This paper analyses the transient characteristics of high temperature CMOS inverters and gate circuits, and gives the computational formulas of their rise time, fall time and delay time. It may be concluded that the transient characteristics of CMOS inverters and gate circuits deteriorate due to the reduction of carrier mobilities and threshold voltages of MOS transistors and the increase of leakage currents of MOS transistors drain terminal pn junctions. The project has as its aim the design and implementation of the control of temperature in the cockpit of the prototype of neonatal life support equipment ESVIN based on the international standard IEC 60601-2-19 concerning the basic security and operation of the neonatal incubators. The prototype has been developed and is important because the cockpit is a new concept of medical equipment of neonatal life support. There was a modeling of the system of heating of the incubator using the concepts of system identification with the purpose of finding a mathematical model that describes the dynamic behavior of the system. Then, design and implement the strategy of feedback control with digital PID (proportional-integral-derivative) algorithm. The model allowed the design and implementation of a digital PID controller that meets in a satisfactory manner with the requirements, in accordance with the international standard. The control system implemented in the neonatal incubator ESVIN improved the effectiveness of the neonatal life support equipment in regard to temperature controller of the cockpit. 展开更多

The tensile response, the low cycle fatigue (LCF) resistance, and the creep behavior of an aluminum (A1) cast alloy are studied at ambient and elevated temperatures. A non-contact real-time optical extensometer based on the digital image correlation (DIC) is developed to achieve strain measurements without damage to the specimen. The optical extensometer is validated and used to monitor dynamic strains during the mechanical experiments. Results show that Young's modulus of the cast alloy decreases with the increasing temperature, and the percentage elongation to fracture at 100 ℃ is the lowest over the temperature range evaluated from 25 ℃ to 300 ℃. In the LCF test, the fatigue strength coefficient decreases, whereas the fatigue strength exponent increases with the rising temperature. The fatigue ductility at 100 ℃. As expected, the resistance to and changes from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃. coefficient and exponent reach maximum values creep decreases with the increasing temperature 展开更多

InGaSb/AlGaAsSb double-quantum-well diode lasers emitting around 2 μm are demonstrated. The AlGaAsSb barriers of the lasers are grown with digital alloy techniques consisting of binary AlSb/AlAs/GaSb short-period pairs. Peak power conversion efficiency of 26% and an efficiency higher than 16% at 1 W are achieved at continuous-wave operation for a 2-mm-long and 100-μm-wide stripe laser. The maximum output power of a single emitter reaches to 1.4 W at 7 A.19-emitter bars with maximum efficiency higher than 20% and maximum power of 16 W are fabricated. Lasers with the short-period-pair barriers are proved to have improved temperature properties and wavelength stabilities. The characteristic temperature(T_0) is up to 140?C near room temperature(25–55?C). 展开更多

The hot-section parts easily occur the creep-fatigued interaction under the condition of mechanicalthermal coupled load during the period of service, which may lead to the damage of the parts, and therefore, the measurement and characterization of thermal-deformed fields of the parts are important to understand its damage process. Aiming at relevant demand, the bilateral telecentric-multispectral imaging system was established, the research of synchronous measurement technique of the temperature and deformation fields was developed. On the one hand, the measurement technology for surface temperature of the object was developed using the two-color images captured by the multispectral camera with bilateral telecentric lens and combined with colorimetric method. On the other hand, the 2 D-DIC measurement technique of the multispectral camera was developed by conducting digital image correlation analysis using the blue light images before and after deformation, which can measure the high temperature deformation field of the object(the blue light images were filtered by multispectral camera).Results showed that the bilateral telecentric lens is used to replace the ordinary optical lens for imaging,which can effectively eliminate the distortion of the multispectral imaging system. Since the temperature measurement process of this measurement system is little affected by the emissivity of the object, therefore, it has excellent robustness. The thermal expansion coefficients of the nickel alloys are evaluated at the temperature ranges of 700–1000℃, indicating this system can achieve the synchronous and precise measurement of the temperature and deformation fields of the object. 展开更多

Purpose: In this project, we developed novel methods to quantify changes in tumor hypoxia following a mild tempera-ture hyperthermia (MTH) treatment in rat HT29 human colon adenocarcinoma xenograft. Materials and Methods: An exogenous hypoxia marker (IAZGP) was labeled with two radioisotopes of iodine (131I and 123I, respectively) to form two distinct tracers. The two tracers were injected into HT29-bearing nude rats 4-hour before and immediately following 41.5℃, 45-minute mild hyperthermia treatment. The distributions of the two hypoxia tracers were obtained by performing digital autoradiography on tumor sections, and image processing resulted in quantitative information at 50 μm pixel size. Results: Following the hyperthermia treatment, there was a remarkable decrease in hypoxia tracer binding. The average whole tumor hypoxia tracer targeted fraction in five animals changed from 30.3% ± 9.7% to 13.0% ± 5.3% after the hyperthermia treatment (P = 0.001). Detailed pixelby-pixel analysis of the image data revealed a decline in hypoxia tracer uptake after hyperthermia in most regions. However, there was concomitant emergence of some new regions of hypoxia identified by increased tracer uptake. In the control group, the overall hypoxia tracer targeted fraction remained almost constant, with some hypoxic tracer redistribution (putative acute hypoxia) observed. Conclusion: Reoxygenation occurred in the rat HT29 xenograft following MTH treatment. This was evident with preponderance of decreased hypoxia specific tracer uptake on tumor sections. Our methodology might be a useful tool in hypoxia study. 展开更多

Accurate and reliable information about the temperature of the synchronous generators excitation winding hot spot is necessary to determine the dynamic limit caused by excitation winding overheating in the PQ diagram. For good estimation of a position and the hot spot temperature it is decided to mount 19 temperature probes on one pole of the 6-pole, 400 kVA. 50 llz synchronous generator. Due to a large number of the probes and because the probes should be glued with the metal epoxy it was assumed that mounting of the probes will disrupt the temperature field of the excitation winding. To get the answer to this question the excitation winding resistance was measured betbre and after mounting the probes, in a hot and a cold state. Temperature rise can be estimated if the resistance ratio in the hot and the cold state is known. The paper also addresses the analysis of the measurement accuracy. The result shows that, there is no significant influence on the temperature when mounting the 19 temperature probes which covered 10% of the pole excitation winding surface. 展开更多

As a novel three dimensional digital image correlation (3D DIC) method, the bi-prism-based single lens (BSL) 3D DIC method has been proposed and developed in recent years. Making use ofa bi-prism, this method is able to perform a 3D DIC measurement using only a single camera. Thus, the integration level of a BSL 3D DIC system could be much higher than that of the double-camera 3D DIC system. In this paper, using a small-angle bi-prism and a camera with a longer focal length, a special BSL 3D DIC system with a long working distance is designed for measurements in extreme environments. The principle of the system is first studied, and practical methods are then proposed for the system set-up and the determination of system parameters. Then, feasibility of the measurement system is verified by out-of-plane rigid-body translation tests. Finally, the BSL 3D DIC system is proven to be capable of combining with a high-temperature testing instrument to perform deformation tests in a high-temperature environment of up to 1500℃. 展开更多

高温后混凝土单轴拉伸和压缩破坏规律及力学性能研究

本文对常温及高温作用后的混凝土进行单轴拉伸和压缩试验,同时使用数字图像相关方法(DIC)观测混凝土试件表面的变形演化过程,探究高温后混凝土拉伸和压缩过程中裂缝的变形演化及力学性能衰减规律。结果表明,随着温度升高,混凝土表面裂... 本文对常温及高温作用后的混凝土进行单轴拉伸和压缩试验,同时使用数字图像相关方法(DIC)观测混凝土试件表面的变形演化过程,探究高温后混凝土拉伸和压缩过程中裂缝的变形演化及力学性能衰减规律。结果表明,随着温度升高,混凝土表面裂缝的萌生和扩展时间逐渐提前,破坏时表面应变集中区的宽度及相应的应变数值逐渐增大,裂缝扩展程度更加显著,当温度达到800℃时,甚至呈多裂缝扩展形态。裂缝的显著扩展增加了混凝土的耗能,使高温损伤后混凝土的延性增加。比较高温后混凝土拉伸和压缩应变云图可知,裂缝开裂引起的应变集中区宽度相近,但压缩试件的应变数值略高于拉伸试件。裂缝的萌生和扩展影响混凝土的力学性能,随着温度升高,混凝土抗拉强度、抗压强度及弹性模量不断下降,峰值应力处的应变逐渐增加;拉伸应力应变曲线由双阶段逐渐转变为三阶段,破坏特征由脆性转变为延性;而压缩应力应变曲线始终为三阶段,与单轴拉伸相比,压缩破坏的延性特征更加明显。 展开更多

该文针对采用传统数值方法进行大型油浸变压器绕组温升仿真时间较长的问题,提出一种基于U-net神经网络训练的快速计算方法,可以迅速地预测变压器绕组温升及热点。首先,根据流热耦合原理筛选输入变量,并运用流热耦合方法计算不同工况下... 该文针对采用传统数值方法进行大型油浸变压器绕组温升仿真时间较长的问题,提出一种基于U-net神经网络训练的快速计算方法,可以迅速地预测变压器绕组温升及热点。首先,根据流热耦合原理筛选输入变量,并运用流热耦合方法计算不同工况下的输出结果,并将之制作成训练集和测试集。同时,详细讨论3个对网络训练影响最显著的超参数;其次,将归一化后的训练集输入U-net神经网络进行训练,并设置超参数最佳组合;最后,将预测集输入训练好的模型进行预测计算及反归一化操作,预测绕组热点与Fluent仿真结果相差仅0.44 K,单次仿真时间从200 s缩短为0.07 s。预测结果与实验温度平均误差最大为2.31 K,最小为0.98 K,预测方差为0.31左右。结果表明:该方法可用于快速获得油浸式变压器绕组的温度及热点,可满足变压器温度热点数字孪生的实时性仿真要求。 展开更多

连续臂丛阻滞镇痛的抗交感效应对预防断指再植术后血管危象的研究

目的 评价连续臂丛阻滞(continuous brachial plexus blocks, CBPB)的抗交感、扩血管效应对断指再植术后血管危象的预防作用。方法 2023年1月~2023年12月行断指再植术的病人60例,采用抽签分组法分为对照组(30例,40指,静脉自控镇痛)和研... 目的 评价连续臂丛阻滞(continuous brachial plexus blocks, CBPB)的抗交感、扩血管效应对断指再植术后血管危象的预防作用。方法 2023年1月~2023年12月行断指再植术的病人60例,采用抽签分组法分为对照组(30例,40指,静脉自控镇痛)和研究组(30例,44指,连续臂丛阻滞镇痛)。比较两组断指再植术后即刻、24小时及48小时再植手指皮温及患肢肱动脉血流动力学参数、血管危象的发病率。结果 研究组术后24小时及48小时皮温分别为(31.29±2.14)℃和(32.16±2.34)℃,均显著高于对照组的(28.93±1.98)℃和(30.03±2.52)℃,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肱动脉血流动力学指标方面,研究组术后24小时和48小时的收缩期峰速度分别为(91.45±.32.13)cm/s、(90.34±.30.86)cm/s,舒张末期速度分别为(20.87±9.95)cm/s、(21.35±9.74)cm/s,平均速度分别为(38.63±12.53)cm/s、(40.53±13.30)cm/s,血流量分别为(8.95±2.57)ml/s、(8.10±2.18)ml/s,动脉面积分别为(0.23±0.08)cm^(2)、(0.21±0.06)cm^(2),阻力指数分别为0.73±0.23、0.75±0.34,对照组术后24小时和48小时的收缩期峰速度分别为(53.50±.19.24)cm/s、(52.64±.17.89)cm/s,舒张末期速度分别为(13.62±3.16)cm/s、(15.38±4.33)cm/s,平均速度分别为(20.26±8.64)cm/s、(21.36±8.36)cm/s,血流量分别为(3.95±1.49)ml/s、(4.23±1.35)ml/s,动脉面积分别为(0.18±0.05)cm^(2)、(0.17±0.05)cm^(2),阻力指数分别为0.89±0.21、0.90±0.28,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后48小时内血管危象的发病率为4.55%,显著低于对照组的35.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBPB的抗交感效应可增加再植手指血流灌注,降低血管危象的发病率。 展开更多

油页岩孔隙结构作为油气渗流的主要通道,高温热解过程中将产生复杂变化,然而其变化规律不明严重制约储集层分类评价和高效开发。因此,开展不同温度及不同有机质含量条件下油页岩热解对孔隙结构影响的研究对于油页岩的有效开发具有重要... 油页岩孔隙结构作为油气渗流的主要通道,高温热解过程中将产生复杂变化,然而其变化规律不明严重制约储集层分类评价和高效开发。因此,开展不同温度及不同有机质含量条件下油页岩热解对孔隙结构影响的研究对于油页岩的有效开发具有重要意义。针对热解前后油页岩孔缝结构变化精细表征难的问题,本文通过编程方法提出了一种基于三维数字岩心重构的裂缝及孔隙结构表征新方法,定量分析了热解过程中样品裂缝宽度、裂缝方向、分形维数及孔隙度等参数的变化规律。研究结果表明:(1)本文所提出的裂缝性数字岩心精细化处理方法结合等位精细化中面提取算法,在准确计算岩石物性参数的基础上可实现对缝宽及裂缝方向分布的精确计算,可达到对裂缝孔隙精细表征的目的;(2)随着热解温度的升高,油页岩样品孔隙度由18.3%升至20.9%,且裂缝宽度不断增大,油页岩样品物性得到持续改善,但当热解进行到一定程度后油页岩孔隙结构变化趋势放缓;(3)相同温度条件下随着有机质含量的升高,热解后油页岩样品孔隙度由12.1%升至29.3%,但4种样品分形维数未随着有机质含量升高呈现出单调递增趋势,表明热解裂缝复杂性除受有机质含量影响外,也受到样品中有机质初始分布的影响。本文可为油页岩热解后孔隙结构精细表征提供新思路。 展开更多

针对传统片上振荡器设计面临的时钟频率难以实现高精度校准的问题,提出基于二分搜索法的数字校准方法,实现了振荡频率校准并提高了校准的线性度。校准算法采用了粗校准加细校准的两步式校准过程,大大增加了频率校准范围。针对振荡频率... 针对传统片上振荡器设计面临的时钟频率难以实现高精度校准的问题,提出基于二分搜索法的数字校准方法,实现了振荡频率校准并提高了校准的线性度。校准算法采用了粗校准加细校准的两步式校准过程,大大增加了频率校准范围。针对振荡频率的温度漂移问题,提出了新的温度补偿方案,在传统一阶温度补偿的基础上,增加了亚阈值电流自补偿的高阶补偿机制,大大降低了温度变化对输出频率的影响。在校准电路的设计中,合理设置开关电阻阵列的温度系数以保证输出频率的校准不影响输出频率的温度稳定性。对振荡器版图提取了寄生参数,并进行了仿真,仿真结果表明:经过所提频率校准和温度补偿方案,典型情况下振荡频率误差小于0.04%;在-40~125℃温度范围内频率误差小于±0.12%;2.5~5.5 V电源电压范围内频率随电源电压变化误差小于±0.13%;电路工作电流为47.6μA,完成一次校准时长不超过2.7 ms。该振荡器可用于物联网、处理器等应用,可以取代片外晶体振荡器,能够降低系统成本和体积。 展开更多
