be used for real-time digital audio signal processing laboratory. These toolkits can be used with any managed languages, like Visual Basic, C#, F# and managed C++. They provide frequently used modules for digital audio processing such as filtering, equalization, spectrum analysis, audio playback, and sound effects. Background Anatomy is a required course for all medicine-related industries.In recent decades,the teaching quality and effect of anatomy have been compromised by factors including a decrease in human body specimens,da...Background Anatomy is a required course for all medicine-related industries.In recent decades,the teaching quality and effect of anatomy have been compromised by factors including a decrease in human body specimens,dampened enthusiasm for the discipline,reduced teaching hours of anatomy,scale expansion of medical education,and obstacles in performing field autopsies and observations.Methods Based on China's digitalized visible human research achievements,this article extracts the boundary information of anatomic structures from tomographic images,constructs three dimensional(3D)digital anatomical models with authentic texture information,and develops an anatomy assistive teaching system for teachers and students based on the knowledge points of anatomy,to meet the anatomy teaching requirements of different majors at various levels.Results This scientific,complete,and holistic system has produced over 60003D digital anatomical models,5000 anatomy knowledge points,50 anatomical operation videos,and 150 micro demonstration classes,with teaching contents for different majors and levels,such as systematic anatomy,topographic anatomy,sectional anatomy,anatomy of motion,and virtual anatomical operation table.Ranging from network terminals,desktops,touchscreen 3D displays,desktops,and projection 3D volumetric displays to augmented reality,its diversified interactive forms meet the requirements for a learning environment in different settings.Conclusions With multiple teaching and learning links covered,such as teaching environment,teaching resources,instructional slides,autonomous learning,and learning effect evaluation,this novel teaching system serves as a vital component and a necessary resource in anatomy teaching and functions as an important supplement to traditional anatomy teaching.Applied and promoted in most medical colleges and schools in China,this system has been recognized and approved by anatomy teachers and students,and plays a positive role in guaranteeing the effect and quality of anatomy teaching.展开更多

文摘To improve the human-physical-virtual coordination and integration of the digital twin workshop,3D visual monitoring and human-computer interaction of the digital twin workshop was studied.First,a novel 6D model of the 3D visualization interactive system for digital twin workshops is proposed.As the traditional 5D digital twin model ignores the importance of human-computer interaction,a new dimension of the user terminal was added.A hierarchical real-time data-driven mapping model for the workshop production process is then proposed.Moreover,a real-time data acquisition method for the industrial Internet of things is proposed based on OPC UA(object linking and embedding for process control unified architecture).Based on the 6D model of the system,the process of creating a 3D visualization virtual environment based on virtual reality is introduced,in addition to a data-driven process based on the data management cloud platform.Finally,the 6D model of the system was confirmed using the blade rotor test workshop as the object,and a 3D visualization interactive system is developed.The results show that the system is more transparent,real-time,data-driven and more efficient,as well as promotes the coordination and integration of human-physical-virtual,which has practical significance for developing digital twin workshops.

文摘We present an optical encryption method of multiple three-dimensional objects based on multiple interferences and single-pixel digital holography. By modifying the Mach-Zehnder interferometer, the interference of the multiple objects beams and the one reference beam is used to simultaneously encrypt multiple objects into a ciphertext. During decryption, each three-dimensional object can be decrypted independently without having to decrypt other objects. Since the single- pixel digital holography based on compressive sensing theory is introduced, the encrypted data of this method is effectively reduced. In addition, recording fewer encrypted data can greatly reduce the bandwidth of network transmission. Moreover, the compressive sensing essentially serves as a secret key that makes an intruder attack invalid, which means that the system is more secure than the conventional encryption method. Simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method and show that the system has good security performance.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the preoperative digita1 design combined with three dimensional(3D)printing models to assist percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)treatment for thoracolumbar compression frac tures.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2020,we obtained data of 99 patients diagnosed thoracolumbar compression fractures.These patients were divided into control group(n=50)underwent traditional PKP surgery,and observation group(n=49)underwent preoperative digital design combined with 3D printing model assisted PKP treatment.The clinical efficacy was evaluated with five parameters,including operation time,number of intraoperative radiographs,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Cobb Angle change,and high compression rate of injured vertebrae.Results:There were statistically significant differences of operation time and number of intraoperative radio graphs between the two groups(P<0.05).For VAS score,Cobb Angle change and vertebral height compression rate,all of these three parameters were significantly improved when the patients accepted surgery teatment in two groups(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences between control group and observation group for these three parameters either before or after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusions:Through the design of preoperative surgical guide plate and the application of 3D printing model to guide the operation,the precise design of preoperative surgical puncture site and puncture Angle of the injured vertebra was realized,the number of intraoperative radiographs was reduced,the operation time was shortened and the operation efficiency was improved.

文摘This paper describes an audio digital signal-processing toolkit that the authors develop to supplement a lecture course on digital signal processing (DSP) taught at the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Rwanda. In engineering education, laboratory work is a very important component for a holistic learning experience. However, even though today there is an increasing availability of programmable DSP hardware that students can largely benefit from, many poorly endowed universities cannot afford a costly full-fledged DSP laboratory. To help remedy this problem, the authors have developed C#.NET toolkits, which can be used for real-time digital audio signal processing laboratory. These toolkits can be used with any managed languages, like Visual Basic, C#, F# and managed C++. They provide frequently used modules for digital audio processing such as filtering, equalization, spectrum analysis, audio playback, and sound effects. It is anticipated that by creating a flexible and reusable components, students will not only learn fundamentals of DSP but also get an insight into the practicability of what they have learned in the classroom.

文摘By analyzing the dilemma encountered in practical teaching of new media advertising course in the digital economy era, this paper explores the teaching path of new media advertising course based on “three-dimensional” practical teaching system, and believes that it is necessary to accurately determine talent training objectives, and construct the three dimensions of practical teaching, practical ability, and new media entrepreneurship and employment. Finally, the teaching countermeasures of practical teaching system based on three dimensions are put forward.

文摘Background Anatomy is a required course for all medicine-related industries.In recent decades,the teaching quality and effect of anatomy have been compromised by factors including a decrease in human body specimens,dampened enthusiasm for the discipline,reduced teaching hours of anatomy,scale expansion of medical education,and obstacles in performing field autopsies and observations.Methods Based on China's digitalized visible human research achievements,this article extracts the boundary information of anatomic structures from tomographic images,constructs three dimensional(3D)digital anatomical models with authentic texture information,and develops an anatomy assistive teaching system for teachers and students based on the knowledge points of anatomy,to meet the anatomy teaching requirements of different majors at various levels.Results This scientific,complete,and holistic system has produced over 60003D digital anatomical models,5000 anatomy knowledge points,50 anatomical operation videos,and 150 micro demonstration classes,with teaching contents for different majors and levels,such as systematic anatomy,topographic anatomy,sectional anatomy,anatomy of motion,and virtual anatomical operation table.Ranging from network terminals,desktops,touchscreen 3D displays,desktops,and projection 3D volumetric displays to augmented reality,its diversified interactive forms meet the requirements for a learning environment in different settings.Conclusions With multiple teaching and learning links covered,such as teaching environment,teaching resources,instructional slides,autonomous learning,and learning effect evaluation,this novel teaching system serves as a vital component and a necessary resource in anatomy teaching and functions as an important supplement to traditional anatomy teaching.Applied and promoted in most medical colleges and schools in China,this system has been recognized and approved by anatomy teachers and students,and plays a positive role in guaranteeing the effect and quality of anatomy teaching.

文摘The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial capability is a quality requirement of the times for the training of college and university talents. However, the regular teaching system universally has such problems as much more emphasis on theory than on practice, much more emphasis on inheritance than on innovation, and mismatching between talent training and market demand, so that a great number of graduates do not have enough innovative capacity, and it is very difficult for them to engage in related jobs of software engineering steadily and permanently. By investigating and analyzing similar majors of more than 20 schools at home and abroad, this article proposes a teaching system of talent training of the 3 C-cored major of "innovative and entrepreneurial" software engineering(digital media technology) based on regions, oriented to the industry and marked by school-enterprise linkage, and in connection with the characteristics of college and university education.
