炸药与溶剂形成的溶剂化物晶体结构极不稳定,在特定条件下易失去溶剂分子重新形成炸药晶体。为考察六硝基茋(HNS)与1,4-二氧六环(Dioxane)的溶剂化物在快速去溶剂化过程中的结构和性能变化,采用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)原位热解的去溶剂... 炸药与溶剂形成的溶剂化物晶体结构极不稳定,在特定条件下易失去溶剂分子重新形成炸药晶体。为考察六硝基茋(HNS)与1,4-二氧六环(Dioxane)的溶剂化物在快速去溶剂化过程中的结构和性能变化,采用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)原位热解的去溶剂化方式使其分解,并对其微观结构变化与宏观性能进行初步研究。结果表明:采用原位XRD的方式可实现HNS/Dioxane溶剂化物的去溶剂化分解,得到具有超细多孔的HNS团簇结构。与原料HNS相比,去溶剂化HNS的比表面积显著增大,由1.6 m^2·g^(-1)增为3.7 m^2·g^(-1),特性落高H_(50)由109.3 cm降为29.9 cm,静电火花感度的起爆所需能量E_(50)值由原料HNS的0.896 J降为0.413J,摩擦感度由原料HNS的36%降为12%,表明溶剂化物快速去溶剂的方式不仅可以得到具有微纳米多孔的HNS,还可以有效地提高其对不同刺激的响应程度。 展开更多

The title compound N,N'-bis(5,5-dimethyl-2-phospha-2-thio-1,3-dioxan-2-yl) ethylene diamine (DPTDEDA, C12H26N2O4P2S2) was synthesized by the reaction of neopentyl glycol, phosphorus thio-chloride and 1,2-ethylenediamine, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H NMR spectra. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and the thermal property was analyzed by TG analysis. The crystal structure belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 14.557(16), b = 11.299(12), c = 12.163(13)A,β = 98.707(19)^o, Dc = 1.305 g/cm^3, Z = 4, γ = 0.71073A,μ(MoKa) = 0.447 mm^-1, Mr = 388.41, V = 1977(4)A3, F(000) = 824, S = 1.107, the final R = 0.0478 and wR = 0.0810 for 1738 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure is centrosymmetrically distributed through 1,2-ethylenediamine to join two distorted six-membered rings. The weak N-H…S interactions are observed and link the molecules into sheets. TG analysis shows that the title compound has good thermal stability and char-forming capability, which are required for an excellent intumescent fire retardant. 展开更多

The influences of polymerization reaction temperature and the molar ratio of monomer to initiator on the monomer conversion and molecular weight of poly(1,4-dioxan-2-one) (PPDO) were explored. PPDO with high viscosity average molecular weight of 1.95×10^5 can be prepared at 40℃ when [PDO]/ [La(OAr)3] molar ratio was 800. Numerical Simulation for Remediation Planning for 1,4-Dioxane-Contaminated Groundwater at Kuwana Illegal Dumping Site in Japan Based on the Concept of Verified Follow Up 被引量:1

At Kuwana illegal dumping site in Japan, where hazardous waste was illegally dumped, groundwater was severely contaminated by Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Groundwater was already remedied by conducting Pump-and-Treat (P&T) after containment of all the waste by vertical slurry walls from 2002 to 2007. However, 1,4-dioxane was detected in both waste and groundwater outside of slurry walls after it was newly added into Japan environmental standards in late 2009, which suggested that the walls did not contain 1,4-dioxane completely. Our previous study developed a model to predict the 1,4-dioxane distribution in groundwater after the previous remediation at the site. In this study, numerical simulation was applied for remediation planning at the site based on the concept of Verified Follow Up (VF-UP) that had been proposed as a new approach to complete remediation effectively with consideration of future risks. The amount of waste to be removed and pumping plans were discussed by numerical simulation to achieve the remedial objective in which 1,4-dioxane in groundwater outside of walls is remedied within 10 years and 1,4-dioxane spreading throughout the walls is prevented in the case where a portion of waste is remained. Firstly, the amount of waste to be removed considering pumping plans for P&T was determined by scenario analysis. As a result, at least two-third of waste should be removed by combining with P&T. However, if the waste is remained, future risks of 1,4-dioxane spreading through the slurry walls may occur. Our simulation suggested that groundwater within the remaining waste must be pumped up at least 20 m3/d for containment of 1,4-dioxane within the remaining waste. In conclusion, our numerical simulation determined the amount of waste to be removed and the pumping plans for P&T to achieve the remedial objective effectively considering future risks based on the concept of VF-UP. 展开更多

The present method has some notable advantages such as mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, less catalyst dosage and high yields with the green aspects by avoiding toxic catalysts and solvents. The synthetic process for 2,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-5-nitroso-1,3-dioxane(DMNNDO) was improved by using tri(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane and acetone as starting materials through a "one-pot" method combined with alkali... The synthetic process for 2,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-5-nitroso-1,3-dioxane(DMNNDO) was improved by using tri(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane and acetone as starting materials through a "one-pot" method combined with alkaline hydrolysis and nitrosation reactions. The yield of DMNNDO was increased from 37% to 45%. The structure of DMNNDO was characterized by IR,^1H NMR,^13 C NMR,and elemental analysis. Also the thermal decomposition of DMNNDO was studied by using DSC and TG-DTG to find that there are primarily two exothermic decomposition processes between 90 and 300 oC. The crystal structure of DMNNDO was studied by X-ray single-crystal diffraction for the first time. The molecular structure exists as a dimeric form due to the presence of nitroso group. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 14.515(3),b = 9.955(2),c = 11.897(2) °,β = 98.500(3)°,V = 1.6998(2) nm^3,Z = 8,D_c = 1.486 g×cm^-3,μ = 0.128 mm^-1,F(000) = 800,S = 1.055,R = 0.0358 and wR = 0.0917. In particular,DMNNDO could be easily hydrolyzed in hydrous systems and the hydrolysis mechanism in CDCl_3 was revealed by means of NMR monitoring. 展开更多

Novel polycarbonates from 5-allyloxy-1, 3-dioxan-2-one (ATMC) with 5, 5-dimethyl- 1, 3-dioxan-2-one (DTC) were successfully synthesized for the first time using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase (IPPL) as catalyst. The resulting copolymers were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GPC. The molecular weight (Mn) of the copolymer with molar feed ratio of 10:90 (ATMC:DTC) was 9300 and the polydispersity was 1.31, while the Mn increased to 14300 and polydispersity of 1.25 with the feed ratio of 50:50. Improvement of Lithium Interface Stability with 1,4-dioxane Pretreatment

Electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) measurements reveal that with DOA pretreatment, lithium electrode has a low and stable interfacial resistance during the storage in electrolyte for a long time. And it is also found that the pretreated lithium electrode has an improved interfacial performance in repeated charge/discharge cycles. Furthermore, it is proved by SEM that the pretreated one has smooth morphology after long-time storage or repeated charge/discharge cycles. Consequentially, because of more stable interface characteristics of lithium electrode, the rechargeable lithium cell with DOA pretreated lithium anode has an obviously enhanced discharging performance and a better cycleability, compared with that of the cell using the untreated lithium anode. 展开更多

This new monomer is different from other cyclic monomers in this series,it isa solid (mp 108--109℃)and not very reactive, but still can undergo free radical ring-openingpolymerization. The free radical polymerization was carried out at 130℃. The structure of theresulting polymer was discussed and charaterized by IR, ~1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR and elementalanalysis. 目的以嵌段聚合物制备聚合物囊泡并考察其稳定性,测定聚合物囊泡膜层的H~+跨膜渗透特性,及1,4-二氧六环对膜渗透性能的影响,作为聚合物囊泡载药的基础。方法以二嵌段共聚物PEG-PLGA在溶液中自组装制备聚合物囊泡,采用pH敏感荧光探针HPT... 目的以嵌段聚合物制备聚合物囊泡并考察其稳定性,测定聚合物囊泡膜层的H~+跨膜渗透特性,及1,4-二氧六环对膜渗透性能的影响,作为聚合物囊泡载药的基础。方法以二嵌段共聚物PEG-PLGA在溶液中自组装制备聚合物囊泡,采用pH敏感荧光探针HPTS对囊泡的H~+透膜特性进行考察,并与PBD-b-PEO、PS-b-PEO制备的囊泡及脂质体进行比较。考察不同浓度的1,4-二氧六环对聚合物囊泡膜渗透特性的作用。结果HPTS的荧光激发光谱有pH依赖性,囊泡外水相中H~+浓度与t~(1/2)呈线性相关,不同膜壁厚度的聚合物囊泡的膜渗透能力有显著区别。3种聚合物囊泡对比脂质体,H~+透膜系数分别降低了2.39×10~4、3.38×10~4、5.48×10~8倍。1,4-二氧六环对囊泡膜的渗透性具有调节作用,且存在浓度依赖关系。结论聚合物囊泡的膜渗透显著低于脂质体,稳定性更好,1,4-二氧六环可调节囊泡膜的渗透性,从而调节药物的装载和释放。 展开更多

本文探究了顶空气相色谱法测定食品用洗涤剂中的1,4-二噁烷含量的测定方法。在0.5mg/kg~30mg/kg范围内,1,4-二噁烷与4-甲基-1,3-二噁烷内标物的色谱峰面积比值与浓度比值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9978。样品在1mg/kg、5mg/kg和20... 本文探究了顶空气相色谱法测定食品用洗涤剂中的1,4-二噁烷含量的测定方法。在0.5mg/kg~30mg/kg范围内,1,4-二噁烷与4-甲基-1,3-二噁烷内标物的色谱峰面积比值与浓度比值具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9978。样品在1mg/kg、5mg/kg和20mg/kg浓度加标时,回收率范围为96.7%~110.5%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~4.3%。精密度测定时相对标准偏差为2.8%(n=6)。对20批次市售的不同品牌不同批次的食品用洗涤剂进行检测分析,结果显示有10批次检出值高于检测下限值,检测值在0.56mg/kg~2.61mg/kg。该方法可为食品用洗涤剂中1,4-二噁烷的测定提供参考依据。 展开更多

A synthetic cationic surfactant, 5,5-ditetradecyl-2-(2-trimethyl-ammonioethyl)-1,3-dioxane bromide (DTDB), was used to construct a supported bilayer lipid membrane (s-BLM) coated on an underlying glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), small-angle X-ray diffraction (SAXD) and cyclic voltammetry were used to characterize the s-BLM. Both EIS and SAXD data indicated that the synthetic lipid exists as a well-oriented bilayer in the membrane. The voltammetric study showed that the lipid membrane can open ion channels in the presence of C1O4- stimulant with Ru(bpy)32+ as marker ions and give distinct channel currents. The channels can be closed and open up again many times by removing or introducing ClO4- anions. 展开更多

The acetalization reactions of isobutyraldehyde with 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol (TMPD) for the synthesis of 2,4-diisopropyl-5,5-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane were carried out under mild reaction conditions using four water-stable Br?nsted-acidic task-specific ionic liquids ([HMIM]BF4, —SO3H functionalized acidic ionic liquid, —COOH functionalized acidic ionic liquid, [NMP][HSO4]) as environmentally benign catalysts for the first time. The process is highly effective and very selective. The —COOH functional- ized Br?nsted acidic ionic liquid with the two acid sites (IL-3) exhibited the most excellent catalytic performance under mild reaction conditions. The —COOH functionalized Br?nsted acidic ionic liquid could be conveniently separated from the product and easily recycled in subsequent runs. 展开更多
