Method for pedestrian signal timing at signalized intersections

The pedestrian timing at signalized intersections is studied aiming at the problems of the inconsistency of the vehicular and pedestrian timing requirements and the insufficiency of pedestrian clearance. Based on the formulae of WALK and flashing DON＇T WALK （FDW） in the highway capacity manual （HCM）, the relationship between pedestrian signal indications and vehicular signal indications is discussed using the theory of traffic flow. Then, methods of pedestrian timing for different cases are established, particularly the methods of the pedestrian green adjustment. Ways of pedestrian crossing are analyzed for roadways with different forms and widths of the median island. The sampling values of calculation parameters are studied, and the recommended formulae of pedestrian timing for different conditions are presented.

紫外光辐照对脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和T-2毒素的去除作用

目的:研究紫外光辐照对脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)和T-2毒素的去除作用。方法:测定不同辐照时间、不同辐照距离、不同pH值条件下紫外光辐照对DON和T-2毒素影响,采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术测定毒素及其衍生物,外标法定量。结果:经紫外光辐照后,溶液中DON、T-2毒素的质量浓度均随着辐照时间的延长而不断减小,随着辐照距离和pH值的减小而不断减小。pH 7的1.0μg/mL DON、T-2毒素溶液,在紫外灯功率20 W、辐照距离150 mm条件下辐照60 min后,DON、T-2毒素去除率分别为(84.90±2.52)%、(74.60±2.74)%。紫外光辐照后,毒素溶液中不含有已知的毒素衍生物,可能被转化成新的未知产物。结论:在非碱性条件下,紫外光辐照对DON、T-2毒素具有明显的去除作用。

研究热处理对脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)和T-2毒素的去除作用。测试不同温度、不同加热时间、不同pH值条件下热处理对DON和T-2毒素影响,采用高效液相色谱-质谱测定毒素及其衍生物,采用外标法定量。DON在中酸性条件下,121℃加热60 min,DON浓度保持稳定,碱性条件能促进DON的热降解。T-2毒素在中酸性条件下,105℃加热30 min开始降解,121℃处理pH值为7的1.0μg/mL T-2毒素溶液60min,T-2毒素去除率分别为(51.98±3.37)%,碱性条件能促进T-2毒素的热降解。在一定条件下,热处理对DON、T-2毒素具去除作用。

This essay offers a philosophical perspective that, in breaking with both the open and surreptitious dialectical method still so prominent in academic discourse, follows Heidegger in trying to conceive of a radically non-dialectical manner of approaching affirmation, negation, and neutrality. As with Heidegger, this is attempted through a turn towards art and the ＂emancipated contingency＂ that characterizes much creative production. In contrast to action and production within the knowledge economy, the creation of the artwork concerns a knowing of unknowingness （described by Maurice Blanchot as the neutral） that demands a rethink of action in relation to truth and errancy. Indeed, the very working of the work of art is conceived here as a truth that is precisely ＂set to work＂ （Heidegger） by errancy. Through a consideration of the essential difference between choice and decision and the different ＂beginning＂ of art that this suggests, the essay concludes with some reflections of the theme of art＇s fascination and the and the affirmation of the unknown.

众所周知,CMO S电路测试时由漏电流引起的漏电流功耗在测试功耗中处于重要地位.降低测试时的漏电流对于延长需要周期性自测试的便携式系统电池寿命、提高测试的可靠性和降低测试成本都至关重要.文章首先分析了漏电流的组成,和与之相关的晶体管的堆栈效应.然后,我们提出了一种基于测试向量中不确定位(X位)、使用遗传算法优化集成电路测试时漏电流的方法.实验结果证明在组合电路和时序电路测试中该方法能够在不影响故障覆盖率的条件下,有效优化测试时电路的漏电流.

双游程编码的无关位填充算法

双游程编码是集成电路测试数据压缩的一种重要方法,可分为无关位填充和游程编码压缩两个步骤.现有文献大都着重在第二步,提出了各种不同的编码压缩算法,但是对于第一步的无关位填充算法都不够重视,损失了一定的潜在压缩率.本文首先分析了无关位填充对于测试数据压缩率的重要性,并提出了一种新颖的双游程编码的无关位填充算法,可以适用于不同的编码方法,从而得到更高的测试数据压缩率.该算法可以与多种双游程编码算法结合使用,对解码器的硬件结构和芯片实现流程没有任何的影响.在ISCAS89的基准电路的实验表明,对于主流的双游程编码算法,结合该无关位填充算法后能提高了6%-9%的测试数据压缩率.
