Market Research on College Students' Acceptance of Prepared Dishes

With the accelerated pace of life and the demand for dietary diversification,more and more people begin to pay attention to the convenience and health of diet,and the prepared dishes market is getting more and more attention and favor because of its characteristics of convenient and quick.In order to understand the acceptance of college students' to the prepared dishes market,this paper aimed to collect college students' views and suggestions on the prepared dishes market by means of a questionnaire survey.By analyzing the results of the survey,we found that college students' generally have a positive attitude towards prepared dishes markets,and they believe that prepared dishes provides convenient,fast and diversified dietary choices.However,some college students' have some concerns about the quality and food safety of the prepared dishes market,such as adding too many food additives and preservatives.Through the research on college students' acceptance of the prepared dishes market,we can reveal the demand and potential problems of college students' for the prepared dishes market from the consumer s point of view,so as to provide a reference for the future development of the prepared dishes market.

Experimental and Comparison Study on Two Solar Dish Systems with a High Concentration Ratio

Two high concentrating solar systems have been established with dish concentrator and plane-mirrors array concentrator.In the paper,the thermal performance has been experimentally studied with jet water cooling device and flat microchannel water-cooled device.The experimental results show that the maximum surface temperature difference of the dish concentrating system is greater than 20°C,while the plane-mirrors array system is lower than 4°C.It indicates that the plane-mirrors array concentrator has better uniformity.As the concentration ratio increases,the electrical efficiency of the concentrating photovoltaic system gradually decreases.When the concentration ratio is 200,the electrical efficiency of the photovoltaic system is 25%.The concentration ratio of 500 times or less is considered to be a suitable value,and then the electrical efficiency can still exceed 20%.It is found that the plane-mirrors array solar system is more suitable for the photovoltaic system than dish type system,which is only suitable for thermal power generation system.

Investigation of the performance of the dish/stirling solar thermal electricity system

A dish/stifling solar thermal electricity system consists of two parts： a dish solar concentrator and a Stifling engine. For optimizing the system, in this paper, the mathematical model for concentrator design was established and the effects of those design parameters of concentrator, such as the size and intensity of the focal point, the receiver temperature, on the efficiency of the Stifling engine and output power were numerically simulated. The results of the simulation revealed a close relationship between power and efficiency because of power losses, and there was a maximum for the engine efficiency and power with increasing solar radiation because there was a peak value of system efficiency with increasing receiver temperature. So, in view of our Stifling engine, the 450 rim angle and 6m focal length are optimal design for concentrator and the 800℃receiver temperature is best.

预制菜行业发展迅速,但与之配套的安全追溯体系却未能及时建立。实践中,预制菜的安全追溯体系面临着主体分工不明确,追溯范围不清晰以及识别技术不统一等问题。为了预制菜行业的可持续发展,实现预制菜去向可追、来源可查、责任可定,有必要建立起预制菜的安全追溯体系。分析了预制菜行业的食品安全问题,总结了现行食品安全追溯体系的现状与不足,并提出了完善预制菜安全追溯体系的路径,指出应在食品安全法律规范的基础上,明确预制菜安全追溯体系的追溯主体、追溯范围和识别技术,以期推动预制菜行业健康发展,使预制菜吃得放心,用得安心。

我国预制菜标准体系研究进展、问题和建议

我国预制菜产品标准体系建设存在政府部门参与度低、产品种类繁多、产品成分复杂、标准制定有局限性、产品标准缺失、标准化人才匮乏、与国际标准接轨不足等问题,预制菜标准体系空白亟需完善和填补。综述了我国预制菜标准体系的研究现状及研究进展,并基于工标网、食品伙伴网、广东省农业标准化协会发布的标准统计数据,分析了目前所面临的问题并提出了对策建议,以期为我国预制菜标准化体系建设提供参考依据。

China is a country that attaches great importance to names,honor,and prestige.The set phrase,to achieve both fame and wealth,gives the true meaning of the word fame.Chinese food culture has a long history,and forms a variety of dishes,These Chinese dishes are popular with the whole world.English translation of Chinese dish can be found everywhere in China nowadays.For example:restaurants have bilingual menus;cook books are translated into English;food is discussed and recommended in English on newspaper,magazines and TV programs.Some of the English equivalents are so wordy or awkward that they read like recipes instead of names.Some are confusing and misleading.The problem is that some dish names embedded with cultural connotation are still translated literally,which makes the menus unintelligible and the target language reader lost chances to enjoy Chinese food culture.Owing to these features of the Chinese culinary culture,the names of Chinese food are kaleidoscopic and deny easy forms.

A Cognitive Study of the Naming Elements of Chinese Dish Names Based on the Prominence Principle

The assortedness of Chinese food,together with the complexity of their naming elements,has ignited numerous scholars' interests in this field and prompted them to make abundant analyses of Chinese dish names.Most of them,however,were done in studies of traditional linguistics,rhetoric,translatology and cross-cultural communication.And studies,based on corpus,on the naming elements of Chinese dishes under cognitive linguistic theories almost remain a blank.This paper aims to conduct a quantitative analysis of 4,000 Chinese dish names(500 ones selected freely from each of the eight cuisines),based on the Prominence Principle,in order to identify the specific naming elements of Chinese dishes and forward related statistics and ratios.

Dystrophic calcification and heterotopic ossification in fibrocartilaginous tissues of the spine in diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis(DISH)

Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis(DISH) is a prevalent noninflammatory spondyloarthropathy characterized by ectopic mineral formation along the anterolateral aspect of the vertebral column, yet little is known about its underlying pathogenesis. Our objective was to evaluate the histopathological features and composition of ectopic mineral within spinal tissues affected by DISH in humans. Thoracic spine segments from six embalmed cadaveric donors(one female and five males;median age 82 years)meeting the radiographic diagnostic criteria for DISH were evaluated using radiological, histological, and physical analyses. Overall,the histological features of ectopic mineralization at individual motion segments were heterogeneous, including regions of heterotopic ossification and dystrophic calcification. Heterotopic ossifications were characterized by woven and lamellar bone,multifocal areas of metaplastic cartilage, and bony bridges along the anterior aspect of the intervertebral disc space. Dystrophic calcifications were characterized by an amorphous appearance, a high content of calcium and phosphorus, an X-ray diffraction pattern matching that of hydroxyapatite, and radiodensities exceeding that of cortical bone. Dystrophic calcifications were found within the anterior longitudinal ligament and annulus fibrosus in motion segments both meeting and not meeting the radiographic criteria for DISH. In summary, our findings indicate that in DISH, ectopic mineral forms along the anterior aspect of the spine by both heterotopic ossification and dystrophic calcification of fibrocartilaginous tissues. Although both types of ectopic mineralization are captured by current radiographic criteria for DISH, dystrophic calcification may reflect a distinct disease process or an early stage in the pathogenesis of DISH.

Rapid and easy determination of morphine in chafing dish condiments with colloidal gold labeling based lateral flow strips

In order to enhance the flavor of chafing dish and increase the attraction of consumers,the poppy shell is reported to be illegally added to the condiments of chafing dish.In this research,a rapid,simple,and convenient method based on the classic immunochromatographic lateral flow strip(LFS)with gold nanoparticles(GNPs)labeling was developed for easy monitoring of morphine(MOP),an effective component of poppy shell.Under optimized conditions,this developed LFS can well realize the detection of target MOP in the condiments of chafing dish in less than 10 min without any complicated pre-treatments.The limit of detection(LOD)can be achieved as low as 0.1 ppb for standard MOP or the MOP spiked condiments of chafing dish.All these results of the research strongly demonstrate that this established LFS method can be successfully applied in practical rapid and accurate on-site screening of poppy shell in condiments of chafing dish.

Faults Analysis and Diagnosis of DRJ-460 Dish Centrifugal Separator′s Helical Gear
