An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are com...An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc.展开更多

In recent decades,materials science has experienced rapid development and posed increasingly high requirements for the characterizations of structures,properties,and performances.Herein,we report on our recent establi...In recent decades,materials science has experienced rapid development and posed increasingly high requirements for the characterizations of structures,properties,and performances.Herein,we report on our recent establishment of a multi-domain(energy,space,time)highresolution platform for integrated spectroscopy and microscopy characterizations,offering an unprecedented way to analyze materials in terms of spectral(energy)and spatial mapping as well as temporal evolution.We present several proof-of-principle results collected on this platform,including in-situ Raman imaging(high-resolution Raman,polarization Raman,low-wavenumber Raman),time-resolved photoluminescence imaging,and photoelectrical performance imaging.It can be envisioned that our newly established platform would be very powerful and effective in the multi-domain high-resolution characterizations of various materials of photoelectrochemical importance in the near future.展开更多

In this paper, there is a synergetic approach used to delineate the tectonic-structural framework with analyzing the hydrocarbon reservoir in the Lower Indus Platform basin of Pakistan. The reflected seismic profiles and potential field map constitute the data base of this study. Our study in the line of the previous research is resulted from important oil and gas discoveries contained in the Early Cretaceous and Upper Jurassic formations of the Lower Indus Platform basin area. The result shows trapping mechanism in the Lower Indus Platform basin involves of the fault blocks and stratigraphic traps are present in the area. Germany announced the Industry ...With ever-increasing market competition and advances in technology, more and more countries are prioritizing advanced manufacturing technology as their top priority for economic growth. Germany announced the Industry 4.0 strategy in 2013. The US government launched the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership (AMP) in 2011 and the National Network for Manufacturing Innovation (NNMI) in 2014. Most recently, the Manufacturing USA initiative was officially rolled out to further "leverage existing resources... to nurture manufacturing innovation and accelerate commercialization" by fostering close collaboration between industry, academia, and government partners. In 2015, the Chinese government officially published a 10- year plan and roadmap toward manufacturing: Made in China 2025. In all these national initiatives, the core technology development and implementation is in the area of advanced manufacturing systems. A new manufacturing paradigm is emerging, which can be characterized by two unique features: integrated manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing. This trend is in line with the progress of industrial revolutions, in which higher efficiency in production systems is being continuously pursued. To this end, 10 major technologies can be identified for the new manufacturing paradigm. This paper describes the rationales and needs for integrated and intelligent manufacturing (i2M) systems. Related technologies from different fields are also described. In particular, key technological enablers, such as the Intemet of Things and Services (IoTS), cyber-physical systems (CPSs), and cloud computing are discussed. The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management (PLM) system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material (BOM) conversion driven by process are achieved. This effectively avoids the problems of system and information islands seen in traditional mine-automation systems. Rural energy systems, as one of the important links of the energy network in China, s...Owing to increasing environmental concerns and resource scarcity, integrated energy system shave become widely used in communities. Rural energy systems, as one of the important links of the energy network in China, suffer from low energy efficiency and weak infrastructure. Therefore, it is particularly important to increase the proportion of electricity consumption and build an integrated energy system for rural electrification in China(IESREIC) with a rural distribution network as the core, in line with national conditions. In this study, by analyzing the Chinese regional differences and natural resource endowments, the development characteristics of the IESREIC are summarized. Then, according to the existing rural energy problems, key technologies are proposed for the IESREIC, such as those for planning and operation, value sharing, infrastructure, and a management and control platform. Finally, IESREIC demonstration projects and business models are introduced for agricultural production, rural industrial systems, and rural life. The purpose is to propose research concepts for the IESREIC, provide suggestions for the development of rural energy, and provide a reference for the construction of rural energy systems in countries with characteristics similar to those of China.展开更多

The usage of proprietary integration products results in the increased cost of enterprises. During the integration, the focus area has been found to often address only the functional requirements, while the non-functional requirements are side-stepped during the initial stages of a project. Moreover, the use of proprietary integration products and non-standards-based integration platform has given rise to an inflexible integration infrastructure resulting in adaptability concerns. Web services-based integration, based on open standards, is deemed to be the only feasible solution in such cases. This paper explains the performance analysis of enterprise integration in heterogeneous environments for the distributed and the transactional applications. The analysis presented in this paper is seen as a step towards making intelligent decisions well in advance when choosing the integration mechanism/products to address the functional as well as the non-functional requirements considering the future integration needs.展开更多

Afterseveral steps of subcloning donor DNA into the isiAB fragment, a donor plasmid pZL which could be inte-grated into the chromosomal DNA of Synechococcus sp. PCC7942 was constructed. In order to express theheterologous gene at a high level through the integration platform system, we constructed the donor DNAby the following steps. We cloned the strong promoter (240 bp) of heat shock gene groESL operon fromSynechococcus sp. PCC7942 by PCR. Then subcloned the multiple cloning sites (MCS), rbcS polyA intothe downstream of the groESL promoter. The kanamycin resistance gene, as the marker gene, was alsosubcloned into the donor DNA. Thus, in the donor plasmid pZL, the integration homologous fragment andseveral expression elements, such as groESL promoter, MCS, rbcS polyA teminator and kanamycin re-sistance gene, were all included.After naturally transformed and introduced the donor plasmid pZL into Synechococcus sp. PCC7942,as in the pZL, the donor DNA sequence is flanked by two DNA fragments (0.4 kb and 0.7 kb) homolo-gous to the isiAB fragment of Synechococcus sp. PCC7942, the homologous DNA can recombine with thechromosomal DNA. After screening by kanamycin, the transformants which integrated the heterologousDNA were selected. The efficiency of transformation is about 1×10-6. By southem blot analysis, it wasconfirmed that the donor DNA had been integrated into the chromosomal DNA of Synechococcus sp.PCC7942, located on the site of the isiAB gene, and can be replicated with the chromosomal DNA.展开更多
Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbrevia...Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbreviated as SIC CAS hereinafter),which were designed and constructed to better meet the needs of CAS research groups for their development,collaboration and communication.Design/methodology/approach:We first identified the requirements of users via preliminary investigation,and then chose CASI1 P,iLibrary and XKE technology,respectively as the building tools compatible with the major demands of users.These steps helped us complete the layout design of SIC CAS integration platforms,as well as its knowledge organization and integration.Findings:According to the need of users,we applied three types of platform construction technologies to five SIC integration platforms,and formulated standard norms for the further construction process,which could provide useful reference for a sustainable development for the extensive construction in CAS institutes.Research limitations:In order to make the SIC integration platforms more intelligent and have more functions,we need to enlarge the scale of the Platforms and upgrade the building tools for the platform construction.Practical implications:The nature of SIC sub-project integration platforms is to construct a content-sensitive environment which can embed knowledge services and knowledge applications seamlessly into scientific activities,so the Platform is expected to be a useful tool to help researchers better understand the recent development of the research field and form collaborations with their peers.Originality/value:SIC integration platforms are the only pilot construction that used 3different platform technologies in the first batch of knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The construction is user-centered throughout the whole process,namely,from the technology selection,content construction to the sustainable development of the platforms,which are all based on user requirements.During this process,we have not only established sustainable mechanisms for both the personalized feedback and security management of the institutional knowledge of SIC CAS,but also formed a service team for the sustainable development of SIC integration platforms.展开更多

This network is an information superhighway intended to inte-grate all existing and new automation subsystems. Its standard interface can be used with future subsystems. The net-work,data structure and management decision-making all employ this uniform hardware and software. This effectively avoids the problems of system and information islands seen in traditional mine-automation systems. The construction of the network provides a stable foundation for digital communication in the Jining No.3 coal mine.

文摘Owing to increasing environmental concerns and resource scarcity, integrated energy system shave become widely used in communities. Rural energy systems, as one of the important links of the energy network in China, suffer from low energy efficiency and weak infrastructure. Therefore, it is particularly important to increase the proportion of electricity consumption and build an integrated energy system for rural electrification in China(IESREIC) with a rural distribution network as the core, in line with national conditions. In this study, by analyzing the Chinese regional differences and natural resource endowments, the development characteristics of the IESREIC are summarized. Then, according to the existing rural energy problems, key technologies are proposed for the IESREIC, such as those for planning and operation, value sharing, infrastructure, and a management and control platform. Finally, IESREIC demonstration projects and business models are introduced for agricultural production, rural industrial systems, and rural life. The purpose is to propose research concepts for the IESREIC, provide suggestions for the development of rural energy, and provide a reference for the construction of rural energy systems in countries with characteristics similar to those of China.
文摘Heterogeneity is inevitable in enterprises due to their various input requirements. The usage of proprietary integration products results in the increased cost of enterprises. During the integration, the focus area has been found to often address only the functional requirements, while the non-functional requirements are side-stepped during the initial stages of a project. Moreover, the use of proprietary integration products and non-standards-based integration platform has given rise to an inflexible integration infrastructure resulting in adaptability concerns. Web services-based integration, based on open standards, is deemed to be the only feasible solution in such cases. This paper explains the performance analysis of enterprise integration in heterogeneous environments for the distributed and the transactional applications. The analysis presented in this paper is seen as a step towards making intelligent decisions well in advance when choosing the integration mechanism/products to address the functional as well as the non-functional requirements considering the future integration needs.
文摘According to the known sequence of iron stress-induced gene (isiAB operon), wecloned its 1. 5 kb fragment by PCR, and used this Fragment as integration homologous fragment. Afterseveral steps of subcloning donor DNA into the isiAB fragment, a donor plasmid pZL which could be inte-grated into the chromosomal DNA of Synechococcus sp. PCC7942 was constructed. In order to express theheterologous gene at a high level through the integration platform system, we constructed the donor DNAby the following steps. We cloned the strong promoter (240 bp) of heat shock gene groESL operon fromSynechococcus sp. PCC7942 by PCR. Then subcloned the multiple cloning sites (MCS), rbcS polyA intothe downstream of the groESL promoter. The kanamycin resistance gene, as the marker gene, was alsosubcloned into the donor DNA. Thus, in the donor plasmid pZL, the integration homologous fragment andseveral expression elements, such as groESL promoter, MCS, rbcS polyA teminator and kanamycin re-sistance gene, were all included.After naturally transformed and introduced the donor plasmid pZL into Synechococcus sp. PCC7942,as in the pZL, the donor DNA sequence is flanked by two DNA fragments (0.4 kb and 0.7 kb) homolo-gous to the isiAB fragment of Synechococcus sp. PCC7942, the homologous DNA can recombine with thechromosomal DNA. After screening by kanamycin, the transformants which integrated the heterologousDNA were selected. The efficiency of transformation is about 1×10-6. By southem blot analysis, it wasconfirmed that the donor DNA had been integrated into the chromosomal DNA of Synechococcus sp.PCC7942, located on the site of the isiAB gene, and can be replicated with the chromosomal DNA.

文摘Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbreviated as SIC CAS hereinafter),which were designed and constructed to better meet the needs of CAS research groups for their development,collaboration and communication.Design/methodology/approach:We first identified the requirements of users via preliminary investigation,and then chose CASI1 P,iLibrary and XKE technology,respectively as the building tools compatible with the major demands of users.These steps helped us complete the layout design of SIC CAS integration platforms,as well as its knowledge organization and integration.Findings:According to the need of users,we applied three types of platform construction technologies to five SIC integration platforms,and formulated standard norms for the further construction process,which could provide useful reference for a sustainable development for the extensive construction in CAS institutes.Research limitations:In order to make the SIC integration platforms more intelligent and have more functions,we need to enlarge the scale of the Platforms and upgrade the building tools for the platform construction.Practical implications:The nature of SIC sub-project integration platforms is to construct a content-sensitive environment which can embed knowledge services and knowledge applications seamlessly into scientific activities,so the Platform is expected to be a useful tool to help researchers better understand the recent development of the research field and form collaborations with their peers.Originality/value:SIC integration platforms are the only pilot construction that used 3different platform technologies in the first batch of knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The construction is user-centered throughout the whole process,namely,from the technology selection,content construction to the sustainable development of the platforms,which are all based on user requirements.During this process,we have not only established sustainable mechanisms for both the personalized feedback and security management of the institutional knowledge of SIC CAS,but also formed a service team for the sustainable development of SIC integration platforms.

The integration platform is a useful tool for effectively supporting the software development and integration. Based on the analysis of practical requirements for product development process management for CE, a CORBA-based integration platform of product development process management (IP-PDPM) is designed and developed. The design principles for IP-PDPM are described. The system architecture and functions of the platform are given, the key technologies for the implementation of IP-PDPM are presented, the application integration mechanism and its implementation techniques are also detailed.
文摘In the research, the definition of production system of integrated agriculture was proposed, and the theoretical basis (system theory, information theory, cybernetics and operational research) and the key technologies were analyzed. Furthermore, IDEFO of production system of integrated agriculture was established and the constituents of different subsystems were analyzed. In addition, the components of the integrated platform, involving operational system, network, distributed database, communication services, information services, development tools, management and application services and platform entrance, were discussed. In agricultural integrated system, relationship among subsystems should be well considered under guidance of system theory in order to better improve controllability and productivity of agricultural activity.
